WISDOM AND CONTEMPLATIVE THOUGHT. CHANNELED MESSAGE FROM THE ARCTURIANS 12th December 2014.Channeled and Transcribed by Paul Marwood

WISDOM AND CONTEMPLATIVE THOUGHT.
CHANNELED MESSAGE FROM THE ARCTURIANS
12th December 2014.Channeled and Transcribed by Paul Marwood

“Greetings, we are the Arcturians.   We wish to talk to you today about the inner act of wisdom. For what is wisdom? Wise thoughts, thoughts that give guidance to actions, thoughts of greater and deeper contemplation, thoughts of greater and deeper consideration, the thoughts that are in greater alignment with the divine connection. In the human perspective it’s like taking a step back and looking at the big picture.

Taking more of the factors into account than just the raw emotions in the moment, so that you are coming from a place of greater knowingness, rather than reaction (where in this place of reaction, more often than not, it is your “stuff” as you call it), which is quite often pushing your buttons, creating an emotion, which is leading you to a thought, which then leads you to an action.

Whereas, thoughts of wisdom come from a place where you are centered, contemplative, and thoughtful. You are tuned into what is around you and what is happening to you, but the thoughts are coming from a greater perspective where you are simply observing the emotions and the reactions that you have.

You are also tuning into, simultaneously, the greater connection to other aspects of yourself; Similar lessons that you have already learned over the ages and your past lifetimes, tapping into the knowingness of the great wisdom of your Soul. Also, in some cases, tapping into the wisdom of the knowingness of the greater consciousness of your race, and then one step further tapping into the greater consciousness of the higher dimensions and beyond.

Then, taking all of these facets into account, to formulate a thought… a thought that is more encompassing, considerate, loving: a wise thought. When you observe a wise man or wise woman they do not seem to be rushing through the thought or the reaction. In that moment they are contemplative. Then from that contemplation of the various levels and facets, they formulate a thought… a wise thought.

So why are we talking to you today about wise thoughts and wisdom? Funny as it may seem but, as each of you are going through your daily lives, how often do you take the time to just stop and contemplate what it is that you are doing, and what it is that you are thinking in that moment? Do you often stop and think about the ramifications of your decisions, the ramifications of your thoughts? For your thoughts are what create many things in your reality. This is part of the manifestation process.

So let’s look at two examples:

When you see a person that is observed as being unwise, and you observe another person who is observed as being very wise, now from your own experience, what type of lives do you think those two people live?

For the person who was observed as being unwise, more often than not they live a life that contains a level of chaos. They make mistakes, which we all do, but sometimes they don’t to learn from those mistakes. They repeat the mistakes over and over. Sometimes they don’t understand or give thought to the ramifications of their thoughts, words and actions, which then has on-flowing effects in their life, usually in ways that creates discomfort for themselves and for others.

Whereas, if you cast your mind’s eye to a person who is observed as being wise, they are generally not as stressed. They flow through their life with greater ease. They are more considerate of themselves and all that is around them. They see and learn from all that is around them. They navigate their lives with a greater level of peace and grace than the person who was observed as being unwise.

Now we share this with you today because we wish to encourage more and more people on this planet to consciously take the time to slow down and just observe. Be in touch with your feelings in the moment. You don’t need to tell everyone or shout it out, but just be observant.

Many of you feel that you have a very busy life and there is no time for contemplation. So how come the person that is observed as being wise always manages to have the time, and yet still makes his and her way graciously through their life? Remember as we move to the new paradigm linear time, as you used to know it, will not exist in that same form.

As you learn to consider that of who you are, the aspects of yourself, you tune in to what is around you, you contemplate on what it is that you are thinking in the moment, what it is that you are feeling in the moment, and you tune into your divine I AM presence and receive guidance. In this moment take all of those facets, thoughts, feelings, inputs, and formulate new conclusions or thoughts based on a greater assembly of knowledge, a greater level of input, so that your formulation and thoughts come from a wiser place.

If you choose to do this you will find that your life gains greater peace. You start to see clarity in aspects of your life that you did not see clarity previously. You start to have a knowingness in any moment where you are able to observe what is happening around you and tune into your higher self.

The mind and the consciousness of the being is more than capable of dealing with all of this in the moment: to formulate wise thoughts, wise actions and greater inner wisdom to guide you through this lifetime, to assist you as you move forward in a greater illuminated way.

