Posture, alignment, stance.
Stand up with intention.
Own it.
Hunched over your phone,
driven to distraction?
Align and focus your actions.
Wherever you stand,
from sea level to mountain top,
align with your intentions.
Discipline. Maturity.
Integrity. Reputation.
The reckoning of aspirations and ambitions.


A new moon teaches
gradualness and deliberation,
and how one gives
birth to oneself slowly.
Patience with small details
makes perfect a work,
like the universe.Rumi


New year, new moon.
Feet on the ground.
Precious life. Precious earth.
Hands on responsibility.
Responsibility on shoulders.
Alignment and balance,
here & now.
The weight of what you choose to endure
for future reward or outcome.
Make practical steps.
Be persistent. Stay aligned with your truth.
Invoke patience and endurance,
for the radical transformation of our times.
Draw strength from
the core of your intentions.
Draw strength from
the persistent grip of your roots.
Draw strength from
the wisdom of your elders and ancestors.
The future is built
on the bedrock of
Here & Now.

Six planets in Capricorn line up at this New Moon: along with Sun and Moon, Venus, Mercury, Saturn and Pluto. Capricorn rules the skeleton, bringing attention to essential strength and support within. Appearance. Reputation. Form and structure in the outer world. Framework.


Venus is the closest conjunction, bringing grace and harmony with maturity and loving-kindness. The wisdom of female elders and the matriarchal lineage.


Uranus in Aries squares the New Moon and brings a sense of urgency that can be energizing, motivating or chaotic. We cannot cling to outworn paradigms. If systems are unsustainable, they break down.


This is a strong statement for maturity and steadfastness. Who carries the power of authority? Own it. It time for each of us to bear the responsibility to reshape our world. The call for security and control often gives rise to fear. Claim your boundaries. Own your authority and your responsibility for the generations ahead.

I breathe deeply into my roots and
pro-claim all parts of me
Here and Now.
I invoke the strength of endurance,
alignment with my intentions,
and radical self acceptance.
I open to the bountiful goodness,
