Skill:  practice the skill of being the old owl up in a tree; embrace mystery


True Alignments:  the art of performance, truth revealed, lightening up, receiving, authentic, aging grace, translation, bridging a gap or divide, integrating the old/established with the new/innovative, precedent, tapped in to Spirit


Catalysts for Change:  indecisive, edgy, widening divides, ageism, denial, antithetical, the need to be the center of attention, confusion, insensitivity, disrespect, disclosing too much/to the wrong person/at the wrong time
