Beloved masters, many of you feel as if you are in the final stretch of a long, difficult race and your energy and enthusiasm are lagging. You are growing more and more disenchanted with the glamour of your worldly existence, and the things that used to excite you seem somewhat tarnished and dull. It is because you are shifting in and out of two vastly different realities or several dimensions at once. Also, your four lower bodily systems (physical, mental, emotional, and Etheric), are trying to adjust to and catch up with, the many Facets your Higher Self, which you are integrating on an accelerated, regular basis. This has put much stress and strain on your earthly vessel.


A vast number of you have and are preparing to make a quantum leap into a Fifth-Dimensional consciousness, whereby your old world State-of-Being is falling away much faster than you can integrate the refined energies/vibrations and concepts of your new, higher frequency existence.  As you become aware of what is taking place, you will not be so stressed out and confused. * It is time for you to remember why you are on Earth.  Remember, you are an extension or a Facet of our Father/Mother God, who in turn, are greater Facets of the Supreme Creator. Embrace the excitement of your new reality as you create greater and greater harmony within your personal world. Endeavor to take full advantage of your newly harmonized and elevated reality—savor all of the sensations and rewarding experiences the Earth plane has to offer, while also enjoying the beauty, wonder and magic of the higher realms.


* Light, sound and color are the modalities of healing, and they are requisite tools to assist you in expanding your consciousness, and in refining your personal reality. A spiritually-focused student/initiate on the Path to higher awareness must learn to use some of the major tools of Self-mastery, for they are a part of your Divinity and your birthright. Toning and learning to use Sacred sounds and mantras will aid you in rectifying many of the symptoms of distress or illness that you are currently experiencing, for they will assist you to gradually transform your etheric, emotional and mental bodies into a more harmonious state of Being.


* Each of you has the ability to contribute something personal and unique to the Divine Blueprint, which has been designed for the future of humanity and the Earth. You have been given an extraordinary gift by our Mother/Father God—the Divine privilege of participating in the creation of your own destiny. Each of you has the potential of becoming a glorified mortal. You are becoming Spirit-infused mortals, which assures your ever-expanding, immortal status. You are multifaceted, and you have consciousness on many more levels than you can comprehend at this time. You are an Immortal Soul with a mortal mind and body. You are in a process of Soul-expansion, whereby you are gaining the ability to integrate higher and higher Light frequency infusions.


* There is cosmic time that is fluid and malleable, and there is mortal time that is linear, structured and event-oriented. You are learning to live as Spiritual Mortals who can access the fluidity and magnificence of the Cosmos. There are schools of Cosmic Philosophy where you have studied, and which you will be able to tap into once again as you gain the ability to traverse the higher realms of expression. 


* There are Destiny Guardians to guide you and show you the way.  Ask for their assistance and they will become your devoted servants. The Beings of Light represent many differing viewpoints, and they have had many diverse personal experiences, just as mortals have.


* True spirituality does not demand particular rituals or rigid beliefs; it is a mode of living your highest truth with wholehearted devotion. You are to seek a blending of your highest intellectual, emotional and Spiritual Philosophy of life.


* You are a Spark of the Divine, and you should honor and place high value upon yourself and others. You are dishonoring our Father/Mother God when you do not. You should always seek liberty and truth for yourself and for others as well. 


* How will you know when you have moved into a State of Grace? You will know when others reflect the beauty of your Soul back to you. You will know when your abundance begins to flow. You will know when your heart expands with love for all Creation, and when your Soul Song reverberates throughout your Being, and out into the world and the higher realms. You will know when you cannot keep quiet, and you are compelled to share your joyous experiences with anyone who is willing to listen. And, you will know when it is appropriate to be a silent witness.


* Meditate daily and nightly, better yet, become a living meditation so that every waking moment is focused on the highest purpose for all. Then bring your love and power together to create the meridians of Light and focused energy, so that your strength is circulating throughout your physical vessel, and then radiating forth from your Solar Power center, upwards into the heavens, outward to all humanity, and downward to the center of your Mother Earth.


* You are to assume the lofty outlook of the masters: calmly, gently, lovingly standing by, observing, helping when possible, but allowing, not judging, for you know all that is happening is for a reason, and everything that occurs has a higher purpose.


* Spread your loving Light and presence as far and wide as possible, dear ones.  Counsel those who are led to you. By your actions you will be known, and those who have need of your Light and wisdom will be drawn to you.


Never forget, you are eternal and immortal. Your physical body is a temporary temple in which a Divine Facet of God dwells. The Sacred Heart is the temple of the Soul. Therein is the Essence of Life where true Love resides, and where your awareness of Infinity begins. The Diamond Core God Cell within the Sacred Heart contains the Twelve Rays of God Consciousness for this Sub-Universal experience. These Sparks of Divinity  are powerful WHITE FIRE GOD-SEED ATOMS—etheric crystal prisms of refracted Light called RAYS—which continually beam forth the Life/Love Essence of our Mother/Father God throughout this Sub-Universe.


