The word of the day to describe our current times is discombobulated; meaning this energy can be confusing, disconcerting and often frustrating. Many simply feel all over the place – one moment is full of the most incredible bliss and the next moment comes uncertainty and anxiety. The lack of rhythm with this energy has made it a challenge to write about as it changes so quickly. I am going to do my best to summarize what is taking place.


Memories & Emotions Rising

Whether it is through dreams or brief moments of a memory arising, all is coming to the surface. The intensity of this depends on where you are in your process. For some of us it can be the first time we’ve really seen into our depths, felt the sadness and rage. Honor these feelings, allow them to have a voice no matter how ugly they may seem. For others, it’s allowing us to peel back more layers, forgiving and loving ourselves more and more. For myself and some of my clients, the universe has orchestrated events that have showed us where we still have deep hidden wounds even with all the inner work we have done so that we can finally release them. The good news is that we now have the tools to do just that. I asked my guides how to handle the emotions that are rising and was told very clearly that I have a choice I can go into the emotions and relive them or I can choose to see from a higher perspective and let go any sense of wrong doing I feel. It is understanding that being able to see the bigger picture (as much as we can) allows us to walk completely from duality & victimhood to pure personal power; a must for complete soul embodiment.

I was talking with Quan Yin about how so many are drowning in the waves of emotions, unable to keep their heads above water. She said so clearly that “at times one must drown in order to find what makes them breathe” and she reminded me of times I too was drowning, holding on to things that didn’t serve for whatever reason and how much I grew after I released them. The point here is that if you are finding yourself submerged in the emotions and negativity of this world, change your focus and find what makes you breathe, what makes your heart sing. We can get lost in the depth of the releasing taking place on this planet and that takes us off course from our true mission which is to merge with our soul.


Physically & Energetically

Wow, just wow. I find myself waffling between these bursts of inspiration and just wanting to sit and stare at the wall.  With the amount of light increasing on the planet in each moment we are being challenged in so many ways. Many are experiencing increased ascension symptoms such as stomach upset, exhaustion, insomnia, and a resurging of old injuries. Where ever your weak spot is, for me it is my back, it may be acting up. The nervous system for many people is on over drive as it responds to the increased light. This sense of tired but wired can cause fair ups in those with autoimmune and other chronic conditions.

We are also receiving massive upgrades to our body systems. These can be in the chakras, to the brain’s functioning, the endocrine and metabolic systems. Be very aware of what your body needs. I recommend not hard lining anything but rather going with the flow of the body. It needs to be understood that generally if a body holds as much light as is possible now that the human form is dropped, leaving only spirit. That is not to be this time, we are continuing our journey with our forms intact and there is no handbook that tells us exactly what is needed. Part of this is you understanding that YOU ARE THE AUTHORITY on you. We can get advice and insight from others but at the end of the day, it is you who must trust you.

On the bright side, so many abilities are opening up for us and again here we must take responsibility for all that we put out there and what we allow in. This is our reality, our creation and we need to manage it. The way that we connect has gotten profoundly deeper as well. None of it is “out there” rather it is all within us. Connect through your heart and allow your soul to become your greatest guide.


Timelines Shifting

The lower timelines are collapsing at a very fast pace. We have really been moving energetically and it will continue to escalate through April. When a timeline collapses it can be as simple as an apparent redirection to major life changes. While these can be hard to understand and accept, it is important to trust that all is happening in your highest long term good. This also explains why so many are feeling triggered, is so that those emotions can be released and the timeline where they were held dissolved.  Take a moment and see how even the painful stuff is a gift. A gift showing you it is there so that you may choose different. Pay attention to your surroundings and all the emotions you are experiencing, these are clues as to the frequency you are holding. The fastest way to shift from one frequency to another is to express gratitude for everything, even the painful parts.

Some of you may even be seeing the shifting realities. These can look like grids in the sky, waves in the air as if you were staring at a mirage or steam from a sun baked road. Others may be seeing reality bend and this is wonderful as it leads us to question what reality truly is… and those questions lead to one becoming the master of their reality. It really is a beautiful time, even with all the challenges.

Greetings! It is I, Quan Yin. We hope that you are able to feel upon the horizon the winds of change that are touching every part of your planet. It is a miraculous time, one that each of you wanted and chose to be a part of. There is not a single area that is not being affected by all that is taking place. We have spoken to you before about the frequencies separating and indeed that has begun.

