2018 is the year of knowing, a pure undiluted unprovable invisible knowing. No more human excuses no more little girl antics, no more turning the other cheek to life and her demands; this is a ‘full frontal year’. For what births its self in 2018 has held a place in your biology for some time. It is like a blanket of healing that comforts a child. Just holding it gives one peace of mind, a place of safety, and imbues a visible hope. It matters not what brought forth the healing energies it only matters ones participation within the sequencing of events.  For in the year of 2018 it is not so much free standing will, as it is joining with fate while trying to learn the new steps of earth and self.  Square dancing in a circle will describe the learnings that humanity seeks. Life will be confusing the element of ‘free will’ wear colorful lights, Glitter-glam, fantasy creating a grand illusion!  A very large ‘look at me’ energy creates a lapse in time as the spatial upgrade pauses. Time has skipped a beat allowing a new rhythm and cadence to be circumvented and used in a new direction. Fairy tales and myths of old are very close to pure truth as they come dressed up in forms that reveal their exact purpose. The gates of the akashic library open wide for the new students of the universe. The past will not stay in the past and strongly demands to be set free in the now, via the body via the emotions via sadness’s that life and weather have created on earth.


Holding on to anything in this concourse of time shows that you have not learned the lessons clearly. The heaviness of the human heart, the human guilt, and the human emotions cannot be brought into the dimensional flux of 2018. Stay they must in their old Corridors of time. If one wishes to aspire and show their true light to the Gods a proclamation is requested, an appeal. This appeal negates vibrant results. There are no bystanders, or plundering tourists on earth in 2018 each human incarnation is warrior of nature with biological instructs to survive.

This will be a highly-charged spiritual year beyond prospect. What was once dormant finds new life in fresh fields of material. Magnets of great proportion from afar are recorded as Fly-bys of a speculative nature; all are true but are held within rusty iron curtains of discernment. There can no longer be a meridian of denial running south or north. The longitudes and latitudes of life have changed. Trying to disprove what has solidness, spends precious energy, time, and money.


 Brotherhoods of light and dark, above and below respectfully, expose themselves like one who’s caught in a trap with only a flashlight to show them the narrow escape. The choices were made as of the total eclipse in 2017. After this powerful event the dividing line in the sand was drawn, like skywriting it was so large it could have been a California fault line. Many chose to walk a path away from what their hearts once thought was right. They chose Not to take out the karmic trash or human responsibility for anything but themselves. Many chose to walk into a place of alleged safety which is splintered and sketchy of nature. Many are just afraid of the power within the choices that are gifted to them. All face their fears hope and earth.


 As a human you wear a polite human shield made of biochemical modules that will never be understood by science. You house more miracles within you than the entire city of Dallas. You are part of a Great Divine schematic. many from afar will look upon you with green-shielded eyes and a heart that does not beat like a human’s.


 You have incarnated to hold the heart space of Earth herself. She selected you as did the father light. You are unique you are incredible and you are potential Unlimited within a immeasurable panorama. The vastness within you has demanded more of you that you thought you had available. More sacrifice, more time, more attention to life and her many needs.


 The Earth spirit within each human is in discomfort as they go through a deep ancestral healing and release. Human senses increase in propulsion like going from 55 top the speed of light. All aspects of the five senses plus their cousins are vigorous to the point of misperception. As humanity comes into a multi-dimensional portal a point of assemblage they will have access to all avenues of dimensional circuitry creating ampleness in time and knowledge.

Within the Light of the sacred configuration 2018 lives the master vibration of 11:11

2018 will present itself as a 29/11 and a 38/11 Gateway of Knowledge. These commanding gateways ask you to come fully into your power. Blending the stars with humanity, blending the past with the future


 Being a 100% responsible for the good, bad and ugly and loving every minute of it. Riding the wild mustang without fear!

 

29/11 gateway:


Watching ones words is of a great importance in 2018; like one that has the secret magic words of life itself. One slip of the tongue and all hell can break lose. The power within the word and how one chooses to use it is very front and center this year. Speaking problems and solutions simultaneously in and out of life. Balancing positive thought with doubt and confusion, wanting so much to finish but afraid to start. The lungs the heart and the throat hold the vibrations of the 29/11 stresses and strains. The volcano holds its tongue until it is ready to birth in the fullness of time. Learning to hold ones power via the spoken word until it is ready to birth at a powerful teaching. Using your heart and head as the Creator would is powerful medicine to learn. Knowing all thoughts count is a priceless teaching.



