Hurricanes Irma and Harvey: Ritualistic Astrology Used in Geoengineered False Flags?

As was discussed in length and detail last week in our article, Ritualistic Astrology Used in False Flag Hurricane Harvey, the extent to which the global elite have gone to create the massive Hurricane Harvey extends much further than HAARP and other geoengineering technologies. The depths to which that hurricane was planned and executed, and now the potential of Hurricane Irma, reach into the levels of occultism. Occult astrology used ritualistically, to be exact.

Astrologer Laura Walker of Oracle Report, whose cited information made up the bulk of the Hurricane Harvery article, has again given more information on how Hurricane Irma is also being orchestrated ritualistically according to the astrology happening at this time as well as how it relates to the X-class solar flare that was released on Wednesday September 6th, 2017.

Before getting to the astrology, it must be mentioned that the astrologer Laura Walker predicted a false flag happening a couple days in advance of Hurricane Harvey and that she predicted nearly a month in advance that the solar eclipse of August 21st, 2017 would likely produce a lot of focus on eastern Texas. Both predictions are cited in the previous article linked in above.
It must also be noted that several major alternative media outlets are openly discussing these two hurricanes being created and driven by technology like HAARP. Word is getting out in a big way. Outlets, with articles linked in, include Natural News, Erin Elizabeth’s HealthNutNews and Geoenginnering Watch.

Financial whistleblower Neil Keenan has also put out an update stating specifically that the HAARP Naval facility in Clam Lake, Wisconsin is the place that Hurricane Irma is being created and controlled from.
It is especially important that word is getting out about these events being ritualistic in nature. It is one thing for people to learn that weather is being manipulated. It is quite another to find out that it is also being done in conjunction with occult astrology in a ritualistic manner. Thus, as it is well known in that sphere, the more people that become aware that these hurricanes are part of a bigger ritual, the less effect they have. This article's motivation then is entirely about dispelling the ritual. This is how deep the rabbit hole goes on this topic in relation to the global elite's agenda. This is not to say that this will dissolve the Hurricane or stop it. It is to say that the more that become aware of the intent behind the hurricane, the less of an overall impact it might have.
Laura Walker explained on September Wednesday, September 6th, 2017 how Hurricane Irma and the astrology taking place at this time are being coordinated ritualistically:
"The Sun released an X2-class flare today at 5:10 am ET/9:10 am UT. This is the first X-class flare since May 2015.
We look to the degree of the Moon at the time of the flare to understand the nature of the energetic on humanity. When the flare was released, the Moon was located at 15 Pisces 03, or the Sabian symbol energetic of 16 Pisces - "in a quiet moment, a creative individual experiences the flow of inspiration." Prepare to receive incoming inspiration.
It is most interesting that Sabaoth (the ancient Gnostic name for the Divine Being who is our Sun) released a flare (and a big one) when it did. The question is always WHY NOW? We look to the data:
1 - Full Moon at 3:03 am ET/7:03 am UT at 13 Pisces 53 (14 Pisces) - "a lady wrapped in fox fur" (outer vs inner, tricks)
2 - The Moon moved to 15 Pisces at 3:16 am ET/7:16 am UT - "an officer drilling his men in simulated attack" (preparations, aggression)
3 - X2 class flare at 5:10 am ET/9:10 am UT at 15 Pisces 03 (16 Pisces) - "in a quiet moment, a creative individual experiences the flow of inspiration" (Divine Connection, fatigue)
We know that Full Moons amplify geophysical activity. The "natural frequency" of 15 Pisces Full Moon would give ample energetics to "induce" or "trick" with a false representation (like "pumping up" a monster hurricane).
We know that our electric universe is hyper-charged when the Sun releases a flare, giving the Full Moon's effects more power.
So why would Sabaoth (the Sun) release a flare when it would magnify the power of a storm? The answer is that the globalists have a black ops program to try and control the Sun. It doesn't quite work out the way they plan.
Note that the flare was not released when the Moon was at 14 or 15 Pisces - it was released at 16 Pisces. They tried to generate a flare at 14 or 15 Pisces (because those energetics are much more their "Illuminati-style" with trickery and aggression). But Sabaoth countered, only releasing when the Moon had moved to 16 (because those energetics are much more "our style" - our collaboration with Mother Earth, Father Sky, and Great Sun). Truth and love prevails. Attempts to stop that face rapid resistance (and consequence). This goes for anything and everything. But it does mean that something bigger will result. I feel that this "something bigger" will be an even more massive awakening to the truth of the powers that were, in all ways, but particularly with geoengineering, including aerial spraying. It will come with a cost, however, for humanity and (more so) for the cabal.
I understand that this is a lot to take on. It is a lot for me to say. But the Mahavidyas were very clear to me two days before Harvey hit: prepare for 9/11 level events. It was a red alert, just like they gave me before the Bastille Day attacks and the attacks in Turkey last summer.
I suggest we take the flare as a signal to "early align" with 16 Pisces, which the Earth will discharge tomorrow. We can already get in the mode for "in a quiet moment, a creative individual experiences the flow of inspiration." We hold the line with everyone in the storm's path. We are united. We have already won. Truth and love prevails."

