The Surrender Agreement (Document)

The duly signed surrender document now exists in the physical and is in the hands of the human Light. Like many documents of the Light, it is short and to the point. The basic terms are that the dark surrenders to the Light and agrees to cooperatively turn over power to the Earth’s Light including any and all technologies they have used to manipulate and control humanity. There will be no cover-up and the entire truth will be disclosed. In return the dark is granted amnesty for all crimes committed. There are over one hundred dark signatories and about a quarter of that number who are signatories for the Light.
The announcement and roll out is now in the planning stages. Much has to be decided. Who is to make the announcement, when and where? What will be included and what will follow later? What role will the ETs play and when will they begin to play that role?
Is the surrender fragile or in danger in some way? Obviously but in a strange sort of way what and whom threatens it? The dark no longer is motivated to derail the process…all their attempts to derail it have been blocked and they are now without the means or the coordinated will to pull off a deal breaker. Plus, amnesty is of huge interest to them, having perpetrated crimes of all manner both individually and systemically. This is well documented and includes sting operations from the recent past. Since the top of the dark hierarchy has long operated as being above the law, there is a large body of evidence and our ET supporters have even fuller dossiers.
A much less obvious threat exists. Light based governance targeting the greater good is not well understood by humanity and has not been practiced except in isolated locals and the human Light has included people targeting to take over power from the dark thus becoming the new power brokers. Avoiding this pit fall was part of the eleventh hour negotiations.
I now shift to my personal experience. Katelon and I have met daily since mid-November in support of birthing a shared timeline for humanity that is based on Light. A timeline based on surrender is far preferable to a timeline originating in arrests and punishment and we consistently supported options leading to surrender. The surrender document as now signed was negotiated in late November and has been over a month in ratification.
Katelon and I met daily targeting to do what ever was asked of us in support of this agreement becoming the bases for the desired shift. We were not at any of the negotiating tables, instead operating behind the scenes as resources and alliance builders. Our principle resource is as energy workers. We daily did clearings to assist those choosing Light based personal agendas and to clear away blocking energies. Energies blocking surrender, energies blocking disclosure, energies blocking a Light based media were each targeted daily. We were also asked to send Love and Light to various participants and key pieces of the process.
New Year’s day was of special interest. I went through a dark night of the soul and for the first time begged off, ending our string of consecutive daily meetings. Katelon was guided to follow our daily process and that was the day of the break-through. My personal journey did not come good until the wee hours of the next day when my personal darkness finally cleared and I reconnected with Source and the Light. Amazing times.
