We are asked to push through some old patterns. When you do, don't be surprised if you experience difficulties. This depends on how hard-wired something is within you. Remember that it has taken many lifetimes to create a pattern, so don't have expectations as to how quickly or long it takes to transform. You might ask, “Why push when flow seems to be the opposite of push?” There are some patterns that are so entrenched that it takes an extra effort to transform them. My example is this: I have known that all holidays are “human-made,” in that they are not given to us by Soul/Source. One particular holiday that is extremely hard-wired is Christmas. Did you know that Jesus wasn't a Christian nor was he born in December, and yet we allow ourselves to be programmed by the commercialism of this particular holiday. I chose to disengage; I told my family I would no longer take part. After all, I'm not Christian (or any religion) and I know a higher truth. We are asked to be Love; not just for a season, but in every Moment. I take this to Heart and live my Truth and yet, since this was the first year of standing firmly in my Truth, it was more difficult than I imagined it would be. It will get easier as I continue to honor this decision during every human-made holiday, even if it makes others very uncomfortable. When you repeat something new often, it becomes part of you. It often takes many times till the old is completely transformed.


You know what hard-wired illusions are ready to transform by how you no longer feel Joy in partaking in them. It becomes more difficult to maintain the old. Everything you experience points the way. Go within and see what you are ready to let go of...regardless of any attempt (from others or from yourself) by the old to hold you back. It may take some very difficult decisions to make. Yet, if you pay attention to what resonates within your Heart, you will make choices that help you evolve. That is, If you want to evolve. It may require that you let go of being approved of by others, dropping all labels you currently identify with and relaxing into your New Life.


I also want to remind you that Transformation does not mean the annihilation of our earthly vehicles. We keep our bodies and transform as we stay on Earth. We transform mentally, emotionally and physically as we integrate the I AM as us into each of our bodies. We are Source; the I AM is Source; Soul is Source. We are Divine. We can only listen to our Soul's Guidance by following our Heart's feeling/being. We invite separate ego to not fight this but to join us. The true purpose of ego is to be the expressor of Source/Soul/I AM. Go within and speak with your separate ego and tell it that it will not disappear, but will step into the role of the ascending ego; its rightful place.


Know too that it does not take being in a “special place” to integrate your holiness; your I AM; your Divinity. Your sacred place is your Heart. There is no place more sacred than within you...no church nor temple; no sacred site, nor anything that is outside of you.


The Soulstice was incredibly powerful! The energy of the Soulstice continues. This is our big chance to shift things that are even deeper, as all energy moves in a Spiral going deeper and deeper into our very Being. As we have seen, this energy also affects different areas of Gaia. It moves old energy and the high energy of Compassion replaces the old. We know this, don't we? Is it possible to love without a disaster? Yes; however, the old pattern is to have some sort of disaster or disease or disruption in order to awake to Love. This is an old pattern. Once you unconditionally love all and see that we are all One, it won't take an outer event to wake up to Love.


While the energy of the Soulstice continues, we can breathe easier and the energy can be used to create what we want in the future. Whether a desire is for self, for others, or both, use this time to decide how you will use this creative energy. You can sit back and do nothing or you can use the power of intention to move into a life that is more congruent with who you are. When you are positive, you are more likely to manifest your Heart's Desire. Being negative by perhaps saying, “I don't want that,” you actually bring to you what you don't want. Remember that what you intend for yourself, you intend for all. Remind yourself just how powerful you are; you are a powerful creator and manifestor. If you don't truly believe this, nothing will manifest. It's all up to you.


The continuing Soulstice energy will help dissolve wherever you are attached; anything or anyone that is contrary to your evolution; anything that is not Love is not your I AM. The Soulstice ended things and began things; especially relationships. Flow with this, whether it is you who ends or begins things or someone else ends or begins things (remember, we are One). Remind yourself that all is in Divine Order without the separate ego compulsion of wanting to heal, save or fix anything.


Be aware of how you feel; what you are no longer energetically attached to. The energies of the Soulstice help to dissolve anything that holds you back. Let it be. Being ultra-sensitive may also precipitate something very big as well. The Full Moon also empowered the energy of the Soulstice.
Trust; release fear. What do you fear? Fear holds you back in the old; fear blocks. Let go of your attachment to needing to know what is next. Trust that your next step will be revealed to you when you are ready for it. Follow your Heart's (Soul) Guidance. Act only when there is no fear or doubt within. However you perceive where you are, let it be, for you are forever loved and guided. Sometimes you wait; sometimes you act; what is important is that you listen.


There is no right way or wrong way; honor where you are in each Moment. If you find yourself mired in negativity, let it be, for everything shifts. Trusting the Divine Flow helps you move forward. As long as there is doubt or fear, there can be no movement forward. What needs to shift? If you know (it is what comes to mind immediately), shift it. “To what do I shift it to?” you ask. Shift the old pattern to Trust, even if you don't know what you are trusting. It is O.K. to be empty; it is O.K. to wait; you need not constantly act, for that is the old way. Anything you do not resonate with, feel inspired by or know it is an old belief or pattern, must go. It may be daunting to let so much go, yet it is necessary; all is replaced eventually with something more aligned with who you are now.


Be aware of how your Sensitivity is greater now. By the way, Sensitivity is not empathy. Empathy is a step to Sensitivity. And for goodness sake, don't label yourself an “empath.” This label for sure keeps you stuck, as any label does. Being more sensitive, you may notice that everything is more acute...your feelings, what you see and hear, your awakening to being more, seeing messages in every mundane circumstance...Source is waking you up more. Being more sensitive, you see how folks in your life are playing an old game. This all brings you to a choice to make. In fact, everything leads you to a decision. Most will choose to not make a decision, while others will choose to see what is in front of them and make a decision that propels them into the New.


You are growing and expanding spiritually. Everything you intend or think or say becomes manifest. Whatever you focus on is brought to your attention. Manifestation is neither good or bad; it is an energy that comes to you, based on what you're focused on. Manifestation is a way to clear the old from you or bring the New to you. If you keep saying, “I am poor,” all kinds of situations will be manifest from that thought. When you replace a thought continuously, you manifest that. If you continue to replace old thoughts with things that are empowering, eventually you manifest the new thought. Be aware of what you think and what you say; all thoughts and words are energy and energy creates.


The past does not have our answers; only this Moment does. Our own Soul, residing in the Heart, has our answers. The past does not make us who we are unless we believe the old lie. Focus on who you are now and who you are becoming. Honor yourself by following your Soul's Guidance. Let go of anything that lessens your Soulness. Let go of everything that is dysfuntional. Smile often; for no outside reason. Smile because you truly know who you are. Ask repeatedly, “Who am I?” What is the answer you receive?

