URGENT – RAINBOW PORTAL 3/14/16 – 3/20/16 – THE PORTAL OF 7 PILLARS OF LIGHTS, THE RAINBOW PORTAL, THE 7 CHAKRAS
The way that this portal is going to work is as follows, each day the energy corresponding to a particular chakra is going to bathe earth and all of us. To maximize the effect of this energy you are to focus on the chakra of the day and spend the entire day assisting your body in balancing out this particular chakra.
In this article I have compiled a detailed list of things that you can do to maximize the effects of this portal, it is not necessary to do everything at once, or any of this at all, but if you wish to partake of these energies and make best use of this portal you can spend 10 minutes a day in meditation focusing all of your attention on the chakra of the day.
The schedule from what I’m explained by my guides is as follows:
DAY 1 – MARCH 14TH – BASE/ROOT CHAKRA
DAY 2 – MARCH 15TH – SACRAL CHAKRA
DAY 3 – MARCH 16TH – SOLAR PLEXUS CHARKA
DAY 4 – MARCH 17TH – HEART CHAKRA
DAY 5 – MARCH 18TH – THROAT CHAKRA
DAY 6 – MARCH 19TH – THIRD EYE
DAY 7 – MARCH 20TH (EQUINOX) – CROWN CHAKRA (with all 7 chakras activated)
Keep in mind that if you are seeing this message on day 6, you still have the time to focus on all your chakras. You can connect to your chakras and cleanse them at any given moment in time, its just that at this moment we are being supported by an influx of energies coming in to do the balancing and cleansing for those who need it. Keep in mind that this energy is always available but at this time is simply really amplified to assist us.
I was guided all over the internet for various articles and bits and pieces of information in order to bring a short concise guide for you to utilize.
The first article that I was guided to is found on www.charka-anatomy.com . ” A journey through the seven chakra colors is essentially a journey through the rainbow. Each of your seven chakras has a corresponding color that follows the colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet (or white). This is the most widely accepted color system for your chakras. ” Simona Sebastian who wrote this article states “In my experience, the colors are not stable and permanent as you would see colors in a picture. The colors are fluid, constantly changing just as your emotions change. The chakra colors can be muddy, faded with very little color present, or even too saturated – too bright. The color of a chakra indicates your current physical, emotional, and spiritual state. We all recognize the connection between color and emotion. It is reflected in our language and there is even a branch of psychology, called “color psychology”, that deals specificaly with color and its emotional impact.
There is much you can learn about yourself by learning about color. Color provides you with a mirror of your emotions. What is your favourite color? Do you wear certain colors of the spectrum more often? Do you avoid certain colors? What do you feel in your body when you see red color? Or blue color? Color is a universal language – it is simple and yet very profound. Before we delve into exploration of color psychology and the meaning of chakra colors, let’s explore the science of color.
What is color? The visible light spectrum is part of the electromagnetic spectrum and its wavelengths range approximately from 380 – 740 nm. Color is a wave travelling through space. Depending on the wavelength, the space between the peaks – measured in nanometers nm, our eyes register different colors.
Sine Wave – is the measurement of energy, used to depict frequency, vibration, and waves. It is a waveform, a single frequency repeated indefinitely in time.
Color
|
Wavelenght nm
|
Frequency THz
|
---|---|---|
Red
| 625 – 740 | 400 – 484 |
Orange
| 590 – 625 | 484 – 508 |
Yellow
| 565 – 590 | 508 – 526 |
Green
| 520 – 565 | 526 – 606 |
Blue
| 500 – 520 | 606 – 670 |
Indigo
| 435 – 500 | 670 – 700 |
Violet
| 380 – 435 | 700 – 789 |
Each of your chakras is vibrating at a particular frequency and responds to different vibrations (or wavelenghts) of light. As you may have already guessed, the root chakra is vibrating at a frequency within the 400-484 THz range, the sacral chakra within the 484-508 THz range, solar plexus chakra within the 508-586 THz range, etc. Within these frequencies and wavelengths, each color contains information on several different levels:physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This information can be used in chakra balancing and chakra healing. There is no single color that has more value than the other. The color is simply what it is – an aspect of the visible light spectrum with its particular frequency.
DAY 1 – MARCH 14TH – ROOT CHAKRA – The first of the seven energy centers, Muladhara is also the most dense of the seven chakras. The main color of this chakra is red which is also the most dense color of all chakra colors.
Red is the slowest of all the wavelengths within the visible spectrum, yet, it is the most stimulating color. It pulls the retina forward so all of our energy and attention is focused outward. That’s why we use red color for the stop lights and stop signs. The root chakra color commands attention. It signals danger to us. We act immediately. Red is the color of the life force. It is the color of blood and the first color we come into contact when we are born. Red means energy and our connection with the Earth and carries the promise of survival.
On a physical level red is associated with adrenal glands – the glands whose function is associated with the “fight or flight” response – the instinctual survival response. People who are drawn to red enjoy being in their physical bodies and here on earth. The energy of red is masculine, it is dynamic, outgoing, can be somewhat forceful and it is dominant. It commands attention. People who are drawn to red are ambitious, highly practical and oftentimes they are drawn to politics. On an emotional level, root chakra color is the energy of anger. What do you do with anger? Do you blow up? Or do you repress it? Do you become depressed? Depression is too much red energy (anger) turned inward. Learning to get in touch with your anger and transform it is an important work of red chakra. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/chakra-colors.html
WHAT TO DO: There are many things that you can do today to assist in balancing out your Root/Base chakra. You do everything that’s listed, none of it, or simply pick and choose what your body and mind are resonating with and proceed from there.
