Well, Wise Owl Day technically begins at 3:20 pm ET/8:20 pm UT, when the Sun moves to from "a little child learning to walk" to "an old owl up in a tree."
But that is a pretty impressive advancement, going from be able to "walk" to "fly" in 24 hours. The feat is assisted today with the Moon, Jupiter, Venus, and Pluto blowing out limitations and opening up all kinds of new things.