We will talk more on this.

We love you all; we are the Arcturians.”

A Conscious Union – The Ultimate Relationship: 10 Reasons a Conscious Union is the Ultimate Relationship by Gina Hardy | OM Times

A Conscious Union – The Ultimate Relationship:
10 Reasons a Conscious Union is the Ultimate Relationship
by Gina Hardy
| OM Times

In the past year I have endlessly blogged and chatted to radio hosts about the intricacies of intimate relationships from communication styles to self observation, with unending awe as I explore the certain mysteries of love and how it affects us all. There are heaps of experts and books out there written by amazing people way more qualified than me about the psychology and technical workings of relationships, but it is my calling to offer you help in this wonderland of life, so it got me wondering, as Grace had named my business Conscious Union, just what is a Conscious Union?

What has been emerging, as Conscious Union earns her place in the “New Earth” jigsaw, is a honing and fine tuning of ingredients that go to make up a conscious relationship and how it is the closest thing to “happily ever after” that we will ever see within our existing DNA structure! So let me take you on a journey around a conscious relationship. If you are in one already then I don my hat to you and say well done…you are helping to pioneer the new relationship paradigm for future generations who understand the meaning of authentic love. If you are in a relationship but wonder if it sizes up then read on. If you are single, this will give you the goal posts within which to aim high for your next relationship!

The recipe for a Conscious Union:

1. Two fully committed people who are willing to help each other heal and grow from the past.

Human beings are a complex set of cells with a huge range of needs and wants, even though some of us don’t say! From birth it is a near impossible task for any parent to meet the needs of their child 24/7 and to ensure their protection and safety from life, hence at some stage our childhood would have experienced a good few negative situations that may have become ingrained in our psyche and can stunt our childhood growth on the spot. Along comes our intimate relationships later in life which are fertile ground for healing from these ingrained experiences. But in order to heal, the wound needs to show itself and nothing quite like this kind of relationship, fires our need to look at these pain spots and allow them to surface and clear. Many people through lack of understanding of this occurring dynamic will assume that experiencing this kind of pain means “oh no my relationship is on the rocks” or “he/she is so not right for me” when in fact your partner is your directional arrow to what you need to look at together. This is the key ingredient in conscious love. It takes time, oodles of patience, compassion and willingness to stay open to whatever comes each day.

2. Two people who encourage full authenticity to be re-born in each other.

Love and approval is the human blueprint for life but from birth to now many of us lose the essence of our original nature by doing what we feel we need to do to be loved. Love and safety are life saving as children, without them the feeling is one of death and the motivating emotions that keep us as far away as possible from this fear, keep us chained in a symbiotic dance between trying to be loved and our drive to be authentic. Imago call our adolescent self the “fragmented” self because we have evolved disowning and denying parts of our full humanness in order to be approved of. Children see their parents as role models for life and no matter how “wounded” our parents and their parents before them, we believe that to not express anger or to “be seen and heard” etc. is the right way to be and so we endlessly try to be good little beings and then we’ll be loved…right?! Sadly not, but like mice on a wheel we are programmed to press the “please love me” button over and again. Deep down however in the engine room of our being is the constant reminder, as Grace nudges us that we are here to be authentic. Our relationships are a fertile ground for re-entry into authenticity. Conscious relationships positively encourage it! How? Well we must provide the safety and comfort for each other at all times to allow the emergence of wholeness. It takes a lot of time, encouragement and commitment…have you got what it takes?

3. Two people who are self aware and willing to take responsibility for every action and input into the relationship.

Sadly many people have the unconscious view that everything their partner does is either right or wrong and the focus is outside of themselves. They transmit feelings and emotions ad hoc without due care of the relationship with a one way focus. When all is going great it’s easy but when conflict strikes all hell often breaks loose as the victim and perpetrator archetypes play out their next scene. “She is never interested in sex not matter what I do….he never listens to me and never bothers to understand my point of view” There are many war cries but a war has two sides and one can’t war if the other isn’t engaged. A conscious relationship always asks “what am I doing to create this situation and what can I do to help it get better?” Blaming and shaming is like an 80’s haircut…it’s old and outmoded! Self awareness for me IS consciousness. We are constantly aware of the world around us but we randomly select what we do and don’t put our awareness on. I see people in their twilight years who have never chosen self awareness and everyone around them is either too scared to tell them what they need to look at or are worn out from trying. A sad situation and like a diseased cell in the human body! Be self aware…it’s a revelation and a miracle all at once. Someone once said to me “the journey of yourself is the most rewarding one you will ever take”, so why spend all the time looking out the window?

