It is time to claim your truth, to be in your own light and energy and the truth of your being. This is not an easy task because you have done this before, usually with terrible consequences. Claiming your truth means that you stand in your own light, no matter what others may feel or think about it or how they respond to you. The opposite of your truth is not a lie, it is denial and you must now choose to live in truth or to live in denial, to stand in the bright center of your light or in theits shadowy edges.

 The light you carry is brighter than you can imagine and for some it is not only too bright, they feel that it lights up their limitations and fears. So they reject your truth not because it is not true but because it is too true. You may feel that the cost of claiming your truth is to become a target of rejection and persecution by those who do not want the light of your truth to shine too brightly. Do you have to choose whether to shine your light because someone else things it is too bright?

How often do you dim your light in response to others’ fears that your truth will reveal who they are? What do they believe your light will reveal? Do you want to have their approval or is your truth enough approval for you? Are you willing to live in the shadowy edges of your light or in the center of its brightness? The choice is yours and the choice is now in front of you. Today’s battles for truth and over truth were begun long ago, the final struggle is the ascension cycle and the full 3D/5D integration.

 No one can tell you to dim your light that is something you volunteer to do to keep the peace, to heal your karma, to complete healing cycles. But dimming your light was never the answer because peace and unity cannot always be the outcome and this is what has kept karma in place for so many lifetimes. The truth you hold within the light you shine is the cure for karma, the solution to present the choice for truth or denial, light or darkness, joy or fear. This is your mission as a light beacon and a ray of divine truth.

Your truth, the light you shine, is the choice for ascension for you and for your karmic partners. Do not dim your light or hide your truth because you are afraid they will not choose the light if it is too bright. Instead, let them choose their light path now as you shine your light brightly and free yourself and them to move into the new light of truth or the darkness of karma so everyone can ascend into their own frequency now. Give them a true choice for the light by shining fully and at your brightest then accept their choice as their ascension path and your light work is done.

Energies are Gathering for Your Forward Movement

Dear Ones,


The energy is gathering. Can you feel the quickening within your body? Can you feel the energy in your solar plexus and your peaceful heart? It is an impending sense of Balance from all your work since the eclipse cycle and the Equinox.  It is a state of purity and empowerment. All that is most needed in your life and on the Earth.


As you integrate this sense of Equanimity, it re-balances all areas of your life and brings you into present moment awareness. Know that Freedom is at hand and a divine momentum will be clearly activated for your direction forward to the end of this year.


You are getting ready for harvest. What have you cultivated up to this moment that you are ready to bring into fruition? Where can you draw energy, reclaim it from old patterns? When you do this, it will give you the much needed strength for this time.


What areas in your life feel most out of balance? These are questions that will allow you to make the most of this time of forward movement. You are grounding the new energies that are evolving within your being so that you can bring new life into your world.


To be the Grounded Presence requires your awareness. It relies on your commitment to allow the flow of Divine Love through your body and then actively send it through your Base Chakra to anchor within the Earth


Divine Love is the powerful catalyst that changes energy from the inside out. The flow of this Light through your chakra system spreads out into your cellular structure activating the cells to higher frequencies. Because Energy follows thought, when you can visualize your heart receiving the Divine Love that is active in these higher frequencies, it will actually pump empowered Light throughout your blood stream.


As the Light permeates the Earth energy, it activates the nourishing flows of pure vitality within the nutrients of the Earth that feed the ecosystem. The flow of Divine Love through your root system has the power to change the world. Know that this descending energy flow is the practice required for manifestation of your dreams.


This is the part of the reciprocal plan that is being activated for this time on Earth. The Universal presence of Nature actively awaits the commitment of humanity to bring more Love and Respect into the Earth, so it can feed all of humanity with its nourishment.


Your spiritual practice is an important step in this process. The deep connections you bring to the Earth, along with your loving intentions, assists in bringing her great teachings and nurturing for all humanity.

Dear readers, we meet with you in love during these times of so much seeming turmoil. Be not afraid, as all is as it needs to be for the evolution and growth of the majority. It is a time of confusion even for you who are awake, leaving many of you to question whether or not there really is an ascension process happening.

