Beloved Ones,
You
have all struggled to maintain equilibrium as the new energies brought
out thoughts, feelings and emotions that you had no idea you harboured
within and you are now ready for a greater refinement of your four lower
bodies. It will become much easier to navigate in the days ahead as
most of you have almost completed the cleansing, clearing and purging of
all that is not love from your deepest and innermost self. Now the way
before you becomes filled with a greater spectrum of light that presents
a greater perspective than you previously embraced. A greater
understanding of self is at hand which in turn enables a greater
understanding of your sisters and brothers with whom you share space in
this world. Life takes on a new momentum filled with unlimited
possibilities. Your greater clarity and focus now brings your thoughts
and creative ideas into quicker manifestation than ever before.
That
which used to take years to bring what you desired to you into your
experience now comes about in an effortless and harmonious manner. All
the good you have desired to experience in your individual lives is
being created and brought to you by the universe and the Creator. You
now begin to understand what life lived in harmony with the universe and
the Creator was meant to be, an ever flowing river of joy, delight,
light, color and creativity. The gifts that you developed and practiced
throughout your sojourns in physical form now begin to come to the
surface. You have the great opportunity to allow these to come into
expression through you now. Talents that you had only wished you had
begin to arise within you and to surprise you with their emergence in
your daily expressions. Each of you have unique and marvellous talents
and skills that have lain hidden beneath the surface of perceived
personal limitations and these are now dissolving into oblivion.
There
will be surprises and unexpected events that occur that will bring each
of you pivotal flashes of insight that causes everything to change in a
moment. All that occurs brings a total paradigm shift and you must
endeavour to not resist what comes forth. Stay open and willing to
contemplate and embrace the new directions that can propel you to new
heights. Success will come to you from the fruits of your heartfelt
intentions and your greatest good begins to manifest for you. Remember
to give back to the world in gratitude and humility as you receive your
good. Things will come together as if by magic to create the reality you
have been seeking. Stay enthusiastic about the new possibilities and
potentials and be optimistic in your belief in others so they too, will
prosper, grow and expand. Everyone around you will see the positive and
beautiful aspects of your true being and will mirror these back to you.
Allow
yourselves to reach out into unexplored areas of self expression and
look at your projects with a new and more creative approach. Take more
risks and open up to new and different ideas. Release any remaining old
fears and limitations you may still be holding and open more fully to
creative inspiration. To broaden your perspective, choose to be
peaceful, quiet your mind and allow the universe to bring to you more
options that you may not have been aware of. Let the universe support
you and allow its influence to bring to you possible solutions to help
direct your outcomes. Be openly receptive, patient and flexible and stay
willing to receive in surprising and imaginative ways. Keep moving
forward and keep an open eye for new and unexpected opportunities. You
could be delightfully surprised where they lead you.
Know
that all is well and that only love surrounds you. Embody a new way of
looking at life and the world around you. You are a radiant, luminous
beacon of light to all around you and you empower others with your love,
wisdom and presence. It is time for you to shine even brighter and show
the world your true essence.

As I shared in the last Ascension Note, while the eclipse cycle is done, the energy
of the eclipses continues to root out deeper layers of old energies;
those that are old wounds, old beliefs, old patterns…anything that is
not Love or loving. In another nine days, we will have the opportunity
to step through another upgrade to our being, whether that is mental,
emotional, physical or spiritual and probably all four, since we are one
unit. That will occur on and around November 11. The old that bubbles
up can be very old issues, because we continue to dive deeper into the
core of our being. So if you thought something was done with, you may
revisit it again and again till it has dissolved into the Light of Love.
While the memory may remain, the energy will be let go of and there
will be no emotional charge to it when it cycles around in your memory.
Negative comments by others won’t stick; you won’t even notice them and
this is because you healed that part of you that was wounded long ago.
No longer will you take certain things personally. And as we let go of
one thing; just one thing; the Light rushes in and fills that space. And in this way, step by step, we rise in vibration and consciousness.
The new and higher dimensional energies continue to flow into us. Not
only does this help bring to light old issues, but it brings the ability
to manifest our Heart’s Desires. As we receive this energy, we continue
to move forward based on the new guidance we receive, if we choose to follow it.
Light brings Clarity and this helps us see more clearly where we are,
where we have been and where we are going (not in detail, but in
essence/feeling). We see what impedes our progress and the Light gives
us the impetus to continue to let go and shift those things that hold us
back. We actually change our DNA, cellular and electrical systems
through our choices, with the help of the downloaded Light which also
includes the energy of the solar flares. This then affects us not only
emotionally and mentally, it affects us physically. The forms we have
created, be they work, relationships, family, etc; shift as our
consciousness shifts. If something shifts, let it go and be what it is
shifting into without attempting to fix or defend it.
When you keep your focus on Divine Order, all aligns with the greatest
good for all. As you focus on evolving yourself, your Light touches all
others including all aspects of your own life. Many are seeing their
work as no longer fulfilling. This indeed is due to a shift in
consciousness. They wonder what to do. Be still, focus on how you want
to feel and then take a step in the direction you want to go in based on
Joy and Passion. Let go of any concern about money, for Abundance is
already a part of you and when you do what you love, things fall into
place in all areas. Focusing on what you don’t have or fear you won’t have is blocking your Abundance and your Heart’s Desires.
The New requires non-attachment to people, things and projects. This is
letting go of fear and control. Attachment stops the energy, so it can’t
evolve. Attachment comes when you think it has to be a certain way.
