PIR Health Report: Self Sabotage!
Recognizing psychological childhood triggers that lead to defense mechanisms and a lifetime of self-sabotage is the first part of understanding how we may find ourselves here later in life. Practical tools and methods are then offered to help us re-pattern our learned response, re-wire out brain and overcome self-sabotage so we can function, embrace opportunity and thrive as we were meant to. I can definitely relate, as I was able to re-visit those childhood moments that caused me to shut down and give up in an effort to protect myself, or later in life, behavior responses that may quell my anxiety but only delay the inevitable need to take action. is the most important attribute that is inherent to all of us.
As fractals of creation itself, we have
the ability to create something out of nothing.
From creating life to love-letters, inspiration is inherent to creativity
and its energy is shared among all those who feel it.

ISHTAR RISING – MELCHIZEDEK – ARCTURIANS
Greetings everyone, before I begin this channeling I would like to add a personal note. I have received two channelings back to back, one from the 33rd Dimension from Melchizedek and company and another from the Arcturians. I was asked by my guides to combine these two together for you into one transmission as both are very important and timely.
I would also like to say that the next few weeks until the end of December are going to be filled with many opportunities for us to reflect on all that we have been through this year, learn from our experiences and allow them to either fade into the past or take them with us into the future, providing that whatever we take with us will be of the greatest benefit for all involved. This time continues to be auspicious no matter the seeming blocks that many are experiencing at this time. The reason for said blocks is simply due to you being given an opportunity to STOP and come up with the best route map for your soul’s next steps in this journey of life. So please think of these moments as small rest stops along your path. You are not being blocked but are simply given an opportunity to reflect on everything in your life.
And once again for those of you who are experiencing various health discomforts such as vertigo, headaches, stomach upsets, moodiness, etc., it is simply your body’s reaction to various energies that the earth is presently being bombarded with. So please find the time to rest, drink plenty of water and remember to breathe, the deeper you breathe the more oxygen you will import into your body, the more your cells will thank and reward you with better health and well being. Now having said this here is a channeling that I have received from Melchizedek and the 33rd Dimension.
Like a Phoenix she rises from the ashes of yesteryear to return to the pureness of BEing. Like a phoenix she sets herself on fire in order to soar higher than the smoke rising into the ethers. Returning to that which she truly is, foreseeing the unfolding of her benevolent self, she rises from the ashes of misunderstanding of her true identity.
Ishtar awakens within each and every being residing on GAIA, invoking the feminine energies to purify and coordinate the return to Oneness. Dormant has she been for eons in the consciousness of humanity enlarge, suppressed were her influences within the constraints of human understanding of reality of being.
Igniting the power within each of her beloved children, she brings with her the reprise of inner knowing that all is well in the universe, that all of her beloved children shall return to that which is. Allowing the swirling energies of purely divine intentions to bathe them in effervescence of that which they truly are. Balancing the innate knowing with the extraordinary experiences of human cognizant reality.
Ishtar has returned and has ignited the hearts of many, recalibrating and invoking their essence to shine through the brilliance of their very own benevolence. Sweeping through the glorious accompaniments of the heavenly abodes she touches upon the very intricately composed musical tones of ascension, invoking the harmonious tones within the hearts of all her children.
Rising within their very consciousness and calling to each one to embrace the feminine energies rising within, allowing said energies to take root, and shape a new cognition of that which is. A new cognizant reality of balance and integration of both polarities known to man as feminine and masculine.
Each shall experience her presence, each shall understand her energies swirling within, recognizing said energies for what they truly are, the cleansing and purification of outdated modules of thinking. The cleansing and purification of that which no longer belongs in the new reality of BEing.
The rising waves of feminine energies shall sweep through each one residing on GAIA, attuning one to their very own creation, reuniting one with the lost aspects of self and allowing one to explore said loss with outmost understanding and gratitude for all the knowledge that has been acquired, all the knowledge and awareness that has been brought forth through said experiences no matter the level of benevolence or lack thereof.
It is through the glory of complete surrender to self, complete surrender of ingrained thinking patterns of human history, and through complete comprehension of the truth of said experiences that one shall fully align oneself with the most opportunistic path for one’s soul. It is through surrendering of the old identity and connectedness to that which one truly is that one shall finally bring forth the necessary energies to shape a new path not only for oneself, but for all of humanity.
And so, and thus, like a phoenix rising from the ashes of yesteryear each one of you shall rise from the ashes of your false identities, rising above the misunderstandings, allowing yourselves to connect to pureness of BEing and the true reality structure of all that is. All the way comprehending that the experiment is coming to an end, being grateful for said experience and allowing the newly formed energies to usher in a new age of thought, whereby the cognizant particles of your earthly realities shall merge with the cognizant particles of the newly formed way of life, formulating a new path of comprehension, benevolence, abundance, equilibrium, unconditional understanding, creativity and unconditional love for all.