 

You are witnessing the baby steps of awakening for those who have up to now accepted as truth everything they were told by governments, churches, and so called experts. Inner eyes are starting to open and with it, tiny buds of awareness are beginning to unfold. Many are suddenly realizing that much of what they have accepted without question has not been for the good of the majority, but has been instead for the good of a few.

 

Observe the many beginning to stand up for themselves and demand answers. The Light is beginning to shine on those comfortably hidden within self serving agendas and they have no answers--the emperor (world illusion) is finally being recognized as having no clothes.

 

Accustomed to blind obedience, many in positions of power are not prepared for questioning nor do they feel any obligation to answer. Obedience without question is facet of old energy that is quickly dissolving in the presence of the higher frequencies of Light now bringing the truth of individual empowerment to world consciousness.

 

As the majority begins to recognize and claim their innate power it is creating great fear in those comfortable and profiting from the status quo. This in turn is causing them to respond with what they know, tools of the three dimensional belief system-- repression, violence, and punishment.

 

The reclaiming of innate power is one of the first and most powerful steps of the evolutionary journey, but many as of yet do not fully understand what it is that they are beginning to feel. Since individuals can only express their current state of consciousness, you are witnessing a surge of actions that reflect concepts of resolution, some peaceful and some not.

 

Be not afraid dear ones, for all is as it needs to be for now. As we have said before, this does not mean that awake individuals cannot take a stand as long as actions are done with the intention of service, giving example, and unconditional love for the purpose of helping to awaken others to higher methods of resolution.

 

We wish to speak about love in action, love that is not simply emotion or awareness, but love expressed outwardly through words spoken or actions taken. As with all actions, intention sets the energy on which the activity flows. When unconditional love is the intention behind an action, it will always carry a high resonance regardless of how mundane it may appear to others.

 

There are times when stern words or actions are the only way some group or an individual can comprehend that their words or actions are not acceptable or that what they are doing is interfering with another's freedom or good. Parents do this all the time when they discipline their children.

 

Sadly, not all stern action is based in unconditional love. Frequently the discipline of children, prisoners, church members, or anyone under another's authority is not done for the good of the one being disciplined as they tell themselves, but is instead an excuse to indulge in the self-serving misuse of power.

 

The misuse of power is a tool used by those who unconsciously carrying energies of inadequacy and low self esteem. Exercising power over another without love, provides these dear ones with a false sense of having the strength and power all seek but which can only be found within.

 

Love in action means taking the time to ask yourself; "Why am I taking this action? Is it to punish or to inform? Is it to dominate, or to teach? Or is it simply because I am now choosing to express love in all my actions?"

 

Having experienced many lifetimes on earth, the mind and reflexes of many are still programmed until cleared, to act from fear, judgement, and criticism in unfamiliar situations. These reactions are either old energies still active in cellular memory or learned concepts from this lifetime regarding 3D rules of how everything must be in order to be right.

 

The gradual and ongoing evolution of mankind is easily recognized by observing how the "rules" of one generation seem old and silly to the next and then completely change. So much unnecessary suffering has taken place in the past and still does today simply because of "rules" imposed upon the un-empowered by someone in "authority" be it politicians, church leaders, parents, or adult children.

 

When you react negatively to some person place or event, pause and take time to ask yourselves what the reaction was about. "What am I believing that is making me feel this way? Is it true?" Negative reactions are your teachers and blessings, serving as tools to help you discover what you may still hold in your belief system, allowing you to then release and clear whatever you find.

 

This is a most powerful time on earth. High frequency energies of Light are streaming in and available to all. These energies affect everyone, allowing them to easily recognize everything that does not resonate with universal love. Universal consciousness is in the painful throes of birthing individual empowerment. It is being born now, today, in the world around you.

 

Unconditional love must be brought in to every action, no matter how seemingly mundane. Holding the door for someone while silently acknowledging that they are a divine being makes you a Lightworker and allows this simple act to carry a spiritual frequency. The same act of holding a door for someone when done from a sense of duty or concepts of separation, does not flow with the same energy but will appear the same.

 

Actions of service done with no awareness of oneness (unconditional love) are a very important phase of the journey because they are the first steps toward attaining of a consciousness of oneness. All actions of service are in reality, love even if the person acting is far from realizing it.

