My friend,


It’s a blessing for me to connect with you this way every month. Your presence is helping to raise the consciousness of the planet, and for that and so much more, I am grateful.
We have much to catch up on, so let’s get right to it.


What an eventful summer it has been! So many internal and external shifts have taken place in our lives and in the world over the past three months.


For many empaths, these shifts felt like being in the high spin cycle of a washing machine, especially with everything coming at us in such a scattered way.


Focused and Inspired


Over the next few weeks, the scattered energies will alchemize themselves into a more focused energy.


This focused energy will help to stimulate inner feelings of empowerment, passion, and inspiration, which will help get things moving again in our lives in a way that feels productive and progressive.


These focused energies will awaken something within us that have long been dormant.
The image that keeps coming up is that of a golden lioness/lion that has been fully awakened from a deep sleep.


The physical feeling that keeps coming up is passion in every cell and fiber of the body.


A big part of this new, focused energy has to do with the effects of the two eclipses that we moved through recently, in addition to Saturn going direct at the end of August, after being in retrograde since April 6.


Add Mercury going direct on September 5 to this celestial cocktail mix, and we find that a new inner flame is being lit.


That inner flame will help us move past any stagnancy rooted in victim consciousness, supporting our return to our powerful, majestic selves. From there, we can move forward with greater joy, intention, and ease.


Something to note: During a Saturn retrograde, we are given the opportunity to renegotiate and review any past activities or commitments that have been a source of frustration for us.


We get the opportunity to tie up loose ends, and finish uncompleted tasks in our immediate environment.


The Saturn retrograde is also about quickly learning lessons from old karmic patterns that have not fully resolved yet. This has probably felt bumpy at times, because we can feel stuck and unmoving about an issue, while our emotions are all over the place.


Saturn retrograde is a pause for responsibility. It creates a type of disruption in the process of engaging our awareness and energy in something. This often creates a sense of incompleteness.


But that is all about to change now.


Long-range goals and projects can progress smoothly again. Delays can clear up, and moving forward will feel much easier.


Things that felt like a standstill will start expanding again. If there’s an idea, project, or opportunity that you have been sitting on for a while, now is the time to go for it! Just make sure it’s something that feels joyous, expansive, and in alignment with your most positive self.


If it does, then that is your confirmation to go ahead and move forward with it. The electricity in the air now is in full support of the manifestation of your greatest visions!


Over the next few days and weeks, you may notice feelings of being more inspired, free, active, blessed, motivated, excited, joyful, open, energized, and loving.


This is all a confirmation that things are moving forward for you, and that you've worked through much of the karmic lessons that can come with Saturn retrograde.


This focused intention will be with us for the rest of the year. It will allow us to be more productive, both in our personal lives and in the larger sense, on the world stage.

Stable and Grounded

The energies of September will also support us in feeling more stable and grounded.

When we are grounded and stable, we operate at our most powerful, which is always found in the present moment.

Becoming present allows us to transcend the illusions of time. It's from this space of no-time (a place of nonattachment) that our greatest, most desired intentions can manifest.

Here are some simple things we can do to feel more stable and grounded:

• Walk or stand on the Earth (soil, grass, or sand) with bare feet
  
  
  
• Express gratitude daily
  
  
  
• Spend more time in Nature
  
  
  
• Have compassion and love for the thoughts our mind has, without needing to judge them
  
  
  
• Get connected fully to our five senses, taking quiet moments to notice the sounds, shapes, colors, tastes, textures, and scents all around us
  
  
  
• Look into the eyes of everyone we meet, remembering that they are a reflection of the Universe

To the mind, and to those who identify more with being free spirits, the idea of being grounded may seem limiting. This usually stems from the idea that the word "grounded" implies being fixed or inflexible.

However, the opposite is true.

When we choose to be stable and grounded, we instantly bring ourselves into the flow of the present moment. Again, it’s in the present moment where we operate from our most powerful state.

It's in the present that most of our freedom is experienced, because we are no longer bound to the past or the future.

Being grounded in the present moment allows us to fully enjoy our lives, while being open to all the new blessings life has available to us.

Support and Community

This is an excellent time to get clear on what we desire to bring into our lives.


Here are some helpful questions we can ask ourselves to get more clarity on what we want to create more of:

• “What excites me?”
• "What are some things I loved doing as a child that I can integrate into my present reality?”
• "What feels expansive and good to me?"

