Anna Merkaba: Reminder – HEART – Pleiades
Greetings our beloved children of light, the following transmission is transfigured through a cellular bridge of consciousness, in order to implore to all the tragedy unfolding in your world as a masquerade for the ever unfolding, gently guided awakening process of your world:
"We greet you now in this moment of history of your planet and all the planetary bodies existing within your cellular structure of the cosmos. Cellular structure of the cosmos as is known as the galaxy in which you dwell. And all such galaxies, and all that exists. For all is divinely guided and perpetuated by the will of unity consciousness. Unity consciousness which has brought you into the awareness space within which you are presently finding yourselves in. Unity consciousness is that which has allowed said events to occur in your world. Events of great magnitude and magnification of all that has indeed been hidden from view, exposing for all to see the necessity of change in the current times.
Blessed are those of you who forego the undesired effects of said reprogramming, and are able to tune into your hearts codices and remain in your hearts space, apart from the agenda that your media is imploring you to believe, for in truth, the energies of your planet are rising, sequencing a new era to promptly land on your shores, a new era of benevolence and might, benevolence and cocreation, benevolence and true understanding of all that is.
And so, in the turbulent times in which you are finding yourselves in, the duality of your world is compromisingly displaying itself for you now, prominently displaying itself and presenting itself for examination, and unification. For indeed through the separation that you are currently experiencing, much unity is obtained, for all are focused on one outcome, and one outcome only for your planet, and all its inhabitants to be shielded and protected from the “enemy” that you see before you in a form of a “virus”.
And hence, the truth is such that behind the seeming plethora of misinformation a grand opera is played out, in which that which no longer belongs on your planes of existence, no longer belongs on your shores is being removed, and a new coherent cooperation ensues. For in truth albeit the seeming separation, all are coming together now, with one purpose and one goal in mind.
And so, your world is changing rapidly for you now, as has been showcased to you for years leading up to this very moment, and this is of a positive nature, for all is unfolding as it should, as has been intended by your universal unity consciousness. The duality must go, and unity prevail, oneness, unification, for the good of all involved.
For in truth, you have always been ONE UNIT separated only by the illusion that you have placed upon yourselves in order to experience the veil of forgetfulness, the veil that has placed you onto various octaves and created a disharmonious song for you to experience such duality of being, duality of existence in the physical form behind the veil of forgetfulness, and yet it has always been your desire to unite into one whole, one whole from which you have all originated in order to experience a different world, a world of remembrance, a world of inner knowing, truth and complete connectedness to the ONE, to the source of all that is, in order to experience true heaven on earth as it was meant to be.
And so, in order for such experience to unfold, it is of uttermost importance to release, let go and purify all on a collective conscious level, for all must change, and nothing can stay the same as it has been, for in order for said experience to occur all must let go of their identities in order to truly shine through with the light of their souls, the light of their souls, and their heart codex.
All must align onto one octave and join together in order to beat as one universal heart, and sing one song of benevolence, cooperation, trust, peace, harmony , bliss and love.
And yes indeed for many of you this may sound absurd, this may sound as if you are being asked to give up your identities and be part of a group, be part of the “herd”, yet in essence, the true intentions is for you to remember the uniqueness of that which you are, and to shine your light through, bypassing all the programming that you have indeed acquired on your journeys on this planet, and to finally tune into the understanding of that which you are and the understanding of BEing, Being and, yes indeed Being part of a group, part of society in which you can truly shine all the color and share your brilliance and uniqueness, instead of following the dogmatic path that has been laid out for you in ages prior.
And so, FREEDOM OF THOUGHT begins with FREEDOM from outdated belief systems, outdated dogmatic thinking patterns, outdated societal structures, in order to connect you to the truth, and align you with the right path for your own souls journey.
And so, how does said experience presently unfolding on your planet play into the the grand plan? The answer is simple, the grand plan is to align all to their very unique and at the same time UNITED octaves of BEing, by shedding the particles and particulars of the past and releasing all that no longer works in the present reality and bravely walking into a completely new territory which has not yet been experienced on your earthly shores.
And so, and thus, the events unfolding before you are asking you to LISTEN TO YOUR HEART AND TUNE INTO THE VERY CENTER OF YOUR BEING IN ORDER TO CONNECT TO THE SOURCE OF ALL THAT IS AND DRAW THE TRUE INFORMATION ABOUT THAT WHICH IS OCCURRING IN YOUR WORLD, THE TRUTH that we spoke of before is unfolding in your reality by shining the light upon your “media” and allowing all to SEE the TRUTH to see that indeed that which is being presented to you is not at all what it seems, to learn to HEAR your OWN truth, and MOST IMPORTANTLY TO FIND BALANCE, PEACE, HARMONY WITHIN amidst the chaotic unfolding.
Listen to your heart dearly beloved children of the stars, remember the reasons that you have come onto this planet, remember the true calling of your heart and follow suit, follow suit and keep your vibrations high for all to experience said high vibrations. For your participation in creating positive vibrations is of the highest importance and we ask you to stabilize all the fear based programming within you, to pinpoint said programming and to release said programming into the light for healing and transmutation, we ask you to be diligent to your chosen momentum and to abide by the principles of LOVE harmony and bliss vibrations, remembering your power and walking steadily on your path.
For indeed you have been prepared well for the mission at hand, you have been prepared, preordained, preorganized and equipped with all that you need in order to rise above the plethora of negativity and lead the way for humanity enlarge, lead the way, for all to follow suite and awaken to the truth of their inner being, the truth of their hearts uniting into one solid front in order to finally align with all that is and a new journey for all of humanity to begin. It is that which has been chosen by all to experience on your planet, it is that which has been requested, by every being that resides on GAIA and it is that which is to unfold in proper succession and make way for a new age unfolding before you. Stay true to that which you are, stay true to your hearts.

