The Karmic Tools Weekly Forecast covers the current planetary transits which affect people in different ways and to various degrees of intensity. 5/22 ~ Mercury (expression) ~sextile~ Neptune (dreams):
This is a great energy for imagination, consciousness and intuition, however, keeping a good filter to distinguish between your own perceptions and what you are picking up from those around you will be crucial to success. Your mind is on a different channel than usual and you may have to rely on other senses, like your feelings or intuitive hunches. You may be very perceptive, picking up on the thoughts & feelings of others, which if/when you are clear (and your filters are working) will yield some surprising revelations about where their consciousness is, at this time (for better or worse) and reflect an aspect of your own you may not have been aware of. Try to avoid work that requires any attention to detail. Allow your creativity to flow freely without censoring what comes through you at this time. You can organize it later. This is the energy to explore, create and free-flow!
5/23 ~ Mercury (thinking) ~oppose~ Jupiter (learning):
Any opposition requires us to work with two distinct energies and get them to work together for the good of all involved. It is also a MidPoint which allows you that 180* view from the other side of your starting point (roughly 6-months ago). Mercury & Jupiter are working out the push-pull within you between your Mind & Consciousness, between your Thinking & Beliefs, between your Thoughts & Imagination, between the Tedious Details and the Grand Vision. Because of all this, it would be tremendously beneficial to play amongst a group of like-hearted souls with varying points of view, mavericks who following their intuition as well as humble healers who also buck status quo by following their intuitive knowing within, something we all have the capacity for. This is great for what I call *Jam Sessions*, when my colleagues & I get together to discuss our ideas & insights about our professional goals, something like that is a great use of this energy: plan, strategize, discuss with others, get input and feedback, bounce ideas around and be open and receptive to others' points of view (they may think of something you didn't). Make sure it is a Circle, where all opinions are valued even if not shared. This is a good one for learning something new and looking at things from another angle, completely.

This is a powerful energy for solidifying who you are, what you want and what you are capable of. It brings out your desire to be truly self-sustained & independent, and with the good angle between Sun & Mars, you are deeply supported for forward movement that feels almost effortless when you are grounded and aligned with your own Truth & Purpose. If you are not clear about who you are or what your purpose is, this energy will inspire you to find out. If you are already on track and crystal clear, then this energy strongly supports progress & evolution to the next level in obvious ways. It is a great time for physical activities that bring you joy and get your juices flowing. You should review, with gratitude, all the goals you've accomplished thus far and begin deciding what you can finish up in preparation for what's coming. You are truly being prepared for your future, use this great energy to ground that intent consciously and with a vote from your Heart & Soul.
5/25 ~ Jupiter (Belief System, Laws & Religion) ~trine~ Neptune (Faith, Mysticism & Spirituality): (2 of 3: 12/2 ~ 5.25.2018 ~ 8/19)
These two getting together stimulates some pretty large concepts that are deeper and broader than most care to go. However, for my dreamers and faith-keepers, this one is for YOU! For you doubter-doom ‘n gloom-ers, this one is for you too because it can give you the much needed and overdue dose of *magic* you are not usually open & receptive to. These two like to expand our consciousness and what we believe to be possible for ourselves, each other and the planet. This is the activation to work with when you’re ready to deepen your dedication to a spiritual practice, and bring more *Magic & Spirit* into all that you do. It’s a great time to practice communing with your Angels, Ancestors & Animal Spirit Guides. I should add that this ease & grace that is being extended at this time (2017-2018) leads to 2019 when they will challenge each other (and the rest of us) and probably poke holes in some of the connections you make at this time. My advice is to stay present, when doing spiritual, mystical things, be fully conscious and present. When doing physical, reality things, be fully conscious and physically present. Don’t try to do both at the same time ; -) and be ready to question what you believe at that time. The only other thing is of course, illusion/delusion with these two. One can make people overly optimistic, over-inflated & full of hot air and the other can make people downright crazy, delusional & completely disconnected from reality. It’s okay to expect miracles, but it is also okay to follow your true inner guidance if it prompts you to question things that may seem too good to be true.

This activation makes any deep delving within easier and more fruitful. It encourages you to ask the deeper questions, clarify your deeper feelings and trust your intuitive gut feelings that are telling you something has to die so some other aspect of your consciousness can live. You will want to explore your inner Self, sort through recently gathered information and try to understand better what your natural process really is. It is best to be alone for such research. Take a day or a weekend and grab your most powerful books & music and get somewhere beautiful if you can, if not, then your bedroom will do just as well - and dig deep! You are finally ready for the deeper truth, and you will be transformed by what you learn. If you must communicate with others, plan on that being deep as well, so best to talk to a trusted advisor or wise elder. Nothing superficial today. The only warning with this energy is not to become obsessive about one particular idea - and certainly don't try to force any ideas on others. If you feel the deep need to focus on one particular thing, that is fine but try to keep some perspective or write down all your revelations so you can reflect on them at a later time when you can be more objective and prioritize better.

Where Sun opposite Saturn has you focused squarely on you, Venus opposite Saturn often illuminates the relationships you've magnetized (or repelled) in your life. It is here that I also like to remind folks how valuable midpoints can be as they give you a direct look back at your starting point, which offers unbelievable clarity about what you may be dealing with in the present moment. There is a push-pull between your true values and the current reality of your relationships & your resources. You may find yourself questioning what (and who) is or is no longer of value or important to you. Or you may find yourself facing some hard and unavoidable personal truths. Do not feel sorry for yourself and do not take it out on others. It is time to take responsibility for making new choices here & now today, looking back will only trip you up. Challenges may center around commitments you've made out of obligation and/or a sense of duty, rather than because you actually wanted to contribute. You can use this energy & activation to align your reality with the values of your heart. Do not allow the anxiety associated with change to keep you from making some important decisions at this time. If you give in to your fears, you could get caught up in martyrdom and victim consciousness. Deciding what you want, committing to the work it will take to manifest your vision and getting to work!
