"RESISTANCE VERSUS ALLOWING"CHANNELED ASCENSION MESSAGE
FROM THE HIGH COUNCIL OF ORION ~ 5th July 2014

“Greetings Dear Ones.  We are the High Council of Orion.  Our message today is one of Resistance versus Allowing. As you know there many on your planet at this time who are speaking about this very topic in a variety of different ways. The reason for this is that it is an important distinction to know and understand as you move forward on this path to have this greater understanding of the energetics of the world around you. As you move into this place of wanting more, desiring more, perhaps even on your human level being fed up with what you have seen happening over and over and over again in your life. You desire more. You desire to move past the pattern, which is appropriate and timely for you and your world at this time. So often the awareness of wanting something different and desiring something different becomes so strong that what the human response does is push away that which you don’t want. You find yourself saying “I don’t want this anymore.” “I hate this.” “I’m tired of it.” “I don’t want this happening.” “I don’t want these types of people in my life.” “I don’t want these jobs and all of that, as you hear, is said in the negative, but it’s also said from a point of Resistance.

The next logical place to go is “Well, then I’m not supposed to resist what it is that is.” In a sense, that’s true, but we’re going to take it a step further. We want you to look at what are those things that you’re feeling you don’t want in your life or that you really wish were changed? Instead of looking at it from the “don’t want”, push it away Resistance side, we invite you to look at what it is on the opposite side of what it is that you wish to be experiencing. What is it that you wish to be experiencing? For some of you, you know what you don’t want, but you actually aren’t even sure yet what it is that you do want. Examining your beliefs and your desires to decide what it is that you do want. What you will find is what you want isn’t always the exact opposite of what it is that you say you don’t want in your life anymore, or you don’t want in your experience anymore. It may be something that doesn’t look like it’s the exact opposite of that.

We invite you to take some time to meditate, consider and journal what it is that you wish to be achieving. For that process, in and of itself, starts breaking down the walls of Resistance. As you do and you start identifying and seeing what it is that you really are desiring that’s on the other side of the Resistance, or that which you’re resisting, and then take yourself one step further and begin to Allow that new experience.

It all sounds very simple, yet identifying what it is that you really want and then choosing to pay attention to the Allowing, and, in a sense, ignoring that which you’re resisting is what will begin to create movement for you; begin to create that shift towards what it is that you feel you are really desiring and wishing to experience in this time, in this place right now.

We’re going to take this a little step further because when you’re talking about the things and feeling the things that you don’t want and its Resistance, when there’s Resistance (you know this from physics) things aren’t moving. There’s something impeding movement when there’s Resistance. Resistance comes about when you’re pushing things away and not wanting what is. What IS is the truth of your vibrational reality. When the truth of your vibrational reality is coming up in you’re trying to push it away, you’ve got this push and pull between the truth of your vibratory reality and what you feel that it is you want. That creates the Resistance. Resistance doesn’t create movement, it creates static. As you begin to identify what it is that you wish to have and begin to put energy into where you want to go instead of what you want to push away, and then take it further into the Allowing.

How do you do that? Envision. Tell yourself. Affirm. Work with your energy field to literally say to yourself “I allow myself to move to this new place of my vision, this new place of my desiring.” What you’re really doing is shifting your vibrational attention to something that feels better, to something that creates movement, and reduces the Resistance to what is. As you start paying attention to where it is you want to go because you’ve identified what it is that’s on the other side of the Resistance, you don’t even need to know for sure what it’s going to look like and show up like. As you work with your energetics through affirmation and visualization and journaling and everything you want to do to allow that experience to come into your vibrational reality, you begin to create movement.

Have fun with this! Be playful with this! Enjoy the journey of exploration for you to discover what it is that’s on the other side of the Resistance and then see what happens as you begin to shift into this place of Allowing for that new reality to vibrationally get closer and closer and closer to the experience that you’re having in your life!