38/11 Gateway


The holiness within the three and trinity moves into the never-ending formation of eternity, going beyond known space and time. The field of possibility expands into places and planes of existence yet to be seen by the eyes in the sky. The votes are in and counted. Who believes and who has replaced belief with a cloudy vision? Who still clings to the blood sweat tears and woes of being human. The scales of light tip as the populace believes and doubts simultaneously, shifting outcomes over and over again. 38/11 demands that the higher power that guides humanity be revealed and come out from behind the curtain. Creation demands acknowledgement every day until it becomes fully materialized. Gateways of the past and future are accessed within the hidden sequence of proof positive.

Eclipses Forecast for 2018

January 31, 2018- total lunar eclipse/ a Spiritual doorway opens allowing codes from the total eclipse of 2017 to be activated, insuring a deep insight into this year which houses a thick spiritual dividing line.


February 15, 2018 partial solar eclipse / this eclipse enters the heart after the fact. Allowing for an opening to circumvent what would be the normal choice allowing the divine choice of heart partner to enter via an old obsolete passageway,


July 13th 2018 partial solar eclipse/ this is another passage for 11:11 to enter pre-mercury transit on Nov. 11:11 2018


July 27 2018 total lunar eclipse/ this eclipse is the mirror image of the 2017 eclipse bringing us a deep penetrating closure, that rubs itself into our soul tissue helping us understand the events of the past year


August 11, 2018 Partial Solar Eclipse/ this eclipse is a signature eclipse and a promise of divine proportion. It is triad of nature and power and shows its true form like a rainbow after a storm.

 

2018 is the year of unforeseen miracles that seek to take form

Miracles will abound in unimagined forms and forums as the Earth enters this new cycle of learning and loving simultaneously. Earth Knows in her heart of heart, as every human should, that all is in divine order no matter how much one splashes about in their drama. Goodness like divinity is becoming a far-fetched commodity, top shelf only and not available for the common folk.  All of Humanity holds the power of Miracles within their heart, as a species it is theirs alone, a parting gift from the Creator. No other species in the universe holds what the heart of humanity holds. The inner Wellspring humanity has been drained in the last few years leaving people parched for the appearance of a few scattered miracles.


Miracles themselves will. Not fit the known platform of the Miracles of old. These miracles will be Mustangs of sorts; Mustangs that are strong of purpose and seek new places to graze. A miracle can change shape purpose and Mission in a fleeting moment. A miracle can take the form of a person or instant healing. . A miracle that no longer stays in the parameters created by the universe and demands more of itself as it seeks to leave a little of its light and unexplained power behind in every hopeless devastation. Love is a living value not imbued upon all species. Like a fire, it’s requires kindling and constant tending.   The vibration of love like all life wishes to expand and not stay stagnant or stuck or Bland of nature. It like all of God’s creations seeks to become more to love more to be more to experience more.


Like one in a very animated Airport, Humanity has changed their flight plan, shifting landing patterns causing time delays. Humanity so Wishes life was pure and simple like honey, but wishes are filled by natural and cosmic laws that always sign in invisible ink.. Expectations themselves reveal many under coatings etched beneath the surface of things to come. All of humanity wears a different directive of ciphers. Like a key encryption it allows them entrance into numerous levels of light. That key encryption is necessary for humanity to succeed away from their animal destructive nature. Animal instinct is part of the human domain; a dash of animal for preservation was given humans at all stages of development. Animals insulate the ability to survive to adapt. That specific indoctrination has run its course it is old programming.


Tastings within the mouth and sensory of the humanness will disguise themselves in cloaks of invisibility as new features are brought to the surface. Sometimes you will taste and smell the past. Like animal Blended with a human, nature comes to a point of embracing the animal aspect its selves without fear and with reverence. For Humanity has but tasted a small tiny morsel of what it is to survive, in the wild, in the unpredicted, and in the uncontrollable.
Time currents lift Humanity in and out of emotional debris past present and future displaying themselves like a peacock in mating season .Time lapses occur in and out of chronological order moving the biological human in an out of current events like a babe that is baptized over and over again. Within these words like Quatrains of old are hidden and exposed Clues to upcoming surmountable events.


In 2018 Earth will enter a new curvature of time. This curvature is fluid of nature and incorporates all dimensions, all past lives, all future lives and all life in between. It asks you to cement the love that lives in your heart like a galactic flagpole that waves through all extremes of celestial weather. The Matrix reveals what is not holographic of nature. Like an overlay on which one draws a picture of the future these energies are outlined in the geometries of need and mathematical precision.

