Wow seriously, thank you, my Dark Muse, for the healing..I see why painters and poets and writers have muses. Not just for inspiration, but as catalyst, to go down to the depths, to help them retrieve their lost souls, from a prior life.


It is in the rescue, recognition, reunion of sorts, that the long held darkness, that had clung for centuries, invading an otherwise pure, if battered soul, could finally be released...freed, in a sense. And it goes kicking and screaming, lashing out and wailing..off to plunder elsewhere..

The vessel, she's an exhausted sage, contemplating this bizarre rage...feeling lighter as it passes out of her, demons tremble at the sound of wings aflutter.. they flee at last, as Angels invoked now rush in.


The moon shines brightly, revealing illusion, madness, and new life, budding yet dormant in the frigid wind's chill. The silent reflection of the distant sun beams in nocturnal projection, yearning to illuminate and warmly embrace all blessed beings.


Soon, assures the moon. Now rest, heal, be. Change is in the wind, you'll see!

Dear friends, I am Isis. I'm the energy of freedom and joy. I'm with you always, I'm inside your heart. Feel me inside of you, this is my deepest wish, to be received by all of you. I am an angel energy. I am a universal energy and I am a feminine energy.


As you feel me inside of you, you may see images of water flowing, or of the air, of wings or birds flying in the sky. Let me come to you. Allow me to enter your energy-field. As an angel I am different from you. I'm not an individual being, I'm not a soul, an individual soul like you. You are creators because of your unique individuality; you create something new in the universe just by being you. Angels and angel energies are there to support you, to hold you and remind you of the oneness out of which you were born. You do not yet understand the miracle of you, of you being a creator. You are divine beings in another way, different from the way angels are.


In order to become real creators, you had to separate from oneness. In a way, you were angels before you were born as an individual soul. There is still a part of you that is angelic, but it's mixed with the energy of individuality and therefore separation. You were all born from joy, from a sense of joy. It has been an act of deepest creativity to give birth to you. You are entirely new; there is nothing, no one exactly like you in all of the universe. Creating you is something that has been supported by a lot of universal energies like me, archetypical angel energies. You can see it like this: God or Oneness desired to create darkness, separation, in order to create something new. Because when something new is born, it always happens inside darkness. It is literally unknown territory, it is new. And you are exploring this darkness, this unknown land by living, by being here on earth. It was inevitable that you became lost, that you felt lost along your journey. You are in between two realities. You were born from oneness, from an angel-like realm. On your journey you have gone to the other extreme, the extreme of separation, feeling abandoned and lost. The meaning behind this journey is that you learn to bring together these two energies. You are not meant to simply return to the level of oneness where you came from. You are destined to be creators: to create something new. You bring light and life into darkness and separation. When you do so with confidence and trust, you realize that you are birthing oneness inside yourself. And this is what you are doing right now, at this stage of your journey as a soul.


All of you have gone to the extreme of separation, of feeling disconnected. All of you want to go back, want to reconnect strongly with your source. But you need to understand who you are. You were meant to discover that oneness inside and spread it across the universe. You are not going back. You are bringing heaven down on earth and in other places. Even though you regard me as a very high energy, you have something that I do not have. You are the creators. And you experience this as a mixed blessing. There is great pain inside you because a part of you doesn't realize your power, your strength.

Now I am taking you back to the ancient days of Egypt. People were living here and working here and they lived quite unconsciously. They felt trapped inside their bodies, inside their animal nature. There was no memory inside of their divine nature. Then a cosmic impulse came from the universe to awaken consciousness in humanity. And you are very much a part of this impulse. There was a great influx of energies and it entered into this land because the energy of Earth is transparent here; it enables light to enter. Most people living here were not ready for this level of awareness but there were also people, who were like you, who were ahead of mass consciousness. In fact, you were here yourselves but in a different body. You often had to live hidden lives; you had to be really careful to show who you were. But you were the energy-holders. You were receiving this cosmic energy, because whenever an impulse arrives on earth from the outside, there need to be human beings who are evolved enough to receive that energy. These human beings are channels for higher energy and they inspire other human beings around them. And you were here doing this. You may have been quite invisible during those lives, but you were transmitting energy to this place, to this land and you contributed to the civilization of ancient Egypt.