The Gabriel Message card for this week:

You would not have a desire without the means to fulfill it.
We live in a world of pure potential. This means that all that we desire is available as long as we are a vibrational match for it, according to the Laws of Attraction. Many years ago I heard the following affirmation from Silent Unity:

The infinite resources of Spirit are equal to every demand.
That affirmation really helped me to realize that I really can have what I am praying for. That there is an infinite supply and I am only limited by my beliefs. So of course, over the years I have been in a process to change my beliefs about what is possible and getting clear about what is important to me on a soul level.

I know now that I am truly deserving and worthy, and it's really OK for me to ask for what I want. That in itself took years! What I notice is that when I am clear, it is more graceful to manifest what I want in my life.

I have also noticed that there have been some desires that have lasted for many years. They have not gone away. So it makes me wonder why they have not manifested. When I am honest with myself, I can see how there is some ambivalence around my having them. When I explore the idea of the reality of that desire manifesting, I begin to realize that there is a mixed message within me. That means a mixed message to the Universe as well. When I feel into the desire I may think about the responsibility or some other aspect involved with its manifestation. I may notice that the actual feeling of that situation becomes more of a heaviness. So I put that desire away for a while until it pops up again and I have to look to see if that is what I truly want at this time in my life. So there must be an aspect of Divine Timing about my desires as well. As a wise friend said yesterday, "I am grateful for what I have not received in my life. It was not right for me."

I trust that the Universe is really willing to provide for us. I know that when I can be very clear about what it is that I am wanting, my ability to manifest is profound. At this point, it is my intention to have my life be more simple and flow gracefully that keeps me from manifesting some of the big desires that have been put on the back burner.

Especially as the veils between the dimensions have gotten thinner, I can see that there really is not anything I can't have if I put my whole heart and mind behind it. The Light is so strong and its ability to morph and change is seemingly limitless. So when I am focused on the Light and allow it to be the force behind my creation, it becomes amazingly effortless.

Basically I know that inherent in every desire is the means to fulfill it, just as I know that there is a solution inherent in every situation that looks troubling. It is trusting this that has allowed my life to simplify and gain more ease. We have so much assistance from the non-physical realm as well as the physical to create a life that works for us. Sometimes it is just the ambivalence about our desire that prevents us from having it. It is all about gaining clarity so we can ask for what we really need, and then allow our support system to provide it.

The Gabriel Messages #52

You would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it.
Dear One,

All things in life are a part of the Higher Power. This includes the desires of your heart. You have within you all that it takes to fulfill these desires and create the life you want to have. Know that each time you feel a deep longing, the seed of fulfillment is inherent within it.

There is a re-awakening within you, showing you a potential for all that you desire. This re-awakening results from your connection to God and the remembrance of the Angels who are guiding you always. As you commune more and more with this energy, your life will begin to take on the magical qualities you desire.

It begins with letting go. When you know in your heart that all your needs will be abundantly met, you can release the part of you that wants acquisition. You will now be free to discover the true desires in your heart. True desires have qualities that are fulfilled when the desires have been manifested. If the desire is for money, there is a quality your heart seeks to have fulfilled — a sense of safety, an abundant lifestyle, or perhaps, simply freedom from worry.

Becoming aware of these qualities allows you to take action to gain these first, which will then allow the physical world to manifest in a form which is in your highest good. The first step after discovering the qualities you seek, is always to ask for what you want, making sure you clearly state the qualities you are seeking to have. The Angelic Dimensions stand ready to assist you in the process of gaining all you desire in your life. Clarity is key.

Practice
It is truly God's Plan to have all beings live in a state of abundant joy and freedom from fears, with peace, harmony and love in the world as well as within families. These qualities are not too much to ask for in your prayers because they are the natural state of balance in God's world. Your prayers you offer in order to attain them opens your mind and heart to fulfillment in your personal life.