MEDITATION: You can simply close your eyes and focus on your root chakra. You can add a mudra to your meditation and/or add a mantra specific to this chakra. You can even dress in the colors associated with the root chakra which is red and all shades of red. Or go even further and focus on eating foods that are supportive of the root chakra. One step further as you are doing Yoga spend a little extra time on a yoga pose which opens and balances out your base chakra. Be prepared as you go through this exercise that in order to balance out your base chakra many emotions that have been stored in this part of your body may begin to rise. Pay attention to your thoughts as you go about your day, and try to truly tune into the reasons to these thoughts, feelings and emotions being there. Give gratitude for the experiences associated with these emotions and let go of any negative feelings that you may have in this regard.
For those of you that need a bit of a visual/audio stimuli I would like to share the following video with you that I feel best balances out the root chakra with the sound of Tibetian Singing Bowls.
Root chakra crystals & gemstones:
The full list of gemstones for the root chakra is very long and you can learn all of them here: http://www.healing-crystals-for-you.com/base-chakra.html. Here is a short list of the most popular gemstones to use for balancing out your root chakra. Ruby, Red Aventurine, all red gemstones. To heal this chakra many of the black stones are also very powerful. This is also because of the grounding aspect of them. Stones such as Black Andradite Garnet, Black Tourmaline, Black Kyanite, Black Onyx and Black Obsidian Stone, are extremely useful in this area, as are Smokey Quartz Crystals. http://www.healing-crystals-for-you.com/base-chakra.htmlI’m sure by now most of you know that I use Natalya Ankh’s tools in my healing sessions and everyday personal use. My most favorite tool of hers to balance out the base chakra/sacral chakra as well as the throat chakra at the same time is the AA Michael Tool. So much has been said about this incredible Arch Angel and his group of angels, that it seems that there really isn’t much more to add, and yet there is. Arch Angel Michael’s tool works on Throat Chakra and Base Chakra simultaneously. We all know that AA Michael is an angel of truth, courage, strength, protection. AA Michael is represented by the BLUE color which is what you see on this tool, represented by Blue Topaz. This tool also incorporates the energies of the Base Chakra represented by Red Garnet. The reason is to activate your Base Charka stabilizing you in order to allow you to speak your truth, be courageous and feel at peace with your surroundings. This is a HIGHLY powerful tool, which is great to use when you need extra protection that only AA Michael can offer. Once again it works primarily on your Throat Chakra, but offers you overall protection and strength to get through whatever obstacle stands in your way. AROMATHERAPY FOR ROOT CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS) – Essential oils for the root chakra tend to ground, center, unify, align all chakras, protect and reconnect one with earth. Many offer a sense of calm, confidence and security.
The essential oils closely associated with the root chakra tend to be made of heavier molecules, and are characterized as base notes (see our blog on fragrance notes), which are deeper, slowly unfolding, long lasting scents. These include:
- Angelica (Angelica Archangelica)
- Cedar, Atlantic (Cedrus altantica)
- Cedar, Himalayan (Cedrus deodora)
- Frankincense (Boswellia carteri)
- Linden Blossom (Tilia vulgares or T. europeae)
- Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)
- Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin)
- Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi)
- Veitver (Vetiveria zizanoides)
DAY 2 – MARCH 15TH – SACRAL CHAKRA – Orange – the sacral chakra color is composed of red and yellow in equal parts and it is a color of vitality and strength. It is at the lower end of the visible light spectrum and it is also a warm color. It reminds me of the heat of the sun. Just as the sacral chakra is located in the pelvic area, orange is the area of our gut feelings and wisdom. Buddhists call this “hara”, the centre of being through which we connect with the deepest voice of the self, the deepest stillness and wisdom. This is where we find bliss. Orange energy is very sensual. Living a life guided by orange color transforms even the most mundane daily experiences into pleasurable experiences. That is not to say that orange is purely hedonistic. Orange is also associated with the gentle and positive nurturing of ourselves which moves us on our path of growth and development. On a physical level orange relates to the colon, bladder, and gallbladder. It is part of the digestion and assimilation.
Orange energy is very powerful physical and spiritual energy. It helps to convert prana (or chi) into energy that can be used by the body for vital functions. Orange energy is balance, strength, and sustenance. It is the building block of physical growth and development. Orange represents the developmental stage when we learn to walk and we explore our world. Orange is a color of shock. It can stimulate us, dazzle, or irritate. But, it must be noticed. On an emotional level, it is a color of great intensity and power. It is also the color of fall and letting go. Sacral chakra color orange reminds us that a part of us must die in order to create space for something new. As I already mentioned under physical level, orange energy is very spiritual because it helps to convert subtle energy (prana or chi) into energy that can be used by the body. So, with orange, there is a very close connection and synergy between physical and spiritual levels. No discussion of the sacral chakra color would be complete without talking about Tantra. I must mention that the chakra system originates in Tantric philosophy. Most westerners associate Tantra only with sexual pleasure. However, the purpose of Tantra is the same as that of any other yoga path – to attain liberation from illusion by moving the energy up the spinal column. And yes, in Tantric practices this movement of energy is achieved by using the force created by the arousal of sexual energy to awaken Goddess Kundalini and pushing her up the spine. And orange color aids in moving this energy. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/sacral-chakra-colors.html

FOODS TO EAT AT THIS TIME: Just below your navel sits your second chakra, which governs sexuality and emotions. The second chakra’s element is water, so pure water is the best thing you can ingest to clear and heal this chakra. Liquids in general are a good bet, especially transparent liquids like teas and broths, so be sure to keep hydrated if your second chakra is imbalanced. The color of this chakra is orange, so orange foods, especially carrots, oranges, and orange juice, can be healing. Luscious, juicy fruits can also help to charge this chakra, so have some melon, mango, or strawberries for a sacral chakra boost. http://deborahking.com/7-foods-to-heal-7-chakras/

Another tool that I love and that works specifically on opening up the sacral chakra is of course THE ANKH KEY – Drunvalo Melchizedek talks about Ankh, as well as Bro Reggie of Secret of Ankh extensively speaks about the Ankh, so if you are interested please look them up. The Sacral Chakra is magnificent and awe inspiring! It manages a lot of very important human functions, and is usually quite developed in most humans living in this ear. This chakra is the center that oversees the creation of life. The Sanskrit name for the Sacral Chakra translates as feminine creative abode or the seat of life or the dwelling place of the Self. It is “located” in the lower abdomen, just below the navel and it is typically depicted as being orange in color. What this tool does is aligns you with your own self helping you to experience LIFE here on earth and integrating your etheric self. This tool is known for activating the sacral chakra and releasing all the negativity in regards to intimacy and sex that is stored in your body, but not only this, but so much more. It also activates your psychic abilities, working on the sacral chakra allowing you to become sensual and be able to attune yourself to the needs of others. AROMATHERAPY FOR SACRAL CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS) –
Essential oils for the sacral chakra tend to have a stimulating scent and have the effect of loosening one up – emotionally, mentally, sexually or energetically. They tend to encourage genuine personal expression either through creativity, industry or formation of bonds and friendship. Some of the more common essential oils include:
- Bay Laurel (Laurus nobile)
- Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
- Cardamon (Electtaria cardomomum)
- Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea)
- Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum)
- Orange (Citrus sinensis)
- Neroli (Citrus aurantium)
- Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin)
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
- Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora)
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
The citrus essential oils are uplifting and encouraging as well. They help one experience events in a balanced and positive way and transmute harsher experiences that may otherwise fester into debilitating memories and life-long negative patterns. Bay laurel is stimulating, and it also promotes communication of intuitive and imaginative ideas. Patchouli offers emotional support as well as arouses sexuality and sensuality, allowing for a greater sense of security in relationships.