For those that have stationed themselves in the higher frequencies, there is a mental ease to this time. This does not mean that all is perfect and joyous in each moment but rather that you are aware and have the tools to cope with anything that comes your way.  Think of a boat in a storm, the wave may cover the bow and submerge you for a moment, but the boat always rises again, keeping you afloat. For those who are finding themselves continually submerged, continually battered by the waves, we ask you, what is it that is weighing you down? What is it that must be changed and let go of within so that are no longer anchored to a reality that drowns you bit by bit. For you see, it is that simple, when you follow your heart and not the preconceived limitations of your world you will find yourself rising to meet any challenge.


As the frequencies continue to separate it is an opportunity for each of you to figure out exactly what you would like for your personal reality. The New Earth has been built and anchored in as a possible reality for each person, yet each one must decide how this realm will look and feel to them. Each of you are the creators, it is you alone who will determine what limitations you put on your creation. We are here to say that there are no limitations, except those that still reside within your belief system.


Now is the time to realize your power, your ability to interact with and change everything. Manifestation is more rapid now to show you the power that each of you hold. It is up to each person to look critically at their thoughts, actions and the energy that is being projected and received. For what was once subtle, no longer is. It is for this reason that we ask each of you to be aware of the energies that all outside influences bring, for they may affect your ability to maintain balance and centeredness. When one is not centered into their own being, the incoming light fluctuations will take a toll on one’s physical and emotional wellbeing.


We are asking each person to connect to the New Earth Grid, anchor it fully into your being by holding unconditional love for All in your heart. We hope that you are feeling the excitement as all around you changes and all that you have worked towards comes to fruition.

Dear readers, once again we greet you in love and respect as we witness personal and global struggles. We honor your courage as you continue to unfold into an ever deepening consciousness of oneness much like a bud opens to the fullness of the flower.

You have become the wayshowers, awake and ready to fulfill your chosen reasons for being here at this time.

We see many of you working to resolve day to day issues as well as to spiritually evolve while still using tools that no longer work simply because you have evolved beyond them. They are familiar to you and still work for those who resonate with them, but most of you have evolved beyond them--you are no longer that state of consciousness.

Every truth that unfolds in awareness must be held secretly and sacredly in the heart and then lived in order for it to fully flower as your state of consciousness. To continue seeking outwardly after you know what you are seeking lies within, will hold you in the past, in beliefs of separation.

You may still be guided to some book, class, or activity important to your understanding, that the book, class, or activity must be seen for what it is, a tool needed at the time but not a lifeline to hold on to forever. Truth is infinite and unfolds forever in new and deepening ways, but truth cannot enter into a mind that is already full. There must be the letting go of what is already known in order for the new to come in.

As wayshowers it is your responsibility to act, speak, and live your state of consciousness. For example, a wayshower (without conscious thought) often demonstrates problem resolution through the love and respect reflected in his life, words, and actions. This in turn will be observed by some who have always believed that resolution is only possible through force, law, or violence. A seed of truth has been planted in their consciousness.

Many spiritually prepared individuals are now observing, seeking answers, and new methods of problem solving. They will see and seek you out because of their readiness. They feel your energy and are drawn to it. Spiritual invisibility is about to change or already has for many of you because you have become Light workers.

Do not panic, for being a Lightworker does not mean you will never again have a personal life or be able to do the things you love. It simply means that you endow every action, interaction, and activity with Light simply because it is your state of consciousness. You still do the every day ordinary things, but now with deeper awareness.

We wish to speak of alignment. The energy yourself align with, you manifest. Alignment means becoming one with the energy of some person, idea, belief system etc., allowing it to be yours--temporarily or permanently. Many of you may be finding that you are having more accidents, little mishaps, and irritating experiences. This is because planetary and personal energy has become very intense, resulting in the instantaneous manifestation of whatever you are in alignment with.

It is important from now on to align only with your highest truth. When you remain aligned with three dimensional concepts and beliefs, no matter how irrelevant they may seem, it is what you will quickly manifest because there is no unexpressed consciousness. Likewise, where there is alignment with truth (harmony, completeness, love etc.), forms that reflect this manifest.

Begin to use ordinary experiences as reminders--"What belief am I in alignment with that has manifested as...? Am I aligned with current and popular concepts of duality and separation or am I in alignment with truth?" The days of thinking about, studying, and discussing truth while continuing to live out from the old belief system, are finished for any serious student of truth.

What people, places, ideas, beliefs, etc. am I choosing to align with? Everything is energy. You have all experienced being with certain people who leave you feeling drained. This happens when you interact with someone from a place of sympathy instead of compassion, which brings you into alignment with their lower resonating energy and allows them to draw energy from you.