Know that you are supported by all that is. Know that we are walking with you hand in hand and foot in foot. Know that you can call upon us whenever you need. Know that it is so. For it is.
That is all that we have for you now. We love you. We are with you. Goodbye for now.
And here is a channeling that I have received from the Arcturians…
Transition to higher consciousness is rapidly sweeping your planet yet again as many of you are experiencing a floating feeling of translocation. Finding yourselves in the depth of various realities, which appear to be incredibly liquid in nature. Loosing time and space, losing thoughts and experiencing extreme vertigo and fatigue. All these are but normal reactions of your vehicles to the changes in the magnetic field of your evolutionary cycle. As your planet transcends into the fifth dimensional frequency based programming, so too are your vehicles being reprogrammed to withstand the changes in atmospheric pressure, and magnetism within the core of your, planet.
The restructuring of your DNA which has been in effect for some time, is about to undergo another upgrade yet again, and many of you shall be aligned with your present missions at hand, and your chosen momentum, the chosen momentum for your soul’s path.
The unification principles of eternal OM and understanding of Unity, are being reflected back to you through your cognitive understanding of the chaos unfolding in your immediate surroundings and that of a whole of your planet. For the chaos unfolding therein is nothing more than a delusion of reality, a distraction from that which indeed is important to your souls’ growth, and that is, the understanding of necessary albeit uncomfortable changes swiftly eradicating all that no longer belongs on your planet which are not only necessary, but welcomed by most residing on GAIA.
And so, through chaos one shall find the serenity of BEing. Through Chaos one shall come to the understanding of self, and experience the release of old patterns of thought, old patterns of action and realign oneself with that which truly is. That which certainly shall assist mankind in anchoring the new frequencies and establishing a new society in which the light frequencies and vibrations become clearly understood and utilized to in the most advantageous way for all of humanity.
And so through the changes occurring within and without you shall begin to see a clearer path unfolding before you, a clearer and more balanced state of being, and return to purity, benevolence, abundance and might, unconditional understanding of all that is, and alignment with the true path for your souls.

SCORPIO is
the only sign of the zodiac that has multiple animal symbols -- the
Scorpion, the Eagle, and the Phoenix. Each one represents a different
facet of the Scorpio experience. Together, they provide guidance that is
much needed when we must deal with life-changing events, such as those
that have occurred since the Scorpio New Moon last Wednesday.
Two of these animals -- the Scorpion and the Eagle -- symbolize two very different ways of responding to our life experience. THE SCORPION hides under rocks or in loose soil during the day, coming forth at night to hunt and feed. They have the ability to paralyze and poison their prey. When we emulate the Scorpion, we likewise tend to dwell in the darkness, to not be comfortable being in the light. We also may hold onto resentments and negativity, and our emotions can be laced with venom. On the opposite end of the spectrum is the Eagle. The keen-sighted bird soars high in the sky, closer to the source of light than those who remain earth-bound. When we emulate the Eagle, we maintain a higher perspective. We are able to observe life's events, to see both the light and the shadow, but still stay aloft. THE PHOENIX embodies the theme of transmutation, providing yet another piece of the Scorpio puzzle. Mythology tells us that at the end of its life, the Phoenix sets its own nest on fire. After the bird is consumed by the flames, a new Phoenix emerges from the ashes. When we emulate the Phoenix, we embrace the process of transformation and recognize that a part of our earthly experience includes death. We allow ourselves to be consumed by the flames with the knowing that nothing is ever really lost, and that rebirth always follows what appears to be an ending. THE SUN AND MERCURY are both completing their journeys through Scorpio this week. As the two align on Tuesday and then each form semisquare aspects with Pluto later in the week, we find ourselves in a time of mental adjustment as we come to terms with certain truths about the reality we live in. When we must deal with issues of death and trauma, we have choices -- we can either become lost in the emotional mire of the Scorpion's nest, or we can strive for the heightened perceptions and perspective of the Eagle in flight. Most likely, we will seesaw between the two responses for a while, hopefully coming to rest in a place closer to the Light than we've been before. NEPTUNE completes its five-month retrograde phase on Wednesday. Whenever a planet "stations" (comes to a standstill as it changes direction), we tend to be more aware of its influence than usual. Like all the planets, Neptune can have various effects, ranging from what we perceive as positive to what may be counterproductive. In the positive, we may find our hearts filled with greater compassion this week. The veil between this reality and the other side may feel more permeable. We may feel more poetic, more musical, more creative. We may also experience greater heights in our meditations and spiritual practices, and be more able to access inner guidance. On the other hand, we want to be very conscious of how we handle physical reality now, since this is not Neptune's forte. With the mystical planet's influence enhanced, we can be lost in a dream world, making this not a good time to make practical decisions. We are also very impressionable. We can be easily disillusioned or deceived if we get caught up in the vision of what we want to see instead of the reality of what may be occurring. But, if we keep those cautions in mind, the strong Neptune energies this week can be of great benefit. They can provide the setting for both spiritual and creative enrichment.