When I think of opening, embracing, liberating and releasing inhibitions, I always think Jasmine. It makes the process of opening up joyful rather than fearful. It promotes love, sensuality and sexuality, creativity, and living in the moment. Jasmine harmonizes and promotes wholeness.
If the sacral chakra issue is mostly about just being stuck, citruses and jasmine create a blend for joyfully opening. If there is a lot of self recrimination, patchouli and sandalwood provide love and support and a safe context for more honest self assessment. Both of these essential oils as well as Neroli could be included in a blend for someone who has experienced physical or sexual abuse as a child. These are all deeper supportive scents. Neroli offers a profound sense of ease. It helps one breath deeply, fill with peace and calm and feel whole. It is such a unique and beautiful note. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-and-the-second-or-sacral-chakra-svadhisthana/
DAY 3 – MARCH 16TH – SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA – Yellow – the solar plexus chakra color is a primary color, composed from a single ray of light. Yellow is the color of sunshine and it is the core of your being. It is at the solar plexus where the “I” shines from, where you feel the strength, will and personal power. The energy of yellow is vibrant, optimistic, and full of energy. It is the color of youth, new beginnings, birth and re-birth. At the same time, yellow is wise and knowledgeable.Yellow connects you with knowledge and your intellect. People who are drawn to yellow are drawn to intellectual pursuits. As you unfold the petals of solar plexus chakra, you find a fire that burns within you, that gives you power and energy to stand for yourself and to assert yourself. You find trust and inner worth. That is the healing brilliance of yellow.
On a physical level yellow relates to the solar plexus, stomach, digestive organs, middle back, pancreas, liver, and muscles. People with strong yellow energy stand tall and radiate power. Those with weak yellow energy appear collapsed in the middle, they are slouching – their back or abdominal muscles are weak. Yellow energy is will, autonomy, and self-definition. It is the building block of personal development and power. Yellow represents the developmental stage when we begin to learn to use language. Yellow is an expansive color. The gift of this solar plexus chakra color is that you radiate bright energy to others letting them know you are strong and confident at the core. The challenge is when this energy is blocked or excessive and it manifests as contraction of this bright energy. The spiritual aspect of yellow energy is instinctual knowing and growing into spirit. The developmental task of the solar plexus chakra is autonomy and the development of the self. However, on the spiritual level, we must always remember who we truly are and not to get lost in the “self” identification.
No discussion of the solar plexus chakra color would be complete without talking about self-esteem – your fundamental power. So, what is self esteem? Self esteem is how you feel about yourself. It is your thoughts and feelings about yourself. For example: I feel good about myself. I am kind and compassionate. I am competent. I like my body. Healthy self esteem means that you have basic trust in yourself. That you have a sense of self that does not fall apart when you are faced with challenges or things do not go your way. When you have a healthy self esteem, you know that it’s ok to make mistakes. And that you can learn from mistakes. The level of your self esteem determines how you behave in life – how you interact with others, spouse, children, friends, coworkers, authority figures, and strangers. When you have high self esteem, you have a drive to express yourself and to communicate openly and honestly about your needs and desires. You choose healthy relationships and you recognize the value of these relationships. You treat others with respect, non judgmental attitude, and fairness. When I want to feel stronger and more self assured I sometimes consciously choose to wear the solar plexus chakra color yellow. I noticed that when I wear yellow, I have more energy, I express myself openly, I stand taller and I am happier. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/solar-plexus-chakra-colors.html

Another tool that I love and that works specifically on opening up the solar plexus chakra is of course The Goddess Vortex – This is one of my very favorite tools, and I love to use it to not only balance out my solar plexus but protect this area from any negative energy that I might pick up as I walk around in dense areas of the city. This tool has worked magic in alliviating aches and pains. I have also noticed that it helps me to remove EMF radiation. Whenever I use my cell phone for too long without headphones I feel how that area of my head heats up and buzzes, right away I put this disc on the side of my head where I was talking, my ear, etc., for a few minutes and this odd sensation dissapitates. After doing some research on this, it turns out that everything that this tool is made of besides the wonderful energy that Natalya Ankh infuses it with, is knonw to relieve EMF radiation! So I can tell you from my own experience that this tools is magical!
