"3 - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22 - Black Moon moves to 02 Sagittarius "the ocean covered with whitecaps" (the need to dive under, deceptions).  The Moon will conjunct Pluto at 2:34 pm ET/7:34 am UT, strengthening the "transformation" theme of "the flag is seen turning into an eagle."  Pluto rules transformation, so we will get a good dose before the this lunar month is over.  At 10:50 pm ET/3:50 am UT, Saturn will make exact conjunction with the Galactic Center...
