I remember that when I first heard this song back in the 70’s, I thought how cool. Another song by Paul McCartney who brought us that other cool song, Band on the Run. I am sure I had heard Beatles songs at this point in my life, being a child of the late 60’s, but at that point had no idea who they were or what they meant. And think of all the “love” songs they brought into the fray. But this symbol speaks to the doors we put around our hearts. And how these barriers are often fortified for protection. Maybe it’s time to open the door.
For the Earth – 7 Gemini - “An old fashioned well”
Drawing water from an old well, you are definitely “plumbing the depths” for nourishment. How deep can you go to into the world around you to find nourishment. Remember that you can rarely see the bottom when you throw the rope down. And you may have to go deep to find what you are looking for.