“As the fabionachi sequence swirls into the proportional frequency of the DNA codexes, the ingeneration of the DNA principles and polarities begins to unfurl the processes within the sub atomic particles of the DNA structure of the one holding the disc. What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds, is that upon holding the disc you are engaging the energies of your sub atomic principles to step forward, and the vortex that has been created to pull your subconsciousness into the sphere, allowing you to pass through the zero point and return to your true state of being. And so, the disc acts as an accelerating device and an attunement instrument to cleanse your DNA from remnants and frequencies past which are affecting your body and your consciousness in a way that is against the good of your higher self. And as such allowing the ascension process to move forward without delay. Using this disc will allow the energies to be magnified and applied directly to the one in question, and tune the body of the beholder and attune the DNA of the beholder with the frequency of THE SOURCE entering GAIA.
Know that this disc comes directly from the mother father god, representing itself in a GODDESS Vortex of your creator selves, the feminine energies held therein. Yes indeed the design comes from the father/mother god. Directly from THE SOURCE. Aligning you with your higher self and your mission here on earth. AROMATHERAPY FOR SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS) –
Because imbalances tend to take on essentially two different extremes depending on the yin/yang balance, it’s importance to take these energetic attributes into consideration in the selection of essential oils for solar plexus imbalances. Take the yin and yang expression into consideration and use oils with more of the opposite quality. For example, if agitation and aggression which associated with too much yang are present, emphasize yin essential oils. Some common essential oils for the solar plexus are:
- Black pepper (Piper nigrum)
- Everlasting (Heliochrysum italicum)
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
- Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
- Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi)
- Juniper (Juniperus communis)
- Neroli (Citrus aurantium)
- Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
- Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium)
- Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Rose (Rosa damascena)
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
- Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi)
- Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
- Ylang Ylang (Cananga ordorata)
Ylang Ylang is an excellent yang pacifying essential oil for solar plexus imbalances. It’s cooling and clearing. It clears anger, frustration and other emotionally charged or agitated states. Ylang Ylang makes one feel lovable, joyful and peaceful. Consequently, it promotes enthusiasm and confidence.
Black pepper, Cape chamomile (Eriocephalus punctulatus) and juniper release feelings and energetic blockages associated with anger, frustration and annoyance. Juniper also detoxifies and helps clear the liver. It strengthens the will power and eases a sense of fear of failure, which supports the restoration of self confidence and a sense of self worth. Roman Chamomile is calming and promotes a feeling of peace. It dampens excessive ego and frustration. It cultivates patience and self nurturing and helps one recognize and accept one’s own limitations without self criticism and recrimination. Fennel reduces the tendency to over think and overanalyze. It generates a sense of self love, self acceptance and self worth and gives one motivation, courage and confidence.
Peppermint is a great essential oil for the solar plexus. It can both cool and warm. It stimulates the flow of chi, especially in the digestive organs and in the subtile bodies. It quills anger, pride and overheated thought patterns. Peppermint instills a healthy self esteem and self image. Tea tree has several unique attributes that treat solar plexus chakra imbalances. It provides support in overcoming feelings of victimization and hopelessness. Helps one see and accept the shadow self.
Spikenard works deeply. It nourishes a sense of hope, love and compassion reflection. It releases fear of the unknown, opening one to courage and action. Neroli promotes self confidence, inner trust and self acceptance; and it dispels despair that’s of an all encompassing nature. Neroli instills a sense of ease, hope and joy. Both Neroli and Rose bring in positive energy. Rose is self nurturing and instills self love and appreciation, trust and hope. Sandalwood offers many of the same attributes with an additional connection to spirituality.
Grapefruit is cooling (more yin). It works on depression, lack of self confidence and nervous exhaustion which are more yin in nature. Ginger is strong and bright in nature. It helps those who suffer from a lack of motivation, especially when it stems from a lack of confidence and positive self worth. It instils confidence, courage and inner strength and reduces resistance. For those who are lethargic, debilitated and/or suffering from nervous exhaustion, everlasting is a good essential oil to choose. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-and-the-third-or-solar-plexus-chakra-manipura/#more-6147
DAY 4 – MARCH 17TH – THE HEART CHAKRA –Green – the heart chakra color is composed of yellow and blue in equal parts. Green is a color of love. It is at the very center of your being. The heart center. Green is the energy of love and transformation. It allows you to transform your ego and the needs of your lower chakras and open up to love. To become more loving and compassionate. It is at the heart center where the energies of lower chakras (once the needs are fulfilled and satisfied) can be transformed and integrated into a more spiritual aspect of yourself. This is where you reach beyond yourself and connect with something greater, wider, and deeper. Green is the color of growth, life, and balance. Through balance you find this center from which you can love, form healthy and nourishing relationships, and give and receive love. The energy of green is soothing and calming, like a blanket of soft grass underneath your feet. It is the color of nature, grass, and the trees. As you unfold the petals of your heart chakra, you find the seat of compassion, not only for others, but for yourself as well. You begin to radiate love. You begin to sense the interconnectedness of all of life.
On a physical level green relates to the heart, lungs, chest, shoulders, arms, breasts, thymus gland, and cardiac nerve plexus.People with strong green energy stand tall and radiate openness. Those with weak green energy appear tight in the upper body, they are slouching – their shoulders are drawn forward, protecting the heart center, and their head and neck are brought forward as well. Green energy is freedom and expansion. It is the building block of of self-acceptance and acceptance of others. Green represents the developmental stage when we begin to learn to form relationships with family and friends. Green is an expansive color. The gift of this heart chakra color is that you radiate peace and love to let them know that they are accepted as they are. The challenge is when this energy is blocked or excessive and it manifests as contraction of this calm loving energy. The spiritual aspect of green energy is instinctual knowing and growing into spirit. The developmental task of the heart chakra is forming relationships with family and friends. On the spiritual level, we must always remember that we are entering the mystery and power of love.