Never doubt that there is an element that feeds on the negative energies of war, violence, and cruelty. When you understand this, you will not so easily be pulled into the dense and long hidden energies that are now rising to the surface of world awareness in order to be seen for the nothingness that they really are, and once and for all be cleared .

You are powerful because you are made of the very substance of the Divine. When you are in alignment with this fact, you will begin to see it manifest in every aspect of your lives. This does not mean that everything suddenly becomes rosy and there are no more problems. In fact, your conscious realization of completeness may very well manifest as something you have long feared to look at but which desperately needs to be cleared.

Let go of constantly seeking for truth because when you do that, you align with the belief that you are separate from it and will always be seeking. You have spiritually evolved beyond believing that some guru, or spiritual teacher has more or is more than you. They are often simply a step ahead of you in their journey. Trust your intuition, for not all teachers are enlightened.

Everyone embodies the fullness of the Divine consciousness, because nothing else exists. It is only the false beliefs of duality and separation accepted into consciousness that form experiences of being less than what each really is. Enlightenment is nothing more than a journey of experiences through many lifetimes that end in finally realizing "That which I have been seeking, I AM".

"I am that I am." Let this sacred and powerful truth be your mantra in every situation. It will help you to remember that everything you have sought lifetime after lifetime has always been fully present within. That which I have been seeking, I already am-- ONE Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent Reality.

Sacred knowledge carries with it obligation and responsibility and must never be used for selfish purposes as it has been in the past and even yet today. Great karmic burden follows those who misuse truth. However, understand that the creations of the "dark arts" are illusory and need never be feared because they are not in alignment with reality--unconditional love and oneness.

Every spiritual idea of Divine Consciousness is embodied within every soul--abundance, joy, peace, wholeness, harmony, completeness etc. etc. The realization (not simply intellectual knowledge) of this is then translated by mind into forms that are understandable and personal to the individual. Example; A conscious realization of abundance as being an omnipresent quality of Source will manifest in the forms needed by an individual, forms he can relate to. In the world, the Divine quality of Omnipresence is manifesting as ever evolving forms of transportation.

Live, move, and have your being in truth dear ones, for you are ready and are no longer students. There comes a time when the tools of seeking that once served you well, must be let go. In the human scene, if a school student refused to graduate, choosing instead to remain a perpetual student even though there was nothing new to learn, everyone would question his sanity. The same goes for the spiritual school. At a certain point every person must graduate from outer/intellectual paths to the inner where everything new awaits.

Alignment with truth manifests as qualities of reality. Alignment with any thing other than truth can only manifest as and perpetuate illusion.

Creating Your New Life in 2015 with Light:

Over the centuries in every generation there were only a few souls who could embody their Divinity. In the new year of 2015, the number of people who awaken to their true divine nature will be unprecedented. The level of creation that is possible will seem almost magical, yet it simply represents alignment with your most Divine, Eternal and Illuminated self.


In this year, you are able to create a new reality from fields of empowered Light weaving forms made up of qualities of higher consciousness. As you awaken into the Light of Divine Presence, you find freedom to soar above the mundane and yet create in clear practical ways. Working within these multidimensional levels allows you to bring Heaven to Earth. From this place you can receive the impulses of your soul’s gifts to activate in this lifetime.


In this year, you will come to know the power of the forces of Divine Light as a Tool for the Creation of your most Empowered Future. The dimensional shifts that have occurred opened the way for you to receive at a new level of frequency. You are here to see your dreams manifest, when they are desires coming forth from your soul to summon the energy that empowers you to bring your gifts into the world.

Empowered by Light

The power that you need to bring your dreams into the physical realm is aligning to greatly inspire your next steps in life in the 5th dimension. You will be amazed at the level of non-physical support that is available to create new form on the physical level.


Your human form now has the capacity to hold the evolution of your spiritual presence. As you embody your soul gifts within your physical form and anchor your desires through the base chakra, you give yourself permission to live the fullest essence of your divinity in the world. The more deeply you feel alignment with the Divine Intelligence within your heart, the more gracefully you allow yourself to have your dreams and live in joyous, confident enthusiasm.

Creating with Light

Creating form with Light becomes the daily practice that unites your most Divine Self with your human body. Your breath becomes the link, your awareness opens the door, and your vision becomes a divine tool when sparked by your true Soul essence. All that is required is to anchor the new frequencies that hold your empowered future within your being.


When you immerse yourself in Divine Light, new frequencies entrain the field around your body and you have access to the Love and Intelligence that lives within your heart. There is no power on Earth that can match the Divinity inherent in the Light of God.


