Ever feel fired up on a new moon, birthday or other inspirational moment? Indeed you could feel a surge of positivity anytime, given how energy is continually in motion. More positive feelings could lead to more beneficial actions, helping you to thrive. Continue reading to discover how to sustain positivity throughout your day as life challenges arise.

The more you can sustain positivity and a balanced response to life, the happier you will be and the more you can thrive.

Easier said than done, of course, as life has curve balls. Some arise when you engage with others in person or online. Some occur as you ingest the day's news. And some occur as your conditioned mind triggers a round of unproductive complaining, comparisons, or doom-and-gloom thoughts. These responses are fear-based, your mind bringing to the surface negativity and sometimes its worst fears. Even five minutes of complaining or comparing yourself to others stems from your conditioned mind - setting your joy meter lower, perhaps so low that you feel depressed, angry, or even hopeless.

DNA-Level Conditioning

All of us have DNA-level conditioning causing us to approach situations with black-and-white thinking. What I do I mean by DNA-level conditioning? This relates to patterns of response and belief systems we develop in early life - and those we take on from our parents,inherit from ancestors, or bring forward from past life experiences. In my 1-1 private DNA healing work with others, these often show up for clearing.

A big part of living in these times involves humanity evolving out of limited thinking and learning to live as quantum beings. This is our destiny as it is our true nature.

Meanwhile, the learned linear response obscures our ability to have a holistic view that allows for flexibility and consideration of more than one option.

Example: "Everything in the news is negative so I won't watch it." Or: "My friend over lunch likely will bring up politics and I don't want to hear about it or discuss it, so I"m canceling lunch." Another example: "I usually wake up early to exercise but won't do any today because I overslept."

3 Things to Know

Here are three things to know about sustaining your positive mood. Invite your Higher Self to reveal which ones relate to your life.

FIRST is being more present to your own inner dialogue, catching yourself before you begin unproductive ruminating. When you hear yourself coming from a linear perspective, take a moment and breathe. Ask for a higher view.

SECOND is factoring in the fear and prejudice existing within the collective. The collective is created by all of us over time, and we together update it as we evolve. Remembering this,  we can with awareness and skillful means avoid acting out the fear and prejudice. After all we are alive as divine changemakers and that means we are changing the dysfunctional patterns within ourselves, allowing us to help shift the world into the higher octaves of love.

THIRD is to monitor the learned tendency to want perfection and instant results. This applies on both a personal level and in our relationships with others. We're all spiritually traveling to achieve the same goal - enlightenment - yet it is a messy process and the timing for each person is different. It's important to make allowances for this, doing our best in each situation to come from love.

As I outline in my eBook "Predictions 2019" in the section "7 Ways to Raise Your Frequency," it's essential that we get things in perspective in order to have inner peace and thrive. In the book I say:

"A good method for practicing this is in the realm of politics. These days with politics so ugly and divided, consider that politics is really a neutral endeavor. It can be considered sacred, too. That's because elected politicians, in their highest sense, gather together to decide significant questions of the day. In an enlightened society, that deliberating would consider the common good of the people they serve. When that's not happening, like in today's divisive climate, changes must be made. The US political system was never perfect, but it's overdue for restructuring. It won't be easy, but it can be made fair - and indeed sacred. This will be a collective effort involving a change of consciousness - your voice and energy count."  

Given the above, consider that you are already where you need to be at this moment. There are no accidents. Wherever you are, strive to be your best self. And do what you can to support others in being their best selves, even if what they need in the moment is space to be however they are so they can learn and evolve. Show them love by being kind and respectful. Give them space to thrive in their own way. In so doing, your own ability to thrive is supported by the universe.

Navigating the New Energy

Can you feel the difference in the air? It feels like spring, even though we had a blizzard on Tuesday, it still feels like spring. It is the time of rebirth, new growth, and hope.


I was in session the other day and the guides told my client to go for a walk on the beach and to feel the sand between her toes and to know that it is sand she has never felt before, as she has never been in this place before. They said that we should look at everything with new eyes, see it for the first time with wonderment, with the eyes of a child.