“We teach what we want to learn, and I want to learn to experience inner peace”, writes Jerald Jampolsky in his classic “Love is Letting go of Fear“. The essence of his book is based on the basic teachings of the “Course in Miracles“. One of these teachings is that there are only two emotions: Love and Fear. You can’t feel Fear and Love at the same time. You either feel one or the other. When you feel fear, you can’t feel love. And when you feel love, you can’t feel fear. You can always choose love. You can always choose the energy of heart chakra color. For me this is the most important thought to remember. That I have a choice. It’s not that I don’t get sad, fearful, or depressed. But, I catch myself and I consciously choose to change my feelings. When I am experiencing fear, I focus on opening my heart and visualizing green energy coming to my heart centre. Once the energy begins to flow, the fear dissolves. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/heart-chakra-colors.html

AROMATHERAPY FOR THE HEART CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS)
I’m not of the opinion that a specific essential oil is always good for a particular chakra, e.g., vetiver, a classic root chakra essential oil, is NOT always helpful when working with the root chakra. For me, it depends on the manifestation of the imbalance and the specific intentions.
- Allspice (Pimenta dioica)
- Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
- Black spruce (Picea mariana)
- Cajeput (Melaleuca cajeputi)
- Cardamon (Elettaria cardamomum)
- Carrot seed (Daucus carrota)
- Hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis)
- Lemon (Citrus limon)
- Neroli (Citrus aurantium)
- Palma Rosa (Cymbopogon martinii)
- Peru Balsam (Myroxylon balsmum)
- Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Rose (Rosa damascena)
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
- Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora)
- Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa)
Lemon and neroli are very much heart chakra essential oils. Both encourage trust and a sense of security. Both open the heart chakra, dispel fear, allow love in and promote hope and joyful love. Tuberose expands one’s capacity for love. Peruvian balsam opens the heart without judgement and recrimination and cajeput clears blockages in the heart chakra.
Roman chamomile is harmonizing, peaceful and nurturing. It promotes feelings of love and compassion for the self and others. It cultivates acceptance and appreciation for one’s own limitations. Carrot seed is similar in that it instills compassion and self acceptance. It is joyful and uplifting while also grounding. Allspice cultivates self love and allows one to express the truth in one’s heart.
Bergamot and hyacinth also open the heart chakra, and hyacinth along with black spruce invite forgiveness. Rosewood soothes the pains of separation or abandonment and abates loneliness and sorrow, all emotions commonly experienced in the heart chakra. Sandalwood (Santalum album) assists the heart chakra’s connection with the root and sacral chakras. This helps to ground feelings, thoughts and expressions of love. It also encourages a greater sense of security.
Rosemary contributes strength and action. Rosemary promotes clear thoughts and insights, strengthens and centers and instills self worth, self confidence, self appreciation and enthusiasum. With these insights and resolve, it helps one set boundaries in a relationship. Rosemary also supports the circulation of chi and blood: heart chakra functions. Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) and cinnamon (Cinnamum zeylanicum) are good for the physical and energetic circulation, which is associated with the physical heart and heart chakra. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-and-the-fourth-or-heart-chakra-anahata/#more-6149
DAY 5 – MARCH 18TH – THE THROAT CHAKRA – Blue – is the first of the three primary colors and it is the color of the throat chakra. Blue connects you with the Divine and it is the color that we associate with Heaven. Blue energy is pure, soothing, calming, and healing. Imagine yourself lying on the grass on a beautiful sunny day, looking at the blue sky. How do you feel? Peaceful. Serene. Content. Tranquil. That is the power of throat chakra color. Blue is also at the cooler end of the spectrum, where things slow down, allowing you to take time to be still. And to listen to your own voice. To listen to the stillness within and to express what needs to be expressed. In Buddhist philosophy, blue is the color of pure mind – the mind that is uncluttered by thought. In stillness, you can find pure mind. Blue energy is a guiding energy, enabling you to find a sense of faith and trust. Red, orange, yellow, and green guide your attention towards movement, activity, relationships, and things that can be observed on a material plane. Blue moves your attention to the subtle vibrations that move through all of life. As you unfold the petals of your throat chakra, you find the seat of creativity. You communicate with ease and clarity. You begin to express your authentic self.
On a physical level blue relates to the throat, esophagus, thyroid gland, neck, cervical spine, mouth, teeth, and jaw. People with strong blue energy stand tall and hold their upper body straight. Those with weak blue energy appear tight in the upper body, their head and neck are brought forward, they have a weak spine. Blue is an energy of symbolic thinking. We use symbols to express something – an object, a concept, or a feeling. Symbols are the building blocks of communication and consciousness. Throat chakra color blue connects the material and the symbolic. Blue is a color of peace and tranquility. The gift of this throat chakra color is that you are at peace with expressing yourself and also with listening to others. You realize that to listen to another being is a great gift for both of you. The challenge is when this energy is blocked or excessive and it manifests as contraction of this calm creative energy. The spiritual aspect of throat chakra color is creativity and connection with the Divine. The developmental tasks of the throat chakra are: creative expression, communication skills, and symbolic (abstract) thinking.