This summer many planets are bass-ackwards making all of us jump thru emotional hoops, as if we have not already been doing that for months. Understand this dear ones, as you walk forward toward the three eclipses of 999 you will be at a juncture of soul.  The past months/ years for some/ have left many faltering dangerously close to leaving the earth, and some are ready to ditch the light. Many are so emotionally consumed they are one step away from falling into a very large all consuming black hole. The human biology listens to every single word and inner thought you have. On the outside you are Pollyanna, on the inside you are Eleanor Rigby ‘wearing a face you keep by the door.” Every thought is either a blessing or a curse. By your words you shall be known.


Love yourself for doing the very best you could in any given situation and forgive your self for everything else. Do not carry guilt’s from any time frame.  They burden you, and weigh you down keeping you from flight.  They block you from feeling, they keep you from loving, and they limit you from seeing your true light. Stand in these energies of Light as you walk through the shadowed corridors of your own mind.  Every instruct, every failure, every guilt ridden thought comes and points its finger out. The guilt outweighs the good and the soul grows heavy.


There has been so much sadness and disappointment that the human heart is weary and just cannot consume one more morsel of bad news. As you walk through your own inner thoughts that are cloaked in fear realize that they too are trying hard to become light. The only way you can move ahead is with the vibration of love.


Everything is changing and becoming very demanding. The universe is pulling your ear and twisting your arm trying to get your attention.   It is demanding that you listen with your true one heart.  You are so afraid to look at your beautiful self.  You busy yourself in relationships, in cleaning; you busy yourself in everything and anything just so you do not have to spend time in the inner sanctuary of your own soul. The secret place the silent witness lives. That which echoes  loudly, bouncing off old hurts and hates.


When one hears the beating of ones own heart a cadence is created bringing a library of cosmic truths that wish to be seen from a different angle of thinking. As we all dimensionally shift everything we knew as truth also shifts causing great havoc in our souls. For what was our truth is like quicksand as it sinks to the bottom of what seemed so structured and powerful.

This time of year has been a power point since I can remember. We sit in accordance with our own decrees getting ready for the rocket to leave the launch pad on the shores of self. The very heavens themselves line up as Sirius and the Pleiades and the belt of Orion tightens around our own inquiring energy field.


We feel the holiness pull us closer as the Christmas music begins. Issuing a decree that magic is in the air for the taking. The time-fields have shifted as had magnetic truths, our days and nights are manipulated by others as we seek to line up with the real time lines.


Trust what is in your heart not on the calendar that has been changed from human time beginning. Your inner rhythms seek to align with the other energies creating a harmony and resonance that has not been heard or felt for some time. Reality shifts and turns like a restless sleeper on a windy winter night. We look in the mirror trying to find a reflection that fits us in these changing times. We see only fractured fairy tales of the past, reflecting all of our learning’s and dramas.


We as light beings have traveled thru time and circumstance to this point in the galaxy bringing with us truths we have acquired and kept in our hearts for eons of time. We seed this glorious green living planet with both our trash and our treasures.


Within the molecular content of all of our creations lives a spark of Light. It is that spark of Light we set free starting this 11:11 until January 11, 2015. It is this spark of Light that we will rewrite into a program that will serve what we seek in our heart at this time on Earth. This holy season you will be granted a Christmas Wish via the whims and instructs of a loving Creator. Giving to you the perfect gift that will serve your highest good at this part of your Light and life.


Make room in your life and home for what seeks to grace your world. Open to all possibilities for the universe seeds your heart anew as you leave 2014. It gives to you instructs that will grant what you seek to know; Insights via whims and dreams as to the next point of your journey. The Courage to claim the mountains of self. Courage to go where angels fear to thread and the guts to keep on believing what you know in your heart to be true.

If you've felt like you've been losing it over the last few days (losing your temper/patience/marbles), or flip-flopping from inner crisis to outer explosion to inner calm to outer excitement you're not alone.

The Sun has found his mojo again with a series of M-class flares since last Thurs/Fri with the most powerful of those recorded today. I've caught myself thinking 'I can't have another coffee I'm still buzzing from the one this morning" only to realise I didn't have one in the morning! That's how solar energy can feel - like adrenalin rushing through you.

We've come to a time where push has turned to shove when it comes to being/doing that which is truly in alignment with our truth, our heart, and our most authentic feelings. This isn't necessarily about having grand epiphanies about why you're here - rather it is the day to day way you go about living life that is being pulled into sharp focus. When the day to day is clear, it tends to naturally lead you to whatever your 'big picture' path is.

I've found that I can no longer ignore those little (big) inner nudges that have been saying: close your eyes and have a few minutes at least of meditation time every day, drink more water, get to bed earlier, get into the appreciation/gratitude zone when you need to feel centered, and read things that you feel inspired by not agitated by. Those are all little things but accumulated over many weeks and months, they create the 'big picture' landscape of my health/clarity/energy flow/receptivity to higher guidance and so on.

What have your inner nudges been telling you lately? You might be feeling called to make some changes in your routine or diet, to add, change or delete some things off your schedule or daily menu. Write a list today of those things that have been tapping you on the shoulder, and commit to doing at least a few.

A short update on the energies

"As you have perhaps already noticed, you have already been carried far out to sea by these incoming energies, and as such, you may find yourself at a place that seems both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time, and rightly so. For even if you are indeed venturing out into virgin territory, you are also venturing further and further into you, and so, what may seem unsettling at times will soon grow into something more akin to a homecoming where you will sense the profound feeling of finally coming fully home to you. But as yet, you may still encounter some glimpses of yesteryear that may serve to unbalance you in such a way, you might think you have fallen prey to that old and unwanted companion, fear. But fear not, this is not what is happening, this can in many ways be likened to the rapid unspooling of an old film, where some of the frames may come into focus as the rest of the narrative disappears in a blur.

You see, many of your old imprints can still linger somewhere in your system, and so, they are apt to resurface in one form or the other at the most inopportune moment, so what you may take for retardation is simply a continuation of your advancement. For you are moving forwards at an ever increasing rate, and even if you still may stub your toe on some of these small fragments still cluttering up a corner or two, they are no longer part of your life, even if the very presence of them will ignite some of the old circuits and produce a ghostlike effect that may be similar to some of your old patterns and memories, but they are merely a mirage.