Please feel this for yourself. You have already felt it when you were touched or moved by the places you visited. Respect yourself for this. Some of you have felt that you are a guardian of these places. And you are in fact guarding an energy that was very precious at that time. It pains you to see how it has been misunderstood and still is not understood very well by many people. Forgive them for this. Simply be there and feel the peace inside your heart. You are still energy holders and you inspire other people in ways that you do not even know. You are on the verge of a breakthrough in this lifetime. You are reconnecting with your divine essence.


It takes a lot of faith and clarity of mind to venture into the new. You are afraid to be your greater self, to be the creator self inside of you. You're afraid to own your power. In fact most of the darkness inside of you is your own power that you refuse to use or to receive. And by power I mean creative power. Wherever there is fear inside you, you are suppressing your power. So I'm asking you now to simply look at the fear inside you that blocks you the most. The fear may be related to your work or to your relationships. Now go inside this fear with your awareness. And imagine that you completely own your energy. You are at one with your power. Feel it throughout your body. You are the messengers of oneness. You are important and you should respect yourself more. So look at the fear again and now see it from the perspective of you as the creator. What are you really afraid of? Feel that it is unnecessary. Simply breath in, breath out, breath through the fear and accept the fear too. It is part of the darkness that you are meant to encounter, don't be afraid of it. The darkness welcomes you, it wants you. Embrace your worries, your doubts, your fears with a gentle smile.


This is your mission and this is your greatness. You are here to help humanity at this stage. You are still the energy-holders and in order to fulfill your role, you need to accept your greatness.

For this week’s issue we are receiving Angelic support along with the reminder that the Light of God is always available to us when we breathe more consciously.


The Gabriel Message card for this week:


You are never far from the Light. It is as close as your breath.


Have you ever started to feel anxious and confused, and then noticed that you were not breathing?
Obviously our breath is a key to staying alive, but it also offers us an avenue for alignment. The yogis say that the Infinite Intelligence lives between our in-breath and out-breath.


Our breath is a powerful tool for becoming more calm, settling our mind and creating an alignment within us to our Divine Source. Often the confusion and anxious feelings we are experiencing are because we have separated from our need to breathe more deeply. The body can literally begin to believe it will not get enough oxygen to survive, which causes the anxious sensations. This is also a demonstration that we are out of present time, because in the future or past we forget to breathe.


It has become essential to my Well-being to sit in the Light of God’s Presence every day. For varying reasons, some days this is easier than others. The essential key that makes the difference between feeling suffused with Golden Light or ruminating over my life situation is my breath.


The full Gabriel Message below speaks about a Balanced Breath. This is simply breathing in for the same number of counts that you breathe out. It is a very basic tool for coming back into balance with yourself. This breath exercise is so simple you can do it in traffic or in line at the post office. It will help you feel much more centered and at ease.


The Balanced Breath exercise is very well known all over the world. In Hawaii it is known as the HA breath, which means the Breath of Life. When you can hold your breath for the same number of counts in between the inhalation and exhalation, it becomes a very simple, yet powerful meditation tool. This has been called the Square Breath, using the same number of counts to breathe in, hold, breathe out, hold.


This square breath exercise should definitely not be used in traffic or in the post office line. It is very powerful and can help you to slip into a meditative state. The breath becomes a simple tool to raise your energy frequencies, allowing you to come into alignment with your Higher Self. In this simple equation, the more you raise your vibrational frequency, the more Divine Light you are able to experience.


At the end of January I will begin a class called Living in Light that will teach the Archangel’s tools for higher consciousness that help us to integrate and work with the higher frequencies of Divine Light that we have been experiencing. In this year of 2015 we are using Light to manifest new form in our lives. The Light Field Technology I work with can be applied to any area of life. Details about the class will be available this week.


Breathing in God’s Light and Wisdom every day is an essential practice for my Well-being. I know that it fulfills my purpose as a Light-bearer as well because Divine Light is anchored through me into the Earth, and this radiates into the world.