4. Two people willing to change unhelpful behaviors.

All of our relationships are our mirrors. The way people react to us is a huge directional arrow to where we are at with our behavior. If we act like a badly behaved child and speak in venomous tones to people then what are we expecting? My mum always says, “put yourself in the other person’s shoes and imagine how you would feel”. Ancient but sound advice. In your relationship you do need to understand and get a grip of bad behavior. Change is required. It’s common sense really, otherwise your relationship suffers constant erosion. My father was compelled to behave badly in his marriage to mum and the effects are a book load of sad stories. So unnecessary.

5. Two people who use kind communication verbally and physically and who can navigate the waters of conflict with ease.

Communication is the life blood of every relationship, period! It is absolutely possible to become authentic and say what you really need to say with kind words and body language. The problems start when people are triggered during an argument and often at lightning speed and reacting badly has become the pattern. It’s here that full reigns on how we act must be deployed. I was a fine one for shooting my mouth off if I was pissed off with my partner but reacting with bad words and behavior is so much harder work! More common sense really! I teach the Intentional Dialogue tool as a great way to find a calm platform for conscious communication. Please contact me and I will help you learn it.

6. Two people who are educated about relationship dynamics.

Do you know about the distinct phases of a relationship and what’s happening in your body during the honeymoon and conflict stages? Are you aware that you choose partners who are designed to bring up your stuff so you can look at it from the past? What conflict style do you take and how does that affect your partner? Are you aware of your relationship space? These and many more things are the important resources of information that must be read and digested in your conscious relationship library. This information was instrumental in my own awakening. Never before had I understood that I knew so little about what goes on in relationships and by just by being in one didn’t give me the insight. This forms the essence of my work with couples and singles who seek conscious relationships. Contact me to see how I can help you learn this valuable information.

7. Two people who strive to maintain connection through all relationship weathers.

We can all do a great relationships when its’ going well but bad emotional weather will strike at sometime in everyone’s lives because life is always happening as we walk our path together. Life is designed to ebb and flow with the cycles of the Universe and a conscious relationship knows that when things ebb, relationship connection is paramount. It is easy to let life sweep us apart and to be too busy to talk or spend quality time together, but the velvet nature of connection is an elixir. Yes it takes effort but next time you feel like ignoring the relationship because you are too shattered to speak…take a moment to do something appreciative…even if it’s a little note or an “I love you”. Connection is the foundation of a healthy relationship.

8. Two people who are dedicated to allowing the otherness in each other with freedom to grow separately and together.

Unconscious relationships control and dominate. Conscious relationships know that each person was born separate and “other” and their ultimate goal is to be separately connected not symbiotically connected. Need prevents freedom. Love encourages freedom. But here’s where we come unstuck at this stage in our conscious awakening. I believe intimate relationships are still conditional to hugely varying degrees and so freedom varies accordingly. Allowing freedom to “be and become” is a sore spot for many because there is so much fear about losing love once we are in love. We plant labels like “my girlfriend, my husband” etc. which suggests ownership of the other. Unconscious rules start to develop about what each person should do or not to do in the relationship and a stifle can begin to develop. This part of the conscious relationship recipe, I think, is the toughest, but with tender loving care blended with all of the above we can and will get there!

9. Two people who housekeep their relationship space regularly and are vigilant about nurturing it’s quality.

Hedy Schliefer always refers to the relational space between a couple and helps them focus on it as the barometer for relationship health. Like a walled Garden of Eden, where the children and the animals live, it’s space and quality and energy are critical to the health of a conscious couple. We communicate largely with energy. Have you ever walked into a room and could cut the atmosphere with a knife? Energy always speaks the truth but often underlies the words and actions in a relationship. The conscious couple strives to maintain a peaceful and happy relationship space so the energetic truth matches the spoken words.

10. Two people who know that it is what they give to the relationship rather than what they take from it, that helps them heal and grow.