For you are no longer that person who used to BE these things, but still, they will seem to be more familiar than that new version of you you have still to get fully acquainted with. And so, your brain will resort to default mode, and focus on what it knows from before instead of seeing it for what it truly is, merely fragments of an old illusion passing by as you pass it on your way to that future you are already very much immersed within. For in this, it is simply  a case of parallel timelines, criss-crossing and intersecting in a way that may drive some of you to despair. For even if you in effect have already crossed over that border from the old to the new, you will still encounter some of these old segments, and they in turn will make you feel as if nothing at all has changed, and you are still stuck in that same old rut.

In addition, the vibrational memories these representatives of the former you will trigger will be even more unpalatable to your system than they were before, for as you moved out of the old energetic version of you, you also changed your vibrational frequency to such a degree, the old and far denser version of you will feel even more bothersome and indeed burdensome to your entire system. And so, we venture to guess that many of you have felt even more downcast and unable to lift your spirits than usual these last few days, and what we have discussed above is the simple answer to this. We know that this may not help to lift the burden per se, but this is the simple explanation for why many of you have felt even more removed from that wonderful world you have already gotten that first enlightened taste of. And so, you will cast about for an explanation, and this in itself may serve to entangle you even more in the old web you have in effect been released from, but that still manage to cast its spell on you if you let it.

Again, this is not to imply any form of criticism towards any of you, for we do know that these old energetic imprints still hovering around are not always easy to simply step away from, and so, what we want to convey is that this is one of those stages that needs to be endured in some way, and the understanding that this is just an echo of the past coming back to haunt you and not anything defined that needs to be sorted through and taken apart will hopefully be of some assurance to you all. You see, this will soon dissipate again, much like the morning mist obscuring the beautiful landscape you have arrived in, and it will not take long before you start to discern the details in this wondrous landscape yet again. For you have all in some way gotten a glimpse of this promised land, and so the return of these ghostlike fragments of yore can be a heavy blow to many of you. You see, having something with which to compare these burdensome memories with can be far more challenging than actually living the kind of life that engendered all of these energetic imprints in the first place. For now, you will literally see them in a very new light, and you will experience them through a body who has already grown accustomed to more lighter and brighter spheres than the one you used to inhabit. And so, even a lingering trace of the old smell can be enough to knock you flat out, gasping for air, feeling as if your lungs have been squeezed completely shut by the pressure from all of this old density.

Again, that is understandable, but again, this is not an actual part of your old life returning, merely an energetic imprint of it, masquerading as reality. And so, what you see is not what you will get, but still, it may feel as if you have been fully immersed in all of the old goo again, and the prospect of having to try to pull yourself out of this old morass once again can feel more than impossible to some of you. But that is just the case here, you do not have to DO anything at all with all of these old fragments, they will simply dissipate one by one, like even the foulest of smells will sooner or later cease to exist. And in the interim, all you have to do, is to try to focus beyond these smoldering mirages of old and intrusive memories, and set your sight on the bright light that will always be there around the edges of these chimeras.

You see, these seemingly dark and threatening clouds cannot drench you or make you lose your footing completely, they can at best just make you wobble a little bit before you once again feel the unending support carrying you aloft, in every sense of the word. For by now, your wondrous planet has regained her momentum, and she will be there for you – literally every step of the way. For whenever you feel the pressure from these old and lingering traces of yesteryear pushing you down, just give them a mighty push back by grounding yourself firmly in the forever stable foundation you now walk upon, the very ground beneath your feet that will never give out, nor fail to give you that push you might need to lift your spirit above this seemingly dense covering of threatening clouds. For they are not solid, they are merely the last traces of the wisps of smoke that used to cover your entire world. But now, in addition to the all-powerful light streaming in from above, you also have the full support from below, in the form of that ever present vibration that your greatest ally, your Mother Earth is sending out a steady supply of, 24/7, no matter where you reside and no matter how thick the fog around your head may seem.

For nothing can push you down and into that old rut, for you will find purchase and sustenance from both above and below now, and as such, these two forces will both serve to bring you even further up and away from these old remnants, these old ruins of your former self. For remember, this is not you any longer, it just looks, tastes and even feels so familiar, it can be more than understandable that anyone can mistake these old illusions as part of your new reality. But they are not, and you will soon learn to distinguish between the two as more and more of the air will become clear again.

For you have entered a phase where the quickening of the energies will once again serve to remove you even more from these old “hazards” seemingly choking up the stream and restricting your forward momentum, and one by one, you will find yourself once again in the full glare of the Sun, delighting in the fresh air and taking in your brand new surroundings. Again, it is not your task to clear away all of this debris, it will simply dissipate all by itself, and all you have to do, is not let your head get lost in this fog, but let you heart lead you to once again focus in the right direction, in the direction where the light is the strongest. And if you also remember to allow yourself to receive that help you can get by connecting deeply with your own Mother Earth, you will feel a mighty but friendly shove in the back that will also help you to get our from this at times seemingly tangled mass.

So again we say know that all is well and you will soon find yourself floating rapidly ahead in the middle of this mighty river of light, and this river will not stop, nor will it leave you behind, for you are indeed truly ONE by now. So cherish this ride, for it is one you will never forget, and do not get downcast if you still find some small particles of debris bobbing up around you. For they will not be able to take the pressure from the light that is amassing on all sides of you now, and sooner than you think they too will truly be a thing of the past. For you are moving rapidly away from everything that used to be you, and so, you are more than ready to say goodbye to any and all traces of that former version of you that will no longer serve any purpose at all in this, the new world, where all you will find, are brand new beginnings."

We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of The Gabriel Messages to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day to our busy lives.

For this week’s issue we are receiving Angelic support to look at life from an expanded perspective.

The Gabriel Message card for this week:

    Bask in the wonder of life. Go deep, soar high. Follow your love and the joy of fulfillment will be yours.

This is one of my all-time favorite messages. It often just makes me want to sigh — a feeling inside that says, Ahhhh.  My senses flood with awe when I am in Nature and the clear  wonder I feel at the Beauty all around me.

And then there are those days when something dark from the outside world has come to my attention. At those times that “wonder” becomes more like me wondering how can something good come out of any such situation so horrific.

I truly believe that from a soul’s perspective, there is always a benevolent outcome. Perhaps the good may come from the accelerated learning experience the soul derives from what appears to be tragic from a human level. Most often it is beyond my understanding, and I have to come back to Faith. Maybe this is what it means when the message says to “go deep.” Perhaps when I find that place of deep awareness and connection to Source energy, that alone can clarify the confusion the darkness of such situations engender.