Divine Light becomes our link to higher dimensional realms when we can remember that God is with us always, as close as our next conscious breath.

You are never far from the Light. It is as close as your breath.


Dear One,


Your breath is your connection to God. Breathing is the first thing you do when you arrive on the earth, and the last as you depart. Your breath feeds your body and mind the oxygen it needs to exist. Your breath also holds the power to create an expansion in your energy so you can be aware of your link to the Source of all life.


Divine Light is showering upon you at all times and it radiates from within your being to the world around you. This light holds the essence of peace and love. The more you are aware of your connection to this light, the happier you become.


There are times when you may feel alone and in turmoil because of situations in your life. It is at these times that breathing consciously and remembering the light of God will be helpful. When you pray to experience the power of your connection to the Divine Presence, you are opening a door in your mind to allow in more light. The more you open, the more you are flooded with light and love. Remember at these times that your breath is the key to opening this door.


Practice:


When you breathe in a conscious manner, taking in and releasing balanced breaths, it will compose your energy and allow you to focus on God. Continue to breathe and pray for greater awareness of Divine Presence in your life at all times. Ask to know your oneness with the Divine as you breathe deeply, and anxiety will drop away. It is difficult to be upset when you are breathing deeply and openly. Part of your anxiousness is caused from breathing very shallow breaths. Your body starts to fear that it won’t receive enough oxygen to live, so taking a few moments to breathe in a conscious way is very reassuring to your body as well as your mind.


As you inhale, imagine you are breathing in the light of God and allowing it to flow into every cell of your being. As you breathe out, imagine that you are releasing everything within you that is not of your highest good. Each breath renews you. As the light creates more clarity and focus, Divine Love brings you peace.


Remember that you are never alone. There are messengers from God in the form of Angels who are available always to bring you peace and guidance. You can call on Divine Light and ask to know personally your guiding Angelic presence. Prayer is always answered. You can ask for what you want to be or to have in your life, knowing that it will manifest in a form that is for your highest good. You can release to the Angels all that no longer serves you. Then give yourself time to breathe and receive the abundant level of love and wisdom carried by Divine Light.


Your life will change in miraculous ways when you remember:

Dratzo! We come on this date with more to discuss with you. The various coalitions created by the Light are in the process of finishing their operations to remove the dark cabal from power. These groups are slightly ahead of our jointly agreed upon schedules. We are most pleased with these results. The new Gregorian year promises much as it prepares its final countdown for manifestation before you. This year is finally to make it possible to finish off the cabal and its numerous henchmen. This coming victory is to give you the freedom and prosperity we have long promised you. This time comes with a growing set of responsibilities as well. Gaia expects that you are to honor her. Over the past 500 years, western civilization has spread across your globe like a cancer. It strongly believes that it is the master, and not Gaia. This upside-down view needs to be expunged by you and replaced by one that realizes the importance of creating a society which sees itself as a part of the natural processes of your world. You need to visualize how you are truly partners with this world essence in preserving and sustaining all life on Gaia.


   As you develop your new global societies, bear in mind this concept of divine partnership with every planet that you are to dwell on in this solar system. Right now, you need to concentrate on Gaia. When you are reunited with the Agarthans, use their societies as a prototype for establishing a new epoch for humanity. Your new technologies are to terminate any need for the mass farming you currently do. This technology likewise is to end the present way your economies operate. No need for stores, or for that matter, jobs, which take you away from your home simply to earn the monies, you need to survive. Instead, you are to learn to work with one another, to alter how you view “Mother Earth.” Each individual possesses talents. These are to be used to find the joy you need to truly be in ecstasy. When you constantly use your talents to aid your society and sustain your world, you discover an inner joy. This maintains and enlivens you. You gladly join with others to form relationships that sustain each other.