Healing and growth, as I mentioned earlier, is a game for two. You can do all the self development you like but your intimate relationship will trawl up all your unhealed fears, worries and pain from the past. It is designed to do this! Conscious relationships know that it is their job to help the other heal and grow not to take what “I need”. This sets up a beautiful cycle of mutual giving and nurturing which dispels any need to “get my needs met”. Trust me it works…I am living proof. What I have with my beloved is a fertile ground of healing and growth every day. So there you have it. The essential ingredients for a Conscious Union. The only way to love and be loved in these changing times. Open your eyes and look back down the road that you have come from and know that you are fully deserving every day to have a conscious relationship. No matter who you are or what you have experienced you have what it takes to create one. With a dash of self awareness and a tablespoon of willingness to change what needs to be changed, you too can learn to love authentically.

Weekly LightBlast: Opening To Change ~ a message from Jamye Price

Weekly LightBlast: Opening To Change ~ a message from Jamye Price

Thursday, 2 October, 2014  (posted 3 October, 2014)

Change is a symptom of choice.  It is a consequence of empowerment.  Change is the effect of your cause.  You are changed by Life, for Time does not stop.  Life is changed by you, for you are part of Life.  The interwoven thread of consciousness is an engine of creativity that supports itself.

Choice then, is your communication with the vastness of Life that is received and responded to.  You do not see this engine, for its enormity is beyond the spectrum of your perception; however the effect of the entirety of Life is visible to you through cause.  However, you must choose to see the whole story.  The courage to look within the shadows of the self illuminates your wisdom in a flurry of neural understanding.  You become the stability of the neutron that allows creation to form with greater ease.  Life itself is so neutral that it is unconditional in the purest sense.  There is no judgment of right or wrong, merely Life continuing.  For within that neutrality is such a complete knowing of Love, the binding force of Life; that Life freely gives to stability and instability alike.  It all leads to the expansion of Love.  Eventually.  Time does not stop, it is its nature.

You are part of the engine of Life, though a form of it that has conditions.  The condition of Time is that it does not stop flowing in this dimensional expression.  The condition of your physical body is that it requires physical chemicals – especially those as invisible to you as oxygen, for your vitality.  The condition of the emotional body is that it requires flow for your healthy interaction.  The condition of the mental body is that it requires internal strength and focus for your creativity.  The condition of the human experience is that it requires a balance of duality; self and all others, inner and outer, right and wrong.  This balance, the neutrality to honor it all, leads to your expansion, your growth, your elevation into a new level of connection and interaction.

As you become more unconditional with your change, you will find Life to be easier, you will find ‘being’ easier.  This is not to say that all that you will experience will be easy, it is a reflection of your empowerment to progress with the flow of Life, the continual motion of evolution.  As you Open to Change, you are stabilizing your own experience of Life.  Be well with what is, for it is Life’s Loving response to your quest for the beauty of Truth.  Look within the self and find the Truth of your beauty, Life will respond with the reflection of the beauty of all others.  Enjoy the process of Life, for it is an engine of response and continuance that will show you the effect of Love if you cause it.  Love the self, and it will reflect into Life around you.  Others will learn by observance, it is the beauty of a Free Mind, the ability to discern for self and choose.  Give that gift to yourself and Life.  It is the true Change.

As we sit to Blast Opening to Change, we are bold enough to choose for the Self as we observe the win/win solution that Life’s potential is nurturing until we are ready.  We are becoming empowered enough to choose to cause change in this world, even in the midst of challenge.  We are unconditionally loving the challenges, for they are the experience of progress forming.  We are peaceful with the flow of Time, allowing its revealing to offer new solution previously unknown.  We are the bearers of Light, the creative hope that carries humanity when chaos consumes their courage.  We are the Truth of Power; Love never lost, only waiting the treasure seeker to find it within.  Blast on!

12 Qualities of an Enlightened Person ~ By Charles A. Francis

12 Qualities of an Enlightened Person
Posted on July 26, 2012 at 5:45 pm
By Charles A. Francis

In the previous article, I gave you my best definition of the term enlightenment. In this article, I will explore the implications of enlightenment. I will describe some of the qualities of an enlightened person.

This is not a comprehensive list, but I think it contains some of their most prominent qualities. As you read this article, keep in mind 2 things.