We live in a world of brilliant polarity during these evolutionary times. The challenge for me is to learn to keep my emotions balanced so I don’t go down the trail of being shocked at the darkness, because for me the next step from that is fear. When I can stay in equanimity, I recognize that as the power of Divine Light is flooding the planet, it is pushing to the surface all that is not in harmony with the higher frequencies. I know the discordant vibrations are here to be released. I tell myself, “they are leaving.” When I engage with darkness that I see, it only gives it more power. And I end up a quivering mass on the floor…

How much more resourceful it is for me to come back to a Higher Truth and resonate with the fact that God exists in all circumstances. That reminds me to claim Well-being for myself and all beings, anchoring more love in my heart so Love will be the radiance I am emanating, not fear. If I take the time, it is even more powerful to do this exercise with my spine against a tree. The presence and alignment of that strong and steady being fills me again with the true wonder that nourishes and sustains me. From this place, my heart can open to the many more miraculous possibilities that are here for us in these new times.

We are here to bring so much Divine Light into our lives that it transmutes the darkness. One person anchoring Light affects hundreds of thousands of people. The millions of people who are banishing the darkness with their Light are making a difference, and the consciousness of the Earth is truly evolving in wondrous ways.

The gift of this new life awakening on the planet now is that when we are willing to open up to the true Wonder that is available on Earth during this momentous time, we can transform and change what we see with the power of Divine Light. And that fills me with wonder.

Dear One,

Life is a special gift from God, filled with infinite beauty. Your appreciation and gratitude for this beauty brings forth a new dimension of love within you. Take the time to pursue beauty. Find one flower and look with wondrous eyes upon this divine miracle. Notice the grace of a tree, the strength of its trunk, the power of the root system diving deep into the ground, and the play of the leaves in the sunlight. Put your arms around a tree and take a moment to sense the life force pulsing inside. This slow steady pulse will soothe and calm you in times of upset. Try sitting with your back against a tree and feel the peace grow within you. Listen to the songs of birds. They sing for the pure joy of it. This is nature in all its glory, and nature will always remind you of the beauty and wonder of Spirit.

Nature is one of the easiest ways to bask in the wonder of life. Just being aware of the miraculous occurrences in nature will stir the life force within you. There will be a reminder of times when you were a child and wonder lived at the forefront of your awareness. When you do this, your life takes on new meaning, a specialness.

Go deep within the feelings that connect you with Spirit. Be aware that you are a child of a benevolent Universe. Know that you are guided and protected by the Angels, and that who you are has great value to the world.

Soar high, and experience the incredible possibilities available to you at every moment. Anything is possible. Miracles are the natural state of being in the universe. Do not limit yourself by thinking you can’t do what is important to you. Take the time to let your guardian Angel show you how you can accomplish all your dreams. In your meditation ask for this. You deserve to have that which makes you happy in your life.

Life is not meant to be a painful struggle without hope. Allowing new possibilities to play on the perimeters of your consciousness will begin the process of opening to full miracles. It is a process of allowing. It takes willingness to have your life be happier and more satisfying, even if you don’t know how to do it. This willingness allows the forces of the universe to work for you. Allow yourself to open to miracles and to wondrous joy and gratitude for all that is available to you right now. Call on your Angelic presence to open the way to the miracles you deserve.

Gemini ushers in a lighter, more playful energy. It is the Child on the Karmic Wheel, care free and detached, alert and curious, gathering information and telling imaginative stories, playing with new characters & different expressions of Truth. It is time to lighten up and breathe in the fresh air of Spring and know that Summer is coming. 

Energetically, we've been through a process akin to the caterpillar-to-butterfly transformation and we must pause so our wings can fully open & activate. We have a moment (1-month) to get acclimated to our new, different, lighter form, as well as the new functions that we are capable of, those things we may have previously considered an impossible and far-off dream.  

As you awaken or open to who and where you are now, there is a lot to take in. Wiggle your toes, stretch, breathe deeply, and give gratitude for another chance to fulfill your potential and experience Life. This month is so supported to assimilate all that you've learned & earned in the last 3-6-9-12 years. Release the non-essential and outdated. Look at EVERYTHING with open, innocent eyes seeing for the very first time, with wonder & awe! You've come a long way, changed form completely and been reborn in to a whole new realm of possibilities.

"...Snowden said his desire to return to his homeland is foremost in his mind. “I don’t think there’s ever been any question that I’d like to go home,” he said.

But asked whether he would make a deal to return, Snowden said: “My priority is not about myself. It’s about making sure that these programs are reformed — and that the family that I left behind, the country that I left behind — can be helped by my actions.”

The United States charged Snowden with theft and two counts of espionage after he revealed the breadth of National Security Agency surveillance programs, including the bulk collection of telephone and Internet data from Americans.

The interview with Williams was conducted in Moscow last week after months of preparation and is Snowden’s first with a U.S. television network. Snowden maintained that the surveillance programs violated the Constitution on an enormous scale, and he said that he acted to serve his country.

“Had that not happened, had the government not gone too far and overreached, we wouldn’t be in a situation where whistleblowers were necessary,” he said.

Speaking of his own decision to leak the information and flee the country, he said, “I think it’s important to remember that people don’t set their lives on fire, they don’t say goodbye to their families — actually pack up without saying goodbye to their families — they don’t walk away from their extraordinary — extraordinarily comfortable lives — I mean, I made a lot of money for a guy with no high school diploma — and, and, and burn down everything they love for no reason.”...."

Greetings dear ones, we come once again to guide you in whatever ways we can, but you must always remember that enlightenment is your mission, your journey, and your choice. There are still some who choose to do nothing while awaiting a savior in the form of a man, book, tool, event, or galactic. This reflects an old belief system--separation from Source and the need for something outside of oneself to be "saved".

Your savior is within you, dear ones--always has been and always will be-- it is what you already are. Your Savior has been resting quietly within, awaiting recognition lifetime after lifetime through the good and not so good experiences of life lived in duality and separation. There comes a point in everyone's spiritual journey when they are finally evolved enough to recognize and embrace the truth about themselves. Issues of life that seemed important then begin to fade into the nothingness that they are and the individual no longer feels the need to look outside of Himself. He begins to seek within to his own Divine essence for guidance and discovers that he is that which he has been seeking--the long hidden secret, dear ones.

Arcturian Group wishes to speak of love as the essence of spiritual growth. Love is the realization of and the activities that flow from an attained awareness of ONE in which everything and everyone exists. In the third dimensional belief system of duality and separation, love (Oneness) is always interpreted in a personal way depending upon the individual state of consciousness--the energetic connections of oneness between people thus are sometimes good and sometimes bad. Love is the Universal Oneness of all within an Omnipresent Divine Consciousness ever expressing Itself in infinite form and variety.