   We say this simply to encourage you, and to prepare you for what lies ahead. Long ago, the dark created your societies to serve themselves. Your purpose was simply to do what they wished, or in a lesser way, to emulate them. This is not a natural sequence of events. Thus, you have mostly denied yourself things that were capable of bringing you joy and true knowledge of self. As you move forward into higher states of consciousness, you begin to realize the ridiculousness of such an arrangement. Instead, you require a society where everyone learns to honor each other. This type of society is a natural evolutionary process that normally takes many decades to discover and implement. Our purpose is to have you accomplish this even before you reach full consciousness. This is to be the prime task of our mentors. You first need to rediscover who you truly are and apply it to your realm. This process is to be the prelude to what we call galactic society, where you learn to sustain each other, and your realm.


   Such societies permeate our numerous star nations. We have come here to prepare you for the advent of such a society throughout this solar system. As you grow, you are also to learn how various souls have raised their vibrations to where they do not require a physical body. These magnificent Beings are to be found aiding the elementals found on all the worlds, which possess environments harmful to physical life. They also wish to be a part of this new star nation. We are to teach you about life and consciousness as well, to ready you for a truly amazing set of experiences. Each of you has a series of realities where you exist in parallel to yourself. This is how you make decisions based upon your life contract. We are to let your mentors explain this in a more extensive manner. Before we can do this, you are to learn more about the true nature of time and space. To do this, you need to abandon your present concepts that are based purely upon physical reality.    Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We arrive with some good news for each of you. Right now, we are watching our associates complete a number of tasks that are to lead you to a new epoch. Now that the Christmas holiday is complete, we are seeing that the various programs are concluding. We fully expect to see the rise of new governances around this world in the coming months. These changes are only the beginning of several new developments which are to drastically change how this world operates. Mostly, governments have been the playthings of the super-rich and powerful. Now these instruments are to represent you. This dramatic change is due in part to your great envisioning. It has taken much longer than originally expected. Meanwhile, Heaven continued to ask its many angelic guardians to accelerate the various readjustments that you needed. This program in turn produced the degree of change which Heaven wanted.


   We, Ascended Masters, were required to use our envisioning powers to assist you in this grand task. We welcome your increasing acceptance of the many changes needed to transform this reality. Let us continue to pray and meditate together. A grand design is manifesting in this realm, which is destined to transform us all. We are most pleased by your cooperation. The energy fields have formed, which are to wonderfully forge our new realm. Use this ever-growing energy to bring in your dreams. Today we would like to focus your attention on the topic of communication. There are many at this time who have great difficulty communicating their true beliefs, thoughts and feelings with those they are closest too. Many believe that in order to communicate they must use words. You have been taught that in order to understand another you must listen, but really you must feel in order to understand. It is our intention today to help shed light on this topic and discuss some of the misconceptions about how one can communicate.


The use of language through words has been used on your planet for thousands upon thousands of years, however know that this was not always the case; nor is it necessary for communication to take place. You may look to the animal kingdom who have not developed a spoken language such as your own, and yet you can watch a flock of birds take off in sync, fish swerve and maneuver through water as one unit, and elephants who communicate their location to others miles away. Many may argue that animals do communicate through sounds that are natural to them; and we would agree that yes, animals do use sound as one form of communication, however what we are suggesting is that vocal sounds are not a necessary part of communication. Communication is shared through energy, through frequency.


Regardless of whether you intend to or not, all beings share their energy with others. The thoughts that you have create a vibration, a specific frequency which is then perceived by others around you. This is also why you are able to detect if someone is being genuine and authentic in the words they speak, you instinctually pick up on the thoughts and vibrations which the other person is giving off. When a person’s words and their thoughts do not match, you can perceive this. This intricate process of translation is all done subconsciously. Just as you do not have to give your heart specific instructions on how to pump blood through your body, you do not have to consciously know how to translate another’s frequency in order for you to feel their energy.


Another example of your ability to translate energy is the communication that is made between humans and animals. You do not speak the same language and yet there is a common understanding between a human and their animal. Not because the animal has learned your language but because animals and humans alike are skilled at perceiving and interpreting the energy around them. However, because the animals have not become reliant upon a spoken language to communicate, their ability to interpret others thoughts is much more precise and therefore relied upon much more heavily.


