Today's report is abbreviated, and is focused on the confluence of energies tomorrow, in preparation.


The Moon and the Sun are the catalysts for the astrological aspects that happen tomorrow.  But since energy unfolds in waves, the effects begin to be felt today.  This is primarily due to the Moon having just moved into Leo, and the Moon in Leo is what is lighting this fire.


It's a hell of a fire.


1 - GRAND TRINE IN FIRE SIGNS: The astrology of the day (please read past this if "astro-speak" frustrates you; skip to what you need) is ignited with a Grand Trine between the Moon, Mars, Venus, and Saturn.  The Grand Trine begins Friday at 1:00 am ET/5:00 am UT/8:00 am MSK/2:00 pm AEDT (if I have accounted properly) and continues for 15 hours and 12 minutes, until 4:12 pm ET.


Grand trines facilitate things happening and things balancing.  Due to the planets involved, the energetic is focused on relationships - romantic relationships and the relationships between power/control dynamics and free/loving dynamics.


The Grand Trine brings one part anger, impulsivity, and aggression; one part concern, kindness, and caring; and one part super-structured, organized, and rigid.  Hold the thought.


2- THE SUN OPPOSES THE BLACK MOON:  There are only two days each year when the Sun aspects the mighty Black Moon (or we might say Black Sun), and Friday is one of them.  (The other occurred on September 26, 2015.)


The Sun will make an opposition (be 180 degrees away from or lined up) with the Black Moon tomorrow, Friday at 8:52 am ET/12:52 pm UT/3:52 pm MSK/Saturday 11:52 am AEDT).


The opposition occurs at the very last arc minute of the degrees involved (one last chance to receive the energetics of their wisdom).  The Sun will be at 25 Aries 59 and the Sabian symbol of "through imagination, a lost opportunity is regained."  Hope returns.  The last bits are understood.  A new rendition or interpretation is made.  A new way is seen.  Opposition or obstacle is removed.


The Black Moon will be at "an eagle and a large white dove turning into each other."  This fortifies or bolsters the heart, concentrates an area of metamorphosis, balances temperament, and engages a new dimension.  Look carefully at which birds appear in your life and check your references on the meanings.  (I always recommend Animal Speak by Ted Andrews, and carry the pocket version with me all the time.)


Those with the Sun, Black Moon, or Chiron in Aries or Libra will feel this strongly.  Those with a lot of fire in their charts (planets in Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius) will also.


3- URANUS CONTINUES CONJUNCTION WITH THE ERIS POINT:  And this brings THE UNEXPECTED into the bonfire of today's energetics.  There is no way to predict Uranus.  It is discharging the energetic of "a boxer entering the ring," which causes anger to rise and shadow sides to emerge.


Alongside, Venus is discharging "a bomb which failed to explode is now safely concealed" on Friday.  More anger.  Tantrums or cathartic releases often ensue.  People's frustrations reach great height.  We want to be mindful of this.


Since the Sun is in Leo, fiery, dramatic shows are high potentials.  Emotions and agendas are in motion.
But, riding over these is Mars, which is trickling out the energetic of "a mother leads her child step by step up the stairs" as it prepares to come to a full-on stop on April 18, when it stations retrograde until June 30.  The Mother, Gaia Sophia, Mother Nature, Our Teacher is using all of the energetics of the planets right now to evolve us - to bring us to another state - to take us another step up.  We are climbing - transcending - what limits us individually and as the fellowship of humanity.


"Slow and steady" and "align with what's right" on the magic carpet ride" of this new astrological year are the keys today and tomorrow.


Where is life going?  Let's engage it from the perspective of an adventure.  We may be quite surprised what we see and learn.
