SUN:  27 Cancer - "a violent storm in a canyon filled with expensive homes"
     Higher Expression:  gentle release of pent up emotions, figuring things/ways out, neutralizing control issues
     Lower Expression: constrained, stirring up trouble,


EARTH:  27 Capricorn - "a mountain pilgrimage"
     Higher Expression:  perseverance, striving for fulfillment, extra effort
     Lower Expression:  hypocrisy, struggling (release and try a new way), overwork


Mars continues its square to Uranus today (see yesterday's report for more information), so things may still be quite changeable.  The Sun is trailing behind Mars until July 26, adding its power to whatever Mars is up to.  The Sun and Mars will conjunct in Leo, a fire sign (the Sun and Mars rule fire, along with Jupiter).  This is to say, it is time to get FIRED UP about something.  What do you want to engage and bring forward?  This month is the time of the year to step out of our comfort zones and take action.


If your "inner engine" is responding sluggishly, be patient with yourself.  Next month is the same energetic, so there is plenty of time.


Remember that this month we are also leading ourselves as "an arctic explorer leading a reindeer through icy canyons."  We have divine support for navigating the canyon, even though a "violent storm" may be gusting.  Today's energetics teach us to surrender struggles and turn them over to a Higher Power.  We are undeterred by obstacle.