Weather modification from HAARP and related technologies is nothing new. The global elite using certain astrological timing for events is also nothing new. Both of these phenomena have been discussed and shown true extensively over the past several years, which can be glimpsed at in the links cited above. Combine weather modification and astrological timing and the result is what has just happened in and around Houston, Texas with Hurricane Harvey.
Astrologer Laura Walker, the owner of OracleReport.com has once again accurately predicted a major event that is being labeled a false flag.
On Friday August 25th, 2017, Laura noted that because Saturn was stationing direct (and conjunct the Black Moon) and that the Moon was conjunct Jupiter and in a square to Pluto, there was potential for false flag rituals over the coming couple days. She explained further, “These planets are all in hard aspect to the Eris Point, making false flag potential strong, but the power of rebirth even stronger.
Backing up to August 1st, 2017, Laura was on Phoenix Rising Radio and highlighted the eastern part of Texas by saying, “in the United States, the conjunction (of the Sun and Moon at the time of the eclipse) goes right through the mid to Eastern part of Texas. So that means a lot of energy will be focused there. ”

Then today on August 28th, 2017, Laura put out a special note in her daily update that details much more on why she believes this is a weather modification false flag event that was used ritualistically in accordance to the astrology taking place at this time:
“As expected, we are witnessing and experiencing the archontic tantrum-response to the stellar harmonics of the Total Solar Eclipse/New Moon one week ago. The Sun bathed the highest octaves of love and renewal (recall that the eclipse occurred at the degree of “a mermaid emerges from the ocean ready for rebirth in human form”). Source is telling the archons that they are loved and to return home, but the archons do not want to hear it (their ego-centric hive mind perceives it as oblivion, for now). Look at how archons are going wild, individually and collectively. Pretty much everyone has a dramatic story of their own or someone they know since the eclipse.
All of this is happening very fast. Remember that solar eclipses make things start happening at a rapid clip.
The eclipse’s energetic was epic, and the archons countered on Friday, as the Crescent Moon phase (challenge to keep going) began. Saturn (home of archontic energies) stationed direct conjunct the Black Moon (shadow, rebirth), aspecting the Eris Point (false flags, rebirth, revolt) along with the Moon and Pluto. (see Friday’s post for more details).
Harvey is the false flag that was predicted. It is a false flag against Mother Nature. Make no mistake. This storm is anything but natural.
We are beyond the debate of the science and reality of geo-engineering and the ability to control weather. Storms can be extinguished just as easily as they can be created or amplified. This technology has been used since at least the Vietnam War era. Monstrous hurricanes like Katrina and Harvey are summoned when they are needed for various purposes. Most all of the hurricanes of recent years have been “busted” before they did much damage. They weren’t needed. In fact, the lack of storms helped maintain the status quo.
The archons expended a lot of stored (and specific) resources (seeded by ancient cultures of present day Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula) to make Harvey. This process began back at the Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse on August 7.
The key thing to see here is that stored resources had to be expended. Those resources are finite, like fuel. The archons will never be able to produce this kind of thing ever again. They had an unprecedented energetic with which to work (the natural electromagnetics of the Total Solar Eclipse/New Moon that remain in effect all month combined with the Saturn-Black Moon conjunction).
The archons were so pummeled by the Sun at the eclipse that they had to expend precious and ancient resources to “stay alive.”
They are “attacking” the psyche of humanity, and hoping to suck from America as much pain and suffering (as much trauma response) as 9/11 and Katrina as possible.
Our response should not come from the place of victimhood. If we accept the narrative, we are victims (and angry at Mother Nature). If we question the data, we see through the veil. The only way to honor this tragedy is to be brave enough to seek the truth about it. Hearts and prayers continue to go out to my beloved Texas and to the fellowship of humanity.“
What is interesting to also note is that this event has taken place in attempts to subvert movements of peace that were associated with this eclipse. Recall that on the eclipse (August 21st, 2017), many synchronized global meditations for peace took place. The elite are in a panic to try and stop peace from spreading. The attempts will fail. Peace, truth and love are indeed spreading and will only accelerate with the outpouring of love and prayers being sent to all affected by Hurricane Harvey.