They are asking us to clear out the lens from which we view our world. Update our perception to match the new energies. The only way to do this is to see what belief systems we are carrying that lock us into the old.


I asked to be shown what this new place we are in looks like and was shown a 5 lane highway, running at high speeds. I had to laugh because that is how it feels as if it is not slowing down and this all will become our new normal. Think to when you first started driving and the first few times you had to go on a major Interstate. It was overwhelming, stressful, and exciting all at the same time. Eventually, though you become used to it and it just became another road to get where you are going. We will adjust to this space/pace as well too.


As we know, adjustment takes time. In some moments it feels so grounded and solid other times it is like walking on marshmallows. Many are reporting dizziness from all that is taking place. The advice from spirit was to get low, get your butt on the ground and breathe into the new space. Seeing a cranial-sacral person was recommended to me by my team and it absolutely assisted. The energy had completely whacked out my cranial bones and the cerebral fluid flow.



Staying on the Edge. 


When we look “out there”, it feels as if things have polarized even more. The allure of the drama, the story, the outrage is strong. There is a hypnotizing quality to it that can suck you right in. Spirit is asking us not to engage in what is collapsing but rather stay in our heart centers. Our best bet is to send love to it all, especially ourselves. When one truly understands energy they don’t hurl insults or hate at someone or something they don’t like. Instead, they send LOVE as that it is the only force that has the ability to change things for the better.


Quite a few have told me that they are seeing mirror numbers for instance 12:21 or 10:01 and upon looking them up as angel numbers it doesn’t hit home. I too have experienced seeing these numbers. When I consulted guidance they said to see it as two sides to a coin. Our job is to stay on the line in the middle. If you are seeing mirror numbers, look at where you are not being neutral, look at where you are “buying” into one narrative over another. One is good, one is bad. One is right, one is wrong, yet they are mirrors of one another. It was advised to stay on the edge of the coin and not get caught up in the narrative.



Manifestation is very quick now


In this new space, Manifestation is incredibly fast. It is trial by fire to understand just how powerful we are as creators of our own reality. Know that if you manifested something that you do not want, then it is your opportunity to see what led to the creation. The rule of thumb here is to be present, aware and to really observant to all that is. Being grounded and centered helps us to manifest from the space of our soul.


One of the ways to ingrain yourself in this new space is to get out into nature. Connect with the perfection of it, the beauty, the patterns. Allow it to ease your nervous system, cleanse you and merge you with the higher timeline.


Look for the signs, the synchronicities, the confirmations from your guidance team to help you navigate & manifest in this reality.


Thinning of the Veils


The only veils that exist now are the ones that we hold within ourselves. As we clear the belief systems we will once again realize how connected we are to everything. This is not an overnight process but it is one that we will look back a decade from now and be shocked by how much as changed.


One side effect of this is the increase in spirit activity. I had one client tell me that something was in her home that didn’t feel good and she shouted 3 times “If you are not with God go away” and the being stayed. That is because God is EVERYTHING. The good, bad, beautiful and ugly. I recommend saying that “If you are not from the highest aspect of Source (God) you do not have permission to be in this space.”


Often though it is our filters that make spirit contact scary. A family member kept seeing a girl near him that looked like she was from the scary movie The Grudge. It really freaked him out which is understandable. I was in his home and I saw a female guide near him and she turned to me and said: “Now ask to see me through his eyes.” I did and she was really creepy!  I then worked with him to change the filter that was created by scary movies and helped him to see his guide how she actually was.


Archangel Michael told me important words that I live by
“What you see can be manipulated, what you feel cannot.”


Practice feeling from an open heart space and trusting what you feel. If it feels off, it is.


We can no longer walk in two worlds


Whatever masks we have worn are all now coming down. We can no longer compartmentalize who we are. For many being split between who they are within spiritual circles and who they are to the rest of the world was necessary in order to survive and come into their own. However, that time has come to an end. The pain of not being completely authentic will become too great. In all things, the heart must be followed.