The divine plan for your awakening is unfolding in the only way it can – PERFECTLY! There is only Father/Mother/God, Source, Love, and because of Its nature It is always perfect. There is no other possibility. Because you are God’s divine children, each and everyone of you without exceptions of any kind whatsoever, you too are PERFECT!
However, having chosen to construct and enter into the illusion as humans and engage in the game of separation, the only game available, it appears to be completely without doubt that you, humanity, are a long way removed from perfection. And, in the illusory environment in which you appear to have your only existence, that is most definitely the game that you are playing – the game of righteous conflict, judgment, blame, and punishment. Physicality, the arena of form and matter, is tiny in comparison with Reality, too tiny to even be recognized because it just is not real. It is but a collective dream or nightmare that you all support, and have done for seeming eons of time, which is itself unreal.
And, within the human collective, there are indeed a large number of damaged ones who have rightly been judged insane by human standards because their beliefs and behaviors are generally way beyond what is acceptable to the rest of you. But in truth the whole illusion is an insane and unreal state. As you have so often been told, and as we here in the spiritual realms keep on reminding you, there is only Love! All else – except that there is NOTHING ELSE – is unreal, and you will awaken.
The whole human experience is about awakening from the illusion you built and chose to hide in, while forgetting your true nature. It seems that you have been working on this for eons, as civilizations, cultures, nations, empires, and various religious beliefs and practices have come and gone. Truly you have been asleep and dreaming for but an instant, however, during the seemingly endless eons that have passed as a major aspect of the illusion, there has been much fear, pain, and suffering. Now, finally, the collective choice and decision and intent to awaken and return to full consciousness, full awareness of your real nature, has been made.
That choice was inevitable and so the divine plan to assist you was laid down at the same moment that you chose to experience separation. The only choice and intent that each of you now has to make is to fulfill your individual parts in that plan, and because there seem to be so many of you, there are many different parts or paths available to the human collective. In order for you to move forward it is only necessary for you to go with your inner knowing, your divinely guided intuition, and you will then be doing your part and following your path.
Because of your intense sense of separation it was essential to provide myriad paths Home. In truth they are the same path – holding the intent to be loving at all times and in every situation – it is just that your individual paths, even when you seem to be working with a particular group with the same purpose, appear unique to each of you, and for all intents and purposes they are. Therefore another’s path will not work for you, and your path will not work for anyone else. You cannot show someone else the way, you can only support them as they do their best to follow the path they have laid out for themselves. And remember, you each have an enormous support team in the spiritual realms willing and longing to assist you, but you do have to call on them. Unless you call on them they cannot assist you.
As so many channeled messages from us here in the spiritual realms have told you, and also keep on reminding you, you were created in LOVE for eternal joy, and even within the confines and restrictions of the illusion and your human forms you can be in joy. When you spend inordinate amounts of time – as many do – in fear and anxiety, you block your God-given creative abilities far more than does the choice you made to be in the illusion with all its limitations and demands.
You can change the way you experience life. Your feelings and emotions offer you pertinent information, and it is then up to you to decide how to use that information. Many have discovered this and written self-help books and conducted workshops to spread this knowledge. But reading books or attending workshops is not enough, it can only inspire and uplift you, and suggest how to move forward. It is you that has to choose to change how you experience your lives in order to make that move forward. Will you embrace the opportunities offered to you or will you reject them or even refuse to be aware of them? Remember, during life in the illusion you are playing games, therefore you can change the rules you play by at any time. Choosing to be always loving no matter what arises is an enormous game changer.
Each of you, as remarked above, have your own individual paths to follow to awakening, and to follow that path you have to be loving, releasing all sense of righteous victimhood, resentment, jealousy, or bitterness. After all you are on the paths that you planned for yourselves before incarnating, and whatever arises is as a result of that planning. There were lessons you wanted to learn and they are presented just as planned, but it is up to you to accept them and learn from them.
You have many examples of people who have undergone enormous emotional and physical trauma in their lives, and, having accepted them, have grown into the fullness of who they truly are. You too can do this, and you do not need to undergo huge emotional and physical turmoil in order to do so. Although, should that occur, you are strong enough to overcome all obstacles that seem to prevent, obstruct, or divert you from your path, embroiling you in self-doubt and suffering. You are Love.
Love is within you in every moment of your eternal existence, so engage with It and discover that you do know who you are and that you can be fully present and aware of this in every moment, dealing satisfactorily with every issue that arises.
Once you truly acknowledge and accept that you are a being of power, and then live and operate from that state, you will find yourselves at peace even in adverse circumstances. Empower that knowing by going within daily to your place of power, your holy sanctuary or altar, and opening your hearts to the loving embrace that awaits you there, always.

John Smallman: Remember, fear is just an absence of Love, but there is only Love.

We commune with you, and the many other channels presently incarnate as humans on Earth, because the messages that you receive and share greatly assist the Grand Awakening process by conveying to many the divine plan for humanity. All on Earth at this point in your spiritual evolution, whose purpose is to lead you Home to Oneness, chose and volunteered to be human in order to take part in the awakening by dissolving the veil you had inserted between yourselves and Reality.
It truly is only a veil, a very thin and insubstantial veil, that seems to separate you from Reality. The conflicts and chaos that you see around the world are but the foundations of the illusion collapsing as humanity becomes increasingly aware of the insanity with which it presents you daily and chooses to support it no longer. It is extremely important that you continue daily to renew your intent to be only loving no matter how difficult the situations in which you may find yourselves during your daily lives.
You are all part of the divine plan, and the plan is that you dissolve the illusion and awaken into Reality – the state of knowing that you are One with God, Source, All That Is – where you have your eternal existence in joyful and harmonious communion with all of God’s divine creation in the infinitely vast field of Love that is God, and is All that He has created.
As you wait expectantly for humanity’s Grand Awakening, you do know that it is really going to happen. Deep within everyone is the knowing that you are One with Source, that only Source is Real and that all else that you experience is illusory. Your egos and the illusion seem absolutely real to you because it is their purpose to appear undeniably real to you, and by believing in them you reinforce your sense of separation because you see what you believe in – vast numbers of separate beings, things, planets, stars, galaxies, and universes. Your physical human forms have extremely limited senses and intelligence with which to investigate and understand the illusion.
However, modern physics has shown conclusively that everything – yes, absolutely everything – is connected to everything else, that there is no separation and that physicality is illusory. The seeming physical world is in fact just a virtual reality, something that you experience within and then project out collectively to where you can be aware of it with your physical bodies. Mystics from every denomination of religious or spiritual practice have also found this to be so. When you have become accomplished meditators you too will experience momentary sensations of being vast, of being One, and all your doubts will then fall away.
You are in the Presence of God in every moment of your eternal existence, but due to the severely limited abilities of your human bodies you remain unaware of this because the veil hides Reality from you. Your awakening is the removal or dispersal of that misty and ephemeral screen so that you can return into full awareness of your divine nature, fully alive and permanently at peace in the divine Presence.
God is Love, infinite and unconditional Love, and within that infinitely vast field all of creation is lovingly held and embraced without the slightest moment of interruption. As you have so often been told: “There is nowhere else.”
You collectively made the choice to attempt to separate from Source, which is quite impossible, and as a result found yourselves in an unreal or insubstantial environment that despite its unreality appears to be extremely substantial. Whatever you experience that is not in complete alignment with Love is unreal and illusory, notwithstanding the pain and suffering that you undergo.
By spending time intentionally within yourselves each and every day, at your holy inner altar or sanctuary, where Love resides in every moment of your eternal existence, you strengthen your spiritual connection, enabling it to show you glimpses of Reality even though you have inserted that veil between you and It in order to hide from It. Those brief glimpses, which you will never forget, are what will sustain you when you are overcome with doubts about Reality, God, Source, and are asking yourselves: “How could there be a God when there is so much suffering and conflict in the world?”
As your strength in your faith in God builds through this daily practice you will be able to overcome and dissolve all doubts, whether your own or those of others, that attempt to persuade you that your belief and faith in God are distractions from living sensibly and practically as a human on Earth. And of course you can see quite clearly that those who cling to that belief and strive to make it real for themselves are not at peace, while for the most part you are, because you know that all that separates you from Source is a thin and diaphanous veil which is in the process of dissolving like morning mist.
Your awakening is inevitable, as you have been told so many times, but it is you who will do the awakening, and you will make the choice to awaken at precisely the right moment. You are not going to be shaken awake by anyone else. It is your daily time within at your inner sanctuary that will present you with the opportunity to do so, and it will keep on presenting it to you until you accept it and act on it.
You have free will, as you well know, even though at times you doubt it, and sometimes even believe that your emotions control you. They do not! When your emotions appear to be controlling you it is because you have chosen not be responsible for your thoughts, words, actions, or behaviors, and have given your power away to your egos which always operate from fear.
Remember, fear is just an absence of Love, but there is only Love, so there can never be an absence of It.
Fear is the result of your choice not to open your hearts to the Love which envelops you in every moment of your eternal existence. Love patiently waits for you to choose to open to It, and it will wait until you do so, as you inevitably will. It is impossible to remain permanently closed off to Love, Mother/Father/God, Source, because It is what you are, It is your true nature, It is the life force that flows through you and is you in every moment, relentlessly and unceasingly. Without it you would not exist, you would be neither conscious, unconscious, or dead, you just would not be. But you are because God created you, and that will never change!