Federation Of Light

Earth herself, as well as her inhabitants, have changed in assignment and Light denomination. They have changed in response to a galactic call that was issued from their cells. Like soldiers that awaken from an induced coma-like sleep, they will eventually come to Arms and Memory. Many will throw stones of interstellar proportion at the Earth, boo-hooing her with their outstretched elitism. Seeing her as a play thing, less than. Little do they know the power within Mother Earth, for when her wings are spread she is a force to be reckoned with.


As Earth exhumes her Prophecy from deep within her Flesh, humans also will come into a place of discreet knowing. They feel everything has shifted and all will continue to shift. Like one in an earthquake and hurricane simultaneously their animal instincts activate and they seek places of safety away from the wrath of life. All that was taken for granted now finds itself sitting on the dusty shelves of a store that has closed. Life demands more from its inhabitants as humanity is asked to take more responsibility for itself and its planetary brethren.

We are in yet another unprecedented energetic gateway. Each of us is asked to live in our highest potential; to actualize our many gifts. Yes; many gifts. We do not have just one gift or one purpose; we have many gifts and more than one purpose. Creating our New Life is certainly a purpose. Purpose isn’t limited to being a Lightworker or being any certain label or title. Purpose isn’t a label; it is expressing ourselves authentically in everything we do and are…wherever we are and in whatever we do. We limit ourselves by claiming we are this or that. We are limitless.


Be who you are and in this way, you are fulfilling one of your purposes. You are not just one thing; you are multidimensional. You express yourself in many different ways. You express yourself one way in sharing your gifts; in another way within each relationship you have. In the old, you limited yourself by assigning yourself a role. In the New, you do not have a role to play, for you share who you are in any given moment as you are guided. Now is the time to share the essence of who you are and from that essence; your Divinity; you express yourself in many different ways. You are free to choose your experience in each moment. Follow Gaia’s lead; She does not have just one label to be described as. There is great diversity in Her being; as there is in you.


Flowing allows you to shift in whatever direction you choose. Being free means to let go of self-imposed rules…what is appropriate or not appropriate according to your culture and upbringing; what is right or what is wrong…you are here to express your Divinity; your Soul. You can change your direction in any moment. You can free yourself from imposed-upon beliefs. You can try on many expressions and discard them at will if they don’t align with you.


Wholeness is embracing and being all of who we are; not just this aspect or that aspect. We are shape-shifters. We are not bound by others’ judgments or rules. We can choose to be freely ourselves or stay locked up in old beliefs and limitations. We don’t have to stick to one thing; we can flow in and out of anything. This definitely may go against your old rules of staying in a loveless marriage because you’re supposed to (or do anything you’re supposed to) or stay in a miserable job so you can collect retirement or continue with certain behaviors because others expect that of you. There are many examples of how we have held ourselves back from being free and authentic.


When we clear ourselves of old rules, expectations and assumptions, we open up to new gifts. Expectations are based on old beliefs and are focused on the future and often in the illusory “hopeful wishing.” Assumptions are also based on old beliefs and each being’s history and does not allow for anything New. To be New, we must drop our history and our old stories. It requires us to be innocent and see things through new eyes with no preconceived ideas of how things should be. Is this easy? No, because up to this point, everything we have perceived has been based on past experiences when separate ego ruled the way we were; separate ego only knows the past. Soul is in the present moment only. It has no use for the past. The New has no use for the past. The past is the past and is based on limited information; this is both on a personal and global level. The next time you are with someone you have known for a while, pretend you just met them. Gone is your history with them; gone are the preconceived ideas you have about them; and you open to meeting them in the truth of the Moment and in Innocence and Love.


The purpose of Ascension is to evolve spiritually and to have everyday life be One with and as our spiritual life; in other words, to live in our spiritual Integrity. To do this, each must express themselves in their highest and truest way; in complete Authenticity. When you do this and you drop old labels and past history and are in the Moment, you are in complete Integrity. Integrity is not based in old ways of being; it is being in your Soul’s Truth in that Moment…and this shifts. Everything in the New shifts; it is not meant to be static and stuck in one expression.
When you keep things simple and remain in the Moment, you will authentically express your Integrity; the Truth of who you are…in that Moment, based on how you feel and when you are aligned with your Heart. In this way, you express your gifts, your Love and your Light with all. You become the Lighthouse, guiding lost ships to the safe shores of their own Heart. You do this by being you; not through a job or an intention or a “supposed-to.”