When we send information to our messenger, we are not speaking any particular language and yet our energy is being translated into the English language. We are simply sending energy and it is being translated by the pineal gland in the brain into the English language because that is the language that our messenger speaks. However it is the heart center that is responsible for perceiving the energy of others. The mind can only translate the energy into the available words that exist within the person’s conscious mind; however the heart can “speak” all languages. This is what all of you do when you are “communicating” with another being. In many cases two humans who do not speak the same language can decipher the overall message that is being “communicated”. Not because they can understand the language that is being spoken, but because the words are not what is actually used to communicate. It’s the energy that is carried in the words.


You do not actually communicate with words, they are simply the vessel you are using to send and receive messages. Words are simply the carrier of energy; they are not the message themselves. This goes for both written and spoken words; both simply carry energy. Words in and of themselves are neutral; it is only the energy which you give them that determines the meaning behind them. We often find words to be quite limiting. The intense emotional feelings that you experience upon you world cannot be described by words, rather they are shared through energy. You cannot describe the love that you have for your child, nor can you describe the pain that is felt by the loss of a loved one.


In the higher realms there is no need for a language to be spoken. Our thoughts are shared instantly with others. We do not choose to remain in a physical reality, and therefore we do not have a physical voice to speak with nor do we have physical ears to “hear” with. We perceive our reality in non-physicality. The five physical senses are something that humans often take for granted, however when you return to the higher realms you will no longer have a physical body beyond the 5th dimension.

Without the use of a spoken language, we do not experience the misunderstandings that take place when relying so heavily on a spoken language to deliver our messages. The limits that exist in a spoken language are not able to fully convey all that the heart feels. Many arguments ensue on your world, not necessarily because of the differing of opinions but rather it is the strong desire of each person to be “heard” and understood. When everyone can truly understand everyone else on your planet, you will no longer experience the “need” for war on your world.


Your reliance on a spoken language will slowly be replaced by the ability to once again fully communicate through thoughts alone. You will find technological advances that act much like a bridge in assisting you while you regain this natural and innate ability. The wide depth and array of emotions that you are able to experience in your world cannot be expressed through your words but rather through the strong energy which you feel and therefore emit for others to perceive. Thoughts are felt, not heard.


Each human is born with the ability to fully communicate their every thought and feeling without the use of a spoken language; just as each human is also born with the innate ability to perceive the thoughts and feelings of others around them. This ability is usually not cultivated and over time with the introduction of spoken language which they then become so heavily reliant on for all means of communication; the ability fades. However know that it never fully goes away, it simply weakens because it is not used. Although few have kept the conscious ability to communicate telepathically in its fullest capacity, all of you have the ability to detect the energy in another being. A person does not need to speak for you to perceive that they are angry, sad, happy or at peace. You are able to discern another’s overall emotion simply by being in their presence. There will once again come a time when humans will not “need” to speak to one another to convey their thoughts; rather it will simply be a preference that they will sometimes partake in, yet it will no longer be a necessity.


As you continue to expand your consciousness and regain your abilities which have lied dormant within you, we ask you to remember that words are not the message; they are simply just the vessel which is used to carry the message. We remind you to rely heavily upon the feelings of the heart as they can never be deceived by the words spoken by another. To listen is to simply hear the words which one speaks, yet to understand another you must open your heart. That is where true communication lies.

"Hello and welcome to the October 2014 Energy Forecast.


Good to see you all again as we go into a very different season on Earth, and going into a different season on Earth is true in more ways than one.


Every month I do a live Q + A broadcast. This is open to members of the public but it's also offered to all members of The Portal. In the first half I answer questions on energetics submitted by Portal members and offer tips, and in second half I answer questions, in channel mode. So I channel The Z’s and they answer questions that people submit.


This past month in September, a very interesting message came through in the first few minutes before any questions were answered by The Z’s. They explained that in the last few years, to some degree, certain guides and higher energetics and channels, have stepped back a little from the planet while we went through an integration period.


The point they made was that over the last two years, we on Earth have been trying to catch up with the high doses of energy that were coming into the planet prior to 2012.  And so post-2012 to now, life has felt very stasis in ways for many of us as human beings, compared to those years leading up to 2012.