It is impossible to remain permanently closed off to Love, Mother/Father/God, Source, because It is what you are, It is your true nature, It is the life force that flows through you and is you in every moment, relentlessly and unceasingly. Without it you would not exist, you would be neither conscious, unconscious, or dead, you just would not be. But you are because God created you, and that will never change!

As enormous changes continue to occur planet-wide, don’t become blasé about them, welcome them and hold the loving intent for them to continue bringing about the essential alterations in the way you all live and interact with one another across the world. They have been in progress for a number of decades now, as human rights and concern for the planet have become important issues that humanity has chosen to address, especially now as awareness has grown of the need to terminate conflicts and completely and finally resolve the related issues of poverty, starvation, enslavement, and homelessness that have been endemic for a very long time. Your relatively modern technologies made it physically possible to resolve these issues many decades ago, but only now have enough of you become sufficiently aware of how unconscionable it is not to resolve these issues that now you will ensure that the necessary steps are taken to make it happen.
You are all One, as you keep being reminded, and the truth and validity of that statement is finally being recognized. And therefore you are changing your attitude from “the impoverished and homeless should be helped,” to “we can and we will end poverty and homelessness on Planet Earth.” There is no excuse for poverty or for the abuse – psychological, emotional, or physical – that the less able amongst you undergo simply because the “system” demands that people be responsible for themselves. That is separation very clearly demonstrated.
Every human has issues of low self-esteem and unworthiness – it is part of the illusory environment in which you find yourselves as humans – and has chosen to learn the lessons with which those issues present them.
You all present masks or images to everyone else because of the intense sense of insecurity that separation levies or inflicts upon you. There is not one among you who is completely secure in the knowledge of God’s eternal and infinite Love for you. And, as you cannot be unaware, for most there is practically no understanding, no knowing, and no awareness that they are the prefect and beloved children of God.
You, who read channeled messages and spiritual books, or attend workshops and seminars are at the forefront of humanity’s awakening process. You are the Light bearers and Light workers who chose to be incarnate at this time to assist in humanity’s awakening process. The most effective way in which you can do this is by daily setting the intent to be loving in every situation, in every interaction with another, even if another confronts you violently or threateningly. Remember that You are Love, and that there is only One. Every human is an aspect of Oneness, and those who behave violently, threateningly, deceitfully and unlovingly are just feeling their sense of separation far more intensely than most.
Love is the cure, the balm, the comfort, the healing solution for all of humanity’s issues. Your task is to walk through your fear, which in truth is unreal, illusory, and be Love in action, offering only Love regardless of the situations in which you find yourselves. People have been doing this for many years in war zones, natural disaster areas, and in areas of endemic or catastrophic illness, as doctors, nurses, and general care-givers, attending to all who are sick or injured, regardless of whether they are of the military or are civilians, in a truly loving way. And even more are doing so today, offering healing and love to those who are wounded – whether psychologically, emotionally, physically, or in all these ways – and for many of those it is the first time they have experienced any form of true and unconditional loving attention.
You are, as you know, beings of Love, created in Love, and, as humans, you are experiencing the unreality of separation as though it were real! You built the illusion for this purpose and it has most successfully presented you with what you sought – an environment devoid of Love! You wanted to experience separation from Source, from Love, and so you took human form and separated yourselves from your true nature by placing a shield, a veil, a screen, a cloak, a curtain between you and Love. But it is totally insubstantial. Small children often hide from each other and from their parents by going behind curtains, doors, trees, bushes, whatever is available in the moment, knowing that their loved ones remain present for them even if they cannot see them. But sometimes those games become too intense – maybe the parents enter into the spirit of the game and hide from the children – then the children end up frightened and in tears, needing much soothing and comforting.
This is really not so different from humanity’s experience, except that God, Source, never joins in the game and hides! God is always with you because there is no separation, ever! Such a state is impossible. The illusion is a dream or nightmare from which you will inevitably awaken into the joy that is the eternal and ever-present Presence of God.
Even as humans you know that dreams and nightmares do not last, that they are ephemeral. However, some of those who have undergone great suffering and trauma experience recurring nightmares from which they awaken in a cold sweat, often shaking with terror. When you awaken from the illusion there will be no cold sweats, no shaking with terror, because you will truly awaken into Reality, Love, Oneness, where there is only eternal peace and joy, delight and contentment beyond your wildest dreams.
It can be very helpful to listen to those who have had NDEs talk about their Near Death Experiences, or read the books they have written about those experiences. Prior to their NDEs they were frequently practically or even completely unaware that there was anywhere else, apart from the illusion – the physical environment that humanity inhabits – which they believed was real, where life could be found. The NDE was a mind-blowing experience for them that permanently changed them and their beliefs about life. Afterwards they KNEW that life, their life, was forever, immortal, eternal, and with that knowing all their doubts and worries dissolved, as did, of course, any fear of death that they might previously have entertained.
All humans are immortal beings having an unreal experience of separation that seems completely real while they are undergoing it. Many, who have a religious faith of any kind, also believe that there is a hell to which they could be sent for all eternity when they die and lay down their human bodies, if they do not live good lives. I assure you that this is not so.
There is only God, Source, in Whom all life exists eternally in peace and joy. However, those who choose fear and act out of fear effectively hide Reality, Love, God, from themselves behind that veil or cloak of fear that they draw about themselves. You have free will because Love is free, It never imposes, orders, or commands, It offers Itself completely to all without any exceptions, and It never withdraws. It is always there for you awaiting your acceptance of It, and when you do accept it, as you inevitably will, It welcomes you Home with arms opened wide to embrace you most joyfully.
Truly, your destiny is set, it is eternal Love lived unendingly in the Presence of Mother/Father/God. Your true nature, as you have so often been told, is Love, which is LIFE forever in the Presence of God, and in that state there is only JOY! Love does not see suffering or pain because they are unreal, of the illusion, and can only be very temporarily experienced in that unreal state. In your eternal Home, which you have temporarily forgotten or lost sight of, there is endless infinite Joy.
Prepare to awaken by constantly intending to demonstrate Love in action by being Love in action. Your true nature will not remain concealed, concealment is of the illusion, it cannot remain concealed because only what is real exists, and Love is All That Exists. Permanent joy patiently awaits your awakening, so engage only with love and dispel the nightmare with all its trauma, pain, and suffering. Enough already!