You teach through example; by being authentically you. You don’t teach to get results; you simply shine and others then have a choice as to how they choose to be. When you share with no expectations and no attachment to outcome, you are on your Path. When you follow your inner guidance in each Moment, you are on your Path. When you only do what resonates with you, you are on your Path. You are fully supported and the way is clear for you to be more. When you disengage from the illusions of the old world, you are on your Path. When you stay positive in each Moment regardless of what your dualistic mind might tell you, you are on your Path…your Path of Ascension; your main purpose.


When in doubt or confusion, surrender to the essence of Simplicity. In the New, things are simple and clear. There is no pandering to the intellect. Simplicity is of the Heart. When you are not sure what to believe or what direction to go in, become still and silent. Go with your feeling. Sometimes this means to not do anything, so trust in Divine Order and Divine Time. When you let go and let be, you will be guided…when it is the perfect time for you. The letting go is letting go of pushing things to happen. This creates stress and there is no stress in the New, for stress is resistance. Surrender to what is and trust that when all is aligned, you will be guided to your next step.


Realize that you are perfectly where it is best for you to be for your highest learning and evolving. When in Acceptance, you release the resistance or doubt or confusion. This then leads to Movement and Awareness. The lower energies of doubt and confusion are contrary to Soul’s knowing. Never doubt that you are guided by Soul. Are you listening? It may take slowing down and a release of intellectually questioning everything. It is perfectly fine to rest in Stillness. Have Faith; be strong in your knowing and trusting.


Watch where you believe you are separate. Religion separates; politics separate; judgment separates; using the term “us and them” separates; labels and titles separate. We are not separate. We mirror each other so that we may evolve more. When you feel separate or better or worse than anyone, ask what you are learning about yourself. Where within do you manifest separation? Do you feel you are better than others; more intelligent; better off; worse off; prettier or uglier; jealous…all of these separate. Do you, in the deeper recesses of you, believe you are not Divine or are separate from Source?


Be also aware when you are thinking linearly (Step A leads to Step B leads to Step C). For instance, we do not necessarily evolve from the 3rd Dimension to the 4th and then to the 5th Dimension. Each being carries their Home Dimension within them. A being can experience life in the 3rd Dimension and yet carry within them the 11th Dimension. We are multidimensional and may experience many dimensions at the same time. Do not have set ideas about how things are, as they may not be that at all. There is much we do not know or can currently comprehend; and that is fine, for our place is to keep things simple and flowing. Everything shifts so what one may experience in one Moment can totally shift in the next Moment. Nothing remains the same. What may upset you in this Moment, you may see the blessing in the next Moment.


In each Moment, ask how you may serve and then take a step in that direction. This, of course, shifts; so flow with your guidance. It will lead you to the experiences that enhance you and further you along your Path. It can be so much fun if you just flow lightly along. It can be difficult if you think you have to stick to one thing to prove…to prove what? Trust what you receive always.


While we continue to be urged forward in our Ascension on Earth, most are in a phase of integrating the New Truths. We still experience Ascension “Symptoms,” and yet we are not as resistant to them as we once were. We still are releasing old patterns and beliefs and slowly are embracing a new way of being. We are shifting from our heads to your Hearts; from thinking to feeling and as we do, we are guided, for this is the Path of the Soul.

Prepare now for the April 18 New Moon, an energy window for creating a new beginning in your life and moving into an expanded level of higher consciousness. Do the simple process I recommend here so you can be resourced to benefit fully.


Since this cycle is about new starts, consider key situations you want to either begin for the first time or scenarios that need a refresh.


Most likely, these will involve other people, relationships now being front and center for anyone on the spiritual path.


And specifically related to other people, consider how you manage your own power when you are with others. Power issues are universal right now – everyone is dealing with them. Get in touch with yours now ahead of Saturday.


Set some conscious and specific intentions now related to what kind of new energies you want to initiate at this New Moon. It’s not enough to think that you want to change your life. Get specific about what needs to change. Don’t overthink this or judge yourself.


You and others like you are alive now to change how life is lived. Give yourself permission to be conscious about what needs to change within you and in your circumstances.

New Moon Tips

Here are tips for making the most of this energy gateway. Invite your inner wisdom to speak to you and show you what’s relevant. Then take action this week with contemplation, meditation, intention setting, and dream work.


First tip: Pick a relationship to focus on. It could be a new one you want to have. It could be a current one that needs updating. Make at least one specific intention involving that relationship. Example: “My partner seems distant and we seldom talk about what matters.” Intend in this case to discover how you can change something in your approach – some action that will build a bridge to that person.