As the realization of oneness awakens within an individual, it begins to appear in the outer as peace, joy, understanding, and cooperation, those qualities that make life enjoyable--the activities of many within the ONE. As you observe a world of strife and war, know that what you are seeing is the manifestation of impersonal universal duality/separation consciousness which has no Divine law to hold any of it in place.

Illusion is how the world has been seen and interpreted. The earth (Gaia) not an illusion as many have thought, but is a living Soul. Anything you can see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a material interpretation of its spiritual reality. You may say; "Is war a spiritual reality?" War is the outer manifestation of the consciousness of separation which will change as more and more awaken into the realization of oneness. The spiritual Light of an awakening world is bringing to surface and illuminate much that heretofore has been kept in the shadows. It may seem as though personally and globally things are worse, but everything that is old and finished is being exposed by your Light dear ones, in order that it may be cleared and released. You are changing world consciousness simply by living, moving, and having your being in the truth of who you really are. As individual and global Consciousness of oneness (love) grows, it automatically transforms the appearances of discord into cooperation and peace, whether it be in family relationships or in the world.

It is important to understand that your oneness with Divine Consciousness constitutes your oneness with completeness--your good. This may manifest outwardly as closure to those things you no longer resonate with--people, lifestyles, or activities. Anything that no longer resonates with your energy may cease to be a part of your life because it does not represent completeness for you. This is why we urge you not to try and hold on to anything that is finished, no matter how well it may of served you in the past. All are moving into new places of energy and enlightenment which in turn will manifest outwardly in new forms. Be prepared for change, for evolution will always manifest as change.

As you see and interact with all other life forms, you interact with yourself for there is only One, One, One, and therefore that which you do to another, say to another, give to another you do for yourself, see? This is the origin of Karma and is how it works until an individual is able to move into a more evolved state of consciousness where he no longer needs the difficult and painful lessons of karma but instead is able to be taught from within.

This message of Oneness has been given by masters throughout time but has always been lost through the ms-interpretation of un-enlightened followers who would teach others their limited and less evolved concepts of the original message. This has been reflected in the many "holy wars" throughout history and even now. Whenever pure teachings are organized, the deeper truths are always lost through the actions of those who join and begin to present their own concepts of the original teachings. The belief that one needs someone, some organization , or some tool in order to spiritually grow is false and obsolete and will keep you locked into separation. Your church is within you, dear ones.

Oneness (love) is the law, the reality, and the truth but this realization may cause confusion for those comfortable within their established belief system. Truth can be accepted and lived or not, but truth itself changes not. There are many spiritually ready living in resistance--having to move forward the hard way by getting "wake up calls". Others are suddenly "getting it", having prepared themselves in other lifetimes. There are also those who fully awakened in other lifetimes and are now choosing to be on earth in order to assist an awakening world.

It is a time of great change for all. Everyone, whether aware of it or not, is feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally the intense energy pouring onto earth and bringing with it the release of all that is finished personally and globally. The new and higher energies of Light are causing many to rethink their beliefs and some with no understanding of what is taking place, are tempted to panic.

You can help those tempted to fear and panic to open to the bigger picture--NOT that you become "missionaries" but that you simply throw out seeds of truth to those receptive. Never force the deeper truths on to another, thinking you are helping them for they may not yet be ready and your actions can easily become exercises of personal ego--the mistake many have made in the past and still make.

As you observe the efforts of those who would keep the world in lack, chaos, and war, know that there is no law to support or sustain these appearances and that all are in and of the One even though unaware of it. How often do you pray for your enemies, dear ones, or do you pray only for "victims"?

There is only ONE and this realization is Love and the secret of life you have sought for so long, lifetime after lifetime, symbolized as the search for the Holy Grail. You are now ready to grasp and live this Divine secret, and in so doing will see the change you desire.

Be the light, be the way, be the truth--a reality that not only refers to one man 2000 years ago.

I am here today to give you all a piece of news. This is something that you can take to sleep with you and to dream with in your waking hours. It is something that you can share with others you come in contact with. It is that there is a freedom bell that will be tolling for everyone who chooses to listen in the next few months. It is something that will tell those who understand what it is saying that there is an end to the old way of being on this planet and the beginning of the new freedom that has been promised for so long. It is a freedom that so many are beginning to accomplish in their own lives and as that happens it washes out into the rest of the world.

As you begin to see and feel this freedom you will realize that it is definitely something that you haven’t even felt the absence of in your lives. You will realize that the words of freedom that were given to you through the schools, history and the internet’s early days have been only words, with no truth behind them. You will realize that the true freedom is far beyond what you have been living, in lifetime after lifetime. You will also realize that there is a coming time when the freedom you will be living may bring with it an outpouring of good deeds that will fill certain people with instances in their lives that may bring on some feelings of distrust. That is because the freedom these deeds represent isn’t something that has been lived in their lifetime, only been promised in an empty and untrusting way.

Those days are over. The times for believing in oneself are now radiating out to humanity in a way that brings the truth of the words to a new perspective. They are going to see the reality that is coming for them, and they will realize that they are the only ones who can set it in place for them within their beingness. Then it will shine forth out to the rest of the world. The people around them will tune in and recognize their own freedom that lives within, and they will bring it forward to be another example to the rest of humanity.

Yes, that is the way it works dear one. It is the example you present to the others that makes a difference not only in your world, but also in theirs, once they see how it accomplishes in their world their own example of the treasure that they hold. It is a wondrous thing to see the people of this world set in place their newness of the energies that have been available to them for so long. They are now beginning to listen to the voice within, rather than the voices that came to them from outside of them. They are seeing that there is no more powerful example than the one you produce from within yourself, no matter how it looks from the outside. The power will create anything that comes from within.

When you realize what that means in your life, you know that it is the answer that you already have as to why your life is the way it is. You will see that your thoughts and feelings vibrate with your actions. In that way you will begin to see how to create a world in which you live the wondrous desires and feelings that you are in harmony with and that reverberate throughout the rest of life on earth. You will also see how it also affects the rest of the life in this universe and beyond.

It is a time of truth, my dear ones, more powerfully than ever before you are in the midst of creating the wondrous examples of what you are capable of. You are in the process of releasing the fear-based movements, and replacing them with the Love-based, free-flowing of the world in the best way you can think of, and beyond. With every thought you have of the utmost freedom, love and creativity you have in expression with the power within, you will see the beginning of the expansion of that ability.