Humanity’s awakening process is proceeding apace, more rapidly and effectively than we had thought possible. And this is because so many of you are setting the intent daily to be only loving and then following through on that intent in almost every situation that arises in your daily lives. You are all to be congratulated for your sterling efforts in making the awakening process work. The chaos and conflict worldwide, not to mention the confusion that is arising, signify that the foundations underpinning the illusion are indeed collapsing and that there is no way that they can be rebuilt or repaired.
The illusion’s days are coming to an end as more and more of you choose not to buy into the system of competitive and destructive game playing that it has constantly presented to humanity as the only sane way to live on Earth. Ever increasing numbers of you are seeing and realizing how insane are the systems and rules of the utterly deceitful game playing that have been ongoing and encouraged within the illusion over the eons. Your awareness of this is nudging you most effectively toward awakening, because you are extremely tired of playing these games in which there are only losers.
Yes, it does seem, if you look solely at the material benefits that can be achieved by playing these games, that there are a few wealthy and powerful individual winners who run the world, leaving the majority of humanity suffering and impoverished. But the world of competitive materialism is unreal and lasts but an instant for the winners. In the grand scheme of things a human life is lived for only an extremely short period of time, and then the body is laid to rest. What was seemingly achieved materially, often at great apparent cost, is lost instantly, and in that moment of human death it becomes very clear indeed that in fact nothing was achieved, and nothing was lost!
The honors that are often awarded to important or well-known humans after they have died are truly meaningless, whereas the honors that are awarded from the heavenly realms are eternal. And the vast majority of humans are most highly honored in the spiritual realms for choosing to incarnate on Earth at this moment, because they were all fully aware that it could and would be a very painful experience for much of the time. Yes, there are moments of joy and happiness, but they are only brief because the issues of life as a human, presented by the illusory environment that most humans inhabit, demand enormous amounts of energy from each individual in order just to stay alive. Deep within themselves each human knows that life should not be filled with pain and suffering, and that pain and suffering, that sense of separation and abandonment, leads quickly to rage or anger due to the fear that this human life is all that is available, and that it will be followed inevitably by death . . . where judgment, blame, and punishment may well be meted out! Not a very happy prospect, so rage that this might be the truth is totally understandable.
Rage and anger are separating devices, devices that encourage you to avoid close and intimate relationships. But it is only through close and intimate relationships that you will awaken and return Home. Home is God, is Source, is Love, and in that state there is no room for even the slightest amount of anything that is not in perfect alignment with Love. Anything that is at all unloving blocks Love from the heart, holds It off, refuses to allow It to enter. And Love only enters by invitation because It always honors the freedom and intent of the one on whom It is calling.
However, as the life aspects or attitudes of anger, rage, a sense of separation, and an intense sense of fear are completely unreal they will dissolve. But those who engage with them, mainly out of fear, along with the intense sense that they are unsafe unless they build powerful defenses behind which they can seek protection, can hold onto those “protective attitudes” for a very long time, even through many human lifetimes.
Eventually they will open to Love. It is impossible not to because each is One with It. You and God are One, and you cannot hide indefinitely from that most wondrous Self. And all exist at One with God. Therefore even those most intensely embedded within the illusion, and most enthusiastically playing the games of divide and conquer available there, will allow Love into their hearts eventually as the games and the illusion dissolve leaving them no other option. And what a glorious option that is!
Truly Life is a state of eternal joy, and the “little life” that you experience as humans is far removed from that. You are Real, Reality is where you have your eternal existence, enveloped and enfolded within the divine field of Love that is All That Exists. Hence the statement made in many enlightened holy books: “God Is.” Nothing else needs to be said.
Nevertheless, for humans that is just a rather puzzling and perhaps meaningless statement because as humans you are forever doing and worrying and preparing and planning, and to “just be” without activity of some kind makes no sense to you. It is a paradox that can only be understood by knowing It. God Is and so are You, and when you return Home – although of course you have never left Home because there is nowhere that you could go – full knowing and understanding, full consciousness will awaken within you, returning you to that state of infinite and eternal joy which you temporarily hid from yourselves as you played your games of separation and fear.
That temporary moment of insanity is coming to an end as the Tsunami of Love – the ceaseless call to you all from Mother/Father/God/Source/Love – finally awakens you from your seemingly endless dreams and nightmares to be One once more with All That Is. That is your natural state, the only state possible, and all that has been distracting you for eons will fall away and dissolve as though it had never been because, of course, it never has.
God created You perfect, and that has never changed. An unreal thought occurred to you and you engaged with it, rather thoughtlessly, and so the illusion appeared to come into existence. You have been distracted from Reality by it for these seeming eons of time while you engaged with it with your severely limited human abilities and convinced yourselves that it was reality. A place where you had to struggle and fight for survival, while acknowledging that in the end the struggle was futile, because into your human bodies you had implanted an unalterable time switch or clock that started to run down immediately, leading to inevitable decay and death – the term you use frequently today in your material environment is planned obsolescence! That is why your fear arose, because, obviously, death is the end, the termination point – SEPARATION!
For One who is One with God to even dream of being separated is terrifying. Yet you engaged with that thought of the impossible so intently that it seemed to overwhelm you and place you in an environment that contained all that was not Love.
Rejoice, because there is only Love, and that is where you have your endless and eternal existence, forever at one with God, and that never has and never will change. You will awaken into Reality, and fear and all its many disguises and companions will be gone as though they had never existed, which, of course, they haven’t. Complete and utter joy awaits your awakening. I know because that is where I am, and shortly you will all join with me there.

By Eric Raines and Vera IngeborgPosted by | Apr 11, 2017Nausea, extreme exhaustion, an intense longing to just sleep, endless thought spirals and recurring emotional breakouts – this is the current experience and reality not only for people just waking up, but also for people that have been on this path for a longer time and had already raised their frequency to a 5th dimensional level. They had already been enjoying the ease and flow of this plane – being completely in the Now, their true authentic self and completely free. All of a sudden it feels like being back to square one. How can that be after all the work done? How can I fall back so much? There is a reason for it and the experience can be turned around quickly again. We have to start by becoming aware of how the Matrix works and how we are manipulated energetically in case we do not have this discernment, yet. And please! This is nothing to be upset or scared of – the more you treat the situation and yourself with love, the easier you navigate through.
Yes, there has been a lot of solar activity and solar flares – and that certainly is one explanation for it. But usually – people with a very high frequency are no longer reacting that strongly emotionally, mentally and even physically on these events, simply because they have done their inner work and do not resonate with these low frequencies anymore.
So there must be more to this… and there is….
With this article, we would like to introduce you to the illusionary 3D/4D plane of duality also from a spiritual angle and how this whole programmed matrix is operated. And – of course – most importantly, how to re-establish your true energetic flow and well-being.
The Matrix and the Illusion of Duality
The Matrix’ only purpose is to keep people in fear. That is what the system we are currently living in and for, is getting its fuel and energy from. The entities that are so keen on keeping it running on the one hand are getting more and more desperate to find new ways to keep up the fear level amongst humans, which becomes more and more difficult with the average frequency on the planet constantly raising. On the other hand, they are also becoming more and more creative in tricking people into fear again. Because that is all they are interested in: To keep us in fear. That is what they feed of, that is the energetic air they need to breathe.