What they explained was that this integration period is just about to finish, and everything is about to open up again energetically. They also said that we as a result will experience even more guidance, energetic and angelic support than we have had in the last couple of years. This begins now.


This is going to be felt in a very close way.


For the very sentient among you, (those of you who directly perceive and feel the unseen), you will experience that very literally. You will feel that there is more light available for you to connect with than there has been. So this is a great time to focus on manifestation and higher communication.


And those of you who perhaps don't necessarily experience the sentience I'm talking about in a literal way, you will notice that provided you stick to certain guidelines for your life, things will flow and move for you in an easier way in the coming year or so than they have in the past two.


Now, what are those guidelines for your life?


One is:


If it isn't flowing, stop and wait. Wait for something else to emerge. Or just temporarily step back. Give it either time and patience, or perhaps through stepping back you’ll look at what you are trying to create and you’ll realize you need something different.


Your stepping back will make you see (for example): "Ah, yes. I wanted to move to Broadway, but the reason it's not working is because I'm not actually supposed to move there. The benefit of time has shown me that aiming there for a while helped uproot me from where I'm living; got me used to the idea of moving over there, and now that I'm ready to move, suddenly from left field this other place has come in and I can go there instead."


We can get very linear and literal in our human mind because that's the way that we've been conditioned.


So, I often find I am answering questions for people at live events or online around their visions; and why they had a vision several months ago and why did it not play out exactly as the vision told them to?


Well the truth is: our destiny changes every single day. So there is a destiny path for all of us, but the details around that destiny are quite non-specific, if you like.


So your destiny on Earth in your lifetime might be to experience great love in human relationships because that's something that your soul has never experienced before. Or it might be to put your voice into the world because that will be an expansive experience for you and others. But, for example, there are many different ways you can do that. You might put your voice into the world by being an author; you might put your voice into the world by being somebody who just speaks the truth to every single person that you meet at a really high level.


So you see, the details of our destiny can change and reform.
And we are very detail-focused in our human mind and we are very linear about the way we live our lives. But herein lies the issue that we are currently experiencing: we are multidimensional and we are at a time when multidimensionality is coming back to us as human beings at a mass level.


There have always been incredible pioneers throughout history and throughout time who have held great levels of light, great levels of multidimensionality. But we’re at a tipping point now where, as a mass, this multidimensionality is starting to affect all of us and infuse our way of being.


So for example, those of you who are stressed right now about all the different plates you have spinning in your life. Many of you go, “I wish I didn't have so many plates spinning.” But it's not the plates that are spinning that are the problem. It's your relationship to them.


I see this as a truth for myself all the time. I constantly have to adjust to my new environment, my new experiences. And the freer I can become around letting go of what I thought was true two months ago or three months ago, the easier a time I have.


So this way of being is essentially becoming less-linear about everything and a little more multidimensional and a little more sensory-based. The two are the same thing. Multidimensional people tend to go with their feeling more than their mind.


So there will be many of you who've had those awkward conversations with your friends where you say, “Yes, I'm going to Peru because I have a gut instinct.” And some of your friends might be judging you about it - they might not like your choice, because to them you’re operating completely outside the realms of their understanding.


But trust yourself and don't worry about what others think.


More and more people are living this way now. So this happening at bigger mass levels creates a forward surge in all of us, that is grounding that energy as a collective.


Some of the challenges within living this way can sometimes be that you feel like you have so many plates spinning, or you feel like you have a million thoughts going on on any given day.


You see, the monkey mind (the constant chatter we can have when off-center) becomes multidimensional as well. It comes with you, until you get used to letting it go, either through meditation or other methods that develop an inner calm and an ability to return to center.


Awakening is often greatly prized in people's minds. But it's not always an easy path the more you awaken. I think this is one of the great myths on our planet. There is an idea that awakening into greater spirit, awakening into greater consciousness, is just 'unicorns and rainbows'. And those of you who've been through or are going through it, we all know that actually you start to feel so many more things that you perhaps were never feeling before.