These questions can help us get clear on what we really want to experience more of.
Once we have that clarity, it becomes easier to take action and to ask for support.


Most of us have shied away from asking for support from others, either because we were not clear on where we truly needed their support, or because we had been conditioned to believe that getting what we want takes something from someone else, as if we are creating a burden for them.


Life is about being part of the human experience. One of the main components of the human experience is being part of a community.


We are here to share our blessings with one another. If you are surrounded by people who do not want to support or help you, it’s usually a reflection of how you have been treating yourself or others.


Are you generous with your support towards yourself and others? Do you offer support without expecting anything return? Does it feel easy and fun for you to share your blessings with the world?


When you can fully answer “yes” to these questions, you will notice abundantly available support in your life.


When we share and express what we desire with the Universe and those around us by asking for support, we open ourselves up to receiving opportunities we may not have otherwise had a chance to experience before.


The Universe wants to give us everything we've ever desired for ourselves. It's just a matter of how open we are to receiving it.


If you are ever feeling unsupported, find an opportunity to support someone else, even if it’s someone you don’t know very well.


This act of kindness will shift the energies for you, and open your mind, eyes, and heart to knowing that life is much more than separating ourselves and hiding from others.


It’s about living, loving, and sharing our gifts and our presence openly.


The next few months will nudge us to open ourselves up to receiving and giving support.
It’s time to release the pride or old patterns that we’ve allowed to hold us back from living our most desired reality.

Hello friends. I’ve started this post off with this quote for a reason. So for the moment, just put that one in your back pocket. We will get back to it. It’s Eclipse/Full Moon time again and this one is going to be packing more heat than usual.

First of all, the Full Moon/Eclipse is within ONE degree of Uranus, the great awakener. You know what that means: expect the unexpected. Lunar eclipses are often about shedding that which is no longer in service to our highest good and path. Don’t be surprised with this Uranus influence if some things leave the picture that don’t exactly make sense in the moment. The one thing I have found about eclipse energy, is that it can hang around long after the aspects themselves have moved on. The deeper the changes, sometimes the longer the time needed to integrate them; but not always. This particular Full Moon/Eclipse has the energy of a “long slow goodbye” (to borrow from Queens of the Stone Age.) In that perhaps the goodbye itself will be quick, but the process getting us there hasn’t been. The impact of a powerful eclipse such as this one can be felt up to six months from the date. Some astrologers have likened the Eclipse chart as a “birth chart” of sorts for new creations, ideas and transformations.

Aries as the Divine Child

One thing that came to me as these energies started coming in was the concept of the “Divine Child.” The happy go lucky child as portrayed on the “Sun” card in the Tarot deck. The beautiful, organic and untouched potential that lies within all of us. The quote by Danielle LaPorte illustrates this point so beautifully. Along with the “stripping” away of things that no longer serve; Aries/Uranus will bring the fire of the “I AM” presence to the table, along with some pretty major pure, creative energy. What we choose to do with such potent cosmic power is up to us. Some of the potential aspects for shedding are thoughtforms, limitations, illusions and fears that stifle our divine child within. Don’t be surprised if you feel the need to “burn down the house” metaphorically, especially in areas where you feel confined or overtly limited.

Some shadow potential for these energies are: inventing dramas, fighting for the sake of fighting, tantrum behavior, excessive force and to take on “non negotiable” points of view. The higher application of these energies are: spiritual direction and insight, creating new projects, ideas and solutions, freedom, the healing energy of sexuality, insight and growth through relationships, Kundalini awakening.

This would be a good time to avoid drama in all forms and turn inward to receive one’s own spiritual direction and guidance. Be poised however, to be on the ready to assist family or friends in crisis. We are already in orb of this energy and I’ve had to put out some significant fires already. Just a head’s up, as these energies will not likely be quiet or subtle in their landing.

If this symbol comes to the consciousness of the inquirer after meaning, deliberately or through an aleatory act of revelation (like the act of throwing sticks to obtain an I Ching symbol), implied is the profound fact that every individual has as his ultimate conscious task the weaving of his “immortal body,” his Gnostic Robe of Glory. It may sound very mystical and “far out,” but there is a moment in every cycle when, in however small a degree, every individual may be confronted with the potentiality of a fulfilling act of self-realization and may, ever so relatively, find himself “clothed in light” for an instant. ~ Dane Rudhyar

This quote beautifully illustrates the divine creative potential of this degree of Aries, especially in relationship to the Eclipse and the other influences traveling along with it.