In order to manifest your dreams, your vision, and to create your personal paradise, you must be ever alert for and strive to attune to the whispers of your Soul and Higher Self. This is accomplished by tapping into the frequencies of your OverSoul/Higher Self, and becoming aware of your greatest potential. Self-mastery is the power to control your life and destiny, and the wisdom to use it for the highest good of all.  As you do so, it is vitally important that you stay firmly grounded and balanced within the accepted range of duality while functioning within the reality of the Third-/Lower Fourth-Dimensional reality. You must also strive to establish emotional harmony and serenity within the illusionary world of the higher Fourth Dimension as you endeavor to become acclimated to the mental plane of the Lower Fifth-Dimensional environment.


Your transformation into Self-mastery, as well as the Ascension process, will be greatly accelerated once you have expanded your personal Lifeline of God Light—an etheric tube of Light—which is your primary connection to your God Seed Atom/ I AM Presence. You are also in the process of reestablishing your connection to the River of Life via your personal Antakarana (Rainbow Bridge of Light), which contains the Creator Essence called Adamantine Particles of Creator Light. Over the many past ages, humanity has diminished the connection to the River of Life/Light so that, in most people, it has become only a small trickle, which was called the “SILVER CORD” by the ancients.


Each of you has a sphere of radiance around your physical form that is produced by the vibrational patterns within your Auric Field and your Cosmic Soul Song. Life is an expression of joy.  If we see this vibration in the stars, in the galaxies that surround humanity, then we understand that this joy goes beyond the personal that the mind tries to grab onto, so that it has something to understand, and rather expands to a space that is unknown.  This simplicity of focus means that whenever the complication of the mind comes into your experience, all you have to do is remind yourself to go back to that space of simplicity, remind yourself to go back to that space of joy, remind yourself by remembering an aspect of this joy.  For example, the beauty of the light that shines when you look at the stars at night.  The beauty of this light that goes beyond an understanding that can be put into words – it’s an experience that is uplifting.

When you remember the joy that is the potential of all life, that is present to everything and everyone, then the mind comes back to remembering how to focus on more than the ego talk that happens when we are caught up in the mundane, material, everyday world.  This is not bad for a little while, but it doesn’t bring the deep joy that we all seek.  If we come back to that simplicity, if we come back to that beauty, then we transform our mind, so our mind expands to a space where we can begin to see the light not just outside, but also on the inside.  The stars are beautiful, the light of the stars that shine and remind us of beauty is a wonderful aspect of nature, but then we begin to see the vibration of light within our own mind.

This is an alchemical process that is very, very easy to experience once we allow for that space to be much more real, once we honor that space in a much more real way.

So when you’re able to do this, and I’ll show you how shortly, what happens is that this light, the inner light that is a vibration, that is the same vibration as sound, that is the same vibration as your truth; once you are able to allow this process to happen inside of your mind, inside of consciousness, then you will begin to understand that this light shines not only from the outside, but from within the core of consciousness, from what creates consciousness, the essence of who you are.  When you have this light shining from within, and touching the light that is outside, then there is a magnetic movement that happens by itself, where you don’t need to search for anything to help you with this process, because the movement is happening without effort.  The light has the space to shine back to your consciousness and really reflect to you who you are, remind you of who you are in this world in the same way as the star remembers its beauty when it shines its light to all humanity, you in your depth will come back to a sense of remembrance.

When this happens our physiology of body, of brain, of the nervous system, begins to adapt to the new situation, and we begin to adapt not only by allowing this process to speed up within ourselves, but we also begin to adapt by allowing our mind and body to create the space where such light becomes tangible, where we begin to be able to relate to the inner light that is deep, deep inside of ourselves.  This requires, as I have mentioned right in the beginning, a letting go.  We cannot look at the light and the darkness at the same time.  The light can shine through the darkness and remind you that in essence everything is a vibration of life, but if you are not able to see the light because your mind is caught up in the darkness of fear, or in the darkness of self-sabotage, then of course that is the space that you create for the mind.  This allows for certain thoughts to navigate and to flow and to play the wonderful games that the monkey loves to play, and keeps you so fully occupied with that process that there is not even one moment to notice that in that whole space there is a beautiful star shining towards you, asking you to remember, to remember the essence.

So when our physiology begins to change, when we begin to let go of, for example, fear, when we begin to let go of the idea that we are not good enough, or not able to allow such a process to happen, we build up a trust in the potential that is behind this light, and behind this vibration.  This trust brings joy in itself.  When you feel this trust, when you feel the need to simply let go and no longer struggle with yourself or with the outer world, or the ideas that you have of the outer world, then there is a sense of joy, because there is a sense of relaxation, which is what meditation is all about.

Meditation is not just a physical relaxation, but also a relaxation that allows you to come back to yourself and be yourself, be the real person that is you.”