Allow yourself conscious immersion in this loving Presence. It is what your heart is longing for. It is what your illumined mind is drawn to experience. Echoes of the ancient teachings reverberate in your being as your soul remembers how to create form with Light as it did in the ancient temples.


The more harmony you experience within your emotional state, the more you are living in your full essence. It is an amazing time to be alive, to dream big and align with your soul’s essence expanding and blending into human form.


If you feel your way is blocked, pull back into your heart, and give yourself the time to come into full alignment with your most Divine Essence, that which guides your way. This action will help you feel the capacity to have all you desire, and expand your energy to receive it. This also allows you to be in harmony with Divine Timing. Turning your life over to the Divine Presence working in and through you represents perfect alignment with your Soul’s requirements for the next step in your life.

Drafting the energy

When you notice that others are living in peaceful harmony in their life and manifesting their dreams, this means you also have that possibility. It is the cosmic version of drafting the energy that goes before you. Like migrating geese, you are moving together in agreement with the divine impulse within all beings to discover the new expanded territory in which you can live your soul’s essence.


Geese fly in the draft of the air behind their leaders. These geese are following the energetic flow of the wings of those that go before them, and it makes their way easier. That is the situation on Earth now as those who are on the first wave of ascension open the way for others to follow.


As they align their energy with the flow of all Creation working in their lives, more people are awakening to their true divine nature and feeling the spark that enables their dreams to manifest. Joyous possibilities exist that profoundly affect all those who resonate with their Soul’s essence. Creating on the physical level becomes an action of Intention fully integrated into the Divine Light you anchor in your world.


The dynamic gifts of your soul manifest as frequencies in your field of Light. Anchoring that vibration in your physical body becomes a demonstration that you are aligning your physical, mental and emotional bodies with the dreams inspired by your soul to live in the world with greater power, joy and love.

When you have identified that which causes your heart to sing in anticipation on a pure feeling level, you have access to this quality of consciousness. Focusing on these exalted states daily will change your vibration as those frequencies find their ground in you.

Simple, timeless practices

Ancient systems were developed that activate your conscious ability to receive Light. Most of these have been brushed aside in the hope of new, more powerful teachings. However, in many ways the simplicity and the clarity of the tools to expand conscious awareness remain the same. For instance, accessing the elements of subtle energy through your breath remains one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration.


Sitting in an exalted state of Love brings the power of that force of Light into every cell of your body. Bathing yourself in pure Joy opens the way for your brain to create new neuropathways. Allowing Peace to prevail in your heart creates the most nourishing Home you ever imagined.


We are using these potent words as the energetic tools they have become in new 5th dimensional energy. Each word holds an exalted vibration that you can literally feel in your body. This is your soul speaking through the language of vibration. Your feelings are your spirit’s way to spark the awareness of your choices.


There are infinite choices and possibilities expanding in your world now within the waves of Divine Light. There are, in fact, so many choices that overwhelm has become common among you. This overwhelm occurs when you are trying to mentally figure out which choice is best. It is infinitely more simple to use your feeling nature to sort out the choices that would most benefit your life. Your soul speaks through the language of feelings using these magnetic qualities to draw them into your experience.


When you create intentional spaces within and without for your spiritual practice, it allows your body to acclimate to higher frequencies and to use them for creation of your new empowered life.


In the ancient temples, this practice was the most relevant and purposeful way to create form. New realities were made from frequencies of Light focused and inspired by higher dimensional energies. Your soul knows these abilities; it is a part of your heritage. It is why you came into this life with a highly developed and sensitive nervous system. You have been unlike those you knew and did not feel nurtured by popular culture. Your soul waited for this time to bring the ancient gifts forward.


Your preparation has been extensive. You have so much information, so many lessons learned, cleared so much karma and old belief systems that you wonder when it will open to create manifestation of your heart’s desires in your life.

Now is the time

The time is now in 2015 as you begin to put your soul’s gifts into practice and align with its purpose. As you gain access to exalted states, there needs to be a grounded system in place that will take the frequencies of Light and connect them in your body for the new, growing crystalline system.


Creation of form can begin within your inner Temple of Light which is dedicated to the awakening of new forms in your life that are in harmony with your Source energy. It is an activity that befits that exalted awareness of your destiny. It uses ancient tools and modern focus to bring Light and Clarity into your being.


This practice of alignment with qualities of consciousness becomes the Beacon of Light that you express in the world. This practice draws to you all those who can assist you in translating the dream to reality, opportunities to share your love and wisdom, and people who can love and support you as well as enjoy your presence in their life.


