Last
week was one of huge healing -- facing insecurities and parts of myself
that I had a hard time integrating and embracing. Feelings of being
capable (vs. incapable) came up big time. My need for being perfect and
in control of my life... and my judgment around all of it. Feelings of
overwhelm, of inadequacy -- I really got stuck in a fear-based vibration
there for a couple of days…
Thanks
to all the wonderful healers that I see on a regular basis, I was able
to do lots of healing, releasing and clearing, bringing lots of
conscious awareness and compassion to all that I am. I am very grateful
for this experience. It has taught me so much about myself… another
layer… going deeper all the time ;-) All this was definitely connected
to the Chiron station and Saturn being back in Scorpio…
This week's headline items: the
Full Moon in Capricorn becomes exact on Wednesday evening and the
Chiron station ends on Sunday. There will also be three Moon VoC phases
this week: Tuesday afternoon (for almost 15 hours), Friday morning (for
almost 2 hours), and Sunday morning (for almost 2 hours).
Monday: the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. It will journey there until Wednesday early morning.
New experiences and adventures satisfy a deep emotional need. The
Sagittarius Moon persuades us to come from intuition and think in a
broader manner.
We
seek meaning and ideas that expand upon the "here and now". We pursue
truth and a new vision -- the big picture, rather than the details.
Spontaneity is the key -- we'd rather improvise than plan; this may tip
into just "winging it". We could also overdo or overstate.
Monday very early morning, a harmonious Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 2:26am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Friday of next week. This
aspect helps us to embrace all that is new and unusual in romance and
finance. We are ready to experiment -- but not to commit. We have an
offbeat, pleasant attitude and people are more willing to socialize.
This
is an especially good time for financial undertakings involving any of
the following: technology and the internet; metaphysics; the arts; group
activities. We lose our fear of taking risks at this time, this could
be a good couple of days for the stock market indexes :-)
Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 17-23 degrees of Leo, Aries or Sagittarius? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius)
Tuesday: the Moon remains inoptimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Monday for details).
Tuesday at 2:18pm EDT, we enter an almost 15-hour Moon void of course (VoC); this lasts until 5:11am EDT (Wednesday morning).
Use this intuitive time to explore and express yourself in new ways…
See if you can have a new perspective on “fun” ;-) As always during VoC,
take it easy -- go with the flow and avoid starting anything brand-new.
Tuesday afternoon, asomewhat challenging Jupiter/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 4:31pm EDT — for the second time within the past 5 months. This aspect started to make itself known last Wednesday already (June 24th); it will be strong until this Sunday (July 5th). This
aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about
something, almost awkward -- and we need to make a choice… so we need to
develop inner awareness.
Positive
thinking is not going to heal everything: We are now called to learn
more about our inner joy and about connecting from the heart. There is a
particular emphasis on our beliefs around self-expression and creating
from a confident, heart-centered place.
At
the same time, we feel the need to find time for compassionate and
loving self-connection, healing our emotional and spiritual wounds
through an inner awareness of unconditional love and faith.
By
remaining flexible and making inner adjustments, we can bring clarity
(rather than judgment) to both of those energies, and thereby explore
them on a deeper level.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-23 degrees of Leo or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius)
Wednesday very early morning, a Venus/Jupiter alignment in 21.5 degrees of Leo becomes exact at 3:51am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from last week Friday on, it will be strong until this Sunday.
This connection brings a certain optimism to our social and personal
relationships at this time, with the ability to come from the heart.
Humor and romance are playing a big role in our interactions with others, as are tolerance, generosity and playfulness.
Financially
speaking, things are "on the up" -- we may be able to plump up our
pocketbooks. Best investment areas: stock market, anything to do with
children, fun and games.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-13 degrees of Leo, Aquarius, Taurus or Scorpio? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Venus's movements and aspects)
Wednesday at 5:11am EDT, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Friday morning. The
Capricorn Moon emphasizes our need for structure and forward planning.
We are motivated by a desire for success; achievement and manifestation
are paramount.
We
are resourceful and pursue economy with time, energy, and other
resources. We take things more seriously during Moon in Capricorn: we
look reality in the eye. This can be a very productive period. As best
as you can, avoid "should-ing" on yourself. Take the pressure off: try
saying "I am doing the best I can and that's all I can ever do" ;-)
With
Saturn (ruler of Capricorn) transiting through Scorpio again for the
summer, this is a great time to go within and face our fears. It's also a
great time to go deeper on an emotional/intimate level with ourselves
and others. As best as you can, be authentic about who you are and what
you feel passionate about. This also starts the build-up towards the
Full Moon that will be exact later today…
Wednesday afternoon, a harmonious Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 5:10pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from last Sunday evening on and it will be strong until this Sunday morning. This aspect could be tremendously supportive when it comes to dissolving what no longer serves us.