If you are like most people, you associate creativity with the second chakra color orange. And that is true to a certain degree. The second chakra is a seat of creative energy where we create another human being. But this process is not conscious. It is creativity coming from our body without our use of will or mind, emotion, or spark of genius. After all, we do not consciously create legs or arms of a tiny baby. It is an unconscious process. Blue energy on the other hand, is conscious creativity. It is creativity at a higher-mind level. It is when your personal insights merge with collective consciousness and you draw upon the wisdom of the Universe. When your fifth chakra is open, you experience waves of creative energy, you receive flashes of creative insights and you are propelled to create. This is a conscious creation and you utilize the energies of all your lower chakras. You access the Divine and the universal knowledge and you integrate it with your personal truth. When you express your truth (whether it is writing, dancing, singing, or painting), you create from the throat chakra. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/throat-chakra-colors.html

As I mentioned above my most favorite tool of hers to balance out the throat chakra/sacral/base chakra at the same time is the AA Michael Tool. AROMATHERAPY FOR THE THROAT CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS)
Essential oils that address throat chakra imbalances are varied, but there are very few bright, volatile top notes (e.g., citruses) among the group. The most appropriate essential oils are those associated with communication, speaking one’s truth, confidence, openness and letting go of fear. These include:
- Allspice (Pimenta dioica)
- Bay laurel (Laurus nobilis)
- Black spruce (Picea mariana)
- Calendula (Calendula officinalis)
- Cedar (Cedrus atlantica)
- Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus)
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
- Fragonia (Agonis fragrans)
- Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
- Jasmine (Jasminum graniflorum)
- Juniper berry (Juniperus communis)
- Lemon eucalyptus (Eucalyptus citriodora)
- Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)
- Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium)
- Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
- Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora)
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
- Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
- Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa)
- Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)
Geranium increases one’s capacity for intimate communication, in particular. Bay laurel releases outmoded ways of thinking, and opens one to perspectives of others and to new ideas and perspectives, in general. Tuberose and fennel encourage honest and frank communication. Both generate an atmosphere of love for the self and others. Tuberose calms and soothes while fennel supports greater confidence, courage and motivation. Black spruce promotes communication of inner feelings. Ylang Ylang, black pepper (Piper nigrum), ginger, rosewood, neroli, hyacinth, myrrh and thyme (Thymus vulgaris) all instill courage.
Fragonia is the essential oil that comes to mind when a person is blocked, stuck or resistant, which is often the case with a dysfunctional throat chakra. It can release deep seated blockages, balance the mind and body and promote inner harmony. Myrrh helps break through blockages as does spearmint and some standard smudging (or energy clearing) essential oils such as juniper, Virginia cedar (Juniperus osteosperma), Atlantic cedar, black spruce and rosemary clear energetic blockages. Spearmint is used to cleanse the emotional and mental bodies, in particular. Juniper, rosemary and petitgrain can pull in positive, protective energy and promote inner wisdom. Virginia cedar nourishes a strong self image and expression of one’s personal truth. Roman chamomile acts very similarly, but it is also calming, balancing and harmonizing.
Calendula, Douglas fir (Pseudotsuaga menziesii), hemlock (Tsuga canadensis) and Peruvian balsam (Myroxlon balsamum) stimulate opening; however, jasmine is probably the quintessential essential oil to encourage openness because it does this with joy and enthusiasm, dispelling fear that often holds one back, and thus increasing access deeper truths. Jasmine also heightens spiritual connection and awareness. Likewise, Roman chamomile and Petitgrain help one see and express one’s highest truths, cultivate acceptance and patience and nourish the self image. Petitgrain promotes optimism and helps to alleviate mental patterns associated with shame and obsessive behaviors. Allspice encourages self expression, spearmint trust in the oneself.
Many of the essential oils derived from the pine family – pines (Pinus), spruces (Picea) and firs (Abies) – can be used to address respiratory symptoms associated with throat chakra dysfunction. Thyme, clove (Eugenia caryophyllata) and both blue gum eucalyptus and lemon eucalyptus relieve a variety of throat issues in the physical body such as laryngitis and coughs. Cedar, geranium, frankincense (Boswellia cateri) and sandalwood support the pituitary gland, the thyroid, parathyroids and hypothalamus. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-for-the-sixth-or-third-eye-chakra-ajna/#more-6153
DAY 6 – MARCH 19TH – THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA – Indigo also called Royal Blue is the third eye chakra color. It is a color of wisdom and deep inner knowing. Indigo opens the door to the Divine and it is the color that we associate with night. It is at night, when our senses become finer and a different part of us awakens. Indigo brings clarity to the sense organs – your seeing, hearing and feeling. Indigo It is also connected to your sixth sense – your third eye. Indigo is a bridge between heaven and earth, between the left and right hemispheres and also between life and death. Indigo helps to make a transition towards life or towards death. Indigo color energy is an energy of deep change. It allows you to transform the energies of lower chakras into higher spiritual vibrations. You must be cautious though, because you can become ungrounded and disconnected with the life on earth and with your family and friends. As you unfold the petals of your third eye chakra, you begin to recognize patterns. You can see where you have been, where you are stuck, and where you are going. You begin to experience those “Aha” moments. Moments of insight and clarity. You are recognizing your patterns and are able to relate everything to a larger picture and what it means. Illusions are shattered and dreams are integrated. You begin to experience wholeness and sense of tranquility and inner knowing – wisdom. You begin to see that you can consciously create your life. And that your vision for the future is a creative act of will.
On a physical level indigo relates to the brain, forehead, brow, the pituitary gland, the pineal gland, eyes, nose, and the carotid nerve plexus. People with strong indigo energy have a special spark in their eyes. Their eyes are bright and you sense deep wisdom when you look into their eyes. It is a calm, yet strong energy which shifts, changes, and transforms. Like blue, indigo is an energy of symbolic thinking. At this level, the use of symbols is even stronger than at the throat chakra level. Third eye chakra color indigo connects the material and the symbolic – the inner and the outer. Indigo also represents the path of “effortless action”. This means that when you are in action, you are not imposing your own ego or will on the situation. Action simply flows through you and you accomplish everything effortlessly. Blue is a color of peace and tranquility. And so is its darker partner – indigo. The gift of the third eye chakra color is that you are at peace with yourself and with the flow of your life. You realize that there is nothing that needs to be changed in your life, all is well, all is a part of the Divine. The challenge is when this energy is blocked or excessive and it manifests as deep sadness, depression, loneliness or delusions and hallucinations. The spiritual aspect of third eye chakra color is rising above polarity and developing witness consciousness. At this level, you begin to perceive the workings of the Divine and you begin to become one with it.