One of the most insidious ways the creators of this Matrix were able to bring fear to the population, was to get us to believe that God is outside of us. By blocking the planet off from connecting into the conscious web that all information (God) flows through, and inciting generation after generation into programmed trauma and false karma (atrocity for the sake of nothing more than atrocity), the creators of this Matrix were able to trick us into shutting ourselves away from God.
Thousands of years down the line, when mankind was firmly seated into the 3rd dimension, and shut off from seeing the effects of the energies we are connected into, these dark, negative beings cloaked themselves in a reflection of Source light, and physically made contact with many prophets and gurus of the time. Mankind has had and always will have energetic guardians in the etheric realms that in a natural system can be easily connected to for learning purposes. These false light negative entities masqueraded as what most label as the Archangels, or these guardians, and put many of the prophets and gurus through a crash course in labelling and giving a name to the infinite and directing that energy to themselves, and then sent them out to walk the world. (Sidenote: It is important to recognize that these people are actually believing that they are helping you. They are not aware of the fact that they are preaching false light ideology and belief systems that keep people in fear, attachment and dependency by blindly following their teachings.)
What rose from these interactions were doctrines and religions that began to structure and trap into a box All That Is. Since mankind was connected in on the deepest levels into Creator energy, every single one of us felt the pull of something more than just the physical reality around us when we came across it. Since none of us had truly pure information other than what had been filtered down from traumatized generations throughout history, when we feel that innate spark of connection inside of us flare to life as instinctive understandings begin to blossom we instinctively KNOW that there is a Creator out there. What happens is that most often times people connect to these awakenings of Creator energy inside of themselves through the teachings in religion.
All of the core religious teachings are basically the same: “Do unto others as you would have done to yourself. Forgive yourself and the people in your life. Love your neighbor as your love yourself.” Basically, be a good person. When these energies are focused upon, your soul springs to life. You are connecting into where you came from, and because these things are found within the religious texts and practices, suddenly the doctrine becomes the source of these feelings, and since these teachings are telling us over and over that God is outside of us, that connection to Source, that flaring of exuberance and joy as your vibration begins to lift becomes something that you have to reach outside yourself for.
Through the generations, this has become the key to divinity….through the outside, despite the fact that each of us has God inside of us. Our bodies are the temple for the Holy Spirit. They have to tell us this information flat out. What they tricked us into believing is that the Holy Spirit/Source/Creator/Shakti/God/Tiamat/Whatever-you-want-to-call-Creator-energy is outside of us. Growing up from childhood indoctrinated into this system cements these pathways energetically, collectively emotionally, physically and mentally. By believing God is outside of us, we were then able to be cut off from it.

Separation from Source allows the body to become toxic and unstable energetically simply because there is no clean flow able to keep stuck pathways clean and open. Energetic toxicity that stays long enough in the body begins to cause physical pain. Physical pain in the body long enough causes the brain to shut down functional flow from the area where the pain is, simply because the brain cannot handle the influx of such a sustained pain threshold. Even more importantly, it cuts off flow from the consciousness to the body. This results in humans, on the surface completely aware of their reality of 3D, yet underneath connected into multi-dimensional energies stemming from their individual emotional, energetic, psychological and mental states of mind that they are completely and totally unaware of. This leads to extremely easy energetic manipulation to lead to different energetic/emotional states.
Consequently, anything spiritual tends to be thought of as something on the outside that needs to be learned. Attention is led to the logical mental processes that are easily hijacked, led astray and distracted, completely ignoring the fact that true spirituality is nothing more than following the message, not the messenger. This ends up with someone who knows that there is much more to life than waking up to go to work 5 days a week, drinking on the weekends, and doing it all over again until some bills come in the mail to break up the monotony, but are constantly looking outside for information or a guru to show them the way. So many people drawn to spirituality are on a constant search for more information to figure it all out with their head. And here the Matrix succeeds again in keeping people away from their true connection to Source through the heart. The false light will always connect into your head. And the head is not capable of transmuting energy – that is only possible through our feelings and emotions.

The answer has always been within. These Matrix creators put us here because they could corrupt our innate spark of Source inside of us and then feed off of it. There is the key. The innate spark of Source inside of us! The body is the key, and logical, mind based thinking is not the language of the body…feeling, emotion, image, impulse and visualization are. By connecting into the body, and exploring sensation instead of mind traps, anyone can bypass the Matrix and hook directly into Creator energy. So stop thinking and start feeling, connect to your heart and learn the language of energy. This language can only be felt through your body. What are the energetic impulses telling you? This is what is meant by going with the flow – the energetic flow of the universe in alignment with your own energetic flow.
Implants and the Geomagnetic Storm
Now, after having understood all of this, let’s go back to the geomagnetic storm that took place from March 27 to March 31. That storm was different from storms we have experienced in the past. It actually caused a drop of the planetary frequency over several days back onto a third dimensional level. This was intentional to push more people still caught up in 3D into their awakening and provide activating energetic codes. This drop had a side effect though: It caused an intermediary adaptation of the auric fields of people that had already been in higher frequencies to this lower frequency. And with that, it granted access to the auric field for low frequency energy implant technology and low frequency entities / parasites.
An entity is a negatively oriented consciousness (intelligent, sentient, able to communicate, feels emotions, has an agenda) that is strong enough to influence the energetic/physical body and field of a human or animal, without needing the victim’s field to survive. A parasite is the same exact thing as an entity, a complete, sentient consciousness with thoughts and feelings (100% of them being negative), but this consciousness needs the host to survive. It has not yet become big or strong enough to not need a host and graduate to the actual entity status.