Second tip: Check your suitcase of unfinished business. Most likely, the April 4 eclipse stirred a lot within you. Some of that material may just now be surfacing. Meditate on what that might be and journal about it this week. As you write, your higher self can add to what you are already sensing on some level. If you don’t resonate with journaling, invite dreams each night this week to help pinpoint unresolved issues.


Third tip: Tune into your emotions this week, including your anger. It’s okay to get angry as long as you work through it and use it to create positive change. In fact, what you’re angry about can be a perfect theme for your New Moon intentions. The moon in Aries can stir emotions, after all. Invite spirit’s view of how to harness them productively.


You know you’re here for an extraordinary life. Trust that knowing this week. Invite a deeper understanding of what this means in practice. Energy gateways like we have Saturday can help you connect with the spiritual fuel you need to have that extraordinary life.

There has been a lot of movement since the eclipses of October. The movement and recognition of what still has remained of the old has been quite huge. And now we’re here, at the threshold of this most powerful Gateway. I was told last night in the wee hours, when we receive many of our messages, that this Gateway is the most important and catalytic portal, even more than the Equinoxes and Solstices. It is one that the Angelic Realm of the higher dimensions is helping us through.

This past week especially, we have been receiving huge, high dimensional energies that continue to integrate into our bodies clear to our DNA, cellular and electrical systems. This has helped old memories to surface all for the purpose of letting go of any past that has lingered in our consciousness. As we go through the 11-11 Gateway tomorrow, we step through a golden curtain of cleansing, much like stepping through a gentle waterfall that clears us further. The potential of this Gateway is to step more into our mastery as Ascendees, and this allows (if it is time for you to do so) each to live life from a Soul perspective.

Step by step we have risen more and more in vibration and consciousness and sometimes we have wondered if we have changed at all, yet if we look at our journey thus far, we can see how far we’ve come. There have been many awakening moments, many Aha’s, changes and manifestations as we kept flowing along our individual Ascension paths. We have been guided gently throughout, for we have been guided by Love. While the changes haven’t been easy, the more difficult we have experienced them, the more powerfully we move into being Soul-merged.

As we move through the 11-11 Portal, have the intention to be nothing but Love. Not only have thoughts of being Love, but feel being Love. Treat yourself lovingly by meditating and being slow and conscious with every move you make. This helps you align with the Gateway, and it helps to bring others along as well energetically, even though they have seemingly attached themselves to the old.

The 11-11 Portal is an opportunity to advance in the consciousness of Love. And this allows your Light Body to further merge with your current physical body. It also activates your New Blueprint, which is located on an etheric plate sitting behind your Crown Chakra. It is encoded in Light Language glyphs. Your New Blueprint is not your original blueprint; it is based on a higher consciousness and who you are evolving into. Dormant Soul-Codes will also be awakened and activated. Know also that this is known as the Angelic Gateway and so will be more gentle than other events, for the Angels exude a great deal of Flow and Grace. As you step through the Gateway, you are helped through by many high dimensional Angels and greeted by more high dimensional Angels on the other side of the Gateway/Portal. As you prepare for the 11-11 (by the way, 11/11/2014 also adds up to an 11, making this Gateway incredibly powerful), keep your vibration high, your busy-ness low and your intentions clear and have an aura of Gratitude throughout everything in your life.

New higher and more loving perceptions are gained as you pass through the Gateway. If you feel angst or any of the lower emotions, make sure you release them in the Sacred Rose: http://soulsticerising.com/spiritual-musings.asp?NID=17 first, as whatever you step through the Gateway with, you empower. What is it you want to empower? Have this intention as you step through.

New Clarity and an expanded consciousness of Love are yours, if that is your intention. Freedom is also highlighted in this Gateway, as is an awareness of the gifts your Soul wishes you to express. And know that as you intend for yourself, it naturally includes all others and Gaia. And know that the higher purpose of this Gateway is to bring Heaven to Earth and Earth to Heaven in a grounded, real way.

This 11-11 Gateway empowers Soul-merge, if that is your intention. Of course, this is what Soul desires and knows that each being has free will. So if this is your desire, make it known. Offer prayers of Gratitude, for this truly is the only prayer necessary, for all is already within you. Giving thanks is a way to make manifest your deepest dreams and desires. And know that the Power of this Gateway continues through the 12-12 Gateway, the Winter/Summer Solstice, and up to the 1-11-2015 Gateway (which also adds up to an 11!). Remember too that 11 is the master number of the Visionary, so all visions are greatly empowered during this time.

