Weekly Forecast:  March 1 - 7, 2015


3/1 ~ Mercury (acumen) ~sextile~ Uranus (the Awakener):

This energy says, it's time to go with the flow - "new and different" being the flow. It wants to shake it up a bit - in a good way. However, if you feel like new and different is more like chaos and disruption, then you need to reflect and see if you aren't being too rigid. Unwillingness to go with the (new) flow will make this energy harder to handle. This is also a good time to try to resolve any old issues or challenges - they are not going away without resolution and conscious release. Perhaps you've been trying the same thing over and over and it's time to try something NEW - now is the time new ideas will come to you. Pay attention! Try to be open and receptive to unusual things, events or ideas; allow spontaneity. You may think you are doing one thing and look up and being doing something completely different - be open to exploring the new path!


3/1 ~ Mercury (communication) ~oppose~ Jupiter (optimism):

This is a great complement to the previous energy because it gives the optimism that is lacking in the previous energy. This energy gives so much optimism and tends to make you think "big" that alone, you could overlook necessary details. It's great to have access to this energy - plan, strategize, discuss with others, get input and feedback, bounce ideas around and be open and receptive to others' points of view (they may think of something you didn't).


3/3 ~ Jupiter (Education/Faith) ~trine~ Uranus (Awakening/Liberation):

This is a delicious relief for some who have had enough of the Cancer/Aries challenges of the last year or more (personal security vs. independence), though developing the strength & tools to work it out was critical to maximizing the potential of the current blessing of *Fire* energy now that Jupiter has moved into Leo. We still have to deal with the independence/liberation issues that Uranus is 'cracking us open' to but hopefully, now that we've redefined personal security and deepened our faith in our own ability to sustain & protect ourselves, Leo energy encourages us to believe in ourselves and express more authenticity in every moment. It's almost like you rewired your internal system and now you'll be working on the outer expression & appearance (how it works in the world). I don't necessarily mean your looks or physical appearance, although upgrading that too is deeply supported, but this is more about what your unique energy radiates out to the world, and how others receive & respond to your energy. Think: Magnetize & Repel and then define your terms and invite your Higher Self to assist you.


Jupiter & Uranus affect groups of people, so this energy is 'in the air'. If you have a lot of Fire in your chart, this is going to increase it, so you may want to use your Earth energy to ground & contain this fiery time, or at least take some precautions. If you don't have enough, this will really help you bring in the Fire energy consciously and balance certain aspects of your life out in a much-needed way. So, in general, these two getting together activate your consciousness in a huge way. There are sudden ah-ha moments and more clarity than you've maybe had access to in recent years. Uranus always activates us to learn or try something new or try something in a new way (to the tune of 3-6-9-12 years, a Jupiter Cycle).


3/3 ~ Jupiter (Education/Faith) ~trine~ Uranus (Awakening/Liberation):          --CONT'd--

In this context (with Jupiter) you will want to express something you've only just recently discovered or realized is Truth for you, and you're bursting at the seams to show everyone how you and your consciousness has grown. That's great, but make sure your new Truth is grounded first. Think of the first trimester of pregnancy or a new sprout that hasn't totally rooted itself yet, new beginnings are delicate and require extra care & protection at first, so pace yourself with your new discoveries. This activation spans a year (June 2014 - June 2015) so pace yourself and pay attention to what comes up now (Sept 2014) that is re-activated or revised in March 2015 and finds its footing (roots) and finally gets its final polishing activation in June 2015, right around Summer Solstice (wow!).


See this as an 'unfolding new Truth' or new aspect of Self emerging. Get a feel for the Fire. It's a great time to expand your learning or education, get certified in something that you want to share with others, but try to avoid ideas (and people) with more flash than substance. The combination of Jupiter's luck (which is really a strong faith & following it) and Uranus' sudden, seeming out-of-the-blue-ness (which is really a sudden opening in your consciousness that allows you to see things in a completely new way) things will feel very "ordained" or magical or destined. Just stay grounded & present, because often when things seem 'too good to be true' - they are. What I'm talking about here is more about inner & outer alignment, faith & opportunity, when the path just opens before you and you have NO DOUBT that this is the (new) direction that you're supposed to take.


Also unique to 2014-2015 is the Leo/Aries combination. As long as we maintain integrity, lead with the heart, be creative & authentic, remaining free & independent is easier. However, if you are struggling with self-esteem/self-worth issues, as well as being independent and capable of defining who you are/what you want, then this is your year to face your issues square on and make some real progress. Just keep in mind that what these energies trigger for you are bringing these issues/relationships into the light to be transmuted and purified with this Fire. It's going to burn away all the excess (or illuminate it) and reveal your true beauty & innate value. Believe in your Self! Know that you are here for a reason and while your Path is unique for you, we are all sharing this journey of self-discovery & evolution of our planet. Activations will be personal, social & collective and during the next year or so, we will be creating containers for this *Fire* to burn safely & productively. Use it to connect to your Heart, Passion & True Purpose in life!


3/4 ~ Venus (socialize) ~trine~ Jupiter (optimism):

This is a most pleasant energy, although short lived. This is a good time to enjoy some kind of social activity. No pressure - just easy, laid back fun. It can make you prone to laziness, but only if you're already prone to it. Otherwise, if you are typically constantly on the go, this energy gives you permission to kick back a little and release the usual pressures to produce. Take some time out to "smell the roses" or at least reflect on all that you HAVE accomplished and give your Self due credit for coming this far. This is a good time to go on a vacation or short trip. This energy tends to bring forth rewards for past actions. Take a moment to give thanks to the powers that be which brought you to this point!


3/4 ~ Venus (love) ~conjunct~ Uranus (unexpected):

Expect the unexpected - that's all I can say! This energy makes you resistant to routine and drawn to new and exciting experiences - usually involving (in this case) love and relationships. Beware - a relationship may begin or end suddenly. If it begins, give it some time to discern its stability. One thing is for sure, it won't be "the usual" - it will be with an unusual person or at the very least, unusual circumstances. Whatever you do, enjoy it and pay attention to any innovative ideas that come up around this time - they could be useful down the line.


3/4 ~ Venus (your values) ~square~ Pluto (transformation):

Hang on - it's going to be a challenging - but hopefully enlightening - week! The first energy to contend with will have much to do with relationships. It creates very intense emotional experiences. This is more Pluto (transformative) energy, and, in this case, it's where love is concerned. So things in relationships will change - hopefully for the better, but if they were not built on solid ground to begin with, they may crumble completely. Stability is not part of the equation at the moment, so prepare for inevitable change. You've probably already felt it coming, but look out, because it is here now. The natural reaction may be to try to hold on to the person or relationship, don't give in to that temptation. Let Divine Order prevail - if it is meant to be, NOTHING can keep it from evolving to the next level, but if it is NOT meant to be, it is better to release it consciously and with the knowledge in your heart that it is best for all involved. And by all means, get the lesson so you don't have to repeat it in the next relationship!

This is a healthy, positive, transformative energy. You will have access to energy that will help you change your immediate environment for the better and/or clear up an issue that has been pressing for some time now. It's great for cleaning and clearing your personal space, as well as your life in general. You may have to examine the "big picture" to see where an adjustment for the good of the group is necessary. If you're not feeling up to working on outer issues, this also gives you the opportunity to do some introspective thinking and reflection. Superficial once-over will not do, you must address the root cause for where you are at this time in your life and decide if it is working for you or against you.