For some, this means that radical changes must be made with relationships, career, and even living locations. For many though it simply means that you bring all of you and shine it no matter where you are. There is no dimmer switch,  it is time to be authentically, beautifully YOU.


I just want you to know how much I love and appreciate all of you. It isn’t an easy role to show up for yourself, to love without question, and anchor in this new energy. Be easy on yourself and each other. <3

Dear friends, I am Jeshua. I come to remind you of who you are, your strength and your greatness. You are an inexhaustible source of Light that continually refreshes, that grows and expands; an exuberant flow of divine energy. I want to infuse you with this energy and I ask that you allow this energy to flow fully into your mind, your body, your entire life, so that your soul’s energy can express itself here on Earth.


I appeal to you to let go of old and false images of unworthiness. I want to speak to you today about self-esteem and self-empowerment; about daring to stand up and believe in the fire that you carry inside. This fire is your Light; it wants to burn brightly here and now. But each of you has taken in so much false information about who you are and who you should be, that there has been a weakening of your spiritual power and your originality, your uniqueness. At this time in the evolution of humanity, new spiritual forces are being liberated, and that can only happen completely and truly through the people who are now living on Earth. A new time and energy is being born through you and that can only arise in a deeply rooted way if you completely embrace your own worth.


Men and women both have been mislead by society through its traditions and educational processes, so that images of sin, shame, and guilt continue to cling to and live within you all. Life is portrayed as a struggle to prove yourself and a fight to survive. In this tradition, a very limited form of male energy is being posited as being necessary in life, and that position rests essentially on an unstable foundation of fear and the need for control. This form of male energy has for centuries also dominated spirituality. Christian spirituality has become male dominated through the Church, and has thus lost connection with its origin. You are here to restore the Christ energy with its origin; to restore the living heart of it within yourself and to bring that forth and pass it on to others.


I recognize you as my brothers and sisters. You are so dear to me and what saddens me most is to see how you belittle and disparage yourself; how dejected you feel about who you are. Images of sin, shame, and guilt deceive you all. Let us look at how those images play a role in the life of both men and women. In men, these images are impressed into them during their early boyhood education by the emphasis that is placed on performance and competition, and on standing out from others; on being able to stand your ground and being tough and showing your masculinity. Sensitivity and feminine qualities, such as being able to connect and empathize with others, are rejected as being unmanly, as characteristics not belonging to a man. In women, the emphasis is put on  not  distinguishing oneself, but rather on empathy with others and being prepared to serve others; the caring, giving quality is emphasized.


These two role models are still affecting the male and the female psyche and they present false images. A woman is supposed to find her real value in the giving of herself and in her empathy and caring for others. She thereby loses her own strength and the ability to stand tall, and to take a stance and clearly position herself in the world. But it is only on the basis of a woman claiming her autonomy, her freedom and independence in the world, that the female energy can flow with its true power. If that foundation of autonomy is missing, women become weakened and they do not assume the position and power in the world that should belong to them. The traditional role model for women veils their sharp mind and adventurousness.


In men, it is in a sense the other way around; in the course of their upbringing they are often shielded from their hearts, their sensitivity, and their need to be caring, to love, and to protect. They must distinguish themselves and are forced into an inevitable loneliness, isolation, and the feeling of being lost, which sets them apart from the whole. Sometimes they truly lose their sensitivity and do not dare to give themselves over to the flow of emotions, feelings, and love that is also certainly present in their hearts.


There is a desire in the male soul to also embody the female nature, which is already an intrinsic part of their soul, but men tend to project this desire outside themselves onto women. Women, too, tend to project their desire for power and discernment onto men. But if both sexes cannot find these qualities within themselves, there emerges a painful relationship between men and women. They feel a need for one another, but at the same time there is conflict, because dependency is never a good basis for a truly loving relationship. Both sexes need to make an inner connection with their own male and female powers. These energies belong together; they are like a helix that is entwined around itself. Only together can they grow and flourish.