Creating form from Light is the focus of this new year, and from that your Illuminated soul is birthed into new life on Earth. Your honoring of your dreams becomes an aspect of Love. Loving and respecting yourself enough to acknowledge the desires of your soul allows your heart to fully expand. You will find a new ability to bring your dreams into fruition when they are in alignment with your Source energy.

Step into the Light Field you created

You would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it. Check into your heart and see if your dream is in harmony with your soul essence. Become familiar with the resonance of a soul-based desire and that which a personality desire creates within you. When you feel in harmony, you can step into the field of Light you have created within the personal sacred sanctuary that holds the frequencies you want to express.


Do not allow doubt to interfere with your unfolding process of awakening. As the Light gains more strength, there is a new power also birthing. It is strength and integrity within your being to hold higher frequencies that can be transmitted into the outer world.


When your personal spiritual practice helps you to align with Source energy, you have new freedom to express great Creativity and Joy. Know that you can move forward in your life and align yourself with those who are already living peaceful lives in harmony with their greatest dreams and their soul’s gifts.


There is no need for competition. This is the time for a great cooperative wave of creation that allows you to ride the crest of its flow and manifest your dreams on Earth. The Divine Light awaits your direction.


And so it is.

"Every craftsperson has a toolbox full of tools and a number of techniques to help them bring inspiration into form. In the same way, throughout our lives, we have discovered our own life tools and techniques—the ways and means that have helped us create our lives up to this point. Sometimes we forget about the tools and skills we’ve acquired, and we wonder why we aren’t moving forward. At times like these, it might just be a matter of remembering what we already know, and rediscovering the tools we already have at our disposal.

In the process of becoming who we are and creating our lives, we have all gone through the experience of being inspired to do something and then finding the tools we needed to do it. If we look back, we may be able to remember that we used, for example, the tool of writing every day in order to clarify our intentions. We may also have used the tools of ritual, meditation, or visualization to make something happen. In addition, we may have been fueled by a new idea about how the universe works, which is what gave us the inspiration to use these tools.

In order for ideas to be powerful, they must be imbued with the energy of our engagement with them, and in order for tools to be effective they must be put to use. This sounds obvious, but often we fall into the habit of thinking we are engaging with ideas and using tools by virtue of the fact that we are reading about them, or listening to other people talk about them. In truth, using our tools is a very personal action, one we must take on behalf of ourselves. Like artists, we are each unique and no two of us will receive the same inspiration, nor will we bring it into form in the same two ways. To discover the truth of our own vision, we must take action by remembering our tools and putting them to use."

"The month begins with a Grand Trine in Water formed by Venus, Chiron and Saturn, coupled with a square between Jupiter and Mars. There’s a risk of over-doing things emotionally here. We may enter the month with sensitivities running high and an internal dialogue which goes something like this: ‘If I don’t achieve all my goals by the end of this month there’s no hope so it’s time to pull out the stops and let nothing stand in my way, no matter how tough it gets’. At one level it’s an admirable inner dialogue. Commitment and sheer bloody-minded resolve can take us far in this world. But right now it’s wise to take such inner dictates with a pinch of salt and remember that ultimately it’s the universe, not us, who’s in charge of proceedings and to hold rigid expectations of ourselves, other people or life itself, can be a recipe for disappointment and frustration. So be sure to ease off a bit if this particular monologue is playing in your mind as August begins and remember, there’s a whole new month ahead and, quite frankly, anything could happen!

The first week is characterised by this combination of sensitivity and inner drive which could turn us into something of a martyr if we let it, but come 4th August Neptune begins to lend a helping hand reminding us that sometimes the best progress is made when we take our foot off the accelerator and allow momentum to take us forward for a bit. We don’t always have to be driving hard and fast, no matter what our inner critic says about our progress to date. This is a test! Do we trust life enough to get us where we need to be (even if it’s not where we think we should end up!) or do we still believe we know better and should be drawing the map and planning the journey moment by moment? If we use the first week of August to answer this question honestly, we will be prepared for the Super Moon on 10th which may reveal to us where we need to accept rather than change, and release rather than cling on.

Prior to this, beginning on 7th August and continuing through to the other side of the Full Moon, we have the opportunity to embrace the wisdom of knowing the difference between pushing the river and going with the flow. The former may be tempting right now but the latter is most definitely what’s called for! It doesn’t mean we have to resign ourselves to an undesirable and unattractive fate, nor does it mean that we can’t take action to further our goals, but it does mean that when we are meeting obstacles over and over, banging our head against an invisible brick wall which seems to imprison us, the quicker we can take heed and ease off the better. And never has this been more important to grasp than now, for these brick walls are there for a reason and it’s not to smash them down without a second thought! They serve to remind us there are foundations still to be built in the form of skills to acquire, wisdom to develop, or good old fashioned information we still need to discover, before we can move forward in the right direction.