Intuition, inner voice, gut feeling, or the sixth sense is available to us all the time. It is an unconscious process that cannot be forced, but it cannot be stopped either. It is always available to us. The challenge is to learn to listen to our intuition. Living our fast paced lives and being programmed by society to be rational and reasonable, we never learned to listen to voice within. But it is there. Available to access at any time. Have you ever had a strong feeling that something was wrong, you dismissed it, because you could not rationalize it, only to regret it later? That’s intuition. Third eye chakra color indigo helps you to connect with your intuition, it helps you to connect with the deeper parts of yourself, your gut feelings, your instinct, or the sixth sense. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/third-eye-chakra-colors.html

I personally feel both my third eye and crown chakra activate trifold when I use the St. Germain Violet Flame Disc. “The violet flame works by changing “vibrations”. In physics, vibration is the speed of oscillation – the speed at which something moves back and forth. On the atomic level, vibration can be understood to be the speed at which electrons orbit around the nucleus of the atom. The violet flame works by changing vibrations on this level. The violet flame transmutes this negative energy. It does not simply surround and remove the energy, but transforms it into light. Because there is less density within the atom, the electrons whirl faster and faster, thereby raising your vibration.Infused with Saint Germains Violet Flame energies it’s bound to find a special place in your heart as it opens up your crown chakra transmuting the old, welcoming in the new and connecting you with the divine! AROMATHERAPY FOR THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS)
I’m not of the opinion that a specific essential oil is always good for a particular chakra, e.g., vetiver, a classic root chakra essential oil, is NOT always helpful when working with the root chakra. For me, it depends on the manifestation of the imbalance and the specific intentions.
Some common essential oils for the third eye chakra are:
- Bay laurel (Laurus nobilis)
- Carrot seed (Daucus carrota)
- Galbanum (Ferula galbaniflua or Ferula gummosa)
- German chamomile (Matricaria recutita)
- Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi)
- Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)
- Nutmeg ( (Myristica fragrans)
- Palo Santo (Bursea graveolens)
- Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium)
- Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
Nutmeg is liberating. It releases old stagnant or inflexible thought patterns opening one to fresh new and expansive mental activity. Palo Santo helps to reveal one’s personal path and life purpose, and integrates the spiritual with ordinary reality.
St John’s wort, sandalwood (Santalum album) and palo santo aide the third eye in its role of balancing the chakras. St John’s Wort also opens the mind to psychic dreams and helps one to remember and understand them. Opopanax (Commiphora guidotti) opens one to the mystical. Both German and Roman chamomile and yarrow (Achillea milleflorium) facilitate connection with non-ordinary realities, source and angelic realms or vibrations.
Other essential oils that strengthen and expand the intuition are black spruce (Picea mariana), cistus (Cistus landiferus), grapefruit, jasmine (Jasminium grandiflorium), Siberian fir (Abies sibirica)and silver fir (Abies alba). Yarrow, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) and nutmeg promote psychic awareness. Cinnamon along with German and Roman chamomile promote the flow of chi through the physical and subtle bodies.
Everlasting (Helichrysum italicum) works on the physical manifestations of third eye disfunction such as depression, debility, nervous exhaustion, trauma and phobias. Grapefruit is another essential oil that works on the physical level. It addresses depression, headaches, nervous exhaustion and stimulates and sharpens the senses. While frankincense (Bowellia carteri) and sandalwood are often thought of as a third eye essential oils, I associate them more with the crown chakra. However, on the physical level, both are very usual for nervous conditions. German and Roman chamomile are sedatives as well. Manuka (Leptosperum scoparium) balances or rectifies the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system responses. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-for-the-sixth-or-third-eye-chakra-ajna/#more-6153
DAY 7 – MARCH 20TH – THE CROWN CHAKRA – Violet is the crown chakra color – our connection with the energy of heaven. Violet is the color of spirituality. It has the shortest wavelength and the highest vibration of the colors of the visible spectrum of light. Violet offers and inner sense of wholeness. With wholeness comes a sense of ending, completion of a process, and a promise of something new, illumination, rebirth. Violet connects with sadness of letting go and also with joy of transformation. There is peace and tranquility in the newfound knowledge of profound change. Violet color is cleansing and purifying. It is the color of magic, ritual, cleansing, purifying, connecting, mystery, and mysticism. It is a color that allows us to glimpse other realities, beyond our physical and material reality of this earthly existence. It is pure cosmic energy. Violet is a color of reconciliation. Of bringing together polarities – male and female, day and night, hot and cold, heaven and earth, right brain and left brain. In this state of balance, you feel the connection with other beings, with heaven, with earth, with all of Universe. There is no separation, no duality. As you unfold the petals of your crown chakra, you find the seat of your wisdom. You assimilate knowledge and integrate it. You know and you understand. You manifest divinity.
On a physical crown chakra color violet relates to the cerebral cortex, the skull, and the brain. People with balanced violet energy have all their chakras spinning smoothing, energy in their body is flowing freely from bottom to the top. They radiate health, peace, and effortless energy. Violet people are open minded, curious, and deep thinkers. They love learning, studying, and reading. They question what they learn, introspect and find connections and patterns within everything. No subject is too dull or boring to learn. The biggest challenge of violet on a mental level is when someone is too withdrawn and attached to the materialistic pursuits of this existence – overindulging in earthly pursuits and stuck in their way of thinking. Unwilling to open up to other ideas, thoughts, or knowledge. Violet is an energy of completion – of an end of a cycle. It is a color of letting go, to give space for something new to be born. On an emotional level, crown chakra color violet may contain deep grief and sadness, suffering within the joy of living, accepting the journey of life here on earth. The challenge of violet energy is when it is blocked or excessive and it manifests as psychosis, dissociation from the body, being disconnected and ungrounded. On a spiritual level, violet may indicate a person who is able to give without the need for acknowledgement or recognition. Someone who is whole and gives from the place of her own inner completeness.