With the rising frequencies on the planet, the negative agenda of the Matrix controllers has been losing effectiveness, strength and range of influence, and in retaliation to the ground lost, they are pulling out all the stops and using the highest levels of etheric technology at 100% capacity.
Shackles, chains, and other anchoring devices: Found most often connected to one or both ankles, this type of etheric device causes fear of success, travel, the unknown, new things, etc… The etheric metal is extremely dense and heavy, and drags down with “invisible” weight. People who feel like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders do not feel that way because there is much on their mind, they feel that way because of devices such as this that can add weight and drag down the energy body. They are found most often on people who have brilliant ideas and can not make themselves actually implement them, want to move and experience new things, yet cant leave their hometown, want to leave an abusive or draining relationship but cant seem to actually get the motivation to go, or any type of holding back types of behavior that do not allow people to grow despite wanting to.
Spinal column control rod: This device is found in most cases of entity attachment. The central channel has multiple energetic points up the spine and down the front of the body where entities prefer to tap into people’s energetic field. Once the energetic center is penetrated, the entity burrows its way into the spine, where it then connects into the spinal column and spinal cord. Using this neural pathway, it coats the physicals and energetic flow up the spine with dark, organic material. Stretching from the pelvis to the head, the entity can then reach into any area of the body and implant devices in the areas described further below in this article. More importantly, this control rod allows the entity control over multiple implants at one time. If the entity is trying to shut the host down, it can activate the solar plexus implant to attack the confidence and self worth, at the same time sending the chatterbrain implant into overdrive with negative self talk, or any other type of combination. Removing this control rod is key in unblocking the central channel flow, as well as making it much easier to remove anything else found in the body. Often times, when removing this device, the energetic connection leading directly to the entity can be felt, allowing for removal and extraction of the actual entity fairly simply.
Head octopus parasite: This parasite attaches to the top of the head, siphoning off multiple meridians in the head. Most of the organs in the abdomen correspond to meridians beginning or ending in the face and head. This parasite attacks all of the functions in the head, from blocking the 3rd eye, blocking Source connection activating the “chatterbrain” function, blocking central meridian flow, and in some cases, hijacking the optic nerves to force visions into the brain, almost like projecting onto a movie screen, but the retina instead. It will wrap around the head and face, sinking into the astral body with tendrils or tentacles of dark, organic energy, anchoring in anywhere it can find purchase. More often than not, this type of parasite attacks the vagus nerve, which handles many parasympathetic nervous system responses, most notably, the fight-or-flight response. People who suffer crippling anxiety, non-stop chatter in the head, severe panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive behavior, and violent migraines often times have this type of parasite attaching to their head.
Gallbladder meridian/temple chatter-brain: Coming in multiple shapes, forms and modalities from AI wires, chips and automation to black metal framework with organic “feelers” to full blown organic parasite infestation, these devices in the temple always have one job: to study the frequencies and brain patterns of the host, and begin to replicate the frequencies of the hosts “inner voice”. We have three different voices in our reality. We have the voice that we hear coming from our voice boxes while speaking, the voice everyone else hears from outside of our body, and the internal voice we speak in our heads with. This device isolates the internal voice algorithms and begins to ingeniously mimic them to the point that unless awareness of the device is already in place, the host will simply mistake the chatter-brain/monkey mind implant for their own internal voice. The purpose this device is to simply distract and confuse. If the host begins to ask the important questions such as, “Why are we here?” and “What is my purpose, why do I exist?”, the device is programmed to lead them away from the path those esoteric questions would lead them down. It will constantly bombard the host with distractions that pull them out of the present, constantly having them remember the past, or putting them in fear or apprehension of the future. Of all the devices and implants used in these systems, this is most often the most easily recognizable. Once this device is gone, complete silence becomes the natural state of being in the mind. In a completely clear body, the only noise in the head is what is actively being thought, i.e., a “Hello!!” would not be heard unless an active, “Hello!!” was “yelled” into the head by the internal voice, or a song would not be playing in the background unless it was actively being “played” in the head. The physical symptoms of these devices are cloudy/dazed perception, lack of perception (i.e. it takes longer than it should to pick up on happenings around you), and headaches most often in the temples and front of the head, but can be found anywhere. More often than not, the headache symptoms are not an all over blanket pain, but a small point where it feels like something is pressing, poking or pushing through and the pain level can become quite high.
Voice box constrictor/frequency modulator: This device has two functions that I have run into. The first is a shutting down of the lines of communication from the brain to the words being spoken through a closing off of the throat in a physical constriction, or a deconstruction of the language into nonsensical run-on sentences or complete gibberish. This symptom is most often activated when the host begins to step into and vibrate in their truth. For example, someone who is constantly struggling with self esteem and confidence issues begins to start stepping into a place of strength and speaking up for themselves, they will notice the throat closes up, making speech difficult, or the words just completely fly out of their head. This causes the voice breaking tenor or extremely shaky speech, almost like they are speaking through a body suffering hypothermia. Another example would be when the host begins to recognize the deeper nature of the universe, and when trying to speak of these concepts, and along with a constriction, they find themselves completely butchering the concepts they are reveling in, or just not being able to physically talk because every time it is like they have a mouth full of mush. This often leads people attacked on this level to be shy when it comes to speaking to people they do not know, and regular neural flow between the brain and lines of verbal communication are not exercised, and the situation often becomes much worse until the host begins to actively work and focus on making these neural connections a priority again.
The other function found here is what I have called a frequency modulator. This device goes over top of the voice box, and what it does is shift the frequency that the host is speaking on. More often than not this is used against someone who has already re-connected the neural lines of communication that were attacked, and is now speaking deeply from their resonance of truth. Since communication can not be stifled from the source, what ends up happening is that the device makes it so that it seems people never even recognize that the host is speaking. They will hear them talk, but the level of communication that their brain is picking up is relegated to background noise. An example would be that traffic in the background is definitely a noise that can be heard and tuned into, but why would you ever recognize the sequence of revving engines, squealing brakes and tires rolling on the asphalt? This is the level of frequency that the host ends up speaking on with this device implanted on top of the voice box.
Solar plexus clamps/cages/constrictors/etc..: Anything found in the pit of the stomach where the rib cage meets in the front of the body, is always going after the confidence, anxiety and self-esteem of the host. This is one of the most common implants almost everyone recognizes simply for the fact that it is recognized every time that aching, burning ball in the pit of the stomach related to anger, shame, depression, sadness or hopelessness is felt. The other physical sensation of this device is a torsion, or constriction in the area almost like something is being physically twisted or wrenched in the solar plexus/lower heart. The devices here range in shape, size, construction and strength depending on the level of attention going into shutting down the confidence, and can be found as metal clamps, cages wrapping around the energetic center, tentacles burrowing into and around the area, and all the way to miniature black holes or singularities that connect negative space with 3D reality. The energetic and emotional symptoms will include varying ranges of shyness, lack of self-esteem, constant negative self talk, aversion to interaction, lack of confidence in personal ability, anxiety, paranoia, inability to release trauma, PTSD-like symptoms, apathy and depression. These symptoms can range from minor annoyances all the way to crippling phobias depending on the intensity of energy placed into the implantation and monitoring. These devices are constantly on alert and scanning for any positive feelings of self worth, confidence, excitement or self love to hijack them into repeating emotional trauma loops and thought cycles, thus making the cycle of recurring issues pop up whenever self improvement moves into the conscious focus.
Basically all of these implants are causing this feeling of replaying the past for people that had already moved up in frequency. It is like a program loop repeating itself. Causing thought spirals that are not possible to be dissolved in the regular way through an emotional release – because it is fake and it is not yours! It is just a software running, giving you this impression, all with the intention to freak you out and keep you in fear. Therefore, there is no emotion attached to it that could dissolve it. The same counts for the emotional loops. These are like a constant trigger plugging into your lower chakras to simulate this replay. On a sidenote – people who do not have chakras anymore as their frequency was already completely anchored in 5D did not experience the emotional part. No chakras? What?
When we break apart a beam of sunlight with a prism, we are bending the light spectrum into slightly separate frequencies, and we can then see the visible light arrayed as the familiar red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet rainbow spectrum. What is not seen with our eyes, is that when we do this, we are only seeing about 5% of the entirety of the light frequency, such as infrared, x-ray, gamma ray, ultraviolet, etc…
Doing the math, if we were to take that 5% of visible light, and then break it into 7 different pieces respective to each color in the spectrum, every color holds .714% of the full spectrum of light. What this means is that each of the 7 chakras in the body from root to head are limited into only .714% of the energy that should be accessible. The natural state of humanity and the energy our body uses is brilliant white/gold, just like the sun.