 

Every individual is required only to live out from their highest attained state of consciousness. If a person chooses to live from a lower state of consciousness than he has attained (pretending, in order to please another), he will experience guilt and unease because he is out of sync with his inner self/SELF.

 

Intention- intention- intention--dear ones. In the beginning you must stay aware of the intentions behind every word and action, but there soon comes a time when this conscious effort is no longer needed because your practice has become your attained state of consciousness allowing all actions to automatically flow on streams of unconditional love.

 

Attaining a consciousness of the oneness of all within the ONE is the goal of the spiritual journey. Many of you are already there, and have found that you rarely react to things as you once did. You have become the way-showers and the time for way showing is very close as many rapidly become ready to be shown.

 

The rites and rituals of organized religions are simply tools--some effective and some not, usually created by well intentioned humans, not God, for the purpose of informing others about truth (their concept of it). Every soul reaches the point at which there is no longer any benefit to continuing organized religious practices because there has come the realization that the only real church is within. This is not to say that church activities can never again be enjoyed or shared with friends, but the belief that they are necessary is no longer there.

 

All organized religions begin with messages of truth received and taught by an individual who has attained a highly evolved state of consciousness. However, within a generation or two the purity of the original messages is always lost and begins to fill with falsehoods.

 

This happens when the purity of the original teachings are interpreted and then taught by those of a much less evolved state of consciousness. These teachers, ministers, authority figures may mean well, but because of their inability to grasp the real meanings of the deeper truths as taught by the original teacher, they teach concepts, not truth.

 

There are still those who need the guidance and structure of organized religion to help them learn how to behave, but every soul reaches a point where teachings presented to them by others feel old and finished--trust that feeling. Truth lies quietly within, awaiting the recognition of every person, for where else could Truth be, you being what you are--the One Divine Consciousness, all there is.

 

At a certain point every person must stop seeking outside of self for truth. "Truth" as taught by others can never rise higher than the attained state of consciousness of the teacher who is often well intentioned, but is still holds many third dimensional beliefs.

 

A true spiritual teacher always guides and teaches the student to seek within, the only place truth can be found. This is the purpose of meditation, nature, and silence--practices that quiet the mind so that the still small voice within can be heard.

 

The evolutionary journey is simply the process of remembering who and what you already are through experiences of separation. Every bit of realization attained must then be lived and expressed much like the fruit that seems to appear out of no where on fruit trees. If the fruit is not picked, it remains unexpressed and rots.

 

Allow the fruits of your awareness to abundantly flow without fear into every situation carried on streams of unconditional love.

Chaos, Creativity and Pandora’s Real Box | Sophia's Children

We don’t normally see chaos as an ally, because it seems so, well, chaotic. Uncertain. It feels uncomfortable and thus unfriendly.


It freaks us out when ‘real life’ starts going all Salvador Dali on us and melting and shapeshifting whether we want it to or not (and often, we don’t, even if we sort of do).


Part of the problem is that we’ve been taught that change is bad — that we’re supposed to create things that have ‘staying power’ and just keep on growing and expanding endlessly in the form that we envision.

When things start changing, the dear, sweet Lizard brain gets all stirred up and we fall easily into fear (because we think it should stay the same) and we cling to what’s dissolving. Understandable, but not particularly helpful (and I speak from experience!).


Given that everything seems to be shifting around us at the moment, constantly and in a freakishly accelerated way, it seems timely to take a fresh look at chaos, and explore making it our ally.


In various timeless, Indigenous and/or Ancient Wisdom traditions, all is energy, and energy is always moving, transmuting, morphing, and shapeshifting.


Energy becomes one thing, then falls apart or dissolves so that the energy is freed to become something else.
The ancients saw this as Life expressing itself in endless varieties.

For ancients and alchemists, chaos is the very center of creativity — the pure pool of creative potential that ultimately finds expression or takes a particular form. One might say that chaos is the wellspring of manifestation. That definitely makes it an ally!


Instead of panicking because energy has become stagnant and wants to move, which means something is going to fall apart or dissolve, we can look through the appearance to the energy of creation behind it, and know that it’s going to become something new, and often much better if we allow it and work with it rather than struggling against it.