What happens to the self-esteem of men and women when they have to live up to what are actually such one-dimensional stereotypes of masculinity and femininity? The man often develops a persona or false ego that he must present to the world, because he feels he must prove himself; he must perform and be a man of action. The woman also develops a persona, because she must be charming, nice, helpful, and giving. When both sexes try to show the other side of themselves, there usually arise feelings of guilt, shame, of not being good enough, or their opposite: of being self-important or arrogant. Look, for example, at the hatred in your history as a reaction to homosexuality. Men who explicitly put forward their feminine side and showed pleasure in doing that, were considered the epitome of depravity. Limits had been exceeded that were supposed to remain intact. And why was this so? Apparently it was necessary to place men and women in tight boxes in order to suppress their true spiritual power and unique strength, because these stereotypes have all been acted out against a backdrop of the energy of dominance and power.


You all have had to deal with this suppressive energy, sometimes as victim and sometimes as perpetrator, so you may wonder why this attitude developed. You can look at the situation this way: the creative adventure on Earth, the entire cycle of lives and ever more lives, is a huge process of growth. It is a long journey in which you have experienced the extremes of what you might call “duality” in the world of form: light and dark, connectedness and separateness, male and female. You have traveled far from Home, and this is not without meaning. This experience has great worth and brings forth a deep richness in every soul who participates. But it also means that you have descended into the realms of fear, desolation, and oblivion of your true self. I am here to remind you of who you arein this descent into darkness and of your experience of both sides of the energies of power and dominance: victim and perpetrator.


Now is a moment in the cycle of life on Earth when it is time to return to a greater equilibrium, to more balance, so I call upon you to remember who you are. You came from a source of inexhaustible Light; a Light that is peaceful, yet flows and is dynamic, and which experiences and explores. There was no omniscient god, no dominant ruler who determined your life, but a completely free flow of Light that reveals itself both in the male and the female energies, and in different forms that all fit together so beautifully. Feel again the original bond between energies, the dance of the feminine and the masculine.


The female power is about connection and unification; it brings energies together. The female energy opens outward from the heart and receives with love and tender gentleness. In a certain way, the female energy carries the universe. It is the source of connectedness, of Oneness. Feel the power of this energy. She is present in all the diversity that you see around you: the people, the animals, the plants. Through everything flows the One: the mother, the goddess, the connecting and unifying energy.


The male power is about distinction and is creative in a different way; it creates individuals. In your soul you are connected, one with the other, and yet as an individual being you are also distinct, different, unique – one of a kind. Throughout the entire great universe there is nothing and nobody that is exactly like you. What a miracle! Can you, in addition to experiencing yourself within the One, the source from which you came, also allow yourself to be “otherness”, the completely unique magic of being you?  Feel it, even though you cannot express it in words – it is the “you” within you. This is the creative power of the male energy.


The greatest joy in creation is when the One meets itself through the Other. If you are living in a male body you can marvel at a woman, her appearance, her beauty, the access she has to certain energies, the unifying forces in her. As a woman, you can marvel at and enjoy a man: his body, his strength, the protectiveness that can emanate out from him. The play between male and female becomes a joy and a source of creativity when both sexes naturally embrace their own strength and worth. Both are part of the one Light, eternally connected with one another. Yet, at the same time, there is that difference that makes everything exciting and adventurous; a voyage of discovery filled with potential experiences that deepen and enrich you. That is the promise of the play between the male and the female.


