Awareness & Purification ~ a message from Tony Samara

Awareness & Purification

Awareness means purification, and purification means letting go through forgiveness and compassion, meaning the deep compassion that happens when you are aware of the situation as it is.

It is not that you fight yourself or anyone. Part of awareness is loving kindness, meaning that you understand that the peaceful way is the way that is without effort, and that 'giving up' requires effort in itself. You may not realise that it takes a lot to give up, as in doing so you are fighting the natural inclination of awareness that is within your essence.

The attribute of your soul is awareness and you are always fighting your soul if your soul is caught in the mundane that is not real, because your soul has no space to manifest.

The natural inclination for every human being is Supreme Consciousness, or the consciousness of pure awareness. This means that if you are not experiencing consciousness or awareness that you are putting effort into constricting that reality from being present in this present moment. Hence, it is you that needs to let go, the you that thinks that it requires this or requires that to come back home to the space of pure love - pure heartfelt love. It doesn't require anything. It just requires that you give space to that space.

May I suggest that today as you look at the various situations that arise within yourself, within your mind, within your emotions, within your body, that you simply watch the different sensations and experiences, and be aware.
Where is the energy going to? Into the needs and desires of chasing the next moment? Or are you letting go into this present moment so that this present moment allows for conscious knowledge to align to the supreme that is consciousness, the supreme consciousness that is awareness, the supreme consciousness that is the consciousness that frees you from everything of the past and everything of the future and brings you back to the awareness that this present moment is more perfect than you can think, more perfect than you can feel, more perfect than you can experience.

When you take that beautiful awareness into your practice, then your practice is an aware practice aligned to conscious knowledge.

Thank you.