"To leave the illusion behind is humanity’s divine destiny because humanity’s destiny is divine. It has ensnared, enslaved, and entranced you all for far too long and your unwillingness to release yourselves from it is all that holds you within it. You have the power and the capability to do so because you are divine beings, and, because it is your will and God’s, you will release yourselves.

Nevertheless, you are conflicted within yourselves by the intriguing but fanciful opportunities with which it tempts you, and by your desire to find the real meaning in life, a meaning that overwhelms and shatters the unreal dreams that seem to be your constant companions – wealth, security, a lover, and a beautiful environment in which to enjoy them. But the dreams seem so real! This is because you are very powerful beings, and you have made them seem very real, so real that they hid and continue to hide Reality from you, as was your original intent. Hence this intense inner conflict and your endless confusion.

However, your divine Father knew that your infatuation with your unreal environment would not last, and that it would bring you untold pain and suffering, so He, at the moment that you built it by imagining it within your brilliant mind, instantly provided everything you need to release yourselves from it and return Home. What He provided was the inextinguishable inner flame of His Love that calls to you constantly to awaken.

It is that inner flame that has you questioning the meaning of life and which also makes it very apparent that the meaning that you have been seeking – security, survival, wealth, and power over others – is insane not only because of its divisive nature but also because you are seeking for it within the illusion. And that insanity terrifies you, everyone is untrustworthy! Therefore you must constantly protect yourselves, so you build armies and weapons that you then are unable to resist using, further adding to your pain and suffering.

However, you have become exhausted by the trials and tribulations with which the illusion endlessly presents you, and you are becoming aware, more and more of you daily, that the only way to resolve your issues, your differences, your conflicts is through intelligent and harmonious cooperation. When you do that you listen to one another without judgment, allowing each to be themselves instead of attempting to change them into the kind of person you think – in your almost total lack of wisdom – that they should be. Then realization dawns that truly there are no differences, you all want only “the peace that passeth all understanding.” And that of course is Love, the divine energy field in which all of creation has its eternal existence.

It is a state from which you have never departed because there is nowhere else, but you have imagined and clung tenaciously to an illusory state, and you are now in the process of releasing your hold on it, of allowing yourselves to see that it is unreal, a sham. You have a saying: “If it seems to good to be true then it probably is.” Throughout the eons of the illusion’s enticing siren song to you, you have been chasing within it for something that has seemed to good to be true – safety, security, abundance, and bliss – but how could that possibly be found within an illusion, especially one in which betrayal and deceit are endemic?

Forgiveness is the way out – of yourselves for being so misled and misguided by it, and of others for their apparent betrayals of you. In Reality there is only Love, and anything in conflict with or opposition to It is unreal. However, you do need to forgive. One of your wise elder statesmen (Nelson Mandela) remarked that resentment is like drinking poison and hoping it will kill your enemies. So, until you start forgiving and releasing any judgments or resentments, you are just consuming poison and making yourselves truly miserable, possibly even making yourselves extremely ill. And, as most of you are probably well aware, modern psychology suggests that to be able to forgive is essential for your general health and well-being.

If you are having difficulty with forgiveness, due to pain inflicted upon you, unjust judgments made against you, or for any other reason, then when you enter your quiet inner space ask for help and for clarity. Frequently clarity is lacking in one’s perceptions when a desire to withhold or refuse forgiveness is experienced. Remember, all the experiences undergone in your physical bodies are aspects of the illusion; the suffering that is undergone is illusory because you are all asleep and dreaming. When you awaken into Reality all pain, all suffering, all injustice, all betrayal will have dissolved because they are part of that illusory dream. Clarity will show you this now by reminding you of your true nature – you are a being of Love who is One with God – and you will be able to relax into forgiveness, whereupon you will find an inner peace that maybe you have never before experienced or have long since forgotten.

In the spiritual realms we are constantly at your service, you have only to call on us with sincerity and we will show you the way to embrace forgiveness with love and compassion for the one you wish or need to forgive – yourself or others – thus leading you into a state where the stress of resentment that was confining and controlling you just dissolves. We are here for you in every moment, and we want only to see you awaken into the eternal joy that is your natural state. We know that forgiveness is the quickest way for you to release your hold on the illusion because it cuts through all the other ties and bindings so that there is nothing else to prevent you from sinking happily into God’s loving Embrace.

