May 2014 “Being the Core of Your Life” Posted on May 14, 2014 by ChristinaLunden

May 2014 “Being the Core of Your Life”

When we were children, our parent’s role was to be the center or core of our life. They were to take care of us completely. If a soul didn’t have a parent to do this there is always at least one person our soul made an agreement with to do this for us.

As we grew up and started doing some things by ourselves, we still had someone who we could go to for guidance and help. This could have been our parents or another adult.

Then when we moved into marriage or serious relationships, we shifted our energies to a new center. Our loved one then became the center of our lives, our core.

After a while, we start to realize that something is missing. Sometimes this feeling creates a mid-life crisis but for Lightworkers it usually happens much earlier, usually in their 20’s. It is then that we start to realize how backwards it is to let someone else be our center, our core. It is then we start to the path to understanding who we really are as a physical manifestation of a spiritual being.

Physically your core is between your Solar Plexus Chakra (right above the belly button) and your Heart Chakra (your heart area). Spiritually, your Soul connects to you in this area as well. In the 3rd Dimension this spiritual connection was through a silver cord. When you are 5th dimensional, the cord color has been upgraded to gold.

If you are one who is seeking to center yourself on all levels / utilize and strengthen your core, here are some insights into how to do that.

~ Just by acknowledging that you can be your own center and wanting to know more is the first step.

~ Your core is strengthened by relaxing that area of your physical body. Yes, the opposite of exercising your abs! You can relax that area by breathing deep and just thinking of relaxing.

~ You can say affirmations such as:
“I am the center of my life.”
“My core is strengthened physically, emotionally and spiritually.”

~ Trust that you can make decisions for your own life. Asking other people what you should do, is a clear sign that you don’t trust yourself.

~ To physically strengthen this area ~ Lift your chest up off of your hips. Stand tall, relax and breathe. You will feel an opening between where your chest is now and your hips are down below. This opening is your core. We tend to slump over when we do not love ourselves completely. Slumping is how we physically protect our heart from feeling as much. Unfortunately, when you do that it also has the effect of covering up the energy that can flow into your life from your 5th dimensional core.

Being your own center doesn’t mean that the people that had been your core will move out of your life. It means that you will have much more balanced relationships because you are no longer seeking outside of yourself for centering, power or strength. You can come to the relationship as a whole being. You come to the relationship because you want to be there, not out of any need.

The result of utilizing your own core is that you will become a better partner, loved one and friend and more successful in business and other endeavors. With you being the core of your life, more fully connecting to who you are as a piece of God, things will become more balanced in your life and you will be able to see things much more clearly.

Remember we came here in this illusion of life to be physical however we are spiritual beings; spiritual first, then human second. When you make the choice to connect to your spiritual core then everything human is taken care of from a higher level.

Have you been looking for a way to change your life or to make things better? The answer may be that you are depending on others to be your center.

Try this:

Allow yourself some quiet time, get in a comfortable sacred space and breathe deep.
State that you are completely protected and then call forth your highest Angels (Soul.)
Then ask questions.
Some suggestions are:

Ask if you are leaning on someone to be your core.
Ask who this person is.
Ask if you are ready to be that powerful spiritual human being you believe you can be now.
Ask what you are afraid of by being fully responsible for your own happiness.
Ask why you are afraid to let go of worrying about life situations.
Ask why you are afraid to let go of feeling responsible for other family members/friends. (For their happiness / their illnesses / etc.)
Ask the Angels of your soul to guide you and help you remember when you are not standing in your own power.
And then ask any other questions that you may want to ask in this sacred protected space.
Thank your Angels / Soul.
Breathe and just be with the answers for a few moments.

Making yourself the center of your life is not selfish. You won’t even have access to your spiritual core if you are still 3rd dimensional. It is a 5th dimensional opening; which means you are making conscious choices now, not ruled by your ego.

Making yourself the center of your life is necessary for you to finally love yourself. We see so much that we want to change in the world but most of the time we are unwilling to see or make the changes within ourselves and in our homes first. Be the change you wish to see; even in that job you don’t like. (That last part was a direct message to somebody!)

True, lasting change is coming. We will experience that when we ascend to the 5th Dimension. However with higher conscious choices about the way we live today, we can have and share that experience now.

May you continue to grow in your loving power,
Christina