But how do we remember our innate capacity for co-creating with chaos, for opening into a conversation, a dance, with that Source energy of creation … particularly when the Lizard Brain with its ‘negativity bias’ is a part of us, and an ancient, deeply conditioned part of us at that?


There are many paths and many practices, from a variety of traditions, yet the crucial elements are finding the stillness within you, a portal for working with the energy of creation.


I’m not saying that’s easy — for me sometimes it flows gracefully and sometimes, often, it’s deep practice.

And Then There’s Pandora …

So what does all of this have to do with Pandora and her famed ‘box of ills’ (aka chaos)?
Quite a bit.

Pandora, starting with the Greeks, became a feared force that ‘opened the box’ and unleashed all manner of horrors upon poor humans.


Sort of like Lilith, Mary Magdalene, and more than a few other Mothers.


This, as it turns out, was Pandora’s story as rewritten in support of an emerging Patriarchal worldview – change the myths, and you change the culture.

Very tedious, but there we are.


We’re in reclamation mode now, though, not weeping endlessly over spilled milk mode (though neither are we denying that milk was, indeed, spilled).


Originally, though, Pandora was another face and name for the Great Many-Named Mother, Sophia, Gaia, Cybele, and many more, who provided all that was needed, and provided it generously and abundantly.

Pandora’s story reminds us that the chaos we fear is actually full with abundant new possibilities, creative inspiration, and ample energies in support of positive change.


Pandora, like chaos, can once again become our ally as creative artists of our own lives — and of a new ways of being, living, and working that serve all.


Sure, it’s deep practice, but so is much that is worthwhile … and the creative process itself stirs out of that same chaotic, unformed energy and spirals into expression in and through and around us.

Beloved masters, as surely as you live and breathe, you are helping to create either Heaven or hell on Earth—or many of you may possibly feel that you vacillate somewhere in-between the two. No matter what you believe or how you interpret the ancient teachings, Heaven is a state of mind/consciousness, and not somewhere “out there” in the higher dimensions. It is not a final destination or a place you may be eligible to go to when you transcend and leave your present physical vessel. It is a state of consciousness that you create and exist in no matter where you have been, where you are now, or where you are going in the future. You came from a heavenly place, and you brought Love/Light with you, along with the ability to create a heavenly environment, no matter what dimension, world or reality you have chosen to experience.

Hell on Earth is what many of you have been experiencing over these many thousands of years since humanity’s fall into a semi-conscious state. You have been living in an unreal world whereby you are steeped in fear, superstition, feelings of shame, guilt, and of not being worthy of love or abundance. You have allowed others to tell you how to think and act, and you have allowed those you thought were wiser than you to take away your power and control your lives. A maelstrom of negative thought forms created by the masses has kept you imprisoned in a world of illusion.

Your real world was designed to be crisp, clear, free-flowing and harmonious, whereby you would traverse the middle path with a few obstacles and challenges in your way: a beautiful world of peace and plenty where you would be free to cocreate in cooperation and harmony with your fellow brothers and sisters on the journey; a place where you would be connected to all levels of consciousness while attuned to all the Facets of Creation within the first Four-Dimensional levels; a place that was designed to provide a Heavenly existence on the material plane. Remember, your mission was to experience the realm of physicality so that the Creator could also experience this wondrous Facet of Its creative process.

The miracle of these times is that the masses are awakening in greater numbers every day. You, the vanguard, have opened the way, and you have set the stage for the monumental transformational process that is sweeping the world. Through your tireless efforts, you have anchored the higher frequencies of Light upon and within the Earth, thereby making them available to all those who are ready to open their hearts and step onto the path of heightened awareness and Self-mastery. Each person has the ability to create their own unique Heaven on Earth. That is the miracle of these unparalleled times in which you are living.

You are stretching your spiritual muscles, and you are tapping into the vast resources which have been awaiting you for these many ages. You are beginning to reclaim the elements and characteristics of your real world—a world that all of you helped to create in the beginning. Down through the multiple Dimensions each of you brought with you, stored within your Diamond Core God Cell, all the attributes, virtues and qualities of the twelve Rays, a precious gift from our Father/Mother God.