So call on us and tell us that you sincerely want to embrace forgiveness, and instantly you will feel the warmth and acceptance of the field of Love that at all times envelops you. It will confirm for you that you are indeed a being of Love who was momentarily lost in the fog of the illusion, a fog that is now dispersing and allowing you glimpses of the brilliance that awaits your inevitable awakening.

The quickening has started in earnest now, and that steady stream of visitors we mentioned in our last missive will certainly be announcing their arrival now. You see, this is an incoming tide of such proportions that if you could see it from our vantage point, you would indeed be mesmerized by the magnificence of it. For this is no simple alignment in the sky, this is in actual fact a huge and overwhelming shift coming your way, as you will all in turn be facing a whole host of benevolent interloper from the outer fields. And when we say interloper, we do mean it in the best possible way as these seemingly insignificant sparks of light will turn into a huge bonfire of flaming love wherever they land. For they will not be stopped by any army of negation, no matter how hard you try to think otherwise, for they will all make a beeline for your heart. And even if some of you still may be harbouring thoughts of your own shortcomings, they are nothing but mere figments of your imagination. And so, what you still will think of as a hindrance to your own progress is no more real than the rest of the illusion you see around you.

You see, your mind is still up to conjuring the world it thinks you are still a part of, and so, it will continue to project the same movie, that same endless roll of negative images you have been immersed in, seemingly forever. For your mind only knows what it has been taught to do, and so, it will do all it can to “keep up the good work”. And so, the endless litany of negativity that so many are subjected to will continue, but again, this is all made up within you to make you feel at home. For the human being has been reprogrammed to resist change at any cost, and so, whenever a change such as this one looms on the horizon, the energetic reverberance from it can be felt beforehand, and the internal alarm bells will go off. For whenever the light is approaching, it is as if it is pushing up a front ahead of it, the pressure will increase, and just like any super sensitive animals can feel the first stirrings of an earthquake long before any humans can, so too will your inner being respond to these advance signals from the incoming “lightquake“. And so, the alarms will be set off, the fight or flight instincts will be activated, and you will all in some ways feel the hormonal panic train start to pull out from the station, pulling you along with it at an ever increasing speed. In other words, the incoming energies will always be presaged by a rush of anxiety in many of you, and so, the mind will add even more fuel to the fire by starting to conjure up worst case scenarios, something it is very adept at doing.

So again we say, go within, and when we say within, we mean that inner core, deep under the layer of anxiety that the more shallow parts of you are currently swimming in, and find that deep pool of tranquil water where you can float peacefully, getting ready to soak up these incoming particles of light that will help to set that inner flame ablaze in a very new way. For that inner flame is not to be feared, far from it, for that inner flame will only set the old dross alight, it will not wreak havoc on anything that is rising to the higher truth. So that flame may be bright enough to make your eyes close momentarily because of the power it contains, but you will soon get adjusted to this new brightness, and it will not be long before you can drink it in fully and savour the wonderful taste it brings with it.

So remember this in the days ahead if you feel your mind and your body rebelling because of these new embers of bright light coming into your being. They are not interlopers such as you are used to think of them, they are simply wedging themselves between the real you and the world of illusion, widening the gap between the two of you to such a degree, it will at times feel like you are straddling a chasm. So yes, this may be unsettling at times, but that is because your mind will still be trying to keep up the good work by trying to grasp on to the last straws that remains of the old, but as the grasp will be ever slipping, the feeling of free falling may once more be topmost on your mind. Just remember, you are not falling down, you are actually being elevated so high and so fast, it is not for nothing one can use the phrase of dizzying heights. And just as for mountain climbers, a rapid change in elevation will always bring with it a time for physical readjustments and yes, a time for physical reactions. But again, even if they at times may be bewildering and leave you at a loss to explain what, who or where you are at any given time, we can tell you that you will always be exactly where you are meant to be. So try to remind yourselves that in this, it is always the best to simply allow whatever it is that comes along to happen, and not to get stuck in trying to control this premiere flight in any way. For these winds of love may carry you far and away from any known destination, but that does not mean you will get lost. Far from it, this will simply mean that you are about to discover so much more of the why, who and where of it all.