What is important to violet people is being of service, spirituality, and healing. Spiritual and mystical experiences of the crown chakra are temporary for most of us. Only a few rare individuals in the history have attained and sustained the level of consciousness from the perspective of balanced crown chakra. Among these individuals are Buddha, Jesus and Lao Tzu. For most of us, experiences of crown chakra color violet are fleeting moments of transcendence. Glimpses of the highest level of reality. But it is enough to sustain our trust and faith. It is enough for most of us to continue on this path of healing and transformation. These moments come when they come and you can learn to increase the likelihood of having these experiences with meditation, prayer, chanting, and deep contemplation. http://www.chakra-anatomy.com/crown-chakra-colors.html

AROMATHERAPY FOR THE CROWN CHAKRA(ESSENTIAL OILS)
I’m not of the opinion that a specific essential oil is always good for a particular chakra, e.g., vetiver, a classic root chakra essential oil, is NOT always helpful when working with the root chakra. For me, it depends on the manifestation of the imbalance and the specific intentions.
Some common essential oils for the crown chakra are:
- Anise Seed (Pimpinella anisum)
- Basil (Ocimum basilicum)
- Benzoin (Styrax benzoin)
- Elemi (Canarium luzonicum)
- Frankincense (Boswellia cateri)
- Galbanum (Ferula galbaniflua)
- Myrtle (Myrtus communis)
- Palo Santo (Bursea graveolens)
- Sandalwood (Santalum album)
- Spikenard (Nardostachys jatamansi)
Spikenard and galbanum are two additional well-known crown chakra essential oils. Spikenard inspires spiritual commitment and devotion, assists with animal communication and allays fears of, and prepares one for, transition. Galbanum has unique attributes in that it works on psychic level, promotes channeling and clears psychic blocks. It also aids meditation, expands the auric field, creates a spiritual connection and reveals one’s life purpose. Although less well known than spikenard and galbanum, myrtle possess significant crown chakra properties. It expands the auric field, creates a connection with the divine, helps access higher vibrations, stimulates and strengthens deep inner wisdom and provides protection and supports during transition.
Basil and benzoin have both significant subtle and therapeutic attributes. Basil raises vibrations, realigns subtle energies and stimulates clairaudience and spiritual connection, including the call to service and selfless or humanitarian pursuits. On the physical level, basil addresses hysteria, indecision and feelings of vulnerability or lack of control. Benzoin supports meditation and encourages spiritual journeys and astral travel. It addresses tension, stress, other nervous conditions and depression.
Mastic (Pistacia lentiscus) creates a connection and increases receptivity to spiritual guidance. Anise seed promotes and sharpens intuitive, telepathic, clairvoyant and clairaudient capacities. Opopanax (Commiphora guidotti) and elemi open one to mystical experiences and assist in balancing and integrating spiritual and earthly energies. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) expands and aligns the crown with other chakras. Juniper (Juniperus osteosperma utahensis) is expansive, uplifting and encourages one to speak one’s inner truth. Palo santo helps one internalize spiritual development and identify one’s life purpose.
Several essentials work primarily on seventh chakra issues in the physical body. Angelica (Angelica archangelica) addresses nervous tension and weakness, fatigue and especially fatigue that appears unrelated to physical exertion, feelings of hopelessness and indecision and other stress-related conditions. Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora) is a nervous system tonic. It balances, calms and uplifts. Rosewood is especially well suited for those who feel overwhelmed or deadened by life burdens. http://www.starchaser-healingarts.com/essential-oils-for-the-seventh-or-crown-chakra-sahasrara/#more-6155

WHAT TO DO: There are many things that you can do today to assist in balancing out your Sacral chakra. You do everything that’s listed, none of it, or simply pick and choose what your body and mind are resonating with and proceed from there.
MEDITATION: You can simply close your eyes and focus on your sacral chakra. You can add a mudra to your meditation and/or add a mantra specific to this chakra. You can even dress in the colors associated with the sacral chakra which is red and orange. Or go even further and focus on eating foods that are supportive of the sacral chakra. One step further as you are doing Yoga spend a little extra time on a yoga pose which opens and balances out your sacral chakra. Be prepared as you go through this exercise that in order to balance out your sacral chakra many emotions that have been stored in this part of your body may begin to rise. Pay attention to your thoughts as you go about your day, and try to truly tune into the reasons to these thoughts, feelings and emotions being there. Give gratitude for the experiences associated with these emotions and let go of any negative feelings that you may have in this regard. For those of you that need a bit of a visual/audio stimuli I would like to share the following video with you that I feel best balances out the sacral chakra with the sound of Tibetian Singing Bowls.

FOODS TO EAT AT THIS TIME: Your fourth chakra is located at your heart and rules love and relationships. Its color is green, so green vegetables, especially leafy and cruciferous ones like kale, lettuces, spinach, chard, bok choy, collard greens, broccoli, etc., really ramp up the energy of this chakra and help to heal it. The fourth chakra is also about balance, and green veggies are neither yin nor yang in Chinese medicine, so they maintain the equilibrium that is essential to the health of this chakra. Try adding kale or spinach to your morning smoothie, or include a small salad with every meal. “Eat your greens” is good advice! https://deborahking.com/7-foods-to-heal-7-chakras/

WHAT TO DO: There are many things that you can do today to assist in balancing out your Throat chakra. You do everything that’s listed, none of it, or simply pick and choose what your body and mind are resonating with and proceed from there.
MEDITATION: You can simply close your eyes and focus on your Throat chakra. You can add a mudra to your meditation and/or add a mantra specific to this chakra. You can even dress in the colors associated with the throat chakra which is blue. Or go even further and focus on eating foods that are supportive of the throat chakra. One step further as you are doing Yoga spend a little extra time on a yoga pose which opens and balances out this chakra. Be prepared as you go through this exercise that in order to balance out your throat chakra many emotions that have been stored in this part of your body may begin to rise. Pay attention to your thoughts as you go about your day, and try to truly tune into the reasons to these thoughts, feelings and emotions being there. Give gratitude for the experiences associated with these emotions and let go of any negative feelings that you may have in this regard. For those of you that need a bit of a visual/audio stimuli I would like to share the following video with you that I feel best balances out the throat chakra with the sound of Tibetian Singing Bowls.