In the beginning, you used your abilities to create many magnificent and wondrous things until, over time, your abilities became diminished, distorted and imperfect because of your fall into the illusional negative environment of the lower dimensions. Thus, you began to create and live in an unreal world, a hellish place of your own making.

The Supreme Creator knows only perfection, and our Father/Mother God parents want only the very best for all Creation. They do not punish. They do not take sides. They do not know anger or fear. They are filled with and radiate only Love/Light, which is comprised of compassion, joy and harmony, as well as all things good and righteous. It does not matter what religion you are. It does not matter if you are an atheist, an agnostic, or whether you say you hate or deny God. You will never truly die; you only change form. You are immortal. Remember, you are a refracted Light/Spark of the Creator. You see through a lens made up of vibrational frequencies, which are composed of thought forms, intentions and actions, resulting in an unique picture of reality you have created over many thousands of lifetimes. You are in the process of reclaiming your higher truth, refining your thoughts, and clearing your vision. As you do so, the veils of illusion are slowly dissolving, while you gradually build your new version of paradise /Heaven on Earth, which will gradually blend and meld with the visions of your brothers and sisters on the journey with you.

Throughout the centuries, there have been predictions and prophecies that there will be a New Age of evolution on Earth and within humanity, which have been termed as a passage from instinctual, physical/human Beings to INTUITIVE SPIRITUAL/HUMAN BEINGS, or a return to your true nature as Divine Sparks of the Creator.

One galactic cycle takes approximately 26,000 years to complete, and the Earth along with all sentient Beings are being affected as humanity emerges from the darkness into the new Light and a new Cosmic Day. It has been designated as a new Golden Age, and it is truly so, for a wondrous new Golden Galaxy will be formed, incorporating the vibrations/frequencies of your experiences/successes and the wisdom garnered throughout your many sojourns on the earthly plane, along with a new Divine Plan sent forth from the Heart/Mind of the Supreme Creator to our Father/Mother God of this Universe.

During the night or dark cycle of past Ages, you sank into density, and your Life/Light Lines to your Higher Self and our Father/Mother God were greatly diminished. You were left to your own devices in hopes that you would awaken to your Inner Source (resources) of spiritual power. The Divine Plan did not call for you to experience lack, limitation and fear; however, you had to suffer the consequences of your free will actions—the discordant energies you projected out into your world.

We have spoken many times before about the laws of cause and effect, or “for every action there is a reaction,” which results in what is known as negative or positive Karma. For many ages, you, as the enlightened ones, have been working diligently to bring into balance your personal karma, ancestral karma and race karmic influences. That was a major part of the game of duality and polarity, returning to balance and harmony in all Facets of your Beingness. You have struggled with the cross of matter for many ages, and it is wondrous to watch as you slowly returned to harmonious frequencies the discordant energies that have kept you off-balance for so long. As you heal and transmute the thought forms that have kept you captive in your hellish environment of the past, you are once more becoming a Pillar of Light, and the cross you bear is a Cross of Light that radiates forth from your Solar Power center via the front and back portals of your Sacred Heart. Thus, you are creating a column of Light from which you are beginning to experience the “fruits of your labor,” as you reclaim your heavenly heritage as an Emissary of Light.

Many of you are wondering what will happen now as the winds of war, conflict and destruction swirl like a dark and heavy cloud around the Earth, touching and affecting everything and everyone. It depends on what you are feeling and thinking, dear ones, what is on your mind and in your heart as to whether you will stand firmly in the Light or add to the negative karmic thought forms that are being created each and every moment. Again we ask you, are you contributing to the liberating vibrations of Heaven or to the discordant frequencies of hell? We are asking you to no longer sit passively by the wayside and do nothing. You are being asked to stand up and be counted, for your dynamic Life Force energy is needed now as never before. You are much more powerful than you can imagine, my brave friends—you are playing an important role in attaining a peaceful solution to a very unsettling world situation.

The energy you are radiating forth from your heart center has just as much an influence on the outcome of the devastating conflicts around the world as those who are on the “front lines.” You, too, are on the front lines, so to speak, for you have the ability to tap into the pure, unmanifested Adamantine Particles of Divine Light, and to mold them into powerful thought forms and actions that can overcome any adversity. As we have stated before: “The brave Souls who have been called to the battlefield, no matter which side they are fighting for, if they are doing so with a desire for true justice for all, and with compassion of Spirit for their fellow human beings, instead of hate, a desire for revenge and to enslave or control others, then they are functioning as righteous warriors, and the forces of Heaven are with them.”