The Golden Frequency is not exclusionary, it is not saying, “I will not use the Violet Flame, or the Blue light of healing.”. What the brilliant golden chi/energy does is use the entire frequency of the light spectrum, but more importantly, the energy that we are not able to “see”, where these entities reside. By attuning your chi to this frequency, you begin to be able to clean your body out of energy that was unaccessible before, and more importantly, begin priming your energetic centers to make the jump out of the 7 layer color systems of chakras, into the 3 point golden stars of the Dan Tien system that the ancient Chinese had mapped out thousands of years ago, one in the head, one in the heart, one the lower abdomen. These are also often referred to as your three brains.
A simple sensory meditation of truly feeling the color and vibration of the 7 layer chakra systems for an extended period of time until they are very obvious, and then allowing these points to float on a golden/white background will allow you to prime yourself into this activation. When the body is ready, the intent to release these colors back into the whole will allow Source energy to ignite inside these 3 Dan Tien centers. If the energy body is not ready for this transition, more work is needed to buffer the pathways needed to facilitate this integration and nothing will be felt out of the normal when doing this meditation, but each time it is done, it will open up the energetic, physical and neural pathways needed, simply because the body responds in the language that the body speaks….sensation, emotion, impulse, visualization and image. When successful, there will be no doubt. Energy in a magnitude and scope completely unfelt before will explode out of these three points, hypertuning you into the immediate lower etheric realms. It feels very different from the energetic flow through the chakras. Instead of spinning energy the flow is now like a golden pillar through your whole body. The key is consistency and practice. Think of a rusted shut door that needs to be kicked in order to actually open. Each kick primes the one that finally allows the door to fly open, but without each one before there would be no moment of the door flying open.
How to remove these Implants quickly
So what we are experiencing right now is far more than the effects of solar activity. We are actually dealing with a collective implant plague right now. Again – this is nothing to freak out or be upset/angry about or afraid of.
Always remember: That is EXACTLY the frequency, that the matrix and its operators want you to be in. Instead, follow this simple process to establish your true self again.
The most important part of this process is to connect to your heart. That is where you are connected to Source. And that means to stop thinking and start feeling. As said – the old system will do anything to keep you distracted from discovering your ability to feel – because that would mean you would discover the key to true ascension!

We find it very important, that you learn how to do that yourself to make sure you keep your power and do not give it away to others. It is always fine to ask for assistance, but you should always stay in charge of your own energy field. Hypnosis, spiritual drugs and a lot of alleged energetic healing methods are quick ways to give your power away and open yourself up to energetic manipulation – taking you into the illusionary astral realm of the false light matrix.
How to remove implants and entities from your system:
- Go into that thought spiral, emotional loop or physical issue and feel the energy of it. Follow the energy of it to its anchor point / origin in your system. Where does it make you feel uncomfortable? Where does the energy not flow but feels blocked? You will be able to spot exactly where the implant / entity sits. It is enough to feel it – you do not have to see it.
- Imagine yourself in your most favourite spot on this planet or somewhere else. It is a place that provides you with everything that makes you feel good, powerful and at ease, brings you into the NOW and is giving you a strong energetic support.
- Now think of all the traits that you would love to incorporate if you had the magic wand and could create the best and powerful version of you. How would you like to be perceived, look like, feel like, act like etc. Feel all of these traits and speak them out loud while staying in your power place. Feel the energy of these words and how they are expanding within you with the support of your powerful surroundings. Feel how this power in your heart and see it as a golden, glowing energy ball that is growing and expanding into your whole body. You will notice immediately how the spiralling stops and you come into a feeling of inner peace and balance when you are in your heart space.
- Now imagine that golden energy flowing through your hands. Take your hands to the place where you spotted the implant. Hold your hands over it and imagine how this golden energy is flowing all around the implant. Send all the love coming from your heart to this implant and form a golden, energy love ball around it. This has the effect to raise the frequency in this place intensely, so the hooks of the implant have no chance to stay plugged in: The particles are vibrating, too high and the density gets too low for that.
- Now imagine that you have completely enclosed that entity or implant in this golden stream – kind of like an insect enclosed in amber. When you feel this is completely done, then start pulling that ball out of your auric field. You can even use your hands to actively support that. Keep the implant enclosed in that ball once you have it removed. It might happen that you feel a bit emotional when pulling it out, and the physical body might even react with dry purging / puking reflexes. Shortly after, you should feel the place where the implant was filling up with love, feeling very light, warm and comfortable.
- Go back into your heart space again while holding the ball outside of your aura. Connect to your heart and imagine a golden pillar of light coming down directly from source / the central sun. When this pillar is complete, take the ball, put it into the pillar and say out loud: “I release you back to the Central Sun”.
- Say out loud: “I, in accordance with my free will, do not allow any energetic implant in my field anymore”.
- Sit back, feel into your heart space again and enjoy the smooth flow of energy through your system.
We hope that this helps you to feel better again immediately. Never forget: These are the last desperate attempts of the matrix and the old system to keep the fear frequency alive. The less we fight them and the more we wrap them into our true light and love, coming from the heart, the more we embrace them, the quicker they dissolve into the light.