Whether you choose to do Ceremony with others, at a sacred site, virtually or alone, the effect is the same, for we are all One. What you do on your own you do with and for all of life. It is important for you to ask your own Guidance how to do your own Ceremony. Whether you do Ceremony or not; or simply meditate, the time really doesn’t matter, for in the higher dimensions, all is truly timeless. The important thing to remember is to keep your vibration high and your intentions clear. It is time to ‘Open the gate’ to all experiences you keep yourself separated from, in thoughts, in deeds, in longings, and heart’s desires.  Open the gate that keeps you from a future that is sweet and plentiful. It is your belief system that keep you stagnate not moving forward.  It is your personal canyon that seems endless, in a sky that seems cloistered with thunder clouds.  Open the gate and set free all that has once served you so that it can learn to fly, learn to swim, learn to tunnel deep in the earths mysteries.  Open the gate to everything that you are destined to be, minus all the earth drama.


Experience the flowing of the trueness of your beginning without end, of your end without beginning.  Let go of all self imposed limitations and programs.  Let go of all excuses and procrastination's.  Unearth the potential that you have kept sequestered away.  Open to see all that is happening in a single moment in any place in this universe. For you have that ability but you must announce if to yourself in remembrance.  'I can see through space and time, through sky and cloud, through dirt'. 'I can walk through stars and the air with the greatest of ease.


What you seek is inherent within everything. What is value to you?  Is it diamonds?  Is it gold?  Is it wood?  Is it water?  It depends on what part of the universe you park.  You can beckon to you all things that inherently hold the richness that you desire until you are able to vibrationally manifest that in your own earthen world.  The letting go of perimeters, of expectations, of boundaries, of containers, of thought forms frees you up to be it all.


Imagine yourself being the earth, What about the universe Are you ready for such expansion?  Are you ready to open your arms your heart and your mind to such a place of totality?  Are you ready to become what you are in truth able to be, to conceive, to perceive, to birth, to create, to manifest?  When God, the Almighty One, the Source, the Prime Creator desires, that desire is enough to make it happen.  Your desires have great potential within them.  God does not stress and strain about his creations.  desires is natural. Watch your world more closely and you will see what we speak is neither divided nor diluted truth; these abilities are yours for the acknowledgment.


Let go of the way you define yourself and allow your soul to re-define you in a way that serves the Light.  The soul is deemed to expand, to re-create, and re-define for that is its nature.  Your lineage of light activates and glows like a firefly.  It is time to See who you really are. It is suggested to consult a healthcare professional for symptoms as not every symptom is from ascension. And though it may be an ascension symptom, you still may need assistance with the process. There will be cycles and time periods that you may experience these shift ascensions throughout the year and in times to come.

Upgrades in your gifts and spiritual abilities. New ways to apply them in the world for yourself and others.

Middle of the year slow down, rest and rejuvenation. This occurs when you cannot go further with projects or putting ideas into action. A timeout is needed, a calling forth from within to unwind and rejuvenate from what has been. This allows the cosmos and more of the pieces and people to come together for these projects, ideas and creations. Important: Know that you need and deserve this respite and rejuvenation to continue with your sacred journey, lest you will be forced to take this timeout for your body and being by getting ill.

Not being able to hear your guides. It is not that something is wrong; this is a still point that is very important for a new configuration of upgrade frequency shifts taking place. Know if this has happened that you are upgrading and this is good news; your body and energy essence needs this time for the new DNA communications and increase in telepathy with your guidance teams to re-emerge in an expanded way.

Fatigue and exhaustion that can be caused by frequency overload and expansion. Again, timeout, rest and enjoyment are required here, so you can see what is working in your life and in your spirit, which in turn will create more clarity and an increased powerful stance for a happier you. A review of the past can surface, and this allows for grander understanding, letting go, forgiveness and love for the body and self.

Starry slug syndrome. Feeling heavy in the body and not being able to do much of anything, even simple tasks; this can feel like you are moving through energetic star sludge. The good news is you will come out of this feeling more centered, with new body connections and movements that accompany sound, vocalization and singing, and with greater mobility.

Past health issues may spring up or already have. Know that if you address this now and perhaps in a different manner than before, whatever issues you have can be eliminated completely from your life.

Weight gain, lower belly bloat and fat. This can translate to deep purification of cellular genetics, awakening new energy centers and connections with the cosmos and stargates to Source.

Diet frequency shift upgrade. Experiencing times of being hungry more often with cravings for different kinds of foods. Do your best to love and care for your body and being without over-indulging; you will require a variety of nutrients and cosmic light source at certain cycles for your DNA upgrades and shifting of frequency.

