Return To Your Truth: WOW ... What an intense Mass Meditation Saga! ... [Your Debrief - What We Did]

I think Goddess Gaia really was proud of us last night. This is partly because on more than one occasion, I (and I'm sure many of YOU) felt her! 2-3 times her feminine energy was suddenly 'bubbling up' and /or she 'came up & gasped for air'. Meaning ... something else lifted & she could BREATHE again, or at least a lot more than she could before. The 144k worked very aggressively on: shutting down many dark rituals occurring in real-time, in an attempt to insert negative plasma into her grids, to downgrade the timelines many blocks within her grids & inner body were removed, to erase the timeline of HUGE ... violent earthquakes & volcanoes which would cause disruption to the planetary liberation process and we finished off with a big transmutational push to remove the remaining primary anomaly (which was when our 2 hr mark ended). (be aware ... a lot of entities / dark civilizations have 'lost their homes' - so it'll be rough for about 24-48 hrs before they're all cleared. And the solar winds coming in today and Sunday AREN'T helping! So keep your fields clear).  I never plan on having these advanced mass meditations go for this length of time, but because - a) the 144k delivers so much power ... focus ... and intensity, more than can be accomplished in 15 mins, the Upper Realms try to take every advantage of this to clear so much more through our fields & consciousness, and they sometimes urge us to keep on going after one hour (or in this case after two hours).   b) as Cobra has confirmed, stressed & pleaded with us to be at the ready to deal with what I saw coming, which is that in July, and early August ... with its plethora of massive astrological EVENTS and MASSIVE moves/ battles going on by the White Hats ...  ... it's beyond CRITICAL we all do & put in as much time as possible, almost everyday, to bring about the best possible outcome from this period! ... and this can be done in as little as 30mins every second day.