Humanity’s awakening is so close that your awareness that it is occurring is intensifying enormously – you feel it enveloping you – and yet you still experience the illusion as very real. And this feels very confusing for you. It is as though you were locked into that moment you experience as humans as you wake up after sleeping but in which you are still not fully awake, your dreams are gently dissipating and consciousness is returning, but you have not yet fully engaged with it.
There is no one now incarnate on Earth who is completely unaware of the enormous changes that are in progress. Even those who are caught up in the gloom and doom that the mainstream media consistently regurgitate, or those living in conflict zones, areas of intense poverty, or refugee camps are, at a deep level, aware that something of enormous importance is occurring.
You who are reading or listening to this message are, of course, well aware, but are also, at times, experiencing severe doubts because, and as you interact with others who are caught up in the media’s catastrophic information onslaught, you encounter the negative and even despairing energies to which they are so firmly attached, and then, instead of observing them and letting them pass, you engage with them and get drawn in, thus intensifying your own doubts .
It is therefore essential that you continue your daily practice of going within in order to boost your reception of the divine Love flowing continuously within and through you that supports you magnificently in every moment, so long as you open your hearts to receive It. Love is your true nature, but the distractions of the illusion have intensified, as those who wish to continue engaging with it and playing the games it offers desperately attempt to repair and stabilize its rapidly crumbling foundations. Thus it is easy for you to allow those noisy and very disturbing distractions to cloud your awareness of your purpose on Earth in this time of change, as humanity’s long-sought awakening into the realization of its true nature, which will allow the return to full consciousness, finally blossoms.
As you well know, your purpose is to hold your Light on high and intend to extend it to all of humanity without exception, and in doing so to remember in every moment that It is the eternal and inextinguishable Light of God’s Love for all of His creation. As soon as you notice that the distractions of the illusion have drawn your focus away from your divine purpose immediately reset your intention to be loving in every moment and in every situation.
Your loving intention is extremely powerful, just as God wills, and affects not only those with whom you come into physical contact but every incarnate being presently on Earth. You tend to forget that you are not your physical forms, your human bodies, but are actually VAST energy fields of Love at One with God and all of creation. This realization is hidden from you temporarily by the flimsy and ephemeral veil that envelops the illusion.
Your task, as the awakening process accelerates and intensifies, is to remain focused on being Yourself! You are eternally One with Source, You have never separated from Him, but as you follow your individual human paths through the illusion, bringing with you and extending to all an abundance of Love for humanity, the draining energies of negativity do affect you. Remember that within the illusion all is illusory. Therefore your fears, worries, anxieties, and the depressing emotions that accompany them, are also utterly illusory. Only Love is Real, and It is eternal and always present.
You have all experienced moods, either euphoric or distressing, that have realized themselves within you and then passed away, but which felt very intense while they were occurring, so much so that they seemed, while you were experiencing them, to be your normal state. Then they dissolved and you returned to what your presence in the illusion does recognize as normality, proving that nothing within the illusion lasts, all is ephemeral. Consequently it is also quite clear that nothing in the illusion is normal!
It frequently fools and confuses you into believing that it is the only reality, because that is what is was established to do, and you become engrossed in the games with which it presents you. The main confusion is the strong and intense belief in the reality of your personal identities as human bodies. What follows from that is your constantly sensed need to provide for them and protect them from the attacks of others, and from injury and disease. They are without doubt separate and fragile homes from which you experience life, and their continued survival frequently seems severely threatened.
However, You are not your bodies! You are divine Beings of immense power and energy, Divine Energy, constantly in the presence of our Source and One with It, because separation from Source is impossible as Source is All That Exists. Allow yourselves to accept the Truth of who You are, trust It implicitly, and delight in the joy that knowing that brings you. And that joy can only be found within, what you see outside is illusory.

This makes sense given that there are many people unaware of ascension and yet still experiencing the rising frequencies of the planet and thus their own bodies...so it feels like intense pressure. There is no reason not to let yourself be the way you are.
No matter what is occurring in this vast and complex game, you can still be you.
The way you are is perfect and you are fundamental to Creation. You, in your wholeness, are essential.
As you hear this, energy within you reorganizes. Light streams in, in new ways. You, when you hear this, have a deep inner knowing of the truth of what we share and this knowing becomes amplified as we commune with you transmitting this message. This moment, the fact of our co-creation is abundantly present. You can tap into it for reassurance in difficult times. You can tap into it as a way of remembering and returning to the truth of existence and the truth of your being.
Living in different realms of creation is never a solitary experience. You are always attended to by various others fields of light within your own wholeness and which share your intentions and know you in your wholeness. You are always surrounded by angelic beings and light fields that can empower your clear sense of self and inner knowing. You are never alone.
You also have deep within you a perpetual current of light that is the Creator. This unceasing connection with All that is, is fueling your experience and flows through the higher levels of your being and into your humanity. You are innately abundant, as the Creator is abundant. You are innately fulfilled, as the Creator is fulfilled. You are innately eternal, as the Creator is eternal.
All of these truths can be felt energetically, experientially, in ways that make your life much easier and your feelings of connection stronger. You can know these truths in a very real way and live with confidence and a sense of reassurance that helps you participate here with a more empowered and clear awareness.
Orient to your heart now and simply acknowledge the truths we offer here.
Allow yourself to feel into the subtle energies around you for we are making ourselves known to you and we are with the Company of Heaven and many Great Beings of Light.
Realize that you are not alone that it is in fact, impossible to go it alone.
You are surrounded by Great Beings of Light in this moment. You are surrounded by love. You are surrounded by beings who know you and love you, some who act as embodied fields within your experience through other beings on Earth and some who act as multidimensional expressions of your own wholeness and some who are your friends and family of light. All of whom serve you in this form and focus, to empower the most elevated experience and to help you remember all that you truly are.
You have all around you light that distinguishes you from all other human beings and light that listens, that takes direction from your focus and action and life that answers your call. You are surrounded by loving fields that hear you and know you and we are amplifying you in ways that serve your intention and embodiment as well as the divine plan.
There is no way that you can get away from any of these supportive, loving presences, but you can tune them out - intentionally or inadvertently. You can be present in a frequency that makes it hard to believe this, or to feel the energies of all the love that surrounds you and is within you.
You can also change your vibration through focus and change your sense of this at any time. You can shift your thoughts and tune to the Christ within you and know once again in a palpable very real way, that you are never alone. You can feel quite clearly and remember again, that all is well, that all is Oneness and light and that each presence here is also a Christed being, moving in and out of attunement with the vaster forces within Creation that remind them of their true being.
Live knowing that you are surrounded with love. Feel the energetic signature of love all around you. Tune to that expression of Creation. Let it take over your senses. Let your skin tingle, your body warm up, your crown chakra open and your heart burn with the eternal flame of love.
Live knowing that you arise from love. Live knowing that you are a manifest expression of this beautiful Love-Planet. In your physical human form, you are made up of subatomic energies that are LOVE, that are the particles and structures of your very planet. You flow love in your expression and action and you emanate love in your auric vibration. You receive love in all ways you are taking in and you put out love in all ways you are putting out. It's just the way it is.
The illusions here will one day be unavailable as experience. They will fade into what was and there will not be the same sense of discovery that is possible now, and eventually, too, this planet and this universe will merge with other planets and universes becoming vaster, elevated, expanded fields of consciousness, of light.
Treasure this great time of awakening and expansive contrast.
Do not mistake this setting for anything other than what it is: a realm of focus in which immense freedom and forgetting, empowers the discovery of all that you are, in ways that are fresh and miraculous and therefore, thrilling.
Do not forget that all other beings here with you, are also, Divine Beings of Love, surrounded by light and also seeking the thrill of a lifetime in becoming once more, in form, while here, who they truly, fully are.