Which brings us to the Aquarius Full Moon on 10th August. This is THE Super Moon of 2014 and one to be respected! Yes, I know other Moons have been designated ‘Super’ this year, but not by me! THIS is the Super Moon to take note of. With the Sun within one degree of Black Moon Lilith, this Moon reminds us that without aligning ourselves with the forces of this universe which are far greater and more powerful than our tiny human minds could ever conceive, we cannot achieve what needs to be achieved in order for the Aquarian Age to be delivered safely and intact. Astrological Ages are ginormous things. Each lasts for a couple of thousand years or so and there is much debate over what actually constitutes the beginning of a new one. However, whatever your view on that, one thing we can all agree is that the next one is the Age of Aquarius and nothing is more important now than raising our own awareness in order to meet it from a place of deep wisdom and insight. And it’s never too early to start that kind of project!

I’ll be writing more about this Moon when the time comes, but suffice to say that it offers a wonderful opportunity to commit to change and release the energy of old habits, fears and conditions which have stopped us from doing so up to now. We don’t have to do it all in one go over night though! The energies of this Moon strengthen our commitment and staying power to keep us on track. They’re not destined to make it all happen in the blink of an eye. Indeed, as we form the commitment to a new and more authentic life this Moon may well reveal to us aspects of our current circumstances which cannot be released but instead must be embraced, accepted and loved for what they are in order for our search for truth to be fulfilled. It comes not as a magic wand but as a whole new tool box which we can open up to discover that extra strength we needed, that deeper insight which ensures our understanding, that extra information needed to complete the puzzle. Insights, information, people and experiences which come to us with this moon are influential and we would be wise not to overlook them!

And as long as we don’t, a sextile between the Sun and the Moon’s North Node the week following the Super Moon allows us to make the most of its potential. It will take a willingness to embrace a new point of view, one born of the fresh perspective illuminated by the Full Moon in Aquarius. The proximity of this aspect to the Full Moon will require rapid adjustment from us, but the quicker we can make it, discarding how we previously viewed things in favour of our new perceptions, the more we will reap the benefits of this much needed adjustment. Some may inevitably struggle with this shift, and it may be those we expected to go with the flow that struggle the most (including ourselves!).  But ultimately this time supports us in releasing stubborn ways and, frankly, immature demands that life does what we want, in favour of a more sound recognition that life may have designs upon us not yet understood and what we perceive as limitation and bad luck may actually be the very portal through which we must travel in order to realise them.

The final two weeks of the month provide numerous opportunities to explore what making these shifts means for us in our everyday life. They speak of two apparently contradictory forces at work which, by their very nature, will require that we step up, with all our courage and resolve, to do things differently and fulfil the potential of both. One, born of an alliance between Uranus, Chiron and Saturn which has been around since June, continues to orient us towards the healing necessary to embrace ever deeper and more authentic truths, and the other, born of an alliance between Mercury, Jupiter and Neptune, demands that we face the challenge this poses to our ego which is inclined only to embrace the truths which suit us and make us feel better about ourselves and in control of life. At this time control is not something we have. At least, not in the way our egos would like to have it! This is a time of purging and release, and what we are releasing may be painful in its passing. We may prefer to cling on because we are identified with the very thing which must be let go.  In such a moment we are faced with the impact of ego against the infinite backdrop of the Divine which requires total trust.

This month we are called to penetrate the truth of our beliefs and personal dogmas, no matter how ‘right’ they have felt or how many other people share them. We cannot enter the Aquarian Age encumbered by beliefs which weigh us down and limit our potential. And even the most apparently ‘spiritual’ and contemporary ones can do this if we have adopted them for the placation of our ego. Ultimately beliefs, dogma, models of evolution, labels that we apply to ourselves and others…. none of these are necessary in the burgeoning age, which requires only that we are present in the moment, connected with all of life as it swirls around and through us, and acting in honour of the greater good. At one level this is infinitely simple, and yet at another so deeply complex our minds will never grasp it no matter how hard they try.