Intense physical pain and reptilian brain new energy pathway healing. Intense physical pain occurring especially on and/or around the face, teeth, jaws, gum problems, and headaches with strain on neck and shoulders, as well as a specific area at the back of head, the reptilian brain at the top of the spinal cord connection to other parts of your brain. This can occur when you are deeply expanding into the universal mind. Aches and discomforts at this area can ensue when deep ancient cellular healing is being released. Intense pain can also take place from being psychically attacked. Many light bearers and sacred code carriers are releasing at a group level frequency ancient traumas from the Akashic Record history.

This can also be a combination of psychic attack and ancient historic cellular release. Many on the path are experiencing the healing release of the fall of Atlantis in the body, spirit with Gaia, and the energy grids.

In using the term psychic attack, this is not in any way to create fear, but rather to steer you to greater awareness of your energy boundaries, to be in your Divine power and to take care of this pain. Pain is a signal and alerts you to take remedial action. Anyone experiencing this or any other symptoms mentioned herein, including DNA upgrade, will greatly benefit from the assistance of a healthcare or holistic practitioner, a trusted friend, an energy healer, healing group or circle, native nature healing, kindred spirit, etc. Listen to your body and intuition and choose from the many resources available in these times.

Dizziness. This can come from planetary electromagnetic grid adjustments. As a sensitive frequency empath, you are attuning and balancing with these resonances. Note: The dizziness does not last very long.

Dimensional time shifting. Can feel as though you are losing your sense of gravity and where you are now in this dimension, with a double take of seeing the future and viewing in the present. This can indicate that you on the right path and that you are ascending, and may also indicate a shift and choice point on your life’s journey.

Dimensional dreams and dreaming. Astral dreams, traveling in dreams, being awakened by your dimensional dreams, and other realms that you can see while awake. You are becoming more sensory, and when you are dreaming and sleeping, you are more sensitive. Certain astrological and cosmic alignments will increase these cycles of occurrences. This is something that you will get used to and will gain greater insight and divine power from. It is your teacher.

Losing friends and ending relationships. For many on the path, these are life upgrade cycles that occur when you are going through great shifts, frequency upgrades and choice points. This may come as a surprise, the people you thought would stay in your life and are leaving, and others may be crossing over.

Times of strange energies. You may feel you are in a twilight zone as you are moving through space and time of strange occurrences of people, places and odd happenings. Be mindful of these times and do your best to flow through them without engaging or getting involved in others’ dramas.

Heart fluttering and palpitations. Heart fluttering sensations that are not due to physical exercise, where many times you will be totally relaxed and experience new energetic higher heart expansion. The physical heart is integrating with the higher heart, awakening centers in the body and getting accustomed to a higher frequency and aligning to the energies of Gaia’s ascension.

Allow for this DNA expansion and purification to keep in the flow of merging into the expression of your magnificence. Choose Peace, let go and surrender more, yet don’t compromise your integrity, energy or truth. Know if it is not working or flowing, then you may not have all the information, pieces or connection required to proceed. Allow your creations to take greater form and beauty and know that you are provided for; it is all in Divine will and Divine timing—the Universe supports you!

MOST ASTROLOGERS found it laughable when, in 2006, Pluto was demoted in status. The International Astronomical Union (IAU) decided that Pluto did not qualify as a "planet," so it became designated as a "dwarf planet."

The reason most of us chuckled at this demotion is because, in spite of its relatively small size and incredible distance from Earth, Pluto is a huge player in the energetics of our human experience. So it is fitting, in this week when Pluto is about to change direction and its influence is heightened, that astronomers are reconsidering Pluto's status once again.

Scientists last Thursday had a debate on the subject at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. A vote taken after the debate showed that most in attendance now believe Pluto should regain its status as planet.

Nothing is official yet, since it appears that an IAU vote is the deciding factor. But just ask anyone who is currently experiencing a strong transit from Pluto -- they will be very quick to tell you that Pluto's effects can hardly be called "dwarf."

ALL OF US are working with Pluto's increased influence now, most notably in the areas of life represented by its house location in our natal charts (of both natal Pluto and transiting Pluto). Pluto has been retrograde (moving backward) since April 14, and now is ready to turn around and start forward motion again.

When a planet changes direction, it moves very slowly, and so tends to have greater impact than when it is moving more quickly -- a bit like the difference between dipping your hand briefly in a bucket of ice water and holding it there for several minutes.

Pluto's ultimate effect is deep transformation, especially of those aspects of our personalities that keep us chained to clashes of ego and will. As a transpersonal planet in astrological terms, Pluto's intention is to elevate our understanding and use of the ego -- not to deny it but to empower it in positive ways. An empowered ego does not need to do battle to prove itself. It resides in such a place of strength that it does not need to be defensive.