Many around the world are asking, “Why can we not have leaders with integrity who are Spirit-inspired instead of those who are self-serving, seeking power and who do not have the best interests of the masses as their predominant goal?” It is also a sign of the times, beloveds. The great changes that are slowly taking place must begin in the hearts of the people. As your beliefs change and gain power and force, you will build a new thought form, and you will insist that your leaders be accountable, that they have integrity and are true valiant heroes and champions of the people. Your leaders reflect the mind set of the masses, and an important part of your life’s mission is to radiate unconditional love to ALL humanity and to the Earth. Remember, we have told you that when you do so, your loving energy is added to the collective whole, and it is then used for the highest and greatest good of ALL. When you are do so, you are in alignment with the Creator’s Divine Plan and you stand with my Legions of Light as warriors of peace.

When we say you should seek that which is your passion, and that which brings you the greatest satisfaction and joy, many of you do not have the slightest idea what that is. We ask you to begin by eliminating those things that are stressful in your life, that which brings you pain and which you dread. You did not become the way you are in a day, a week, or a year, but you can transform back into your empowered masterful self much more quickly than you can imagine. We have offered you many tools, techniques and information over these past years, but you must make a commitment and prove for yourself that what we offer you are the “magical tools” you have been seeking.

We have said many times, you must turn knowledge into wisdom, or you must come to the realization that something is true and achievable. Realization is when something becomes crystal clear in your mind, and you “know” that it is your truth—then you must put that truth into action. Knowledge /wisdom, overlaid with love/compassion, and focused intent/action create the power that holds the keys to the universal storehouse of unmanifested potential—potential that is just waiting for you to mold it, and to create anything you can envision. That is what is waiting for you in your new heavenly world of tomorrow.

It is a time of integration and moving back into harmony in all things. Of paramount importance are the reunification and balancing of the Father/Mother God Forces on Earth, and within each of you. This reunification process will speed up your personal return to balance and harmony within yourselves. You will, once again, embody both the masculine and feminine attributes, qualities and virtues of our Mother/Father God. You will no longer be fractured and warring within yourselves, but empowered through the combined forces of your Divine Self.

The celestial winds of change are sweeping throughout this Sub-Universe, and they have been bombarding the Earth for a number of years. No longer can you ignore the fact that your world is changing moment by moment. You feel that time is speeding up, but it is really your Earth that is racing through space at a faster pace. You are moving into a reality where time is fluid and space is malleable.

Great Beings of Light have come from the far reaches of the Omniverse to observe and assist you in these epochal times of momentous change. We can inspire, direct and assist you, but you and you alone must take the action that will result in the manifestation of Heaven on Earth. Watch for the signs in the sky; notice the beautiful clouds and sunsets that the angels paint for you; be sensitive to the nudgings and whispers we send your way; and be aware of all the miracles, large and small, that we arrange for you. We are not “out there.” We are only a thought and a heartbeat away. I surround and enfold you in my auric field of love and protection. You are loved beyond measure.

The Gabriel Message for this week:


No one has power over you unless you allow it to happen.

This is a very interesting message to receive. Sometimes we are not even aware that we are giving our power away to another person.


The message is not speaking about physical safety so much as the everyday situations when we disrespect ourselves and lose energy in the presence of another.


It is not only people; we also give our power away to the circumstances of our lives. The often colorful meanings and labels we attach to these situations amplifies our emotional state and can throw us us off center.


For me, I know I have given my power away when I notice that there is an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach, and I start to feel obligated to the other person. That is the clue for me. When I am aware of what is going on, the first thing I do is to ask Archangel Michael to come and fill my solar plexus with golden light. Archangel Michael is a powerful protector for us all. He is also the Archangel who is most concerned with the awakening of all humanity during this time of ascending energy.


The solar plexus is our power center and is the chakra most involved with the ability to stay centered and detached from overwhelm in our emotional state.