Today we are speaking in particular about the male energy, and I want to say something more about that. In the traditional spiritual way of thinking, it is often the case that the ego is portrayed as something that is bad and needs to be transcended. Certainly in the past, the ascending upward into the heavenly was seen as the ideal of true spirituality. But what is true spirituality? It is not just the connection, the communion, the unity that are central to spirituality, but also the ability to distinguish your unique powers of being an “I”. Allowing your unique powers to flow and thrive is equally as important as connecting, and this gives an earthly, manifesting form to the Light of your soul. It is specifically for this distinctive strength that you have need of an ego. But by this, I do not mean the ego as it has been represented in the masculine tradition. Not a tough and hardened ego that wants to distinguish itself at the expense of everyone and everything, that wants to amass power, that wants to rule over others, or over life. This view itself is a false image of what the ego is. In its true form, the ego is a focal point, a prism, for your essential I-ness, your unique power. It needs to be there and is a very special and irreplaceable part of creation, like a puzzle piece that makes you part of the larger whole.


Embrace that power! Say “yes” to it. Respond with joy to who you are; you are irreplaceable. And when you stand up in your true strength, you need not transcend your ego, your personality, and leave it behind; you need not deny anything in yourself. On the contrary, you become who you truly are. The Light of your soul descends fully into all your cells, your body, your entire humanness. Everything that belongs to you is illumined by that Light. Then you say “yes” to yourself – your entire humanness is allowed to be – and your unique self flows into everything you are and do. You do not need to hide your humanness; you do not need to be ashamed of it.


Imagine how the Light shines forth from its source through you. Allow the Light to flow downward by way of your crown chakra and then throughout your entire being. It is a white and universal Light, loving and gentle. It flows through all life and also through you. By way of you, the Light acquires a unique radiance, a special tone, a different sound. Look within for a moment and maybe you can see certain colors, hear certain tones, or just get a particular feeling; then feel deep inside yourself: “This is me; this is the mystery of me”. You are here to receive this mystery and no one else can do that, only you. Let it flow throughout your body, through your abdomen, legs, and feet. This is the integration, the fusion, of the male and the female within yourself.


Feel welcome on Earth and enjoy who you are. Do not be ashamed and do not feel guilty. Let go of old images of sinfulness. No one is served by them, not you and not the world. Let the fire burn and let the Light radiate! That is my deepest desire; and my deepest wish is for you to stand up in your own strength, on your own two feet. Let the seed of the Christ energy flower within yourself and be not dependent on someone else. I greet you all, in equality and in deep joy.

VANCOUVER, BC – In a video statement released March 18, 2015, Former Canadian acting Prime Minister Paul Hellyer, declaring the USA to be “in grave danger”, exposed the Shadow Cabal controllers and called upon the American people to elect a new Administration committed to the disclosure and public distribution of sequestered New Energy technologies and disclosure of the ET presence in the coming 2016 U.S. Presidential election.

Mr. Hellyer urged that the USA and its government “be recaptured by loyal Americans” in 2016 from Cabal controllers in banking, petroleum, corporate sector, intelligence, including the CIA, FBI and sectors of the US military. Mr. Hellyer was also Minister of Defence of Canada.


Mr. Hellyer stated that this 2016 U.S. election might be our collective last opportunity to chose between a peaceful and positive future for our Earth, or the destruction of our civilization, as other civilizations and species have self-destructed in the past.


Military Industrial Complex = Nazi New World Order = Perpetual War financed by the Cabal

In his statement, Mr. Hellyer reviews the history of Operation Paperclip, the secret appropriation of ET technology to the war machine starting with the 1947 Roswell ET saucer crash, the “cult” of psychological warfare against the American and world population by the Cabal in ordering extraterrestrial craft to be identified as swamp gas.


Mr. Hellyer notes that only after President Eisenhower threatened to storm Area S1 and Area 51 with the US 1^st Army was Eisenhower as US President given any access to the military industrial complex retro-engineering extraterrestrial technology there for Cabal-directed projects. This episode of the Eisenhower Presidency led to President Eisenhower’s famed “Beware of the Military-Industrial Complex” speech.


This same Cabal and Military Industrial Complex, Mr. Hellyer notes, has gone on to be responsible for the false flag operations of 9/11 and the War on Terror, in which high members of the Bush Administration [George W. Bush; Richard B. Cheney; Donald H. Rumsfeld et. al.]. Mr. Hellyer termed the false flag operations of 9/11 and the War on Terror the most serious social regression in our civilization in 800 years, since the Crusades, which ended in the 1200s.