This includes relationships, work or anything in life. As we anchor more
of the New, we allow ourselves to flow. Flowing with something
allows it to evolve into a form that is more aligned with you. And the
flow is continual. This is why it is purposeful to let go of any
expectations, concrete goals and attachments. Let us not box anything in
and we do this by staying in the Moment, so that we can be guided step
by step. If there are expectations, you stop the flow. You may have a
loose intention; just be sure you don’t attach to a particular outcome.
Intentions are focused energy and as you know, where you focus, you
energize and at the same time, you let go of it having to be a certain
thing. This is so different from 3D, isn’t it? In the old, folks would
find a particular career and stay with it for a lifetime, even if it no
longer was a source of Joy.
Know that if you can look at your life from an Eagle’s point of view;
that is, from a higher perspective, you will receive much guidance as to
what steps to take. You also will receive many ideas about which path
to take. This can be confusing and overwhelming, so take each path and
feel it. Go with what raises your energy. Let go of shoulds and
supposed-to’s and flow with what your feelings and energy tell you. This
is definitely a step away from intellectual choosing (always based on
past experiences as well as fear) and into feeling, which is based in
the Heart, guided by Soul and focused in the Moment. If fear arises, you
may be projecting into the future. Just stay with the Heart-guided
feeling and the fear dissipates. Be open to new possibilities and new
ways of being.
If you have an idea of a particular direction to go in, you can use this exercise:
The Golden Rose
Visualize a Golden Rose before you, with the stem going 1”
into Earth. The blossom is golden and fully blossomed. Place your vision
from beginning to end and in detail into the blossom. Watch the blossom
as your vision transforms into White Light. Then release the Rose into
the Universe, watching it float from sight.
Notice how you release the Rose to the Universe; this is letting go of
how you think it should manifest, which is attachment. Know that the
form shifts as you evolve and allow this to be. Be very aware of your
messages. For instance, you may be invited to do a certain thing with
someone else or a group, yet it doesn’t resonate with you. Perhaps the
message is to do that thing you were invited to do in your own unique
way.
Yes, we are continually being upgraded. We are becoming more Light and
less “human.” The human condition is one of strife, struggle and
reaction. The Light/New is about Flow, Acceptance and Love. There is a
huge difference between the two. Every inch of us is shifting into a
higher form. This does not mean we go “poof” and disappear. It means we
stay in our enlightened physical bodies, totally merged with Soul and do
what is Soul-guided. It has long been known that our cells are reborn
every seven years. If we do nothing, we keep repeating the same memories
and so do our cells. As we become New, our cells reflect that and we
become a completely different person. Our DNA shifts and we no longer
repeat our history; that of this life and other lifetimes, including
ancestral “karma.” This shift can be felt in our physical bodies
especially. We may have aches when we’ve never experienced that before.
Our eating and drinking and sleeping patterns may shift. We may have
skin issues along with other physical issues. Just remember that all is
in accordance with shifting into higher dimensional beings, body and
all.
As we receive more and more Light, tolerance for inane things becomes
diminished. Small talk may irritate you, because you want to go deeper;
you want to be more real and more authentic and you may want others to
do the same. Please do be more accepting of others. You don’t have to
agree with them, nor convert them; all that is required is to be real
yourself. As we continue to evolve, we let go of anger and other
emotions that keep us in the old, and our bodies respond. Eventually,
all the upgrades will be complete and our bodies will reflect only Love,
for that is all we are in Truth. Continue to have Patience with
yourself and others and ask each part of your body what it needs to
evolve. And be sure to love every inch of you, for there is no ascension
without your physical body. You see, the Soul expresses through you
mentally, emotionally and physically. And this is why we are moving all
that is not Love out of us…so that we are a clear channel of Divine
Love; Soul. And remember Soul, your Soul, is an expression of Source.
As we continue to evolve, especially physically, there are some things that can help. Meditation, of course, is paramount, for it helps us flow through our changes more gracefully and peacefully. Keep your Chakras open and aligned.
You can do this by inviting Source Light to flow into your Crown Chakra
and through all your Chakras and then to the core/Heart of the Earth.
Do this with your breath and visualization. This balances you and
grounds you to Source and Earth, empowering you to bring Heaven to
Earth. Use essential oils and crystals. Ask which ones to use and you will be guided. Practice Earthing and Sun Gazing. Work with your guides;
you can call on one or more of them to help. Of course, St. Germain’s
Violet Flame is wonderful for burning off old energies, as is the Sacred

Remember too that especially during solar flares, which accentuates the
upgrades and releases, these things will also help you.
As we continue to increase our vibration and purify, we experience many
changes. Keep your attention on how you want to feel, rather than on the
discomfort you experience. What you focus on empowers it. While we are
not fully in the New and not fully in the old, we are in the Now Moment
of creating the New. As we focus on how we want to feel, we empower the
New, for the New is created by feeling that which we want to create in
essence; not in detail. The details are created from feeling/essence.
This month actually will seem lighter than October. There will be new
and higher perspectives into your life and new opportunities will
present themselves. Look at all through Discernment and be patient with
everything. If you have felt blocked, you may find yourself feeling more
connected, more balanced and more inspired. Your spiritual practice may
shift somewhat as well, so be open to that. This may come as a new way
to meditate or doing something you haven’t done before. You may see more
clearly different ways to interact and respond, instead of doing
something you have always done. See everything with new eyes, as if you
are just being born.
Take an objective look at all in your life. Is there a shift needed?
Sometimes a shift in perception is all it takes. What is getting your
attention? Remember to allow things to flow, rather than fight against
it, for all is in Divine Order.