On 25th August the Moon is new in the 3rd degree of Virgo, a degree connected to the angelic realms. No matter how you perceive of angels: as a physical reality, a metaphor or a fairytale, this Moon speaks of protection and support available to each and every one of us. This month is intense and many may encounter moments of challenge and even crisis within it. But this Moon comes as a balm to soothe heavy hearts or weary souls. It reminds us that we are not alone, no matter how isolated we may feel. That life itself courses through us, connecting us with everything throughout the cosmos and beyond. This New Moon invites us to experience this fact, no matter how successfully our minds may be telling us all is lost and we are forever forsaken. Coinciding with a conjunction between Mars and Saturn in Scorpio it may well be a time of pressure, power games and what may feel like defeat and hopelessness, but in fact it is a time in which we can choose to gather up our courage and do things in a different way. Neither give in to the negativity nor turn from and deny it. But instead look it in the eye, whatever it is, and know that if we exist in the same world as this, we have a responsibility for it and are called upon by the cosmos to carry that responsibility with integrity and honour. We cannot separate ourselves from the pain of this world and nor should we. We are moving into the Aquarian Age of community and sister/brotherhood, in which injustice for one is injustice for all. This is a very different discourse to that of the Piscean Age in which saviours and victims need to find each other to live out their roles.

By the end of this month we can come to the recognition we can all be saviours and victims, to ourselves and each other. Or we can choose to be neither and create a whole new way of living. The playing field is leveling and we can choose our part to play. But we must choose well and with deep consideration of the global consciousness from which we draw and to which we contribute every day. We must come to recognise that if we consider ourselves special we render others less so. If we see ourselves as powerless we give power over to others. If we believe only the positive deserves our attention we are denying the experience of all those who suffer day in day out. And if we call only on others to do their bit and own up, we are denying or own part in both the potential for positive change and the maintenance of a dysfunctional and destructive status quo.

August 2014 is an intense month for sure. Many will need support, compassion and understanding to come through it facing the right direction. But we can do it, all of us, if we set the commitment at the start of the month to do so. A commitment to truth without dogma, compassion without pity, and eyes so wide open we can no longer entertain anything but the deepest truth which will reveal itself on a moment by moment basis if we prepare ourselves to receive. If we do all that, we can get through and come out the other end thriving, not just surviving, and more awake than ever before."

"Today we speak to you of ascension. You are beginning now to see the results of higher dimensional energies pouring into world consciousness causing the dissolution of many old paradigms and bringing in a receptivity to truth and there is much yet to come. Up till now, ascension has been the distant goal of hundreds of individual lifetimes of experience and learning finally to be understood only after death with the help of one's Guides. However at this time--NOW, planetary energy is shifting and raising in frequency through the presence of so many enlightened beings on earth at this time. There are many from other planets here in human body simply to add their light to this process. The higher dimensional Light of so many enlightened ones is serving to dissolve the false and bring about the personal ascension of many while still in physical body. Those of you reading and resonating with the Arcturian messages can rest assured that you chose to be here at this powerful time to be a part of this.

Ascension is the reason so many struggle with difficult experiences. In order to shift into higher dimensional energy, there must first be a clearing of the lower resonating energies still held in cellular memory--these energies cannot be carried with you into the higher. These energies usually remain dormant as long as an individual is comfortable and all seems to be going well--thus some powerful "wake up call" may be needed to jolt him out of complacency. "Negative" experiences are not signs of failure for a spiritual student, but instead are indications of a spiritual readiness to move deeper. However not all energies needing to be released are negative, sometimes it is an intense connection to someone that has become so interdependent over time as to hold the student back. Because this is such an important time on earth, most of you chose birth families that would serve to activate deeply buried issues, bringing them to a conscious level where they could be finally resolved and released.

Through an honest examination of all experiences, the good as well as the bad, you will come to understand that much of what you have accepted as the way things "must be done, must appear, must work" in order for them to be correct, are instead simply concepts, many of which were accepted in other lifetimes and carried into this one. Everyone has had different lifetime experiences and so everyone's clearing experiences will be different.

Impersonal universal human consciousness contains all third dimensional thoughts and beliefs. The beliefs and ideas of this impersonal human consciousness are never yours until you personally accept them as true, at which time they become your state of consciousness and can begin to manifest outwardly. You may say; "But I don't believe this" or "I am spiritually aware, so how did this thing manifest in my life?" This is because energies of duality and separation are still resonating in cellular memory and any general acceptance of the third dimensional belief system will appear outwardly. There is no un-manifest consciousness. Many of you may re-experience these impersonal energies as they clear, especially those from the emotional body, just don't pull them back in, once again personalizing them.

If it seems to you as if you are going no where spiritually, know that this suggestion arises from human concepts of how spiritual experiences must look. Films, books, and even some spiritual teachers present pictures and ideas of ascension and spiritual evolution according to their personal experiences and state of consciousness. Every individual is different and there is no one experience for all--to believe you must have a particular experience is human.