I take my leave in this moment from this reminder of who you are and what you can do. You can let it soften within your heart and then let it increase in power for what you see that you can accomplish. There will be a time when we will all be back in touch with each other in a way that knows no boundaries. Till then, know that I, and all of the others who have been communicating with you, are but a second of time away from you. You are the power that brings that recognition to all of us. Our reunion is imminent. I am here in Love and gratefulness for this journey that you are about to bring to a close as you then flow into the new journey that includes us all together in the Oneness of us all.

"All are One. You all know that, you accept it as a basic fact or concept, and then you dismiss it from your minds as you go about your daily affairs. But you need to make it a part of yourselves, an aspect of yourselves that you carry in your conscious awareness at all times, otherwise it remains as meaningless to you as any field of study of which you have only vague knowledge and that holds no interest for you; an idea that is unimportant and is therefore readily dismissed and forgotten.

The fact that all are One is an aspect of Reality that you cannot afford to dismiss off-handedly, and as of no interest, while you go about your daily routines. Awareness of it needs to be an important and distinctive characteristic of your personal field of sentient consciousness. If you shut it out of your awareness then you are putting yourselves on auto-pilot, allowing your egos to rule your attitudes and behaviors, as the real You, the eternal part that is One with Source takes a nap. Then later, maybe, it becomes apparent that something strange has happened and you find yourself struggling with issues and conflicts that are quite disturbing, and wondering what could have caused them.

Then ego suggests to you that nothing untoward has happened that it cannot cope with on your behalf, so you bury the cares that disturbed you in your unconscious, that vast dump where so much junk, gathered and disposed of over the years, festers and grows rancid. But eventually that junk dump is going to make its presence felt, and you will have to deal with it. In fact for many of you now, all that buried and denied garbage is blasting its way into your awareness causing you considerable discomfort.

When you find yourselves experiencing long forgotten painful memories just allow them to flow, like the weather they will pass, do not judge them or yourselves, but if you find yourselves unable to resist doing so, then forgive yourselves afterwards. Remind yourselves yet again that the environment that you appear to inhabit is illusory, as are all the pain, sufferings, conflicts, and betrayals. You are, and always will be, the beloved children of God created perfect – not your bodies which are basically ego-driven vehicles in which you are riding – and therefore remaining eternally perfect. Those memories, however painful, are part of the games of separation that you have been playing, and are unreal. When you awaken they will be gone.

However, while you remain within the illusory world of distrust, suffering, and betrayal, forgiveness is your steadfast and constant ally. Practice it, become adept. Your ego’s shrill protests that you either need to feel intense guilt for what you have done, or that you need to be recognized and compensated for wrongs done to you are distractions that attempt to divert you from your path to awakening. Reality is a state in which only Love is present, and by forgiving you divest yourselves of all that is in opposition to It, of all the judgments and anxieties to which you are clinging in fear and anger, thus clearing your hearts so that Love may enter.

When ancient issues, long since buried and only faintly remembered, seem to overwhelm you remind yourselves that they are coming up for release, and not as a punishment for bad behavior to fill you with guilt. Feelings of unworthiness, for instance, that you use as a cloak or veil under which to hide because you believe that Love, God, your Father would reject or shame you if you entered into His presence. Ask your friends in the spiritual realms – whoever is your favorite saint, angel, guide, or mentor – to help you to feel the field of Love in which you are eternally held safe and secure. When you ask for this, when you seek to know that you are dearly loved, you release some of the blocks to Love and allow It to flow through you once again bringing you peace and certainty of your divine connection. It is a bit like aerating stagnant water to refresh and revitalize it. However, allowing Love to flow through your hearts, even if only temporarily as you take a break from your feelings of guilt and unworthiness, is far more uplifting and invigorating.

The distractions of the illusion consistently draw your attention to all that is unloving – distrust, deceit, corruption, hardship, etc. – and when you focus there fear and helplessness can easily overwhelm you. But you are coming Home, you are going to awaken into Reality; it is inevitable, unavoidable, and for that give thanks, and then focus your attention there, tell yourself: “I am going to awaken!” Deep within yourself you do know this, so to reaffirm it is a most valuable exercise in preparation for this inevitable, imminent, and awesome event.

You are dearly loved, you always have been, and you always will be. However, momentarily, the truth of that eludes you, and so we in the spiritual realms are constantly reminding you, bringing that truth back into your awareness through myriad channeled messages, and by giving you a loving squeeze when you make contact with us during your periods of prayer, contemplation, or meditation.

You have not been abandoned, left alone, forgotten. That could never happen. But you have allowed yourselves to become very deeply immersed in the unreal and nightmarish world of the illusion, and it is from that you are to awaken. Forgiveness is an essential part of your awakening process because it frees you of the guilt and shame with which you have so heavily burdened yourselves, giving you the courage and the desire to turn towards the Light instead of feeling afraid of it and turning away to avoid rejection.

Fear of rejection is a major aspect of the illusion with which many of you are dealing almost constantly, and within the illusion you do experience it. However, like all aspects of the illusion it is unreal! You are all divine beings eternally and infinitely loved and embraced by God, and that can never change. So turn towards the Light which will never reject you, wake up, and rejoice in the wonder of knowing yourselves once more as you truly are.

"Mankind has for a very long time harboured great hopes for the future, and even if this hope may seem to be extinguished in a great majority of your fellow men, nothing could be further from the truth. For in each and every single soul on this planet lies that same dormant seed that you have managed to bring into life, and so, within each and every single soul on this planet lies the same possibility to evoke that dream into life. For you are made of the same stuff as the stars as we have told you over and over again, and so, within your very core lies all of the building blocks you will ever need to make that dream come into fruition. And even if you may think yourself outnumbered in such a way, your dreams have few chances to make it all the way to become reality, it is in fact the opposite that is true. For even if so much of what you see around you seems to be pointing towards a scenario of wars and famine, death and destruction, either by mankind’s own weapons or by mankind’s ignorance and greed, this is merely a small piece of what is truly surrounding you.

For what you see, is just the surface, and this surface bears so many old scars in addition to all of the recent fractures and lesions, but underneath that surface lies all of the true value that this entire planet holds. For underneath all of these inflicted battle wounds beats a steady and strong heart, filled with love and understanding, ready to be filled with even more light than it has been capable of receiving already. And we are not only referring to every single individual on this planet, we are also referring to everything else that exists here, and indeed, your very own home amongst the stars, your Mother Earth. For this is no longer a place made for dramas being played out in all of their simple mindedness driven from fear, this is in actual fact a place made for the resurrection of the light, the resurrection of the love that lies there waiting to be rediscovered.