Policies for a Positive Future

In his video statement, Paul Hellyer urges a number of policies to ensure a positive path to the future.
End the Banking Cabal – Mr. Hellyer strongly urges dismantling the Banking cabal, its infrastructure and its practices, with the first step of dismantling the Federal Reserve Bank, created by legislative fraud in Dec. 1913 through the mentorship of Cabal kingpins the Rothschilds. Mr. Heller even urges the U.S. Treasury to issue $2 trillion platinum coins and cancel its public debts to the Federal Reserve immediately.


Religions move from Duality to Unity Consciousness – Noting that he had to turn 80 before he found out that Allah was his God also, Paul Hellyer urged world religions – Islam, Christianity, Judaism and others – to move from Cabal-manipulated Duality consciousness [I win you lose] to Unity Consciousness [We are One].


Secret Treaties with Manipulatory and other Extraterrestrials – Because of the research suggesting the existence of secret Treaties with specific manipulatory extraterrestrial civilizations granting these ETs the rights to abduct and experiment on humans in exchange for ET technology, Mr. Hellyer urges that the Cabal be forced to release the full terms of all Agreements and Treaties with ETs.


US National Security Act of 1947 – Peace & Reconciliation Amnesty Process Mr. Hellyer suggests amendment rolling back the US National Security Act of 1947 permitting a Peace and Reconciliation Amnesty process so that all individuals involved in the secret compartmentalized ET-related or exotic projects can come forward and make public the actions they undertook in the secret ET treaties and programs without fear of being prosecuted criminally or for security breaches.


Secret technology patents made public – Mr. Hellyer suggests that the secret patents on exotic technology, all made with public funds, be made public and that these technologies be facilitated for distribution in the marketplace.


7 years shift from Petroleum Economy to Clean New Energy Economy – With the Cabal’s hold on the Petroleum economy and new technologies removed, Mr. Hellyer demonstrates how the shift from a petroleum-based economy to a clean, new energy based economy can happen in 7 years.


Oceans restored before the food chain is permanently broken – Cabal False flag operations like Fukushima, the BP oil spill and others are negatively impacting the ocean’s food chain, catastrophically in the case of some species and ocean areas. Mr. Hellyer in his video statement discusses the urgent steps that the new US Administration and others must take to save the Ocean food chain before it is permanently destroyed.


Reforestation to restore carbon sinks – Mr. Hellyer urges reforestation of Earth to restore the planet’s carbon sinks.



HAARP & Chemtrails – Terming HAARP and chemtrails the “twins of death and destruction” of GeoEngineering, and population mind control for Cabal Transhumanist Agenda to robotize humans into a robotized, soul-less, Artificial Intelligence directed species, Mr. Hellyer called to a multi-billion dollar class action against the US Air Force, its contractors and suppliers. Presumably this popular-based class action lawsuit can be continued against the 17 and more known HAARP installations world-wide.

Old Soul In The New Energy

Since December of 2012, planet Earth entered a new energy and a new consciousness. As we look at the world today, it is tempting to think of it as dark and falling apart. We are, however, in a transition process.


Humanity is moving into higher consciousness, and we now have more positive energy on the planet than we have negative. For centuries, we functioned from an old, negative consciousness of war, violence, cruelty, and the need for power. This is now changing. The change may seem slow; but, humanity is shifting toward peace, cooperation, and compassion.


It may not seem this way at this time, but the increased negativity we see is the dark consciousness putting up its last fight for survival. Dark energy will resist change, even if that change is for the better. We are creatures of habit and we tend to like the way things are; or, we often wish to go back to the way things were. We enjoy the familiar, even if the familiar is negative.


Human consciousness is now shining more light upon the planet. Because of this, we are becoming a positive world. This increased light does have its temporary problems. It will bring out the suppressed darkness that was within humans for a long time.