Some are attracted to the teachings of the East because they learned and lived these teachings in other lifetimes and resonate with them. Others may find themselves drawn to teachings from the nature path...those of Native Americans and other aboriginal groups. Many are finding themselves drawn to convents and monasteries for no apparent reason. This is because you have lived these experiences in other lifetimes and everything you resonate with either positively or negatively is now coming to your awareness.

Always remember that at a certain point, you no longer need the modalities--paths, rituals, and teachings. Tools can guide and assist in the earlier phases of awakening but are no longer necessary after realizing that you already are that which you seek and that your oneness with Source constitutes your oneness with all that Source is. The tools can help open an individual to deeper awareness but there comes a time at which any dependence upon them must cease in order that teaching come from within. Holding tightly to some path, tradition, or teaching after it has been outgrown only serves to keep one in old and finished energy. This does not mean you cannot occasionally work with an evolved reader or teacher, or schedule an energy session, or take some class you may be guided to take. It means you no longer believe you NEED these things.

It is important that you not judge yourselves for any human beliefs or thoughts that may flow to you even if you temporarily accept them. Impersonal ideas are often inadvertently accepted because you still resonate with their energy. For example if a person has had many previous lifetimes of disease, he will be more susceptible to the concepts of health and disease floating about in universal consciousness.

Resist any temptation to guilt, regret, or self loathing for thoughts or actions you may embrace, instead use these realizations as reminders to go deeper. If you realize that you have ignorantly accepted some belief or another that you now recognize as false, know that the sky is not going to fall down nor will you be "smote from above" as punishment. These experiences are simply opportunities for growth, and investing them with a power they do not have is duality and separation. Always remember that nothing, no word, thought, experience, or appearance can ever separate you from who and what you really are. Learning becomes more gentle with time because the need to learn through struggle and pain is finished. Most of you are at that point now.

Trust your intuitive sense about things. If some thing in your life (food, books, entertainment, world view etc.) is no longer resonating with you, know that you have shifted beyond the energy of it and try not to revive it as it was in the past no matter how pleasant or perfect it may of been at that time. Try very hard not to add energy to negative outer appearances, but instead reinterpret them. For example, you may become aware of some humanly negative or violent activity, but the spiritual reality is that all activity between living things is the activity of interconnectedness (Love-- many within the One). In this case that spiritual interconnectedness is being reflected through the third dimensional consciousness of separation--it is still the interaction within the One, but colored by false belief.

Trust that once you choose to evolve, you are indeed evolving regardless of any outer appearances. It is not necessary to jump up and down, light a candle, chant certain chants, go to church every week, or stand facing a certain direction saying certain words to get the process moving. You have all evolved beyond these beginner activities or you wouldn't be reading these messages. Nothing is needed but the intention to evolve. It does not mean you cannot visit a church and enjoy the beauty of a service nor does it mean you cannot sign a petition or speak your truth. It means you no longer give these things a power they don't have, but instead, rest in the realization that there is only one power and that power is within.

There are those who believe they have already know all the answers and so there is nothing more for them to learn or understand. Sadly, this ego stance serves to act as a box enclosing them with their own creations and preventing any real spiritual growth until such time as they are ready to open themselves to more.

Evolution is a gradual journey into higher dimensional energy. Ascension is the achievement of that state of consciousness that will allow you to shift into the higher frequencies. The higher and faster the frequencies, the nearer to pure Light they become. The third dimensional world is unable to see these higher frequencies with human eyes and so denies them, but this is changing as more and more come into alignment with them. As beings of light, you allowed your energy to slow and become dense in order to experience the third dimension for the purpose of remembering truth while seemingly separated from it. At this time most of you are ready for completion and are on earth to once and for all clear any remaining energies from these life times.

Trust that you are well on your way regardless of the lack of so called spiritual experiences. Open your hearts to the truth behind what you may behold in the outer knowing that all, even the seemingly un-awakened are releasing old energy. There are some not yet ready for ascension, honor them and concern yourselves with your own inner work. It is not wisdom to try and convert another not yet ready for your level of awareness. Keep truth silent and secret in your heart and those ready for what you have will find you for energy seeks its own level.

Relax, rest, and take time often to go within, even if you have to get up in the middle of the night to find quiet. Stay present in each moment no matter how mundane or frightening--this is the spiritual journey which rarely comes as the blast of heavenly light depicted in movies except to those who have already attained their personal ascension in a previous lifetime.

Trust, trust, trust that which is within. It is time to claim your own Divine Power.