For this is what you all brought with you from the very first time you came to be here on these shores, this inner gem, this crystalline form of living light that is contained within your physical frame. But mankind has tried very hard to forget this inner source of light, and it has been trained to forget this inner source of light by beings that held it as their higher truth that their best interests weighed heavier than mankind’s. And so, that inner core of light has been obscured by layer upon layer of soot and grime as you have collectively been pushed further and further into the shadows. But the truth could not be suppressed, nor extinguished, and that is why all of you stand here today, washed clean of so much of all of these obscuring sediments of fear, ready and willing to let that inner light blast out in full force as you once again stand poised to receive another huge blast of cleansing light. Light that will enable any few remaining grains of dirt to be washed away from the shining surface of that inner you, the resplendent one, the one that has finally allowed itself to be acknowledged, and as such, has allowed itself to fully come out into the light in order to make that inner light fully visible to all.

Again, we speak in convoluted terms, but what we are saying is simply this: fear not that mankind has passed a corner that will take them further down into those old dungeons of despair you only know too well from before, for this is not what is taking place now. For even if the so-called leaders of the world seem to be rattling their sabers in a way that has not been done since the last time you lived through a stage entitled the cold war, you are not about to return to the sins of your fathers. You are in actual fact abut to return to the light of your fathers, those forbears of yours that came here in the infancy of your Earth, when man was only but a figment of imagination, and all of the rest was the same. For even if those still clinging on to the old once again are raising their voices in fury and in fear, they will not be able to override the vast amount of loving light that is already washing on to your shores, and even if they try all they can, they cannot drown this light no matter how much fear they can manage to drum up both by their actions and by their words. For their powers are feeble, and they can only resort to their age-old weapons, weapons that by now are becoming more and more obsolete as more and more people start to look into their heart and find that glimmer of hope that has always been there.

Yes, you will still see many exhibiting the symptoms of still ignoring this call from within, and you will also see many, many signals of the same if you continue to search through that cesspit of so-called information that you are being served each and every second by your media. But if you look elsewhere, if you look into yourself, and if you look into the heart of anyone you might come across, we are more than certain that you will see the real truth there. For therein lies that same glittering crystal of light that lies within all, and even inside the ones so filled with fear that it seems to leave room for nothing else is there more than enough space to contain this small container of light, the light that will seem to explode outwards in a huge burst of love as soon as that inner light is allowed to fully connect with all the other light currently existing on this planet.

For make no mistake, even if the shadows are clearly visible all around you, they are in fact so because the light quotient has literally skyrocketed during this last short period of time, and as such, the distance from the outside light and into that inner seed of light has never been shorter, no matter what the noises of discontent will try to say. For this distance has shrinked in such a way, it will not take much of an effort to make it disappear altogether, and again, this is all because of you.

For you are the ones that started on this journey when the distance to that inner light was as long and arduous and as convoluted as it could possibly be, but you managed to traverse it, through the densest of forests, through the highest of passes, through the driest of deserts and over the iciest of plains, and you made it – all the way in. And as you entered that inner sanctum of yours, you also negated that old verdict that mankind would never be able to tear itself away from that inner prison they had created. And as you entered, the thick prison walls around all of your fellow men started to crumble, bit by bit, one grain at the time at first, but as you managed to start to ignite that flame within your heart, these old prison walls became thinner and thinner in everyone else also. For you have reached the source of your hope, and you have found sustenance there, and this in turn has enabled you to open up more and more to these incoming energies in a way that has helped to fuel not only your flight, but everyone else’s too. And as you have struggled and toiled to free yourself from all of the old inhibitions, for every binding thread you have severed, you have done so for all of mankind, and for this, we cannot thank you enough. For your struggle has not been just for you, it has been for All, and as such, this solitary journey you have traveled towards your own inner light has brought every single soul on this planet closer to theirs, and now, the distance between them and their light is no more than a heartbeat away. Granted, on the outside it looks as if there are more than enough armoured steel still separating the two than any missile of light could ever hope to penetrate, but again, that is very much a part of the old illusion.

So again we say that you are all pioneers, but as you have ventured where no man has gone before, you have in fact brought all of mankind’s hopes and dreams with you, and as you have succeeded in bringing yourself ever closer to the light, you have also succeeded in bringing all of those hopes and dreams ever closer to becoming reality. And now, you are about to bring it all just that much closer. For there is still much work to do, but you have to remember that even if this at times seems to be a lonely and unrewarding journey through the wilderness, it is in actual fact a huge wave of humanity pushing ever closer into tomorrow as you walk side by side, further and further into the light. So even if you feel exhausted and ignored by those around you, and that all of your hard work seems to fall on barren soil, it is not.

For as you go about your daily life, you keep on bringing in ever more light, not only into your being, but into this whole world, and now, this light will start to push on even more buttons in those around you, making that separation between the incoming light and that inner, still dormant light less and less. And we would not be surprised if you can already see the results from this sequence of ignition lighting up the light in some unexpected places and in hearts in all levels of society. For remember, even if someone has been chosen to hold an office that entails having power over other people’s lives, it does not mean that theirs is a heart permanently closed to the light. Far from it, and in this, we are expecting many of you to start to see the truth in the very near future.

23rd & 24th April 2014: Cardinal Grand Cross: Oppositional Angst by Sarah Varcas

Earlier today I was talking about the square aspects which form the outer barrier of the current Cardinal Cross. Now I want to add in the oppositions, that is, the two internal diagonal lines, to provide the ‘filling’ so to speak! (You can see the chart for the Grand Cross here)

So how do they play into all this? Well… in a sense they provide the ultimate answer, because oppositions show us where we need to adjust within ourselves in order to more fully embrace all that we are. The energy of an opposition is most often experienced in and through our relationships. Its qualities exist fully within us and yet, because they consist of opposing forces, we deal with it by projecting one end of the opposition onto someone else. So, for example, we perceive ourselves to be patient so we project our impatience outward and find ourselves surrounded by frustrated and judgmental people whose presence in our life increasingly becomes a burden. Or we identify with being a ‘doer’, a go-getter who takes charge and makes things happen, and we project our ‘lazy slob’ onto others and criticise them for their lack of commitment and inactivity. In essence, an opposition reveals where we contradict ourselves and contain paradox, and challenges us to own and express that paradox fully without needing to dissociate ourselves from part of it in order to feel acceptable (to ourselves or other people).