So some of the keys to watch out for in your life are:

    If you're feeling like everything is spinning too fast, go slower; because everything outside you is spinning in relationship to you and if you withdraw your energy from it, it will stop spinning. If you step back, it will stop spinning and you can reconsider whether or not to rejoin that piece of your life.


    Watch out for mental desperation/desperate thoughts as solutions to your difficult feeling. Are you somebody who is finding yourself currently saying, “I'm so unhappy and if I just had more money it would be solved, or if I just had that job, or if I just went to live over there instead of here…” It’s not going to be solved in that way. What you have to catch in those moments is this strong emotional density that you're feeling and focus on that, rather than your desired external solution.


If it's a density that you are not liking and are placing your faith in solving through some outside circumstance, know that it may not come true. The change in circumstance might NOT take away the emotion. But a change in emotion can change the outer circumstance. So deal with your inner world to change the outer. Deal with the “ARRGH!” inside you, because that feeling isn't going to go away.
And we as a society are often capped in our anger.


I see this a lot with people who are out there in the world wanting to make change. It's a very difficult argument right now; because the new age is often accused of being people sticking their head in the sand. You constantly see people out there saying, “Well, if you just focus on love and light and your own energy, you're completely missing what's going on with all the problems in the world, and you're not creating change.”


My experience and witnessing of energy is that the opposite is actually true. The more compassionate you become in yourself and the more you can ground your openness in the world, the more you want to make changes wherever you go. And it is a natural occurrence that begins within and emanates outward.


But none of us can deal with bringing change to every area of the whole world, for we are individuals. So if we as individuals step towards the areas that we feel we can bring change to, and we constantly check our own sense of energetic balance within our doing of that, then the energy we're offering to an outside element (another person, group or organization) is one of balance.


You see this a lot with the anger that activists will throw at both the very thing they're trying to change and also the people they are trying to encourage to be an activist with them. If you are somebody who is turned on by somebody’s anger about a cause they’re trying to get you behind, then you're in the same dissonance energy that they are, and you’re running the same sense of dis-empowerment and fear; because anger has dis-empowerment and fear in it as an energy.


So that's not me saying that you are un-entitled to feel those feelings.
But what I'm asking you to consider, is to observe the feelings that you're having and their density. As they will have an effect on your life circumstances.


The broader perspective that we now have on Earth - all of these free YouTube videos, all of this information that’s out there - it's beautiful, but it can be misleading if you don't discern what's true for you and what isn't. It can be a rabbit hole. There are people out there proclaiming their way of being as “THE way”. And these things are tricky, because there is no “THE way” unless you find something that really works for you.


You’re going to constantly try on experiences and pieces of information in life that give you light bulb moments; that bring you into more clarity of feeling.


That's multidimensionality at work, and yet, we forget that we are multidimensional on Earth. That's what's changing for all of us now.


In the old world, we were taught to go into our lives as a multidimensional external force - you have a relationship with this person, you have a job with this person, you love going over here, but it was all externalized. It was, “I feel things in here in tandem to these people and engagement points I am focusing on.”


Now, it's happening within you first. That is the opportunity. Create from the inner world first.


So this is why many of you will feel a bit bored; because you step back from everybody, because no one is making sense. Again, this phase will pass. You're first encountering your inner multidimensional senses and when you're more used to them, you will go back out to those people and have a very different experience of the same people and the same places.


So be as patient with yourselves as you can. This isn't an easy process for any of us to go through. But it’s also filled with a lot of light at the moment and particularly in the coming months.


So even as you see certain darker energies raising their heads and going through the battles that they’re going through around you, you will notice that if you keep focusing on a higher perspective in yourself and a higher perspective of the way that you're working in the world, you will constantly upshift into more experiences of flow.


Then, rather than life being hard or difficult for you, you will be able to appreciate the things that you have and not try and run out into the chaos and become a part of the chaos.


Chaos is very seductive. It seems like it's something to do, an activity to engage with, and the tribal impulse in us is to join the tribe.


But as I've said for many months now in a row, joining the tribe is not going to be what most of you want to do; because you're slightly on the edge of a large growing mass of people who are learning to live and feel in a different way and that takes time.