If a light is shined into an abandoned warehouse, rats and other pests scatter and run around. The pests were always there; they were merely hiding in the dark. As more light shines from human consciousness the world becomes more transparent; the deviousness of people becomes known. The new consciousness will not tolerate shady ways of thinking anymore.


We see examples of this in various forms of protests, social and environmental movements, and/or the exposure of corruption in political systems and corporations. The world is now giving a clear message that it wants change for the better. The new consciousness is different and unlike anything we have had in our history.

For example, the new humanity wants desperately to stop the wars and violence, but the old consciousness still believes it is the only solution. The mindset of the old consciousness is to overpower, conquer, and seek revenge. The new consciousness calls for peace, compassion, dignity, and respect. The old consciousness was division thinking (us-versus-them mentality), and the new consciousness is a unified approach: “We are all one, and we must work with and help one another.”When it comes to the new energy, many of us may have already felt this shift in thinking. If so, it is because we are ready for the new energy. Consciousness has been evolving for many lifetimes.


If you feel within that you are a spiritual worker (an “old soul”), then this is an important time. You have been working on this shift for humanity for many lifetimes as an integral part of this healing process for planet Earth! All intentions, meditations, prayers, activities and self-insight have all come together to change human consciousness.


Overcoming personal struggles reflects that healing to the rest of humanity as well. In feeling peaceful, those “peaceful vibrations” are sent to the minds of others, whether you are aware of this or not. True change and healing occurs at the energetic level of creation. As individual minds heal, the world heals. Mind is causation and the physical world is effect. Therefore, the ills of the world must be solved at the source; which is thinking, energy and consciousness.

In this new energy, we are now ready for big work-and that is to truly feel our spiritual mastery. In order to speed up the process of peace and harmony, we must, as individuals, create peace and harmony within our own hearts FIRST.


In the old consciousness, this was not always easy to do, up against the dark at every turn. The good news is that, in the new consciousness, various problems of the world will be resolved easier and quicker than before. In technology for example, we have seen more technological advances in the last 20 years than we have seen in the last two thousand years. Just as leaps and bounds were made in technologies, imagine the same leaps and bounds occurring in your spiritual awakening. We can do far more in much less time.

Shine and continue to shine your energetic light. Fear not what is shown on the news. It is only a transition process. All that occurs is happening in the appropriateness of our human evolution.To brighten your light, drop any drama and negativity by resisting any tendencies to try and fix, fight, or make your past different. The past is old energy. Let it be and set it free. There is nothing in negativity that you need. Walk away from it with courage and confidence.


Remember that spiritual light is your primary focus. This will heal and increase the positive energy within yourself and the planet as well. Hold thoughts of peace and compassion (especially compassion for yourself) as often as possible in any ways that you can. You cannot help anyone in darkness if you are sinking in darkness yourself.


It takes strength to help the weak. It takes health and wellness to heal the sick. Only light, compassion, and power can help those in the dark. Be that which you came here to be.


Compassion for self is our self-worth. As we increase our self-worth all things change for the better. Our world is not suffering because we do not have enough resources. We suffer when a majority of people do not have love and self-worth.


The degradation of society is due to greed, lack of integrity, and the hunger for power-all done in an unconscious attempt to fill the void in the human psyche. This void is sourced in low self-worth or negative consciousness. If people in general felt more secure and loving within themselves, thoughts of hate, jealousy, cruelty, power trips, or violence would not be found in their hearts and mind at all. The world would then know harmony.


Become the peace, become the love, become the joy, and become the kindness you wish to see in the world. Expand these qualities within yourself FIRST, and allow the work of your old soul to enhance our present power. Spiritual workers now have new and greater energy to support their efforts.

This is the strength and foundation that lies waiting through your many lifetimes. Each person’s energy and consciousness is far reaching. Do not let it go to waste on negativity. It is time for us all to exercise our spiritual mastery and help carry our planet Earth to its next level of evolution: a planet of love, goodness, and benevolence.