A further way we manage oppositional energy is to swing from one extreme to the other. In this case we express both extremes at different times, and yet still cannot contain them both in a state of dynamic tension which enables us to be fully who we are. As we swing to one end of the spectrum the other is ignored, denied or projected. As we swing back we do the opposite and so on. We can spend a lifetime swinging to and fro on an opposition, but far better that we wake up and recognise what’s really going! The inherent task of an opposition is to develop the self-awareness necessary to recognise that we can be two very different things and still be one person; that human nature contains all manner of contradictions and that acceptance of this fact can enable us to get along a whole lot better, not only with other people but, most importantly, with ourselves.

So when under the influence of a Grand Cross we have two very powerful oppositions in progress, challenging us to embrace our paradoxical nature, recognise our inner contradictions and spot when we’re polarising our psyche by identifying with only part of it and projecting the rest onto our environment in some way. If, for example, we increasingly find ourselves criticising others over certain things that we’re very clear are something we ‘would never do in a million years!’, we should begin to hear some alarm bells ringing! We may just have more in common with them than we would like to admit. Or we may be focusing upon their failings as a way to feel better about ourself or avoid some of our own glaring issues that we’d prefer to ignore! Likewise, if one minute we feel and think one thing and then the next we’ve done an about-turn and everything looks completely different, we may just need to accept that both options are possible but a blend of the two may be more conducive to inner peace and self-acceptance!

Whilst the squares I spoke about earlier today require that we take action and deal with issues presented by our environment, the oppositions demand that we make adjustments within ourselves in order to rectify imbalances in our relationship with others. If we can manage both at the same time we unlock the doors to exponential change in ourselves and our lives!

With the current oppositions existing between Uranus (radical freedom) & Mars (assertiveness and aggression), and Jupiter (expansion) & Pluto (power issues & deep transformation), we may well be facing challenges to our freedom or others agitating for theirs, angry outbursts, suppressed emotions bubbling to the surface to create unrest, and/or unexpected occurrences which give rise to a whole new order of existence. If so, it is vital to remember that inner adjustment is as important as dealing with the external manifestations of change. Attitude counts for so much when dealing with oppositional energies. A willingness to recognise that the world is never as polarised as we may like to think, and everyone is a seething mass of contradictions and paradoxes which make life increasingly complex until we can more peacefully accept that fact, will go a long way to making these times more manageable and less fractious for all concerned!

Indeed, if we can look within and see ourselves for exactly who we are, warts and all, right now, accepting it all with an open mind and a peaceful heart, the insights available at this time could change our life in the blink of an eye. The Grand Cross reminds us that no pointed finger will ever lead us to the truth unless it is pointed back at ourselves, gently and with a compassionate heart, ready to embrace the whole world as self and self as the whole wide world.

"What energy and experiences can we expect this month?


As far as the collective energy goes, this is a holy month and a sacred time.  Regardless of any religion or practices, there is a sense that the energy is particularly sacred, holy and reverent at this time.  This does not necessarily mean that you need to be quiet, but you are being drawn to deeper spiritual truths and a stronger connection to Spirit. 

It will be important that each of you, in your own way, has a strong spiritual practice this month.  There is a deeper spiritual connection available for humanity.  The planet itself has a higher capacity to support spiritual connection because so many of you have gone through Enlightenment and enough of you have been learning your big life lessons and developing a higher capacity for Love.  This means that all of you can have stronger intuition, more powerful connections with one another and more expansive experiences with Love now than ever before on Planet Earth.  This month, the spiritual connection so many of you have been building in your personal lives will become a collective energy.  It is as if it comes online and becomes available after being built for so long. 

This month, you will find intense spiritual activity.  If you are feeling overwhelmed, slow down and develop a spiritual practice that helps you feel grounded and quiet inside.  If you are not feeling overwhelmed, you can take your spirituality into a more invigorating place.  Try new things, and expand your practices to include something more challenging.  For instance, if you have always done a certain kind of meditation, try something that is more challenging for you.  If you have always shied away from certain topics or conflicts in your loving relationships, try to address some of those things now.  Try to manage your relationships, your work, your physical body, and every aspect of your life from a place of higher spiritual truth.  Commit to doing what is really right for you at the higher level, rather than what is right for you in the short term or from a smaller perspective.


Are there certain activities that will help us harness the energy of this month?

Meditation will be particularly useful this month.  It is important that you have some exercise that helps you be quiet within yourself and able to sense yourself as something greater than just your thoughts and your emotions.  Anything that helps you do this, including prayer, chanting, singing or meditation will be beneficial. 

Another activity that will be very beneficial this month is to participate in group spirituality.  Consider attending church, attending yoga class, joining a group for meditation or spiritual discussion, or other such activities.  All group endeavors take on a special power this month, especially activities that help you look at spiritual truths.  Group dynamics are important this month and developing a group energy will be more powerful this month than it usually is.

While the energy this month is about connecting to Spirit, and connecting to Spirit ultimately happens for you as an individual, the way you share that with others takes on a special meaning this month.  As long as you are tending to your individual spirituality, then pursue group activities that help enhance your individual spirituality... "

Data Mining Reveals How Conspiracy Theories Emerge on Facebook

My response:

Great article.  I do know for a fact that some of the things I once believed turned out not to be true, but were certainly plausible, considering the extenuating circumstances. Similarly, as mentioned in the article, I believe some conspiracy theories “may well be truths that have been deliberately suppressed by higher powers such as governments, corporations and so on.” Yet we seem to have a media blackout in the US, where certain types of news stories are seldom if ever headline mainstream news, and can only be found on line. Meanwhile those same stories are being broadcast in mainstream news in other countries. Or maybe my whole perspective is a conspiracy theory.

More likely we are bombarded with a constant and confusing array of “news” or at least information that is “disinformation”, which is not flat-out lies but truths artfully blended with a generous smattering of lies, leaving one perplexed, unable to detect truth or b.s. because our inner compass detects both. Plus we tend to want to believe what supports our own version of the “truth”.

Fortunately I don’t get my conspiracy theory items from FB, as I have trusted sources I am more comfortable with, or I  try to flush out the original source, if I can, and see if it resonates with me. I’m also not out to debate theories, I simply offer information to be considered with an open mind. And an open mind generally will adapt its perspective when new reliable information comes to light. (Ah, but who determines what is reliable? It is all subjective, this “reality” that brings no consensus). I think the only thing we know for sure is that none of us know it all.

I’m hoping that when we cross over, we will finally have all our unanswered questions resolved. I, for one, am dying to know where all those dryer socks end up! ;-)