It is also vital to be in the company of like-minded souls who believe that miracles are not only possible, they are also willing to have them manifest in their own lives. It is clear that in some situations in the world, only a miracle of divine proportions can create a solution. With enough people believing miracles are possible, there is no doubt that creative solutions, which are beyond the mind's ability to understand at this time, will occur.

Begin now to allow miracles to manifest in your world. Be the first one to ask for divine intervention, and to share your belief with others, so that all may live in a new level of conscious awareness and abundant joy.

Those desires in your heart are there to remind you that miracles happen, and God provides you the ways to have all the good you desire in your life. Know that you are blessed and profoundly loved. Call on the Divine Spirit and the Angels then allow the desires of your heart to be fulfilled.
Remember, you would not have the desire without the means to fulfill it.

Personal Desires and Universal Destiny

 "Venus is now in Aries until 28th/29th May (depending where you are on the globe!), providing us some welcome fire in a picture currently dominated by earth and water. Her entry into the first sign of the zodiac gives us a bit of a boost if we need assistance with new beginnings. Venus is traditionally deemed to be in her detriment in Aries, but right now we should welcome her there with open arms (in my humble opinion!) for it is here that the goddess of love tells us to get comfortable with reaching out for what we desire and making it our own. And given all the recent shifts in orientation that many people have undergone, her encouragement comes as something of a blessing!

But like I said, she’s not here for long so we need to get sorted and decide what must be done to embrace the ‘new normal’ we’re beginning to experience as a result of recent commitments made to change. When she entered Aries she formed a significant angle to the Moon’s North Node, signifying her current relevance to the birth of our future selves. In Libra the North Node speaks to us of beauty and peacefulness on the one hand, and conflict and strife on the other. We must know both to know where the balance point lies, and Venus, ruler of Libra, now arrives in Aries to reveal how we can go about fulfilling our own desires whilst honouring those of the universe which are far greater than we can ever possibly conceive.

It’s a fine line we walk when it comes to pursuing our dreams and desires. How far do we push and how far do we let go and let life do its thing?! Learning how to walk this line is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves and each other, for in doing so we develop the capacity to both celebrate success and embrace failure, learn from mistakes and capitalise on the things we do well. Whilst at one level it’s true there’s no such thing as failure only lessons learned, the experience of failure is a very real and powerful one at the time and it can knock us back if we let it. Likewise the experience of success can cause us to become reckless as to the next step we take if we fail to recognise that every success occurs on the knife edge that is life itself and there are no guarantees.

This month the North Node and Venus remind us that we are both sovereign beings in charge of our own destiny and tiny parts of an infinite whole which is living out its own destiny through and within us. The inherent paradox of this situation, in which our personal desires and those of our very life force can at times be at odds, is one which we must enter deeply if we wish to know the truth of what must manifest in our lives. It’s not enough to pursue a personal desire without consideration of the greater whole, no matter what that desire is. We must, in effect, take our desire to life itself, offer it up and be prepared to have it torn away from us never to be fulfilled, before we pursue it to its logical ends. For in doing so we are telling the universe that whilst we want it with all our heart, if our heart is in fact just too small at present to embrace what the universe desires for us, what we really desire is an expanded heart, not a satisfying but ultimately petty outcome.

Venus in Aries brings a comfortable familiarity with courage and self-determination. If we can embody that courage in such a way that our self-determination is aligned with that of the universe our desires are already fulfilled. So we currently encounter a time in which preparedness to forsake our desires will be met with fulfilment no matter what. We will either get the go-ahead to pursue them wholeheartedly or we will get the go ahead to expand our heart into greater wholeness, ready to receive what will truly fulfil our being when the time is right. Either way everyone’s a winner! Which pretty much sums up the message of Venus in Aries at the moment – You can’t go wrong if what you want is to fulfil universal destiny. And if what you want is smaller than that you’ll soon find out and get a chance to re-navigate your course accordingly!"
