4/14 ~ Mercury (expression) ~square~ Jupiter (truth):
This is usually a good energy, making you optimistic and positive. You are probably going to feel like setting some long-term goals. The only challenge with this energy is a tendency to overlook the details if they are not in line with YOUR plans. Just plan carefully and remember the big picture. Remain open and receptive to information that could help you down the road.
4/14 ~ Mercury (your thinking) ~conjunct~ Uranus (the Awakener):
It is said that this energy depends on your "normal mental speed" which is not the same as intelligence. If you are naturally quick mentally, this is a great energy that promotes and/or presents opportunities for you to create some interesting or stimulating communications with others. If you are not so naturally quick-minded, this energy will speed up your mental connections, strengthening your intuition. Either way, this energy is great for anything requiring originality and cleverness. You can see (intuit) with heightened awareness of the 'whole'. However, the downside to this energy is being over-sensitive and jumping to conclusions. Test your insights by analyzing them further before accepting them as truth and fact. It could also make you feel a little scattered in your thinking and you may have to consciously slow your mental pace and try to write down or actually finish each ideas as it comes to you.
4/14 ~ Mercury (expression) ~square~ Pluto (transformation):
This energy is a tough, yet powerful one. It's Highest expression would be to focus on your inner discovery and development. It enables you to look beneath the surface to some core drives and gain some valuable insights and thus, choose a plan of action based on your discovery. You will want to know all the hidden meanings behind decisions you've made or want to make soon. Dig - you will find more than you think you're ready for, but apparently the Universe thinks differently! Pay attention and try not to worry about what anyone else thinks or believes. This energy's flip-side is to make you obsess over one particular idea and try to force others to your way of thinking. That is a bottomless pit - you cannot truly change the way other people think - you can only change the way you think and hope it enlightens others along the way ... and it will, for those who are tuned in to your level. Try to only focus on you and your direction.

4/16 ~ Mercury (communication) ~oppose~ Mars (anger):
This energy is a mixed blessing. If you are already imbalanced and experiencing any kind of personal famine, you may feel a deep need to be heard which (under pressure) makes you want to tell people what you really think. The problem is, whether you actually SAY anything to anyone or not, you are still giving off angry vibrations which will likely bring angry people into your realm and you could end up in an argument either way. So the only way to really control or avoid this type of combative nature (within or without) is to recognize that only the ego needs to be "heard" in this way, Spirit always only seeks peace. How has your ego been leading lately? If you are NOT already imbalanced, and you are in a strong place, feeling productive and moving forward in your life, then this is a great time to ask those you trust and who can be objective to give you some constructive criticism to help you improve your Self or your position at this time. No matter what, it is a good time to pause before speaking or acting. Any impulsive, re-active thoughts, words or deeds are likely to bring more challenges.
4/17 ~ Venus (socialize) ~trine~ Jupiter (optimism):
This is a most pleasant energy, although short lived. This is a good time to enjoy some kind of social activity. No pressure - just easy, laid back fun. It can make you prone to laziness, but only if you're already prone to it. Otherwise, if you are typically constantly on the go, this energy gives you permission to kick back a little and release the usual pressures to produce. Take some time out to "smell the roses" or at least reflect on all that you HAVE accomplished and give your Self due credit for coming this far. This is a good time to go on a vacation or short trip. This energy tends to bring forth rewards for past actions. Take a moment to give thanks to the powers that be which brought you to this point!
4/18 ~ Venus (relationships) ~sextile~ Pluto (transformation):
This energy deepens all emotions. Friendships and love relationships become much deeper and more intense, not to mention any physical (sexual) experience. There is nothing superficial about this energy, nor will you be satisfied with any superficial exchange, with friends or lovers. It is best to try to understand the depth of your emotions even if you are unable to express them outwardly. Your emotional intensity may be at an unusually high level, so be sure to surround yourself with people who love you unconditionally or try to be alone and just reflect on what you're feeling.
