For the Sun – A Priest performing a marriage ceremony. The marriage ceremony is a bonding ritual, one of many. This symbol speaks of the need to bring people together so that they may enjoy each other and learn and grow together. Its about commitment.
For the Earth – A Child of about five carrying a huge shopping bag filled with groceries. This symbol shows carrying heavy loads and burdens, doing chores and jobs. We often pass these tasks to children when they are the ones who will take it seriously. It’s a balance between shouldering the weight vs taking on more than you can carry.

From Andrew: This is the final day of the gibbous moon phase as it moves to full later tonight after midnight. It is the first full moon of the summer. For skywatchers, yesterday, today and tomorrow show the moon in its fullest expression and glory. And if you are blessed with clear skies, you are in for a show. It is called the Thunder Moon by some due to the many Thunderstorms seen in the summer (Here on the East Coast USA that has certainly been the case in the last 2 weeks). But it is also called the Buck Moon by certain Native Americans due to this being the time of the year that the buck deer start to grow their new antlers.

For the Sun – The seed grows into knowledge and life. – With a seed, things begin small and then grow into their full and true fruition. This symbol reminds us that growth takes time and patience. And with the proper care can flourish.
For the Earth – A Young Person surreptitiously bathing in the nude. – Throw off all your restraints. Strip and go naked. And do it with the reckless abandon as child filled with innocence and not constrained by social shame. The idea is to free yourself up. Expose yourself. Whether that is trying new things or literally going outside and sun bathing. Get some natural vitamin D today.

From Andrew: The two major aspects of today are the Moon conjunction with the Galactic Center at about 27 Sagittarius before it transitions into Capricorn. Also, Mercury and Venus oppose the sun, which among many things, also causes in increase in earthquake possibility.
For the Sun – A person studying a mandala in front of them, with the help of a very ancient book – This symbol is about making sense out of more complex things. A Mandala often seems very complex. Yet there is simplicity in the patterns. There is great wisdom to be found in ancient knowledge, from meditation to cartography to architecture to astrology. Studying these secret mysteries can reveal answers to life’s questions.
For the Earth – A school filled with boys and girls in gymnasium suits – Youth, enthusiasm, excitement and a lust for life. Kids out playing together shows action and activity. Striving to be heard. We are in a battle for consciousness right now. The question is what we do with the energy. It is our job to work with the energy and direct it rather than allowing it to sweep us away
7/5-7/6 – Black Moon in Sagittarius – The moon entered Sagittarius on the 5th, where presently the Black Moon resides. Anyone with the Sun, Chiron or the Black Moon in Sagittarius or Gemini will be activated. The energy is here for all of us to feel. But people with these aspects in their charts will feel it more keenly. The Black Moon is Sagittarius is about Truth and Meaning while Gemini is about approval and acceptance. These shadow side energies are the undercurrent of what we will feel. Being aware of these energies will help in working with them.
Note that today the black Moon will move to 17 Sagittarius, with a Sabian Symbol of “An Easter Sunrise Service”. As Laura noted in the previous recording, the last time this was activated was around August 22, 2008 – This time we are trying to remember about in our Homework assignment.
7/6 11:30 – The moon conjuncts Saturn – at 23 degrees Sag – Immigrants entering a new country. When Moon conjuncts Saturn we tend to beat ourselves up. With this symbol, it may seem even harsher and your self judgement may feel extreme.