ASTROLOGER Bil Tierney explains in his book Dynamics of Aspect Analysis that:

    "Pluto is only concerned with confronting us with the essence of that which we have not transformed to a higher level of expression. Like Saturn, Pluto shows us the reality of our limitations, although from a more psychological point of view. Much depends upon the degree of our self-discipline and emotional self-mastery."

"Emotional self-mastery" is a key term here. Pluto's ultimate goal is that of empowerment. One of the main ways we keep ourselves disempowered is by allowing negative emotions such as fear, suspicion, shame, and guilt to be in control of our thoughts and actions.

Pluto often brings to the surface those very emotions just listed. The intention is not punitive, but to help us be aware of the power of those emotions, and to help us learn how to rechannel in positive ways the energy currently being lost in nonproductive (or counter-productive) outlets.

IT IS NO COINCIDENCE that I happened upon my copy of the book Power vs. Force earlier this week. I had looked for it a few months ago, but in not finding it, believed I must have loaned it away. But a couple of days ago, as I reached behind a row of books in my bookshelf, hoping to find whatever it was I was looking for at the time (who remembers now!), the book that came out in my hand was this very book by David R. Hawkins.

Power vs. Force is a insightful, scientifically-based treatise on kinesiology and related subjects. What I mostly remember from my reading of it many, many years ago, is that it had a wonderful delineation of the levels of human consciousness, assigning energy levels to the various emotions.

At the bottom of the scale is Shame, which Dr. Hawkins gives an energy level of 20. Guilt is at energy level 30, Fear is at 100, Anger at 150, etc. etc., finally reaching Enlightenment at energy levels 700 to 1,000.

I often think about this book and the energy level scale when working with emotional issues. It reminds me why anger feels better than apathy or fear, but still does not feel as good as courage or even neutrality.

THIS BOOK with its energy level scale is a helpful tool right now because Pluto often pulls out of us the emotions at the lower end of the scale. I say "pulls out of us," because Pluto does just that -- it doesn't create those emotions in our experience, it reveals where they are hidden within us by bringing them into our consciousness.

Once we are aware of these lower-vibrational emotions that we carry, we can use the energy level scale to gradually raise our consciousness.The scale helps, because it shows us a step-by-step process. Rather than insisting that we make the giant leap from anger to love, it reminds us that if it feels difficult to bring in the vibration of love in our present emotional state, we can at least get started in the right direction by choosing some of the emotions that are higher on the scale, but that also feel within reach.

OUR OTHER important astrological events this week are clustered in the next few days. Monday brings us Pluto's station and the Equinox, when the Sun enters Libra. Tuesday marks the beginning of the new lunar cycle, and Thursday is the Uranus-Jupiter trine.

Here's what astrologer Stephanie Austin writes about these days around an Equinox, in the current issue of "The Mountain Astrologer":

    "During the day before, on, and after the equinox, the Sun's alignment with the Earth's equator generates a reduction in the magnetic field of the Earth, enabling us to access higher dimensions more easily. Equinox and solstice points are thus energetic gateways and extra-potent times to set intentions and participate in ceremony, ritual, and prayer."

SCIENTISTS know that we tend to have more auroras around the Equinox, although they also admit that they do not have an explanation that completely accounts for the phenomenon. Auroras usually occur when solar winds from the Sun brush against the Earth's magnetic field. But, auroras also occur at the Equinoxes, with or without solar winds to set them off.

So, what does that mean for us and our experience? Mostly that there is an important energy shift that occurs in the Earth's electromagnetic field at the Equinoxes, and that therefore occurs in our human magnetic fields as well. In other words, as Ms. Austin says, the Equinox is an energetic gateway that enables us to access higher dimensions more easily.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST on my list of what I want to talk about today is the Uranus-Jupiter trine on Thursday. If you attended my teleclass back in June, you'll remember that I was pretty excited about this event, based on what each planet represents.

Jupiter is the visionary and the optimist; Uranus is the innovator and inventor. When these two planets work in harmony together (the trine aspect), we have increased potentials for gaining important insights, making changes that fill our lives with greater meaning, and accessing realms usually beyond our reach, both on the physical plane and interdimensionally.

Other possible manifestations, especially for those who are working with strong Uranus transits this year, involve having the courage to finally make those changes that we've been toying with for many months. For some, this trine could mean it's time for the breakthroughs we've been anticipating.

So, it could be an interesting and powerful week, in many regards...