There are varying degrees of enlightenment. That is, everyone is at a different point in their spiritual development, and some may be more enlightened than others.

What I say about enlightenment will be limited by how far I am along the spiritual path. I may be able to see a little farther ahead, but not too far. Even though I’ve had peak experiences, once I return to a normal state, it once again became difficult to know for sure what lies ahead.

Having said this, these are 12 qualities of an enlightened person that I’m fairly certain about.

1. Happiness

The enlightened person is happy and joyful. He has a cheerful disposition most of the time, and is willing to share that joy with others. He is always optimistic that all challenges have a resolution. Even though the resolution may not be the most desirable, he is confident that he is capable of being at peace with it.

2. Peaceful and Serene

The enlightened person is peaceful and serene because she is free of fear and other unwholesome emotions. She can see that the human condition reaches beyond this physical existence, so she no long has a fear of the unknown. She is free of worry because she understands that freedom from suffering comes from within, and not from material possessions.

3. Loving, Kind, and Compassionate

The enlightened person is loving, kind, and compassionate for 2 main reasons: 1) He genuinely cares about other people, regardless of whether they care about him, and 2) He knows that other people provide him with the spiritual nourishment he needs to grow, therefore, he remains spiritually open to everyone.

4. Not Self-Centered

The enlightened person is not self-centered, because she has lost the sense of a separate self. She can see the interconnected nature of our existence. To her, this is a reality, and not just a concept. She realizes that all physical manifestations (humans, animals, plants, etc.) depend on each other for their survival.

5. Emotionally Stable

The enlightened person is emotionally stable because he no longer has an ego that needs validation for its existence. He is not hurt because there is no ego to hurt. He does not get angry because he is understanding and compassionate toward those who are not as far along the spiritual path.

6. Patient and Understanding

The enlightened person is patient and understanding because she appreciates how our ignorance creates our own suffering. She understands the challenge of becoming enlightened, so she doesn’t condemn people for their missteps.

7. Humble

The enlightened person is humble. Since he knows his place in the universe, he doesn’t need validation from others. Therefore, he has nothing to prove to anyone, including himself. His humble nature allows him to be kind and gentle, and be open to everyone he encounters.

8. Insightful and Open-Minded

The enlightened person is insightful and open-minded. She is able to see the world with great clarity, without attachment to preconceived ideas about people, places, and things. This enables her to observe the world without jumping to conclusions. Belief and intuition are replaced with clarity of vision and understanding.

9. Inner Strength

The enlightened person has great inner strength. He has learned healthy ways of connecting with the sources of mindfulness energy—through healthy interactions with people, and within. He no longer has a need for the power struggles that most of us engage in.

10. Leadership

The enlightened person is a leader. Having awakened to the point of understanding the nature of suffering, she realizes her duty to help other people find freedom from suffering. She leads by example, rather than control. People follow her because of who she is and what she stands for. They want to be more like her.

11. Mindful of His Health

The enlightened person is mindful of his health—physical, mental, and emotional. He knows that the mind, body and spirit must be in harmony in order to maintain his spiritual condition. He has developed an understanding of physical and mental health, and doesn’t blindly depend on others for his health. And he certainly doesn’t impair his mind with alcohol or illicit drugs.

12. Committed to their Spiritual Practice

The enlightened person never forgets how he achieved enlightenment. She is also aware that it takes continual effort to remain that way. It takes a great deal of mindfulness energy to help others along their path, so she’s aware that she needs to replenish her spiritual strength on a daily basis. Otherwise, she’ll lose her effectiveness as a spiritual messenger.

Overall, the enlightened person is mindful of himself and the world around him. Furthermore, he is curious and willing to continue learning. He is aware that even though he can see with great clarity, developing an understanding of the true nature of our existence takes time to observe and investigate.
As I mentioned at the beginning of this article, this is not a comprehensive list of the qualities of an enlightened person. But I think these are the most prominent. My purpose for examining these qualities is to give us a compass to guide us in our spiritual journey—a vision of the path that lies ahead.

So, you want to be enlightened? Well, it takes work and dedication, but it’s well worth it. From this list of qualities, it seems clear that enlightened people live rich and fulfilling lives. Those who achieve any measure of enlightenment do so through some form of daily meditation practice, a willingness to let go of old views, and are committed to helping others achieve enlightenment. Are you willing to do what it takes?