Archangel Michael,


I call on your assistance at this crucial time. Please bring the power of your Golden Light of Protection into my solar plexus right now. Clear away any discordant energy and allow me to be filled with your golden light. As I open to receive this gift I can feel myself growing more balanced in my own power, and staying very centered in my interactions with others.


Fill me with the presence of Strength and Courage so that I may take care of myself in the most truly loving ways. Thank you for guiding me into only those situations that are in my highest good at this time. I give thanks for relationships that are in harmony with my soul's growth in every area of my life.


Please surround me in 3 rings of Golden Light every day so I may feel the presence of safety within me. Thank you for your assistance, strength and protection at all times. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #44

No one has power over you unless you allow it to happen.


Dear One,


When you are in a situation where you begin to feel powerless and less than another, this can be viewed as a wake-up call. We are referring here to any situation in which you feel devalued, not necessarily one of obvious abuse.


If there is another person who wants to have a certain level of power over you, consciously or unconsciously, your physical body is often a good indicator that something is not right. You may notice a feeling of discomfort in your solar plexus area. Perhaps a weight descends on your shoulders, and your head hangs down. Paying attention to your bodily discomfort can help you become aware and allow you to disengage yourself from the situation. When you feel strong in yourself, you are less likely to stay in situations that may harm you, or allow others to treat you with disrespect. You do not have to stay in places or around people who do not give you the respect you deserve. However, it is also not necessary to react in anger. As much as possible, bless the person or people involved and remove yourself from the situation.


When you feel strong within, good about yourself and centered, the area of your solar plexus is filled with energy. When you begin to feel drained, that is literally what is happening to you. When we say no one has power over you unless you allow it to happen, this is the first place where your power is given away. It is time now time to take it back.


Sometimes people become so used to being devalued, disempowered and talked down to, they accept this as a natural state. It is not. Every soul on earth deserves to be treated with respect. To stay strong in yourself, steps must be taken so that you feel your inner power, that connection to the light of Pure Spirit that is within you. The solar plexus is the area most affected by the power maneuvers of another person, so the following visualization is helpful in achieving and maintaining your center of balance.


Practice:


Breathe with conscious awareness into the area from your rib cage to below your navel. Imagine this area filled with the glow of a huge sun and allow this bright, golden light to radiate out from this place within you and to fill your entire being. Then see or feel this light moving from the base of your spine into the earth, so you can be connected to that rich, nurturing and grounding presence. Continue visualizing the golden light of the sun filling your solar plexus, centering you with a clear, steadying power that will allow you to take the necessary steps to care for yourself. With practice, you can draw on the calming power of this light and the steadying power of the earth whenever needed.



Begin today to respect yourself. Know that you are a radiant child of God and that you have purpose, presence and connection to all the love in the universe. Call on your Guardian Angels at all times and know that you are guided and protected by the light of God. Begin to know your personal connection to a Higher Power, the true power containing all the energy you need to do whatever is required in your life. Fill yourself with the golden light of the sun and feel the nurturing presence of the earth beneath your feet. Reclaim your true power and remember you are never alone.

Ahhh, to be an Empath — One who is wired to be more sensitive to the energy currents (subtle and not-so-subtle), the thoughts, and the emotions wafting and swirling around you.


To be an Empath, or an Empathic-Sensitive as some might correctly say, is to have a set of unique gifts or medicines for our times, though it may not always feel like it when you’re getting barraged or drained by the energies around you.


As well as gifts, there are hazards on the path, due to the ‘toxic normal’ conditioning of a Bully Culture that often casts sensitivity and empathy as an aberration (see “You’re Too Sensitive … Not!” below) while at the same time benefiting from the empath’s gifts (and energy).
If you’re an empathic sort, you know what I’m talking about.

To cultivate and bring the medicine of your empathic nature (and to be authentic), an Empath is wise to understand the toxic-normal conditioning, and what that looks like in everyday interactions.
That way, the Empath can reclaim her or his Empath mojo by learning to see the bully and energy vampire tactics in play and choose more consciously what you’ll participate with, and what you won’t, thank you very much.


You’llalso honor your Empath nature with the self-care and energy hygiene that helps you bring your Empath medicine to the world (and stay as well and sane as possible while you’re at it!).
After all, if we don’t honor, respect, and stand for our Empath nature, who will?