"Today we would like to focus your attention upon the healing power of your own voice. We touched upon the tremendous power of sound in one of our previous messages, however it is our intention today to introduce to you a particular aspect of sound that is unique to each one of you. We will first briefly touch upon some of the key points that were made in our previous message regarding sound. It is our intention to share with you our perspective on just how useful sound is in your reality, what it is capable of and how it works.

How does the sound of gentle meditation music have the ability to soothe even the most stressful situations? How is it that the beat of a drum can invoke a response within the body which can be chemically detected by measuring the increase of adrenaline being released? How is it that plants with seemingly no physical ears to “hear” have been known to bloom more regularly and grow faster when in the presence of classical music? Why does water begin to ripple or pebbles begin to tremble when near loud sounds? Is music actually heard or is it felt? These are some thought-provoking questions which we wanted to stir within you to help you to open up to the wide potential that the power of sound actually has within your world.

Sound has the ability to heal the body, clear blocked chakras, move energy and shift physical matter. You may wonder how this could be possible. This is what we would like to begin to share with you. There are a number of benefits that can be accessed by using sound and many are already enjoying some of the benefits of sound without truly understanding “how” or “why”. Of course the “how” or “why” is not necessary for you to enjoy something, however we would like to share this with you so that you may further discover the tremendous power that sound has in your reality.

Remember that everything is energy and therefore all can be affected by energy. Very simply put, sound transmits frequency, which affects the vibration of the molecular composition of any and all matter. However, not all matter will respond in a similar fashion to being exposed to even the very same sound. For instance, not everyone is comforted and soothed by the same “type” of music, different beings respond to what resonates most with their current vibration.

Sound and vibration are one. Even those who are deaf will still “feel” the energy that sound carries. You do not actually hear the sound, it is your brain that detects and then translates this energy into an audible sound for you to experience. The range which is detected by the human brain is very small in comparison to the wide array of sounds which are actually available in your universe. Although you cannot perceive the sound of many of the frequency waves that flow through you at any given moment, you certainly can feel them; whether you are conscious of them or not, that is another matter.

In our previous message regarding the tremendous power of sound we had mentioned that there is a unique frequency or pitch which serves to instantly bring each individual being back into perfect alignment. What we meant by this is that when you are introduced to the unique frequency which your soul is attuned to, it will instantly bring your being back into perfect alignment. Not all individuals are attuned to the same pitch; it is something that is unique to you. Know that we are not referring only to humans; every being has its own unique pitch that will bring their being back into total alignment. This is why we say, sound has the power to heal the body. If your body is in perfect alignment, disease cannot remain. Sound was often used in healing temples in Lemuria and Atlantis to help align and restore the spiritual, emotional and physical body. Glass bowls, crystals and stringed instruments were often used in this practice. Because these civilizations could perceive auras, they could instantly “see” which sounds resonated most with each being. There are several communities of scientist who are beginning to make the connection between sound and the healing of the body.

So how then is it possible that sound can bring your being back into alignment? When you are feeling any negative emotions such as worry, fear, anger, or sadness then your being is “out of alignment” with your true self. When you are in alignment you are able to receive the abundance of the divine flow, it is the feeling of absolute peace which resonates throughout your entire body. You are fully present in the moment; you do not regret the “past” nor do you worry about the “future” when you are in perfect harmony.

Now that we have reviewed some of the main points in our previous discussion, allow us to introduce to you yet another layer of information that may help many of you. We have been asked quite often, how are you to know exactly what unique pitch or frequency your soul is attuned to. Though there are in fact several ways, allow us to share with you one of the most easily accessible ways for you to attune your energetic body given the current technology available on your world.

As each of you are well aware, you all have unique voices with many different ranges in pitch. Some carry a very low tone while others have a very high-pitched voice. It is important to note that one tone is not better than another, they are simply different. We will tell you that the sound of your own voice is calibrated exactly to the pitch of your own energetic body. So you may be wondering how this could be possible as all of you hear your own voice every day and yet your energetic body goes out of alignment. You do not hear the sound of your own voice as others do because the vibration of your voice is vibrating off of your bones in your neck and head, however when you record your voice you are able to hear it as others are able to as it. This is the key, you must record your own voice and as you listen to the sound of your own voice you are able to powerfully work to align your own energetic field.

Now, here is the next step that is equally important. Some of you may be wondering, but what am I to say on the recording? Do I simply just talk? Will any words do? Here is our recommendation, choose the positive affirmations that you most want to integrate into your being. Here are a few suggestions “I am in perfect alignment” “I am a powerful creator being” “I am capable of creating anything I desire to manifest” Certainly you may use the phrases that you resonate most with. You do not have to listen to your recording for any great length of time in order for the alignment to take place. A few minutes is all that is needed to access this tremendous power that you hold within. This adjustment is not permanent, you do have the ability to become out of balance again, however this is a simple yet very effective way that each of you have the ability to utilize as often as you deem necessary. Some of you will feel inclined to do this daily for a set period of time while others will prefer to do this on a more sporadic basis. Our suggestion is simply to do what feels “right” to you.