We
are feeling especially intuitive during this time. We are inspired, and
charitable acts now will lift our spirits. We are more likely to see
matters (and people) from a different perspective --one that allows for
differences and even finds beauty in them. Our capacity for compassion
(both with ourselves and with others) is quite strong as well.
Creativity
is at an all-time high, as our imagination runs in full gear; any
spiritual or creative endeavors that are started during this time will
do very well.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or one or more personal planets) in 7-13 degrees of Cancer, Pisces or Scorpio? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules Leo; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces).
Wednesday late evening at 10:20pm EDT, the Full Moon becomes exact in almost 10 degrees of Capricorn. As I already mentioned, the entrance of the Moon into Capricorn on earlier this morning started the energetic build up towards the Full Moon: The Moon in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn opposes the Sun in protective, feeling-oriented Cancer.
For the next two weeks, we are looking for balance; we are more aware than everthat something is out of alignment. The balance in question is between our inner experience (symbolized by Cancer) and our outer obligations or goals (Capricorn).
It's important to realize that our long-term goals need our attention
-- and that they will bring fulfillment and inner stability.
Cancer
and Capricorn are both receptive/feminine/yin energies, so we are
clearly asked to go within before taking action. Cancer must recognize
its own needs in order to feel internally stable; if we don’t manage
this, we’ll give our power away to others, become victims, sacrifice
ourselves for family and/or job.
Capricorn
must therefore develop an internalized sense of authority and
responsibility. This Full Moon asks us look closely at the balance
between taking care of ourselves, versus taking care of others -- where
we have reached our limit and where we need to set some priorities. I
will be posting a video on this subject on Monday evening: click here to watch
This Full Moon connects with Pluto in Capricorn and Mars in Cancer. Pluto’s alignment with the Moon in Capricorn has us take a closer look at the lower vibrations of Capricorn and Cancer:
the unsustainable desire to take care of anyone but ourselves. Pluto
gives us the ability to face our fears and release what no longer serves
our evolution.
Mars
is involved here as well, so there is an emphasis on connecting to the
supportive, safeguarding side of the sacred masculine. This masculine
energy fights for loved ones like a grizzly bear. This placement in
opposition to Pluto is definitely going to test our courage and our
compassion. Allow yourself to be passionate and assertive without being
destructive and obsessive. It is also an opportunity to rebalance the
masculine and feminine within ourselves and the world.
Neptune in 10 degree of Pisces makes a beautiful trine to the Sun in Cancer and a sextile to the Moon in Capricorn.
This combo softens the intensity of the Pluto/Mars connections to this
Lunation; it reminds us of our spiritual origin and identity as a child
of the cosmos. As best as you can, use compassion and your ability to
connect to the inner observer to help balance the Cancer/Capricorn
polarities.
Venus aligns with Jupiter in Leo
at the time of the Full Moon, and because of Venus’s upcoming
retrograde phase, she is going to stay close to Jupiter until August
17th. This expands the flow of generosity, joy, playfulness and our
ability to connect to the inner child or children in general.
On
July 6th, the Sun will square the degree of the Lunar Eclipse that
occurred back on April 4th. Watch for important insights and
developments on that day: It’s a turning point for us and will bring
more clarity as to where things need to go next. It’s time to act on
what we have learned since that April 4th eclipse.
Once
again, the message of a Full Moon is connected to our internal
masculine/feminine balance: We need be happy and whole. A healthy
masculine is assertive, focused, self-directed risk-taking; a healthy
feminine is supportive, passionate, understanding and compassionate.
When
the feminine and masculine energies are balanced, we can be both
powerful and kind; we honor ourselves and others and know how to access
both our head and our heart. We are building a new world -- through a
new consciousness -- a new humanity, a new beingness. One human, one
day, one breath at a time.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 8-12 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Libra or Aries?
If so, you are more affected by this month's Full Moon. This is also
true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer).
Thursday: the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Wednesday morning for details).
Thursday afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 2:50pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will be strong until this Friday. This
brings an opportunity for insight and novelty. We might experience some
really unusual conversations. Remember: an opportunity is not
automatically given to us; we have to realize it.
This
aspect also brings an opportunity to see things from a different
perspective, or to put a new spin on our "old" thinking structure. We
like to connect in unusual ways and any group activities or
brainstorming with like-minded people could generate amazing insights --
this might be a busy day. As best as you can -- and as much as you want
to -- stay open to other dimensions ;-)
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-22 degrees of Gemini, Aries, Aquarius or Leo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Virgo and Gemini; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)
Friday at 6:38am EDT, we enter an almost 2-hour Moon void of course (VoC); this lasts until 8:21am EDT.
Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect with others in an
authentic and truthful way, perhaps even build some long-term
relationships -- slowing down might bring an opportunity for meaningful
connections. As always during VoC, take it easy -- go with the flow and
avoid starting anything brand-new.
Friday at 8:21am EDT, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Sunday late morning.
The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for
improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional;
interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an
increased fascination with the new and unusual.
Social
gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the
future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are
promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have
our eyes on the future -- or on outer space :-) Personal freedom
becomes paramount.
Friday late morning, a challenging Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:06am EDT. We started feeling this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Sunday. This combination might bring up some insecurities in our verbal, in-person or email interactions.
That
said, this could also be an opportunity for healing; we are energized
to move past harsh criticism of ourselves or others, towards more loving
and compassionate structures for thinking and communicating. As best as
you can, stretch yourself -- and be open to bringing love and
understanding to it all (and that includes you) :-)
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or any personal planets in 18-25 degrees of Gemini, Pisces, Virgo or Sagittarius? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).
Friday evening, an opportune Mercury/Jupiter aspect becomes exact 8:53pm EDT. We started feeling this aspect from Wednesday on; it will be strong until Sunday.
This aspect is an opportunity for expanding our thinking and expressing
ourselves in a confident and optimistic way; we share what's important
to us from a place of open-mindedness and excitement.
This
connection also creates a possibility for expansion by stepping into
uncharted territory. Humor can be a great way to tap into this energetic
combo. This planetary connection also favors short trips, writing,
teaching, studying, and making observations. We more readily exercise
good judgment, take a more philosophical approach to thinking, and are
more open to learning.
Again,
with any opportunity... we have to take it: It requires taking actions
on our part. What can you do that will instill confidence in your
exploration of the mind? Is there a new mental process that is asking to
be explored?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-25 degrees of Gemini, Leo, Libra or Aries? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Saturday: the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Friday morning for details).
For most of the day (on Saturday), we have a chance to get connected to others, have great brainstorming moments, and get lots done. Later on, towards the later evening,
we are being asked to find a balance between the head and the heart,
our vision for the future versus our desire for bliss in the here and
now.
Sunday: the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 10:23am EDT (see Friday morning for details).
Sunday early morning, an opportune Mercury/Venus aspect becomes exact at 4:19am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from last Thursday on; it will be strong until this Friday. This aspect gives us the opportunity for more direct and caring connections to others.
Through
enhanced communication, we have a chance to clear up any
misunderstandings or discomfort from the past. Promises and
clarifications may grow from this, particularly in love relationships.
It is also an opportune time to make new social contacts. Remember: this
is an "opportunity" -- those aren't necessarily handed to us, we have
to "take" them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or any personal planets) in 22-26 degrees of Gemini, Leo, Aries or Libra? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo, Gemini, Libra or Taurus (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra)
Sunday at 8:32am EDT, we next an almost 2-hour Moon void of course (VoC); this lasts until 10:23am EDT.
We are experiencing two quite different needs, pulling us in different
directions: On the one hand, we feel a strong need to break the rules
and move towards our future visions, on the other hand, we need to focus
on our inner experiences — and take responsibility for who we are deep
down -- face our fears, look at our emotional attachments and any
addictions or outdated behaviors.
As
best as you can, use this intuitive time to make adjustments, slow
things down a little and find creative solutions to honor both drives.
As always during VoC, take it easy -- just go with the flow, rather than
starting anything brand-new.
Sunday at 10:23am EDT,the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Tuesday early afternoon.
The energy of the Pisces Moon bears on the need for connection to our
higher selves. It can be a wistful, sensitive and compassionate time; we
are especially imaginative, and our intuition reigns.
Boundaries
and walls come down; we feel energetically connected to everything
around us. As best as you can, therefore, be kind to yourself and others
-- surround yourself with loving energy. It's a time best used for
spiritual or creative endeavors and for dissolving our fears and doubts.
Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them ;-)
Lastly, also on Sunday, Chiron resumes its normal pace through the sky, although retrograde, ending its station.
What has come up in the last three weeks around emotional or spiritual
wounds/insecurities? How are you doing at embracing your own humanity,
trusting the flow of life or allowing yourself to be an emotional being?
Now is a good time to do some internal work in these areas (until the
retrograde phase ends on Nov.28th).
A head's up for next Monday: the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Sunday evening for details). A Sun/Pluto opposition becomes exact at 11:38am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday evening on; it will be strong until Thursday morning of next week.
This
opposition is all about "empowerment versus disempowerment". On an
interpersonal level, we may try to gain more control over other people,
or they may try to gain control over our actions. A balance needs to be
struck, between our focus on family/home issues, and our obsession with
work/career issues..….more about all the details in next week’s forecast
;-)
Have a fantastic week!
Many blessings,
Sonja
