Jared's success with numbers (God-bless him for that) do NOT always translate to kicking major non-physical butt & accelerating planetary liberation.
Meditations also have to be advanced enough... advanced enough to change timelines ... advanced enough to really AFFECT the 3D hologram.
Cobra's meditations work ... "when" they reach critical mass. They're specific enough IF the numbers are there.
